Bei Inge und Hansi im Adler in Leonberg

It's a shame, really: There was real potential with small but delicious dishes (like in an ostrich restaurant with FRIENDLY staff) - unfortunately, the opportunity was missed: A very unfriendly "innkeeper" who constantly makes you feel unwelcome (typical Swabian? What profession did he learn?). He also gets loud when he's obviously overwhelmed - and that happens often! Regulars said he's always like that and that's why he's even had a heart attack... I work in the restaurant industry in Westphalia myself, but at my employer, such behavior towards guests would be grounds for a warning or even termination. Remember, Hansi: it's your "guests'" money that you're allowed to use to pay your bills (live sports, football on TV)! If you keep this up, you'll soon be watching football on your own.

Bravo! Another regular customer driven away! If the owner constantly gives you the impression that you're a nuisance, what do you do? That's right, you find another place. Yes, Hansi is often in a bad mood, but that could easily change if he would finally fire the gossips PC-Rob.B. and Tunnel-Günther.K., who have been making spiteful fun of him for months and deliberately provoking/staging escalations ("Why don't you ask Hansi if you can get something to eat today?")...! Too bad he hasn't noticed it himself yet! Otherwise, as usual: We wanted to spend a girls' night there last year, but it fell through due to the rude and unfriendly telephone communication... (from what I've read here, this is probably not an isolated incident). We were then warmly welcomed elsewhere...

I'm actually looking for a nice, cozy pub with football and dinner to relax and unwind. After reading what I've read here about the "atmosphere," something's not quite right, and I'm going to look elsewhere on Leonberg's market square. Therefore, I can't give a review here (yet) either... Maybe again later (when the atmosphere improves)...

Luckily, there are no "chef-made snacks" on the menu!

Sorry, I'm only in Leonberg two or three times a year, but did I understand correctly? A football/TV pub with rustic cuisine and snacks? And pre-ordering/reserving by phone for a bratwurst or sausage salad for €10??? Are you serious??? At home in the Bavarian Forest (Regen), some amateur restaurateurs once had such a brilliant idea: They burned through money for years and finally blamed their failure on the nasty customers! Indecent and childish! "Hansi" also drives away exactly the wrong customers!

It's always very cozy at Inge and Hansi's. The price/performance ratio is right.

Don't speak English. Don't give password from wi-fi. No good service.

Update: Large room now non-smoking room, small side room smoking area. Not quite as ideal (for smokers), but there is now something to eat again. Cozy, rustic interior, smoking bar, beer garden, sports bar Ate today: tuna salad and “Wurschd” salad. Simply awesome! There is nothing comparable in Leoberg. 👍👍👍

Einen schönen Fußball Nachmittag verbracht, wenn auch der VfB nicht gewonnen hatte. Während der Übertragung gibt's nur Thüringer Bratwurst, Stadionwurst, oder Currywurst mit Brot. Brötchen wäre besser... Gerne wieder ...

Angenehme Atmosphäre - nette Leute - nette Wirtsleute - schönes Ambiente

Gemütlich, rustikal, gutes Bier. Mehr braucht man(n) doch nicht.

Bierlatte ein sehr unterbewertetes Produkt auf der Karte, ebenso wie die Container Schorle. Jedoch diese Nischen Produkte im Verbindung mit dem äußert authentischen und netten Wirt machen den Besuch zu einem Erlebnis was nach seines gleichen sucht! Werde dem Schuppen definitiv einen erneuten Besuch abstatten.

Gemütliche nette Kneipe am Leonberger Marktplatz und man kann zu einem Bierchen die VfB Spiele schauen. Netter Gastgeber.

Super nette Leute, habe nie das Gefühl links liegengelassen zu werden. Schade nur das der raucherbereich so winzig ausfällt, vor allem während der EM. Aber sonst alles super gut, kann ich jedem einzelnen nur weiter empfehlen

Gemütliche Einrichtung, authentischer Inhaber, gutes Bier, tolle Salate, sehr zentrale und schöne Lage.

Beste Fussballkneipe in Leonberg. Hansi's Wurstsalat ist konkurrenzlos.

Bin oft da und zufrieden. Ab September ist der große Gastraum rauchfrei. Es gibt dann wieder warme Gerichte. Ich freue mich schon darauf.

Ich mag einfache Dinge. Bei genügend Wärme trotzdem im Schatten sitzen und beim Biertrinken keinen Sonnenstich bekommen ;) Inge und Hansi sind im "Adler" in Leonberg D.h. den Hof welcher schon bestuhlt ist, nach hinten durch laufen - oder gleich draußen ein Bier trinken ;) Mir hat man dazu den Wurstsalat empfohlen, und der war es wert. Eine der Begleitungunen war Vegetarierin. Für sie gab es einen großen gem. Salat mit einigen Stückchen aus unterschiedlichem Käse oben drauf. Sah gut aus, denke hat auch geschmeckt. Sonst gibt es keine weiteren Menüs, falls dort jemand zum Essen einkehren möchte.

VfB schauen. Radler schlürfen. Wurschtsalat mampfen. Danke Inge & Hansi :)

Nette Bedienung, gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Entspannte wohlfühl Atmosphäre mit super nettem Gastwirt. Die Toiletten sind immer sehr hygienisch und generell ist alles sehr sauber. Die Preise sind fair und das Essen schmeckt auch lecker. Alles in allem die perfekte Kneipe für jeden der einen gemütlichen Abend sucht.

Nette Sportbar. Gutes Bier. Hier darf geraucht werden. Als Nichtraucher nicht so schön. Rustikale Einrichtung macht die richtige Stimmung.

Fußball Bundesliga und 2. Liga auch Länderspiele, Boxen, Dart und andere sportliche Ereignisse werden täglich auf vier großen TV Geräten gezeigt.
