- Nice place to enjoy the weather - Went there by bike and stopped there for a bit. - The drink and the cake are really delicious. - Nice service and everything nicely presented. If you want and if there is space, you can relax on beach loungers in the sand and enjoy the drinks. - There is also a lot for children to play with. Always my pleasure.

Very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, perfect to stop there on a sunny day, drink a few delicious beers and eat something delicious.

We discovered this beer garden last year and had a very good meal there. The location is very nice near the canal. Everything is brand new and we are diligently expanding and building it. Great for a stopover by bike. Today we were there for the second time, unfortunately we were disappointed with the food this time. The map was completely different than last year and unfortunately the current map could not be found online. Unfortunately the schnitzel was very dry and the fries weren't salted. My wife's "bowl" was completely drowned in sauce and missing ingredients. Disappointing. So we probably won't be able to eat there again. We would like to praise the fact that organic meat from the region is used. The organizational aspect was also a bit confusing... on the one hand, the order was taken at the table, but on the other hand, you then pay somewhere else afterwards. You also “have” to clean up yourself. Today the waiters were initially very quick and very friendly, later there was no one to be seen and everyone seemed to only work inside, so you couldn't order anything else at the table.

Top outdoor dining in Datteln. There's a real holiday feeling here. Located directly on the canal, the Bergmanns is a worthwhile destination to take a break during a cycling or hiking tour. Many people also go to the restaurants at the Ahsener Heide campsite specifically to relax and treat themselves to the French fries and currywurst, for example. Plus a cool miner’s kidney – it’s on!

It's worth cycling to the beer garden. A very nice atmosphere, and it just keeps getting nicer. Delicious food and the Bergmann's beer is a real treat.

The beer garden is beautifully located right on the canal, I had a delicious chicken schnitzel with fries and salad. Starting this year, table service is available, which is better than standing in line at the counter. Thank you for this nice spot in a beautiful atmosphere

It's not me, I have nothing to do with it. But it doesn't matter that the answer is straight away. But whoever it was and is, you can't express it any other way. And these accusations are absolute rubbish, everything has been cleared up even by the police and the court. But you don't write about the fact that you get violent towards someone who has a heart condition and punches someone in the stomach who is already having trouble breathing. I can go on and on about complaining but I'll be happy if I don't hear or see anything from any of you. Now leave me alone.

Went on bikes. Very nice location, with a nice atmosphere. Beach flair with sand and deck chairs, rustic seating as well as chairs and tables. Something for every taste. There is only a deduction because the Pülleken from the barrel was not labeled and we would otherwise have been happy to take it. 😉 But otherwise everything was great. I can't say anything about the food, we were just thirsty.😅

Unfortunately we were on vacation! But it has to happen sometimes. A beautiful facility and delicious food Been there several times.

Ordered iced coffee for €4.80=2x Unfortunately, the "ice cream cafe" from the tetra pack from the supermarket for €0.99 came over the counter with chilled ice cubes, without a single scoop of ice cream and not to mention brewed coffee. We've had food there a few times, but I've never been sold anything like it. It's a shame because Ampiente is nice and inviting.

Hmm... Unfortunately it wasn't mine. That was because of the food. Unfortunately, the fries were fried in fat that was too cold or the quantity was not right during preparation. (The tip was free). :-) The tarte flambée with lye dough is a surprising idea, but the chef was too in love with it. Waiting for the food. utopian 90 min. Waiting time at the drinks counter. Far too long 25 minutes. And the reasoning, there is a live band on site and therefore everything takes longer,... well... second counter All in all, a nice place to chill and chat.

Great place to stop for a bite to eat and a cool drink while on a bike ride. I have rarely eaten such good fries.

It took 90 minutes from the time the food was ordered to it being delivered. The fries were cold. Portions vary in size. Customer requests were ignored. 10 flavors of ice cream advertised, 2 of which were available. Never again

Very nicely done self-service beer garden with beach area. We didn't eat, but we would on our next visit. Everything was very clean and furnished with love, including the interior.

Discovered the signs while cycling along the canal. Suddenly decided to stop there. Self-service, the staff at the counter were super super friendly. Drank something and ate something. Very very tasty. It was really fun! We'll see each other again at the next opportunity. For a beer garden, five stars plus!

How cool here! Relaxed team, great location basically right on the canal, with a sandy beach, loungers and a chilled atmosphere. Delicious little things to eat and fairly priced drinks. On Saturday we went to see a great cover band open air with free entry and danced until almost a quarter to one. Very great experience with you 👍

Super cool location. Immediately after the bike tour, stop by Brrgmann's beer garden and enjoy the great atmosphere, food and drinks. Very friendly staff. Great environment. Also suitable for families with children. You can also treat yourself to a few days of rest there and rent a house.

Yes, we came here spontaneously. We were surprised. Great service and fresh food. Meat from the farmer around the corner fried in the pan. Nothing fried. Well-kept indoor and outdoor location.

Top beer garden in a nice atmosphere, where we always like to go. Unfortunately, it has happened to us several times that the fries were very salty, so maybe pay attention to that here! Otherwise absolutely recommended!

A beer garden at a campsite. Not more. I read this somewhere in the comments. And thats how it is. But !!it is a very nice beer garden Well done. Everything looks very new. A very friendly young team that exuded a really good mood and was really completely relaxed. And we were there on May 1st and they actually had every reason not to be relaxed 😂 The food was really good. We had currywurst, schnitzel fries. Something was also written about the prices. I found it appropriate. The portions were good sized. The schnitzel comes from a farm not far from the beer garden. So all is well. The fries had a little too much salt. That's it! There were three things I didn't like so much. 1. there should be a lot more shade Please put up more umbrellas or something similar. You sit in full sun. That was not nice 2. perhaps slightly different play opportunities for slightly older children. The playground was more for small children. And 3. I would try to keep the corner where the empty boxes, trash cans, etc. are a little obscure. That doesn't look nice. I deducted a star for that.

I don't understand how you can justify a portion of ketchup for -1 euro- with a bratwurst. Maybe you're still too attached to the old days, but at the end of the day it's just a run-of-the-mill place at a campsite with exorbitant prices. There is no service, it is self-service. Ambience is okay, but it also has to be financed. Definitely not a recommendation from me. VG

Today 03/30/24 Easter fire. Super cool with live music. Gathering together in front of a blazing fire. An event for old and young. Very friendly and courteous service.

Last summer was really nice, but now charging €9 for a small currywurst fries is super cheeky! Then the fries had been lying there for a long time because they were already soft and only lukewarm. For the price you should expect dishes prepared with fish. Because of Corona, everything became expensive, with the 7% tax nothing became cheaper again, but with the 19% tax it hit big again! This is how you treat your customers, what a shame!

Been in new, young hands for a good year and a half. The host couple has many new ideas, which they share willingly and openly with their guests. The terrace is currently being redesigned, and in summer there will be a stand for fried fish and ice cream right on the bike path. Ideal for cyclists who ride along the canal and want to take a short break.

We come by regularly after taking our dog for a walk and are always very satisfied.

Today we had breakfast with you for the first time and we were very surprised at how nice and rich the breakfast was. The service is very friendly and always on point if you have a request. Super Location...kultig und chillig

Essen schmeckt… bis auf die Versalzenen Pommes. Ambiente ist ganz nett aber Kieselsteine und Sand ist nicht mein Favorit. Service hingegen war sehr schlecht. Mitarbeiter machen öfter Raucherpausen als sie Arbeiten… so stell ich mir halt Campingplatz Arbeiter vor. Keine Empfehlung

Haben das nette Ausflugslokal zufällig entdeckt und waren sehr zufrieden, faire Preise, sehr freundlich und leckere Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Biergarten wo man sich super erholen, erfrischen und mit leckerem Essen stärken kann. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man bequem im Lokal sitzen und sich stärken oder einfach nur quatschen. Der Service ist super nett, immer auf Zack und ein lockerer Spruch hilft bei der Bestellung. Die Location ist mega und wird auch bei Veranstaltungen dem Anlass nach geschmückt. Wir werden den Biergarten bestimmt öfters besuchen und dort eine mega leckere Schüppe Currywurst essen. Bitte macht weiter so.
