ATTENTION RIP-OFF!!! Ordered via Lieferando, shortly afterwards I got a call about problems with Lieferando... I should pay in cash and Beef Bull canceled the order. I then paid in cash because I had already ordered there once and everything was fine at the time. No answer to phone or email now! Money is probably gone.

First of all, credit card payment was rejected, although this is possible with Lieferando and the money has already been deducted from my account. Anyway, I then placed a new order and paid via Paypal, we clicked on an extra for each burger and of course paid more, but the burgers came as normal without the extras, fries tasted like the sole of a shoe. Now I'm chasing my money and when I look at an order in the Lieferando app, there's nothing about it being cancelled. Not so easy to prove that the payment was not accepted. Absolutely not recommended.

Cheater!!!! The same thing happened to me as it did to the others here. Money gone, no food. We canceled the order immediately after the fraud. You can't contact Lieferando, it's obviously been like this for months. Just leave it!

After paying over €40 via Lieferando, I received a call from BeefBull saying that there had been an error in the payment and that I should please pay again upon delivery. No sooner said than done, the money was deducted twice and the money from Lieferadon or BeefBull never came back. Thanks for nothing the last time I ordered

Things were forgotten about the last order, the current order was paid for via Paypal and not sent, you can now forget about ordering here.

We ordered there a long time ago and everything was good. Now ordered there again. After waiting over an hour for our two burgers and two fries, we got a burger and a fries, but unfortunately this burger wasn't one of the burgers we ordered. After we called them, we were immediately assured that they would prepare and deliver our order. Another hour later the correct order actually arrived, but the fries were very limp and smelled of rubber, the burger patty wasn't cooked through in places and the veggie burger was dry. All in all, really not edible. The only positive thing was that after we received the wrong order, the delivery was delivered without complaint.

I ordered my food via Lieferando and paid straight away with Paypal (€20). Shortly afterwards, someone from the store called me and told me that there were "problems with Lieferando and Paypal", after which I was told to simply pay in cash again when the food was delivered and the order via Lieferando would be cancelled so that I can get the money back. Since I had ordered from this store before and everything went smoothly back then, I complied with the request. Unfortunately, I then discovered that the order had not been canceled. So I paid 2 x 20 euros.

Waited 30 minutes longer than stated for the food. Burger was good, fries were limp and cold. The operator called me 6 times and then told me on the phone that they were no longer taking payments via Lieferando and that the order would be canceled there and asked if I could pay the money in cash. Neither confirmation email nor any written credit notice was received. That means paying twice, well we'll wait until Monday... I also got a call from 2 different numbers 3 hours after the food was delivered at 11:30 p.m. Turns out they were from Beef Bull. Called to ask if I had paid the money because there was a difference in the supplier's wallet. Whether the guy took something or not, who knows. AT 11:30 PM!? It's kind of funny how bad customer service is here. As I said, the burger was good, the rest was bad.

The burgers are delicious, I haven't found anything better in the area. Please expand the kitchen or hire more staff, the delivery delays and ordering errors (cold food, forgotten sauce,...) are a nuisance.

Danger! The food is charged through Lieferando and then they call and say they are not with Lieferando, you will get the money back and then you have to pay it in cash. But the money didn't come!! So the meal was paid for twice! Emails are not responded to. The food was also absolutely disgusting, ice cold, the burger was completely burnt and the fries were soggy. The time took twice as long as stated! We have never experienced anything worse!

At the first call after 1.5 hours, asking where our food was, we said it was ready and would be sent out straight away. After another hour of waiting and another call, they said the driver should be on the way and there soon. In fact it came after a total of 2.5 hours!! then with cold burgers and cold mozzarella sticks. It was agreed on the phone that 2.5 hours was too long, but no more. No discount, no nothing. It would still have been cool to be informed in advance that it could take longer, then we would have decided on something different that day and not eaten until 10:30 p.m. It's a shame, I actually really liked the store. It can happen sometimes, but given the other similar reviews here, it doesn't seem to be a blip anymore.

Burger was ok, wedges were flabby, the drink was forgotten when we ordered.

The service provided was nothing but unacceptable!!! The food came 30 minutes late, was delivered cold and a drink was missing. The fries resembled cardboard and the taste left a lot to be desired!

Sorry but my God how can it be so difficult to deliver a burger menu and a side dish... over two hours and I'm still waiting... no one answers the phone! Don't you want customers? Then close your shop!

Totally dissatisfied, the food only arrived after twice the expected time, it was completely cold and the fries were badly burnt, bruised and soaked. As if that wasn't enough, a drink was forgotten. Burgers were ok but not again.

The food is delicious but NOTHING can be delivered in less than two hours.

Food simply didn't arrive 😀 after calling 3 times there was no response.

We had the burgers delivered, which took over an hour, which is what people like to eat in Jauf. However, the burgers were small and slightly burnt. You could eat them, but we didn't really like them. The fries were totally soggy. The pictures on the homepage do not match what was delivered at all. For us it was never again!

Clear recommendation, the burgers and fries are great 😁👌🏻

The food is delicious but the waiting times are outrageous and after several calls the food came way too late!

We ordered there, first we were told that the food would be there immediately, the second time we called we were told that the food had just left (from the store), we had been waiting for our food for over 1.5 hours. 7 men are hungry and it's just outrageous how long it takes!

Wir haben an einem Freitagabend um 23:00 Uhr bestellt. Es wurde innerhalb von 45 Minuten geliefert, der Lieferant war freundlich. Die 2 Burger und 2 Pommes wurden warm geliefert die Burger waren saftig, alles wie angegeben. Unter anderem ist es auch sehr preiswert. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Lg Lenny

Wir haben 2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Das Essen ist kalt angekommen und die Beilage war falsch. Und das bei den Preisen. Für einen Streifen Bacon 1,50 zu nehmen ist einfach nur unverschämt. Am Telefon wurde mir versprochen das wir nächstes mal weniger bezahlen müssen. Es war trotzdem das letzte mal, dass wir da Essen bestellt haben.

Essen war top, leider waren Tackerklammern im Essen. Lebensgefährlich. War unsere letzte Bestellung dort.

50-75 Minuten Wartezeit war vorgeschrieben. Haben 140 Minuten gewartet die mozarella sticks waren keine sticks mehr sondern rohe Kartoffeln.

Ich bin am Samstag um 2:30 zu diesem Laden gefahren und war mehr als nur Positiv überrascht. Selten habe ich einen so guten Burger gegessen und das mitten in der Nacht. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Habe bei euch am 23.06.23 bestellt und kann nur sagen die Burger sind wirklich eine 10 von 10! Einfach nur Empfehlenswert! Und der Lieferant war auch sehr freundlich und gepflegt!

Der Washington DC Burger hat so gemundet, dass mir eine passende Beschreibung garnicht einfällt. Ein Geschmackserlebnis den man sonst nicht kennt, eine Geschmacksexplosion triffts besser. Geschaffen von Weltmeistern in der Burger Historie

Ich bin mehr als beeindruckt. Ich habe das erste mal von Beef Bull bestellt und konnte mich nach dem ersten Bissen nicht zurückhalten- Ich hatte das New Jersey Burger Menü und muss sagen das war der beste Burger den ich je hatte: Und das mit Abstand. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren auch perfekt und dazu war es noch eine sehr große Portion (wie der Burger auch) und mit der Joppie-Soße unglaublich lecker. Alles war perfekt auf einander abgestimmt. Normalerweise schreibe ich so gut wie keine Bewertungen aber das war es mir wert. Edit: Ich habe kurz vor Schluss bestellt (am Sonntag) und das Essen kam früher als angegeben. Lieferant war sehr nett. Es war übrigens eine Art Holzgabel im Burger, die diesen zusammengehalten hat (was ich wichtig finde).

Wenn man den besten Burger seines Lebens essen möchte, sollte man den Laden mal ausprobieren. Eine Bestellung für zwei Personen hat 15 Minuten, absolut schnell für solche Burger!!

Leider kein Ladenlokal mehr, man kann nur bestellen und um die Ecke abholen...

Schon oft dort Bestellt und eigentlich ist immer alles Top. Die Burger sind echt lecker und auch Beilagen etc. sind top. Dennoch gebe ich nur 4 Sterne, da die Lieferung bei 1 von 3 mal verspätet ankommt, hier wäre noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Die Burger schmecken richtig gut und die Preise stimmen auch!! Nur zu empfehlen

Hallo liebe Burger Freunde. Wir haben um wirklich spät bestellt und wurden super schnell beliefert. Die Burger waren warm sowie super saftig. Man konnte bei jedem Biss die Mühe spüren die eingesetzt wurde. Die Sauce ist ein wirklich ein Spektakel. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Es war einfach wieder total lecker! Für uns seid ihr einer der besten Lieferservices aus GT! Egal ob ich 60 Minuten warte! Es ist sooooo lecker. Übrigens: sehr netter Lieferservice

Habe nach meinem Feierabend durch Lieferando bestellt. Der Burger ... absoluter Hammer! Wirklich. Ca. 25 Minuten hat meine Lieferung gedauert! Perfekt! Der Fahrer war auch sehr freundlich! Die Pommes war für mich zu stark gesalzen, naja grenzwertig. Aber die anderen mögen es, die anderen nicht. Aber wie gesagt: Lieferzeit und Burger absoluter Hammer!

Einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe, und dazu noch richtig Heiß. Kommen gerne wieder zum bestellen.

Super lecker, Essen kam nach ca 60min warm bei uns an. Die Pommes sind ein Traum aber Achtung - der Chili Cheese Burger ist wirklich sehr scharf. 🔥

Um 2:09 29 Burger bestellt und um 2:59 wurde sie geliefert. Super service um die Zeit. Zudem wars noch sehr lecker. Einzig und allein eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses hat gefehlt. 👍🏼

Sau leckere Burger, Beilagen und Sauce. Allerdings lässt der Lieferdienst einen teilweise bis zu zwei Stunden auf das Essen warten, was dann kalt ist. Wir legen hier erstmal eine Pause ein, dafür ist das Geld zu schade.

Alles gut ! Die Burger haben eine gewisse Schärfe, welche aber wirklich gut ausgehalten werden kann. Der Bun und das Fleisch sind wirklich gut. Wir haben das erste Mal dort bestellt und waren sehr positiv überrascht.
