On May 1st, 2025, my partner and I ordered a Veggie Supreme and a Korean Chicken Pizza from Domino’s in Frechen. Unfortunately we were mistakenly delivered a salami pizza. When we asked over the phone, all we got was the flippant answer: “Let me guess, you received the wrong pizza.” There was no apology - nor was there a call from Domino's, even though the error was apparently already known. At least the correct order was delivered after about 20 minutes. We assumed that it was actually the Korean chicken pizza we ordered - visually it gave that impression. However, shortly after consuming it, my partner experienced a severe allergic attack. He suffers from an allergy to meat from four-legged animals and can only eat poultry. Such reactions only occur when he eats beef, pork, etc. Luckily he had his emergency medication handy. However, it is absolutely unacceptable that a pizza that is explicitly declared to contain chicken appears to contain traces of other meat. Particular care must be taken when it comes to food intolerances and allergies - this was grossly negligent

Terrible pizza, finished dough pieces flattened until they no longer work, rock hard and dry. Plus the price... once and never again.

Yes, ordering went smoothly and staff is quite friendly and customer focused. When a queue forms briefly, someone from inside immediately jumps to the counter so that the orders and preparation of subs can continue quickly
