Bel Monte in Weiterstadt

Delivery time was very long, the pizza was lukewarm and unfortunately tasted like it was from the day before. Dry, tasteless, and hard. For that price, it was definitely the last time I'll order from them. I absolutely cannot recommend them.

So far, the food has always been delicious. I enjoy ordering there.

We've been ordering regularly from this restaurant for years. At first, everything was great. The food was always delicious, arrived warm, the portions were generous, and we were generally satisfied. We often recommended the restaurant to others because we simply felt well looked after. At some point, the minimum order value was raised. That was annoying, of course, but we didn't think anything of it. We continued ordering anyway because we were so impressed by the food. After a while, the minimum order value was raised again. We said, okay, we'll go along with it because we enjoyed it and were loyal. But what really bothered us was that within a year, the minimum order value was raised a total of three times. So, a little more each time. And at some point, the amount was so high that we really had to consider whether we could still afford it. For a family, it simply becomes unfeasible. What also happened frequently: When ordering multiple meals, the drink was forgotten. That's annoying, of course, but we kept putting up with it and said nothing. Looking back, we wonder why we were so patient. But we simply didn't want to cause any stress. One time, the delivery driver didn't have any change. I gave him five euros more than I should have paid. I called the restaurant directly, explained everything, and thought it would surely be sorted out somehow. But nothing ever came back. No refund, no replacement, no apology. I asked again, but they simply didn't care. That was disappointing. Over time, we really started to feel like we were no longer welcome as customers. It almost seemed as if delivery to us was no longer worth it, and they'd rather get rid of us. Maybe because we didn't order large enough, or not often enough? I don't know, but it didn't feel good anymore. I've written this review before. It was deleted. I don't know why. But this is my real, honest experience. I don't want to harm anyone here, but I think it's okay to say something like that.

We ordered, it was crap, and we also received the wrong delivery. When I pointed this out to him, he ignored me and left me a legacy. Very bad order. Never again.

We have been ordering from this restaurant for years, including from Darmstadt, even though Weiterstadt is not far away. The minimum order quantity used to be 20 euros. After Corona, prices initially rose to 25 euros, then to 28 euros. The food was OK and we were satisfied, so we accepted these prices. However, over time, delivery prices became more and more expensive: 30 euros, then 35 euros, and now the minimum order is 40 euros. The driver once said that the boss had decided that Darmstadt was "too far" - which we cannot understand at all. In addition, the restaurant owes us 5 euros in change that was not returned from an earlier delivery. This has not been compensated to this day. Unfortunately, this development was very disappointing. We have always enjoyed ordering here, but the value for money and service are no longer acceptable to us. It's a shame that loyal customers are treated like this.

Eating standard boozy food. But no more. After a night of drinking, a Belmonte pizza with garlic is fine! However, the hygienic conditions on site are miserable, so we urgently need to clean the whole store! I'm surprised that something like that is allowed to be worn! Well, order there anyway! Ha-Ha

Pizza Belmonte was always great. I've been getting my pizza there for almost 20 years. But today the pizza was inedible. It tasted rancid, fishy and bad. Had 4 pizzas everyone said the same thing. We threw half away. Really disgusting. Sorry, will never order anything there again!!!

Garlic cheese bread and pizza were delicious. Everything was delivered hot and fresh. Even arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected. Unfortunately there are no desserts so 1 star deducted. Otherwise we were satisfied 😊

Sorry, but that was nothing. Pizza was dry and baked too hard. The garlic paste tasted sour and was thrown on the pizza in bucketfuls. Delivery time was OK. Unfortunately, every cent is too much here and we either buy a frozen pizza or order somewhere else. Continued success.

I have ordered there several times today and have been totally dissatisfied. Brown salad, gypsy schnitzel different than usual. Canned mushrooms. Then I called them and was called a liar.

We've actually always enjoyed ordering there, but recently we've been disappointed. Even though the order is repeated several times, what you ordered doesn't arrive. Something is always wrong. Delivery times are also extremely long. Once we had to wait more than 2 hours. What a shame!

First of all. We have ordered here several times and the food was ok. Now nothing that you think is super great. Unfortunately this time the food was very heartlessly prepared. The pasta was seasoned to zero, so that you actually only tasted pasta. I then seasoned these myself. (salt and pepper with Italian herbs) There was also a noticeable lack of ingredients. The pizza was "poor". Dough was ok, topping not at all. If you have the opportunity to order somewhere else, you should do so. Unfortunately this was the last time. Nevertheless, all the best to the owner.

Die Qualität des Essens ist mehr als minderwertig. Nudeln waren matschig, die Soße geschmacklos, das Schnitzel wurde in Soße ertränkt und hat furchtbar geschmeckt. Der Salat der mitgeliefert wurde enthielt weiche und schlecht schmeckende Paprika und die Salatblätter an sich waren am Rand schon braun (alt). Das einzige genießbare an dieser Bestellung waren die Bratkartoffeln. Keineswegs weiterzuempfehlen dieser Laden…

Wir haben im Ristorante Bel Monte bestellt - mit einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von einer Stunde. Nach 1:10h haben wir nachgefragt, wo unser Essen bleibt, es hieß, es sei unterwegs. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde haben wir telefonisch storniert. Nach insgesamt 2:10h hielt bei uns ein Lieferant, der tatsächlich noch die Bestellung abliefern wollte. Am Telefon schien man weder überrascht von unserer Stornierung zu sein, noch folgte eine Entschuldigung. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, das wir dort bestellt haben.

Wir haben unsere Bestellung nach über 1,5h storniert, da immer noch kein Essen in Sicht war. Am Telefon hieß es zweimal, es sei unterwegs - was offensichtlich nicht stimmen konnte. Eine Entschuldigung folgte nicht.

Best pizza delivery service. Sometimes the waiting time is a bit long. But otherwise great service. Great people always friendly. The drivers are also super nice. Only recommended. Keep it up BellMonte team

Food is always delicious... sometimes it just takes a long time

Seitdem der Eigentümer, ein klassischer Italiener, das BelMonte nicht mehr betreibt, hat die Qualität gelitten. Vor 6 Jahren noch meine Lieblingspizzeria, habe ich mich mittlerweile abgewendet. Ich bestelle nun woanders.

Ein Stern wegen der Pünktlichkeit. Am Telefon hieß es jedes Mal, „der Fahrer sei jeden Moment da“. Das ging eine halbe Stunde lang so. Nie wieder!

So lecker beste Pizza im Weiterstadt

Das essen war nie wirklich italienisch, aber ganz ok. Die Lieferzeiten allerdings sind sehr enttaeuschend. Schon zum 2. Mal war das Essen nach 1,5 Stunden immer noch nicht da. Und als Antwort kam jedesmal: wir sind in 3 Minuten da; was nicht der Fall war. Wenn man wenigstens so ehrlich waere die langen Lieferzeiten vorab zu kommunizieren!

Sehr lange Lieferzeit. Wir mussten leider 2 Stunden warten und dann fehlte ein Gericht. Nachlieferung nochmal eine Stunde später. Das Essen selbst ist okay.

Soweit so gut! War 3 mal hier und hab immer die Pizza Salami bestellt. War immer lecker!!

Eine super Pizzeria. Dort gibt es alle Pizzen die das Herz begehren und der Service ist auch super. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen und hoffe dass sie noch weitere 100 Jahre bestehen bleibt. Ein Hoch auf die Pizzerbäcker . :)

SEHR LECKERES ESSEN, ABER BEIM BESTELLEN AM TELEFON MANCHMAL EINE KATASTROPHE, BITTE STELLT JEMAND EIN DER PERFEKT DEUTSCH SPRICHT. SONST IST ALLES WUNDERBAR.

Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftiger Anbau, aber ansonsten ein richtig guter Italiener. Freundliches Personal, schnelles Essen und lecker dazu. preis leistung stimmen auch, also echt zu empfehlen.

Lieferzeiten teilweise über 2 Stunden! Das Essen ist auch nicht mehr wie früher oft fehlt die hälfte, und die Geschenkte Cola macht es auch nicht besser!! Wir Werden dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Früher war der Inhaber ein Italiener, heute leider nicht mehr. Qualität extrem nachgelassen, ich bestelle nicht mehr

Seit der Italiener (frühere Besitzer) im Haus weg ist, hat der Geschmack erheblich nachgelassen. Es werden mit Sicherheit nur noch "billige" Produkte für die Zubereitung gekauft und das schmeckt man. Der Käse schmeckt anders (schlechter). Es war eigentlich unsere Stammpizzeria bei der wir immer bestellt haben, seit wir den neuen pakistanischen Besitzer im Kaufland gesehen haben und er den Großeinkauf für die Pizzeria getätigt hat, ist für uns klar, dass wir da mit Sicherheit nicht mehr bestellen werden. Wirklich sehr schade.

Wo gibt es das noch - ein richtiger Italiener der italienisches Essen liefert? Bei den meisten Lieferservicen gibt es ja zwischenzeitlich auch indische usw. Gerichte und die Pizza und Pasta schmeckt nicht, so ist es hier NICHT. Das Bel Monte liefert sehr leckere Pizza, Pasta und Fleischgerichte im Umkreis. Wir hatten bis jetzt nichts zu meckern, das Essen kommt in akzeptabler Zeit und ist immer sehr schmackhaft. Wenn wir keine Lust zum Kochen und Lust auf italienisch haben, dann nur hier

Also eigentlich hätte diese Pizzeria 5 Sterne verdient, denn die Pizza ist Weltklasse. Die Pizzeria ist klein und familiär und eigentlich nur zum abholen gedacht. Leider ist alles was nicht mit Pizza zu tun hat, reine Glückssache... Mal fehlt der Lachs, mal gibt es das Fleisch nicht, dann fehlt wieder dies, dann wieder das... Das darf einfach nicht sein - wenn das nicht wäre - absolut 5 Sterne, da das Essen wirklich sehr lecker schmeckt...
