PLEASE READ TO THE END AND LEAVE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE!! Today I was at the ring center and got hungry so I thought to myself then go to the Hot Wolf, like so many times before. When I got there I looked at the different menus and 2 minutes later an employee (an older lady with glasses and short red hair) said “Hello” to me. I said "Hello, I would like the chicken schnitzel XXL menu to eat here please." She then said to me, in a very unfriendly and disrespectful way, "Do you want to have fries or without, with champion sauce or without? You have to speak in complete sentences." I said to her: "Just like it's pictured above." And pointed to the menu card above. Other than that, I spoke in a complete sentence. In any case, she then said: “So with fries and champion sauce?” I: “Yes, please.” She: "You always have to say that there are always just example pictures up there and it always says or fries or champion sauce." Of course, I kindly pointed out their menu card and also said that it says chicken schnitzel WITH fries AND champion sauce, but she ignored this. Waited a moment until the fries were ready and started eating. The chicken schnitzel tasted burnt in places, the fries were limp on the outside and raw on the inside. The champion sauce was edible. I have to mention that I come from the catering industry, I work there in service and in the kitchen. Of course, sometimes you have customers who are unfriendly themselves, saying in German that you would like to throw them in the trash, but that was definitely not the case here. And if you are trained enough, you could continue to be friendly with other customers, as described above. That's why I always look at it with a different eye than those who have no knowledge of it or who are/were active in the industry. I don't really have to say anything more about it, but just to be on the safe side and this only goes to the lady who served me: Take another training course in customer service orientation, ask your other colleagues how long fries need to be put in a deep fryer until they are edible and Remember that paying customers help finance your salary. I am also addressing the management and hope that you will also make decisions based on the reviews or take tough action. And also respond to the reviews and look for possible solutions. Because you definitely lost me as a paying customer and it wasn't uncommon for me to be there.

unheated room, hasty and inattentive service, acceptable food, demand for tip at the end!!

I was there last night and it was already overpriced but I still wanted to try it. At the beginning I was completely ignored and others were simply let in and when it was my turn to order, the cashier still wasn't particularly nice. When I got the food it looked pretty good but it only tasted so-so. Anyway, I have food poisoning now and I feel so bad that I'm going straight to the emergency room👍 thank you very much too! Never again. I can't recommend it
