Das Essen war sehr gut, die Portionen großzügig und das Personal überaus freundlich. Wer gutes, hausgemachtes Essen genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, gestern Abend im MATBAH zu speisen, und ich kann nur sagen, dass es eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung war. Das Ambiente war warm und einladend, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch! Jeder Gang war ein Genuss, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Man merkt, dass hier mit frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten gearbeitet wird. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏽👍🏽

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach hervorragend Englisch. Es gab sogar englische Speisekarten. Wir hatten den Döner-Kebab-Teller. Insgesamt war es gut, aber das Fleisch war etwas fettiger als erwartet. Es war jedoch der einzige Döner-Kebab, den wir in der Stadt gegessen haben, daher ist das in München vielleicht normal.

Sie sind sehr herzliche und angenehme Menschen, ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Ambiente im Garten und freundliches Personal. COUSCOUS SALAT und Dürum kann ich empfehlen. Ebenfalls Preis=Leistung stimmt total.einen Besuch kann ich nur empfehlen

Das Essen war so lecker und zart. Wie selbstgekocht. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Und es war auch noch preiswert.

Der Wrap war absolut köstlich, und der Wrap mit Brötchen war sogar noch besser. Die Portionen sind wirklich riesig, ohne Beilagen ist das eine vollwertige Mahlzeit. Wir waren total begeistert. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen, so gut war es.

Ich komme seit Jahren hierher und war immer zufrieden!

Große Portion, leckeres Hähnchen, leckere Soße, Ambiente und Service – alles war super.

Ich hatte Hunger, also ging ich hinein, und für etwa 19 Euro bekamen wir beide einen köstlichen, unterarmgroßen Hähnchen-Wrap und einen Ayran. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, und obwohl die Speisekarte etwas unübersichtlich war, war er sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend bei der Bestellung. Hoch lebe der Döner!

Türkische Küche, geführt von einer freundlichen und aufmerksamen Familie. Das Tagesgericht bei meinem Besuch – Aubergine in Käse-Tomaten-Sauce – war hervorragend, ebenso wie das Dürüm-Sandwich.

Wir waren gestern mit meinem Mann dort essen. War echt super, das Essen das Personal einfach Klasse. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen 👍👍👍. Ps: Wir sind nicht aus München, wir sind Touristen aus Frankfurt/Darmstadt.

Netter Besitzer der für uns extra etwas länger offen gelassen hat und eine Runde Shots für die Gruppe gab's auch :) Vegetarischer Döner war gut aber noch etwas Luft nach oben geschmacklich.

Super leckeres Falaffelsandwich! 10/10 Nicht zu soßig und der Besitzer steht selbst hinter der Theke. Sehr familiärer und einfach schöner Umgang, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder :)

The price of a kebab is 10.50 for a spit without fries. The kebab is sufficient, but nothing more.

Very rude employees. They didn’t want to service us because we wouldn’t order a lot of food and drinks. 1/5 stars.

We came here with a group for a couple of people to grab a quick bite. After being seated, they were extremely rude when they realized only 2 people of our group of 6 wanted to order food. It wasn’t particularly busy and there were a lot of open tables. It was overpriced döner (~10€) and drinks (~7€ for 1/2L) - not surprising this close to Oktoberfest. Horrible service & atmosphere so we left. Also even if you’re a guest they charge 2€ for the bathroom. Avoid if you have any self respect as a tourist or German.

I hope you had put some chicken on the durum which is atleast worth for 10€. One of the worst durum I have ever tried in Germany. Danke schön..!

Terrible, we felt sick after eating their kebab. The sandwich was poor, not enough meat and too much sauce. Avoid.

Close-to-perfect first meal in Germany after a long flight. The staff were friendly, the vegan wrap was tasty and full of beans, veggies, bulgur, and hummus. Enjoyed sitting outside in a quiet neighbourhood on a balmy summer evening, just a short walk from our hotel (and the Hauptbahnhof).

I highly recommend it. The owners are very sweet and nice people. I can't find words to describe their delicious food. If you happen to pass by, I highly recommend you to stop by.

We were here for the Octoberfest. Our paths crossed with Matbah by chance. And we're so glad we did... We were amazed by Taki's kitchen. The soup, meatballs, chicken wraps, and all the dishes were just like mom's cooking. If you ever find yourself in Munich, I highly recommend stopping by. It's also right next to Octoberfest...

A perfectly ordinary neighborhood snack bar. It's fine if you want a quick bite to eat, but nothing memorable. Some dishes feel like they promise more than they actually are, which leaves a disappointing aftertaste. Certainly not a place I'd make a detour for.

This place is run by one of the friendliest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet in Munich. He treats his customers like family and always has time for a proper chat. As Turkish students living here, he made us feel really welcome. The döner is easily the best in Munich for the price, but I have to say I preferred the homemade dishes even more. If you're in Munich, it's definitely worth stopping by to say hello and enjoy a meal. This restaurant is run by one of the friendliest and most authentic people in Munich. He treats his guests like family and always takes time for a friendly chat. He was especially warm for us Turkish students here. The döner is by far the best in Munich when it comes to value for money, but I liked the homemade dishes even better. If you're in Munich, you should definitely stop by, say hello, and enjoy a meal.

We stumbled upon this wonderful place while walking along the street, feeling very hungry, and it left us with fond memories of both the food and the hospitality. The omelet was amazing, and the daily dishes were delicious. A heartfelt thank you to the owners, Taki Bey and Tülay Hanım. Everyone visiting Munich should definitely add this lovely place to their list.

ordered a chicken wrap without cheese(Durum) which filled with pile of chicken, vegetable, and good taste of slightly sour onion sauce--what a fabulous combination, getting along with local Munich beer from staff's recommendation. BTW, I'm Taiwanese, the meal matched my taste buds.

Is it even possible to visit Germany and not have some Döner? It’s arguably one of the best tasting foods, and great for hangovers! We tried both the sandwich version as well as the wrap version. The traditional sandwich one was way better - more meats and juices per bite to cover and coat your mouth. So good - why don’t more places have this? For drinks, we sampled two: (1) the Iced Peach Tea - a little too much artificial taste; (2) Turkish yogurt drink - forgot the name and photo, but it was a salty yogurt drink that was drinkable, but not our cup of tea…

I was on a study abroad trip with students and found this place by accident, but it may have been one of our best stops in all of our travels. Everyone loved what they ordered. If you go, get the eggplant which is something I would eat over and over again...seriously fantastic! Also, I loved the employees. They were kind and welcoming and the portions were huge!

Great food! Definitely recommend the durum with cheese, absolutely crushed it and wanted more. Might get the XXL version next time (more meat and more cheese)

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with our visit to this restaurant. The service was rude and uninviting. The chicken dish we ordered was not what we expected - it was served without potatoes and instead of a side dish there was only a very small portion of beans. We even had to pay an extra 1 euro for an additional spoonful of beans. Overall, the staff wasn't very friendly and we didn't feel welcome. We will not visit this restaurant again.

From a former insider tip to a disappointment - it's a shame about the potential There are places to which you like to return because they offer a special atmosphere, good service or simply a well-thought-out product. This shop undoubtedly used to be one of them - when it was still called “Bei Taki”, it was a small highlight in the area. But unfortunately it's not just the sign that seems to have changed with the new name. The service now presents itself with a remarkable aloofness that almost seems to be a principle. Questions about individual adjustments are not so much answered as they are fended off - but without a clear line, because what seemed impossible at first is then done, but in a way that has little to do with customer orientation. A certain communication culture, which would be advantageous in the catering industry, does not seem to be part of the concept here. About the product: The kebab is... available. Not bad, but nothing memorable either. The list of ingredients has been reduced to the absolute minimum, which is certainly a question of concept - or calculation. Solid in taste, but without any sophistication or a hint of attention to detail. If you value more than meat, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes, you won't get your money's worth here. Conclusion: The place has changed, and with it the experience. If you are looking for fast, functional processing, you will find an option here. Those who value hospitality, taste and a pleasant atmosphere may need to look around.

Best kebab shop in town! Fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned meat and a homemade sauce that is simply unbeatable. The bread is always crispy and the service is friendly and quick. Anyone who eats here is guaranteed to come back!

I was looking at the menu outside and the staff came out and kindly explained everything in English, which was nice. I asked for takeout by paying by card, and they understood and did it. The kebabs were huge and delicious, so I was full. I definitely want to visit again next time I come to Munich!

I had a menu with rice, grilled cheese, eggplant, and salad, and I ate it all without leaving anything.
