Terrible food, had diarrhea 2 times in a row If you want something better, please eat somewhere else!!!!!!!

I get bread instead of pizza rolls.. Meat 3 days old, pasta only with broccoli stalks..

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten... top chef... I recommend it to everyone

Meat in the kebab was cut large and partly raw, not recommended.

Eating was like this: if you're hungry you can eat it. (Made with little love) Service couldn't understand what I wanted, when I asked for a dish I was just stared at without getting an answer. The location looks okay and inviting.

Doner doesn't taste like anything

Ordered there again after many years and found that not only the location but also the previously excellent quality had changed, unfortunately the quality had become negative. No more quarters of flatbread, but white bread that tasted like nothing, was not toasted and therefore had a rubbery consistency. Relatively little meat, salad and meat were all swimming in a cocktail sauce. I was full, otherwise I would have only given one star. It's a shame, until 3-4 years ago this was the top address in Bedburg.

What things caught my eye immediately So you don't really get a friendly welcome. Except an annoyed Hello Bitschön is not to be expected. A young man who obviously goes to the basement to smile took my order, I ordered 3 kebabs to take away yesterday, the young man started, the only thing I immediately noticed was that he had cashed in on other customers in the meantime. And then threw the kebab bread onto the contact grill without tongs or gloves. Conclusion… Bread wasn't crispy, meat (veal) didn't taste like anything and wasn't juicy at all. Rather dry. Salad was OK, sauces for the kebab didn't taste good either. Thank God I didn't have to order the fries. After another man took over the fries drawer and scratched around in it with a spatula, it was clear to me that I should forego the fries, which I did. Of course you didn't pack a napkin. No friendly goodbyes, nothing. First and last time. Personally, I will not recommend them.

minus 5 stars!!! fries totally dried out, rock hard, who knows how often fried. . . the currywurst was limp and not cut. was asked 3 times whether with mayo, still this was missing!!! never again !!!! unbelievable and paid 7,-!!! not for such poor quality. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The workers were actually very friendly, but I personally didn't like the meat at all. A pity!

The meat tasted completely rotten

Doner kebab had burnt pieces of meat and was cut too thick. No reaction after complaining at the counter. Fries from the expensive children's bag were not cooked through. I would definitely not recommend the store. The gentleman at the counter “apparently the shop owner” is totally unfriendly.

The gentleman at the counter was unfriendly after we complained that our plate had a lot of black pieces of kebab and that the children's fries were only half fried. The man showed no reaction and didn't even offer to do anything. We definitely do not recommend the store.

Congratulations on the new location and this will definitely be the place to go again after festivities in the tent. Very nice, bright and newly designed fast food restaurant. The staff is always extremely friendly and children are also welcome here. This snack bar is the real real Bedburger, as it was the first real kebab 🥙 kebab snack bar in Cologne and is very popular with all Bedburgers. We felt comfortable at Eich and wish you much success at the market place.

We often order home delivery. Therefore, some things are omitted! The food is very tasty 😋. The delivery time is okay!

You should update the menu every now and then!!!!! Food is significantly more expensive than stated on the menu, the onions were missing from 2 orders of kebab. Address was given when ordering over the phone, 10 minutes later I was called and I had to give my address again. We've always been satisfied when we've eaten there, but we'll look elsewhere

Doner meat was very bad, as if it had been mixed together from leftover pieces, bread was soft and not really toasted. Unfortunately, I have to say that it was the worst kebab I've eaten in my life (probably tried to eat). It's a shame, the store was pretty good back then. Unfortunately, the competition towards the train station is now better.

I have to say that I ate by far the most disgusting kebab of my life. The meat was completely gristly and there was no sauce on it. The last remnants of the salad that were left were the only thing on it. The bread was so soft and... burned like never before. Last time it was a disaster, but this time the bird was shot down. I won't eat any more. Hopefully I was the only one who was presented with this kebab. And then asking for so much is the crowning glory.

Normalus kebabas, bet virtuvė turi kur dar tobuleti

Leider ist das Fleisch nicht mehr so schmackhaft wie es mal war. Ansonsten sind die Speisen lecker und werden frisch zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter sind höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich in dieser Hinsicht nicht nachvollziehen.

Wenn man Lust auf einen Snack aus einer Pommesbude hat, dann kann ich zu 100 % den Bedburger Grill empfehlen. Super Qualität und zu guten angenehmen Preisen. Und auch das Personal ist hier hervorzuheben: die machen hier einen guten Job und auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen wird hier zügig gearbeitet, ohne das die Qualität darunter leidet. Von A-Z nur empfehlenswert!

Essen geht. Alle freundlich. Nicht in Ordnung ist, dass die die Soßen ohne Rücksprache aufs Essen machen, als würde jeder Standard nehmen. Das können andere besser. Das Ambiente nach dem Umbau sieht gut aus.

Akzeptabel. Trotzdem fand ich die Döner vor einigen Jahren noch viel viel besser.

Ich habe nichtmal einen negativen Punkt der mir einfallen würde. Super 👍

Das Essen war sehr Lecker,nur leider war meine Mutter schon fast fertig mit dem Essen als meins und das meines Mannes kam.vieleicht klappt es beim nächsten Mal besser.

Netter Service schnelle Lieferzeiten und gutes Essen

Hier kann man gutes Fastfood bekommen. Von Döner, über Pommes bis zur Pizza ist im Grunde für jedermann etwas Passendes dabei. Das Essen schmeckt und die Portionen sind ausreichend zum sättigen. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und arbeiten sehr schnell. Das Ambiente ist leider etwas karg und lädt nicht sonderlich ein, hier könnte man vielleicht etwas mehr draus machen um es ein wenig gemütlicher zu machen. Ansonsten kann man hier definitiv eine Empfehlung aussprechen und der Parkplatz ist meiner Meinung nach auch definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Weiter so.

Essen schmeckt, man wird freundlich bedient. 😃
