Bella Italia Pizza Service in Barmstedt

I ordered online for the first time today. It's great that I could pay with PayPal. I never carry cash. I ordered a tuna pizza. The crust is super fluffy. Very tasty. It was delivered hot, too. I'll be happy to order again.

Very nice inside! The pizza rolls and the shrimp salad were delicious. Great value for money. The service was excellent.

Ordered two vegetarian pizzas online. The seller responded quickly to inform us that one ingredient was unavailable. Plenty of alternative options were available. Ready for pickup in 15 minutes. The pizzas were ready when we picked them up. They were excellent. Super crispy bases, well-topped with delicious ingredients, all seasoned with great flavor. We really enjoyed them!! The service was very friendly and understanding, as was the case on the phone! I've read some rather reserved reviews here, which I can't confirm. The only thing that could be friendlier and brighter is the appearance. The food is good, though. That's why we'll continue ordering here. There is one drawback, however. The prices—especially for extra ingredients—are not cheap. Everyone has to decide for themselves.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything good, except that they've gotten worse. Always ordered pizza rolls for delivery and suddenly they're no longer available? Sorry, but that's very sad... unfortunately, we've lost a regular customer.

Cheese smelled like my foot, and the smell made me vomit. The delivery man had simply left the pizza in the hallway outside the door without ringing the bell, so it sat there for an hour and was cold.

I ordered two calzones with mozzarella. They got a different cheese instead, or the mozzarella was moldy. A shame.

First, the positive: the food was hot, but unfortunately, nothing more. Then the negative: delivery time was very long; after asking, it suddenly came very quickly. The service was disappointing. The order was incorrect, and our call was not answered. As for the food: we had two pasta dishes, but the pasta was overcooked. Absolutely no flavor.

Today we had pizza again. Nice staff, friendly and competent. Order placed and also special requests. The delivery took place in the specified time. The pizzas were sensational and extremely tasty. Also hot and not as dark as desired. I can highly recommend Pizza Vera and we would be happy to order from you again. 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Ordered pizza and pizza rolls for dinner today. I have to say it was super tasty and I will definitely order there more often. The taste is simply great. Prices are also completely okay.

We ordered over the phone - apart from the fact that I had to repeat everything 8 times and knew that something was going wrong, the phone (apparently) kept being put away. I don't know what that was exactly, but it stopped responding and sounded like the person continued talking to someone else. The conversation really dragged on longer than it had to. It then took an hour, which was annoying but would have been manageable if instead of a pizza gyros + tzatziki a pizza with a chicken breast topping like from Rewe hadn't come. Tzatziki wasn't there either. To be fair, burgers were OKAY given that they only cost €3.90 today. Really disappointing, we were really looking forward to it but that was really stupid.

Due to fraudulent advertising on the website, we ordered party pizzas but they were not delivered. Instead we received regular pizzas. When asked, the staff became rude and unhelpful. After a long discussion they agreed to deliver at least two pizzas to us. Unfortunately, the service here was also a disaster as the pizzas never arrived. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of transparency in advertising and poor customer service make Bella Italia a place I will never visit again. It is unfortunate that this type of business practice exists and customers are treated this way.

Offers are made that are not honored. The service is only recommended if you have no expectations.

A friend ordered five party pizzas for her birthday - five large pizzas arrived. Small but noticeable difference... The full price was still charged. When the misunderstanding became clear, we were promised two large Margherita pizzas. They never arrived. People don't answer the phone anymore either, it's simply impossible. The pizza was tasty, but just not the quantity that was ordered. No recommendation.

Just terrible . There aren't really competent employees working there. We wanted to eat there, no glasses were offered with the drink, the cutlery was simply wiped with the hand before serving and then half of it was missing. The food was OK, but not recommended. The payment at the end was the highlight. They wanted to pay with cash, but unfortunately they didn't have any change. What kind of disorganized store is this?! Even 1 star is too much.

The pizza rolls weren't fully baked. At first I thought it was mozzarella, but my friend then taught me otherwise. It's a shame. It's getting worse and worse. I can't recommend the place anymore

Tasty and nice staff But for the second time I didn't get the food I wanted than I expected

I always order the same thing!!!!!!!!!!At the beginning I did it over the phone, but it kept going wrong. Then I thought, I'll just do it and order via Lieferando... then you'll have my delivery in writing. Everything didn't help. I'm usually calm and I can understand that mistakes happen sometimes, but you have to learn from them! How many times have I had to call you because another delivery was faulty or it simply took you over an hour to bring the food. Do not want to anymore! Ps: Thanks to the nice supplier. You're doing your job well.

Heute mal wieder über Lieferando bestellt. Geliefert schneller als vorhergesagt. Pizza sehr lecker, Tortellini meeeega gut (gern immer soviel Soße😀). Freuen uns auf's nächste Mal.

Leckere Pizzas und Burger und vieles mehr. Bestelle dont schon seit Jahren. Der Service ist freundlich und persöhnlich und wenn mal was fehlt kurz anrufen oder dem Fahrer sagen und es wird schnell nach geliefert. Meine Partnerinn isst normalerweise keine Pizza aber die Pizzas von Bella Italia sind ihre liebsten das soll schon was heissen. Ich gehe auch gerne persöhnlich ins Restaurant und nehme von dort mit da ich in der nähe wohne. Wir empfehlen die Pizza Albertos Speziale mit Käse im Rand sehr!

Kann kann nur die Pizzen bewerten, aber die sind nicht wirklich gut. Die sind viel zu Fettig. Und auch nicht besonders lecker.

Ich bestelle nur ab und an mal. Die Lieferung war bisher immer in einer normalerweise zu erwartenden Zeit da und die Pizza war immer sehr lecker und reichlich.

Super leckeres Essen frisch zubereitet und sehr reichhaltig . Sehr sauber klein aber fein. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Und einen tollen Lieferservice. Wir gehen sehr gerne dort Essen ein Besuch lohnt sich immer.. alle die dort arbeiten sind freundlich nett lustig zuvorkommend. Einfach ein tolles Restaurant

Pizza schmeckt super. Vom Geschmack her ist Bwlla Italia zu empfehlen. Auch Lieferzeiten werden eingehalten. Eher 5 Minuten zu früh da. Soweit top. 5 Sterne. Was aber leider gar nicht geht, darum auch 3 Sterne Abzug: 3x hintereinander in ca. 1 Jahr wurde immer wieder eine Pizza falsch geliefert. Falsche Sauce. Jedes Mal. Haben es dann sogar über Lieferando bestellt, damit es schriftlich dort ankommt. Und trotzdem falsch. Begründung: es wurde übersehen, weil die Schrift zu klein sei. Schade liebes Bella Italia. Wenn da keine echt gute Entschuldigung kommt, habt Ihr zwei Kunden weniger. Lieferando hat aber super und schnell reagiert. Das ist mega Service bei denen.

Die Pizza Lachsino hat geschmeckt, war aber fettig und der Teig nicht so, wie ich es von einem "italienischen Restaurant" gewohnt bin. Qualitativ habe ich schon wesentlich bessere Pizzen gegessen. Dafür war die Lieferung sehr schnell. Wohlwollend 3 Sterne...

Pizza war pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin zu Abholung fertig und schmeckte sehr lecker. Gerne wieder. :-)

Verspätete Lieferung und Artikel vergessen

Weihnachtsmarktkarte, kleine Auswahl mit überhöhten Preisen, Essen durchweg zu salzig. Das war mal besser.

Essen war tatsächlich sehr lecker. Besonders die Nudeln. Wir haben allerdings mit dem Chef diskutieren müssen, dass das Überbacken der Nudeln auf der eigenen Internetseite 1.50 Euro kostet. Ebenfalls liegen die Kosten bei Lieferando auch bei 1.50. Und würden allerdings 3.00 Euro berechnet. Ich hatte dann angerufen und der Chef sagte, Nein das kostet 3.00 Euro und auf der Internetseite steht das auch so. Er fand es lächerlich dass ich wegen insgesamt 3 Euro diskutiere. Der Fahrer gab mir dann das Geld zurück. Schade da das Essen wirklich lecker war.

Uns schmeckt das essen dort sehr gut.

Bei der Heutigen Bestellung hat bei der Calzone das Tzatziki gefehlt und im allgemeinen war sie auch verbrannt. Schade, Schade vor ein paar Jahren war dieses Lokal besser.

Das ist jetzt schon das 3te mal hintereinander, das ich 1 std auf mein Essen warten muss , dann sind die Pommes durchgeweicht und sapschig, und kalt ist es dann sowieso.

Haben letztens für eine große Gruppe online über Eure Webseite bestellt. Essen kam schnell und heiß an. Danke, dass unsere Sonderwünsche beachtet habt, da haben wir schon schlimmes erlebt. Bis zur nächsten Bestellung! Grüße Ann Kathrin

Essen ist meist lecker,Pizza leider nicht immer heiß. Allerdings werden meistens die Brötchen zu den Pasta vergessen. Ist natürlich ganz toll,weil wir uns dafür immer extra Dip bestellen für 1,50euro😡. Entschuldigung gibt es nie

Wir essen/bestellen regelmäßig im Bella Italia. Von der Qualität des Essens wurden wir noch nie enttäuscht. Geschmacklich immer alles top. Der Service ist immer höflich und zuvorkommend.

Super Essen, war heute wieder sehr lecker. Der Service ist schnell und lustig drauf. Klasse !

Immer wieder lecker und Fahrer immer freundlich.

Nach 2 Jahren, wo wir nach Barmstedt gezogen sind, dachten wir mal wir probieren das Bella Italia mal aus. Wir haben uns eine Diabolo mit extra Zwiebeln und eine Fantasia bestellt. Beide mit Käse im Rand. Wir haben sie abgeholt. Nach kurzen Wartem im Laden kamen die beiden Pizzen wirklich heiß in meine Arme. Das ist schon mal gut. Zuhause beim aufmachen, sahen die Pizzen optisch auch ok aus. Beim Essen jedoch kam kein geschmackliches Highlight auf. Der Rand mit dem Käse hat am besten geschmeckt. Denn es ergab sich folgendes Problem. Der Boden, Vor allem in der Mitte, war nicht im Ansatz durchgebacken. Und wohl auch Löchrig, denn ich hatte recht häufig keinen Boden auf der Gabel. Und auch beim Rand war nur der obere Teil leicht knusprig. Der Boden war somit nicht ok. Ansonsten waren die Leute freundlich und da ich im Laden noch 10 Minuten warten musste, da sie doch etwas länger benötigt haben als 20 Minuten, gabs eine Flasche Coke umsonst. Wir hatten jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Pizzen noch schnell gemacht wurden, als ich zum Abholen in den Laden kam. Ansonsten kann ich mir diesen katastrophalen Boden nicht erklären.
