Very cozy beer garden. Great service and top food at very good prices.

We have been spending our holidays here with Cassi in the cozy apartments in the log cabin for several years! We feel welcome, the boss and service are very nice and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and rich, we like to eat and drink in the beer garden! We would love to come back here!

Went there spontaneously today, great food, good home-style food, despite large groups, calm and attentive staff. Always by bike, ferry ditzum petkum, keep it up. Great

We celebrated an anniversary with 30 people in a relaxed atmosphere in the beer garden. There was champagne as a welcome, followed by delicious apple cake with coffee and in the evening an excellent, varied and sumptuous barbecue buffet at an extremely acceptable price. Fast service. Very well maintained facility. We will definitely come back and thank you very much again 💝

Beer garden is not recommended. Friendly, hard-working, but too few and completely overwhelmed staff: The water we ordered took 25 minutes to be delivered and then the wrong drink arrived! A scoop of ice cream had to be ordered four times before it was served. The grilled meat was very dark, the sausages were black! I've only seen a vegetarian skewer on another plate! A!!! There were no fillet skewers, grilled cheese or corn on the cob. Despite ordering 4 grilled parts (€17.90), there was only a single wafer-thin, almost black piece of chicken breast fillet! In the second course there was only a small amount of bacon left. Many guests left with empty plates. At the tables you have to close your eyes in order to be able to "see past" the broken and dirty oilcloth tablecloths. Conclusion: Totally excessive price for the service provided!

Definitely take a break here. A nice beer garden, with friendly service. Food was good too. What more could you want? Afterwards you can continue your bike tour strengthened.

Everything is perfect, except in the beer garden the tables are very close together, you can hear the neighboring table louder than the partner opposite.

We ended up there 25 years ago by chance. With the trike and spent the night there in the log cabin... We've been there regularly ever since... always very happy. I actually only wanted to give 4 stars because of the somewhat noisy street. But this would be unfair, as we had a clean standing area and were treated very, very friendly and uncomplicated. You immediately felt warmly welcomed. Clean, hot shower and toilet, what more could a motorhome camper want? The dishes were stately and delicious as can be seen in the pictures. Supply and disposal everything possible. 5 stars for Cassi.👍

Wir waren aufgrund eines Tipps in einem Reiseführer hier , was sich leider als schlechter Tipp erwiesen hat ! Die Bratkartoffeln waren zäh wie Gummi und fetttriefend, der Kartoffelsalat absolut geschmacklos . Ich verstehe nicht, wie man es fertig bringt, so schlecht zu kochen. Unser Fazit : Einmal und nie wieder !

Was allowed to live in the wooden hut upstairs for 1 week, uncomplicated and everything was OK. The VW currywurst in particular was just right in the evening after my bike rides, really tasty!!! And then, fall into bed + sleep. Top!!!

If you like home cooking and a rustic ambience, a visit to Cassi is a good choice on a bike tour through East Frisia or just because. Staff is very friendly and always open to changes.😊

I was invited to the birthday party in the hall. The buffet was really great and varied. Vegetarians were also fed up. Then cake and tea or coffee. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The hall was large, but seemed inviting.

We ended up there by chance and were thrilled. We sat in the beer garden, typical ambience. Service friendly and quick. Food was very tasty, we ordered a large currywurst with fried potatoes, 1 side salad, then the herring plate with 3 smoked herrings, fried potatoes, tartar sauce and a salad garnish, which was very plentiful. We will definitely go there again as soon as we are in the area!

We were there on a Sunday with our two grandsons and as soon as we entered the restaurant we were disappointed because it smelled of cigarette smoke. What followed was absolutely wrong. The salad we ordered was missing the bread listed on the menu. We pointed this out to the staff and they passed it on. However, the bread tasted ancient and when you looked at the edge of the bread you could see mold. We called the staff again to point out the mold. The bread was cleared away and then we returned to our table. Now they were pretending us that it was not mold but flour. We will never go there again and to make matters worse, we also discovered that children are not welcome there either, if looks could kill...

Delicious, inexpensive food, TOP service, very friendly, and... you can SMOK in a certain area! Lovely again!

Unfortunately, after having a very negative experience while eating, the waiter came up with the idea of ​​putting up a parasol, which put all the dirt on my plate so that I was allowed to throw the food away. As a thank you, the parasol was smashed against my head... no apology, nothing! A stupid saying was made when a spider abseiled in my direction and I asked my partner if he would get rid of it (because of a spider phobia): it's not a big spider, it's not the size of a hand. There were also dirty plates in the plate cart (meat box) and there were fruit flies at the bottom. Very disappointed as it was good a few years ago!

When a celebration is booked but it doesn't turn out as ordered, it's very sad 😢 The conditions are not the fastest and friendliness is written differently. Bus then the love of the trainee comb shows the others something else. I was just a guest, wondering if I would have a nice celebration there, no, not in my life.

For the first time and not again, I was a guest at a family celebration. Plates were provided in a kind of box (meat box), plates were dirty, there were old traces of grease, etc. There was dirt, flies, etc. in the box under the plates. A parasol was supposed to be put up during the meal, the waitress just said: "Who from... If you don't want an umbrella to hit your head, you should get up and move to the side." When the umbrella was put up (which was not cleaned but was very dusty, dirty and full of insects), the umbrella lost all the rubbish over the food, so the food and drinks had to be thrown away. While putting up the umbrella, another guest was hit in the head quite hard by the umbrella; there was no apology. The food was okay, but it wasn't tasty. Drinks ordered took a good half an hour from the order to the guest. With the exception of one waitress, the entire team was rather unmotivated, overwhelmed and rather unfriendly (sometimes with inappropriate comments that actually invited people to leave). We tried several times in vain to catch a waitress to order drinks and were therefore allowed to sit dry in almost 25 degrees and sunshine. Would I go there again? Definitely not!

Actually we can only judge the ambience. You come to the tables and the air is very bad. The smoking area is separated by a sliding door that doesn't help. It is constantly being opened anyway. Overall, we were happy not to have dogs eating here, but the smell of smoke is much worse. Either it would be better to separate it, or turn it into a smoking bar.

Waren hier für 5 Nächte mit dem Womo. Essen sehr gut und reichlich. Personal sehr freundlich. Für ausgiebige Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren super. Sanitär sauber aber abends lieber eine Taschenlampe mitnehmen da das Licht auf dem Weg zu den Sanitäranlagen erst sehr spät angeht. Ein Nachteil hat dieser Womo Stellplatz - am Wochenende wird der Stellplatz auch als Parkplatz für Pkws genutzt. Daher sehr laut und ungemütlich.

Das Essen zur Selbstbedienung am Buffet frisch vom Grill mit Beilagen war sehr lecker, Wir hatten verschieden Sorten Fleisch mit Beilagen probiert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, man Zahlt pro Fleischstück incl. Beilagen. Das Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Corona- Regeln wurden eingehalten. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir die Gaststatte Bei Cassi klar weiter

Sehr leckeres Essen. Freundliches Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre. Es gibt auch die Gelegenheit draussen zu sitzen. Es wurde draussen gegrillt. Auch ideal als Zwischenstop für Fahrrad und Biker Touren. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit hier feiern dürfen und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war traumhaft. Es gab nichts worüber man einen Stern abziehen müsste. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend.

War dort zum essen.Haben draußen gesessen,war sehr gemütlich. Das Essen war sehr gut und wir hatten eine sehr nette Bedienung. An dem Abend war mehre Gruppen da zum Grillen. Anmeldung erforderlich. Immer wieder.

Also wir hatten Hunger und haben uns für das Holsteiner Schnitzel entschieden, die Kartoffeln waren weder kross, sondern im Öl versoffen, Das Schnitzel war alt und wieder aufgebraten, durch die Spiegeleier hat man es erst nach dem aufschneiden bemerkt. Grillen war erst ab 18:00 Uhr angesagt, furchtbar war das Essen. Und dann um die Qualität zu halten 15% Aufschlag auf die Rechnung, von Qualität war nix zu spüren, ein Bedauern für die Gäste. Ein Bild habe ich leider nicht gemacht , auch andere Gäste waren nicht zu Frieden.

Wir wurden bei unserem Besuch im Biergarten leider enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich ins recht zügig, jedoch war das Essen alles andere als seinen - sehr geringen - Preis wert. Das hätte ich selbst leider besser hinbekommen, nichts für Ungut! Der Salat war seltsam abgeschmeckt, das Schnitzel TK, grau und nach dem Frittieren fettgetränkt und unansehnlich. Auch die „knusprigen Hähnchenbrustfilets“ waren definitiv TK und somit für mich nicht die 10 Eurp Wert, ich hätte gern etwas frisch Gekochtes gegessen :( daher leider definitiv nicht wieder!

Herzliche Begrüssung, tolle freundliche Bedienung, allerdings das Essen ist leider nicht so toll. Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen sind wir hierher gegangen und denken nun das viele Bewertungen für die Portionsgröße abgegeben wurden. Leider verwechseln einige Leute viel mit gut. Allerdings ist das Essen sehr günstig, was soll man da erwarten.

Hervorragende Küche, auch regionale und saisonale Gerichte wie Snirtjebraten oder Kohlgerichte. Toller Service und extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter. Rustikales Ambiente, das ideal auch für größere Feiern und Veranstaltungen ist

Heute waren wir zum ersten Mal bei Cassi und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ebenfalls eine Premiere war das Essen: Snirtje, die ostfriesische Schweinebratenspezialität! Serviert wurde der Braten mit einer köstlichen Sauche, Kartoffeln, super Rotkohl und klasse Speckbohnen. Dazu gab es einen Beilagenteller mit Roter Beete, Gurken, Pflaumen und Kürbisstücken. Die Portionen war groß und wir wurden mehr als satt. Auch der Service ist freundlich und schnell! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zunächst dachten wir, als wir den Biergarten gesehen hatten, naja ob das gut ist. Aber wir wurden sehr freundlich und humorvoll empfangen und haben es dann probiert. Das Essen war reichlich und lecker. Spargel und Fleisch, sowie Fisch und Salat, ausgezeichnet. Die Stimmung unter dem Personal war sehr locker und angenehm. Gerne wieder.

Wir waren heute mit der Familie zu Gast bei Cassis in Rorichum. Meine Frau ist leider kurzfristig erkrankt. Herr D. bestand aber trotzdem auf sein Geld, was für mich als ehemaligen Gastronom, ein Unding ist! Als guter Gastronom kalkuliert man solche Fälle mit ein. Für uns ein Grund dieses Haus nicht mehr zu betreten. Das Frühstück war für mich "normal"....

Ein ganz hervorragendes Mittagsbuffet, eine leckere Teetafel, ein wunderschöner Biergarten, da fahre ich gerne noch einmal hin.

Super Service und super Essen. Die Portionen waren sehr gut und das Geschirr sauber. Hier kommen wir gerne her. Bei sonnigen Wetter ist es im Biergarten super gemütliche und man kann hier viel Zeit verbringen. Die Preise passen super.

Im Dezember 2x geschäftlich an einer Weihnachtsfeier teilgenommen. Das Büfett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe selten eine solche Vielzahl an Speisen gesehen. Alles schmeckte ausgesprochen gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Für Betriebs. - und Familienfeiern sehr zu empfehlen.

"Bei Cassi" ist eine Institution in der Region, bei schönem Wetter lockt der Biergarten. Ich habe das Restaurant erstmalig im Rahmen einer Schulveranstaltung besucht, es waren ca. 110 Personen, gebucht war ein Grill- und Salatbüfett. Wegen der schlechten Witterung wurde das Essen im Saal serviert, das tat aber der Qualität der Speisen und auch der Stimmung keinen Abbruch. Das Ambiente ist rustikal, gefühlt aus den 70ern, und alles ist sauber und in sich stimmig. Man merkt, dass die Betreiber und auch Service und Küche oft größere Veranstaltungen managen. Alles lief reibungslos, natürlich gab es am gut vorbereiteten Büfett Wartezeiten, alles lief aber ruhig und entspannt. Es gab Filetspieße, Würstchen, Schweinenacken- und Geflügelsteaks, Pommes, Bratkartoffeln und Reis, ein reichhaltiges Salatbüfett, außerdem Reis und Currysauce als Reverenz an unsere chinesischen Gäste. Gute Qualität, solide, schmackhaft, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir werden sicher jetzt öfter im Rahmen einer Fahrradtour kommen. Es hat mir richtig gut gefallen, die Resonanz der Gruppe war insgesamt sehr positiv.
