The location was a bit odd. But the food was 100/10.

The kebab tastes solid, so it's a good kebab, but depending on the day, it can be very tasty or mediocre. However, the staff is very unfriendly. Furthermore, the dining area, or rather the counter, is very dirty.

Apart from the very unfriendly staff... we have been eating here for ages. Today, after ordering a doner kebab box with fries and salad, as we often do, we were suddenly told no, only fries or salad. After a long discussion about how we always order it that way, I said I would pay extra. The boss then came back very unfriendly and said we would never have gotten it like that. After a verbal argument, I swore never to eat there again. Besides, I could have had cheese etc. with it, it's my box after all. Have a nice day, everyone.

You can definitely detect a hint of Berlin style. The long opening hours are also worth mentioning—perfect if you want to eat something late at night. The wait, however, was less pleasant: We waited almost 35 minutes for our order, which is quite long for a kebab shop. The service was nevertheless friendly and attentive.

I got food poisoning from the doner kebab. You guys really need to revise your hygiene measures. I had the doner kebab delivered to me, and it was my first meal of the day. The next night, I got incredibly bad stomach cramps and diarrhea. The same thing happened to the person who brought me the doner kebab. Never again.

I've eaten from this place twice so far, and they actually tasted pretty good. But the second time (on Tuesday, June 10, 2025), my girlfriend and I got food poisoning from the kebab, despite my stomach being very strong. I went through the whole process, from fever to chills, diarrhea, etc. Even if it were an exception, for me, that would be a 50% chance. But something like that simply shouldn't happen. After reading a few reviews, I realized that it's not uncommon for customers to get food poisoning here. Something fundamental needs to change; for me, it was definitely the last time.

I recommend it to those who want to taste the taste, guys.

Food poisoning after a visit – Never again! My husband ate here and unfortunately bitterly regretted it. He can usually handle a lot, but this time it was really bad. A few hours (2 hours) after eating, he developed severe gastrointestinal distress, nausea, severe vomiting, and diarrhea – all typical signs of food poisoning. I work in the medical field and am familiar with these symptoms. These signs indicate either poor hygiene or spoiled ingredients. This shouldn't happen in the restaurant industry! You could have guessed it – a snack bar in the middle of an industrial area, where they probably focus more on quick sales than quality. But we didn't expect it to be this bad. Absolutely not recommended!

Rarely have I eaten such a bad kebab. I can only understand the many positive reviews - apparently the store thrives on drunk guests coming in after partying. The meat is of poor quality, the sauces are dry (which I thought was impossible until now), and overall the food was just disappointing.

The whole kebab tasted like gherkin water from a glass. The inside of the store didn't look particularly appetizing either. Unfortunately, I have never tasted such a bad kebab before.

Tip Top: you can just leave out the cocktail sauce. In Berlin always herbs, garlic or spicy

The advantage of bulk orders is that items that take longer, such as fries or pizza, can be prepared better. It used to be one of the best kebabs in Mannheim, because of the sauces and the meat. Unfortunately the menu has recently changed and the 4 different sizes are no longer available. The kebab has always been a bit more expensive, but now the prices have increased significantly. Because of this, I won't go there as often anymore.

My friend and I got Mega Yufkas yesterday (02/01/25) and both got food poisoning from them. This is not responsible and cannot be. The service was nice, but that's no use if I'm stuck in front of the toilet all night.

I've been to Berlin Döner in Mannheim a total of four times and have to say that I'm very disappointed. In my opinion the store is significantly overrated. Every time I visited, the wait was far too long, even though there weren't many people in front of me. I was patient the first two times I was there, but when I ordered again with colleagues the third and fourth time, I decided to join in again. The fifth time, when a friend wanted to go there with me and I also wanted to eat something, there were four or five people standing in front of us. I thought it would be quick, but after 15 to 20 minutes I saw that only two customers had been served, even though we were next. After a total of 20 minutes of waiting, we got tired of it and just left. It's simply not acceptable to have to wait that long when there are only a few people in front of you. Another point is the hygiene and external appearance of the store. I haven't seen any toilet for customers so far, which is very inconvenient. There are also numerous oil stains around the fan on the outside wall, which significantly affect the external appearance of the restaurant. It all looks very unkempt and doesn't seem very inviting. Overall a very disappointing experience. The service and external conditions could be significantly improved before I return. That would be a revised version that also takes into account the points you mentioned, such as hygiene and external appearance.

Initially promising store, But as with most people, with money comes greed. Waiting time on average 1 hour. Instead of hiring another employee, it is better to leave the guests out in the cold. My order was 2 kebab plates, I wanted the sauce in a sauce cup, which is no problem at any kebab shop, they charge €1.5 here. 1000 packs 15€ approx. In addition, they also charge extra for bread with the kebab plate. For 33 years my life has included bread with my kebab plate. I don't know what happened to this store. But that's no longer the store I enjoyed going to. Unfortunately, it's another shop that I'll give a wide berth.

Always drove past it and today I stopped there because I like Berlin kebab. The meat was very well seasoned, the vegetables were fresh and the garlic cream was really good. I'll stop there more often now.

Bread top only whole grain bread! Vegetables nothing special, just standard so by that I mean not that fresh unfortunately. Doner meat is typically minced meat and real doner, so by that I mean ORIGINAL doner is made of veal or at least good beef! I've really had non-stop diarrhea since this morning... If they had at least sold beef it would be very good and veal would of course be TOP! Unfortunately, few people have it these days. You can get minced meat everywhere if you've noticed that, or chicken because it's simply cheap and unhealthy. The main thing is to add a lot of sauce so that you don't notice the taste of meat...Unfortunately, many people these days have no idea what a real DÖNER is!

In terms of taste, there are better kebabs in Mannheim. I had a Chilli Cheese Doner in Big and my wife had the Classic in Normal. The Big was just as big but with significantly less meat. I've eaten a lot of kebab and I can say that this is the best kebab in Mannheim and the surrounding area, followed by the Black Anggus Kebab. As the name suggests, the kebab is Berlin style. This is very rare around here, as most kebab shops are money launderers and get their run-of-the-mill products from the metro. That is not the case here. Every component of the kebab is convincing, mainly the sauce and bread. Of course, the kebab can't keep up on a national level, especially in Berlin, but it stands out very much in the area. The kebab is located in the middle of the industrial area between factories and workshops. If you want to take your girlfriend on a romantic kebab date, you have to take her with you. But the success proves this kebab right. Even on weekends the queue is relatively long, which means that even on Saturday evening people drive to the industrial area to eat this kebab. I still see room for improvement in the service. This takes a very long time and I would like to see expansion. This kebab in the squares would make the shop so much money, although I wonder why it hasn't happened yet

There are more than enough kebabs in Mannheim, but this one is the best of all. Rarely have we had such good kebabs as here. There is a large selection of variants in 3 sizes (small/normal/mega). There is always a queue here and the waiting time is definitely worth it. The kebab pocket is homemade and there is even an upgrade to whole grain. It is also worth mentioning that it is chicken meat. So for the best kebab in town you have to come here!

Came for the first time, on a recommendation. We drove 38km by car, it was definitely worth it. The bread is really fresh, the sauces are very piquant, also hot, and the vegetables are extremely good. And the prices are not overpriced. Well, I'm originally from Berlin, I haven't eaten a kebab around here in ages because none of it tastes as good as the one from Berlin. But yours was really good!!! That's how kebab has to be, the bread has to have drippings of the sauces at the end! As soon as I saw the bread, I was happy! Finally kebab again😂😂 I'll definitely be back😁.
