This was our second time at Bechstein and we found it excellent every time. Very good, friendly service, delicious pizza and pasta as well as a nice ambience rounded off our stay. We would love to come back. 2/24/24 Excellent food again. The crowning glory was a delicious 😋Tartufo...although it didn't have the usual shape...it was an ice cream sundae.13.9.24

A nice atmosphere with friendly, attentive waiters. The food was very tasty and at a very good price-performance ratio. Pizza Funghi with ham. The ham and mushrooms were super fresh and the base was thin and crispy. Note to the kitchen, please include port wine on the spirits menu. I come here more often now to eat 👌

Our visit after touring the Gigafactory Berlin with 45 members of the Swiss Tesla Owners Club STOC was, like last year, a complete success. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us immediately feel welcome. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Particularly noteworthy is the long table where we all found space. The back area where we sat provided us with a pleasant, somewhat secluded atmosphere that allowed us to have a good chat. We really enjoyed the evening and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Good food, a lot of effort is put into it. We were seated outside at a Christmas party but it was clearly too cold. They had forgotten to turn on the heater 2-3 hours beforehand. But after a short conversation, something was put together for the 12 of us inside.

Fine restaurant with Italian specialties. We were there with a group of around 40 people and the food was very good and the staff were efficient and friendly.

We've been there a few times and so far we've been satisfied. Last time we unfortunately had a very unfriendly waiter. When we hadn't finished looking through the menu for a few minutes, he rolled his eyes and walked away again a few minutes later, annoyed to stand at our table with the words: "Have you finally decided?" We were so shocked that we didn't even know what to say about it at first. When we then ordered another appetizer, he was also very annoyed. We were also relatively ignored by him when it came to ordering drinks and had to make ourselves known to other waiters But the big hit was that my girlfriend and I both had extreme gastrointestinal problems shortly after eating, which lasted the entire night for us. But it could only have come from the food or the cocktails containing cream My girlfriend and I hadn't seen each other for 2 weeks before (due to possible infection). Afterwards we found out from our friends that some people had already done this several times. We definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered a pizza salami and tiramisu to take away at relatively short notice while in transit. Pick up at 10:30 p.m. was no problem. Friendly staff, the pizza was delicious, thin but crispy base, enough tomato sauce, salami. I haven't eaten such good pizza in a long time. The toilet was clean too! The atmosphere was very nice! And the ice cream counter I passed on the way to the toilet had a lot to choose from. The next time I'm in Köpenick again, I'll definitely eat here!!! ❤️ stays so delicious 🤤

We spontaneously went out to eat there and were more than thrilled. I've never had my pizza so quickly 🍕. It was also really good🤤. The waiter was also really funny and there was a nightcap at the end. Gladly again.

It's always crowded here. I recommend reserving seats. The food is great and there is enough choice. Everything is very well maintained and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, parking is very difficult. There are some available, but they are far from enough. Parking in the surrounding area is quite difficult

We were traveling in this place by boat, we had reserved a good table outside, the ambience was wonderful, the food was terrific, the service was super friendly, value for money was perfect, our child got the food first, very successful evening

When we walked in we were shown to a table. The entire restaurant looked very chic and classy. We thought we could have a great family dinner here. Unfortunately, as soon as we ordered, the waiter looked at us very disparagingly from top to bottom and took our order very reluctantly. The starters actually came very quickly, but the main course arrived a short time later, which made it impossible to finish the starter in time. Five waiters served us at the same time, which led to a lot of confusion. We were either asked something far too often or certain things were not even mentioned to us. When we were clearing up we were asked if we still wanted ice cream and we were promised to bring us the menu for the ice cream. When that night still hadn't arrived for 10 minutes, we decided to speak to the waiter directly and he brought us the ice cream menu. When after another 20 minutes there was still no waiter and the waiters we called ignored us, we decided to call the restaurant and let them know that table 67 would like to order. When the waiter came to our table there was no apology whatsoever and he made a stupid comment about us calling. We ordered ice cream 4 times and the waiter couldn't even tell us what exactly was in each sundae and what flavors of ice cream were available. This also took almost half an hour until we finally got our ice cream, but by then it was already half melted and when I stirred it a little, a waiter gave me a snippy answer: I know how to drink it now. The ambience is definitely very nice, the food is quite mediocre but not bad, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. In the end, as a family, we would not eat here again and would not recommend this to anyone.

Our guests and we were extremely satisfied with the organization and the delicious food. As always, the waiters were very friendly and the price-performance ratio was also right. If there are several people, you should order special requests, e.g.: menu and seats on the weekend. So no waiting times. The staff immediately escorts you to the table and provides a menu for everyone. You can tell from the menu that this is fine Italian cuisine, with extras always possible. Food excellent, service exceptionally polite and quick, respond immediately. Selected Italian wine selection. Great desserts, all homemade. Ambience very inviting for every taste and desire with appropriate seating/corners. A highlight in Erkner. You'll be happy to come back here.

As always, friendly service, delicious food, very nice atmosphere and usually a table. Parking spaces are a bit tight for peak times, but I've always been lucky.

Dear Bechtein Ristorante di Piano team, unfortunately you didn't exactly bask in glory that evening. It's not a bad thing if you don't understand something on the phone, but then to assume to the customer that you didn't mention the little guest, even though you even implicitly mentioned it, is quite something. Regarding the ambience, everyone likes it differently, we found it loud and there were televisions hanging on the walls which provided us with additional sound. Regarding the service, drinks were empty, after the third to fourth Käller left without asking, the top waiter came and asked if we would like anything. As for the food itself, let's put it this way, it wasn't very tasty in terms of taste, and we don't even want to talk about the prices. Dear team, shortly after your opening you were worth experiencing, you could tell that you enjoyed it, now you have the feeling of being stuck between a pub and a normal gastro.

Good and fast service. The prices are also okay

I had a lovely evening at Bechstein today. My son and his friend and we two moms ate very well and were able to fully enjoy the soccer game between Germany and Spain, even if it didn't work out, the atmosphere was great. The staff was always present and very friendly. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Well located and very nicely decorated. Food was good, cocktails were a bit too watery for us. Service nice and attentive.

After we haven't ordered anything here for a long time because the last time was a bitter disappointment in terms of quality, we tried again today, called and picked it up. We were hardly surprised: one of the two dishes is old! Even too much salt cannot hide this fact. Tastes old, even looks old. At €15 for a pasta dish, this should never happen! The pizza was okay. The highlight was the reaction on the phone: We are welcome to "exchange" the food, but actually that can't be the case - it would always be freshly cooked. Of course, I'll go back, swap the pasta and eat it later when the pizza is either cold or eaten. Bechsteins has done it for us. Prices have shot through the roof since Corona times, quality is poor. Thanks, bye!

A bit too expensive for what's on offer, but you can do it. Still tastes very good.

Solid Italian with nice service

Very nice restaurant. The food is amazing, even though I've never had bruschetta that had cucumbers on it. Very fresh ingredients and the service is also great.

My fillet of beef came absolutely raw, the waiter then told me: "The kitchen still has to learn", then the same piece was brought back to me, dry and almost black, on a new plate with a third of the side dishes.....

The food was very tasty... We would love to come back

We value quality, not quantity. So we were in the wrong place. In every sense. An example: Olive oil - THE flagship product of all - should also be olive oil, not an unidentifiable, homemade liquid. Even when asked critically, no real olive oil was available. How about CARAPELLI in the original bottle on every table. The additional costs could easily be offset by smaller portions when eating. The Gorgonzola sauce consisted of 99% thin commercial cream. The "chicken mountain" was very good, but way too much. At least we didn't have to eat the dead potatoes. You hardly want to talk about the sad side salad. Who is cooking there? The staff were friendly and the ambience is good. That's not enough to warrant a return visit.

The food comes quickly but they also had two dishes that I declined because I didn't order them. I would rather wait 15 minutes longer and the dishes are fresh, which cannot be confirmed here without a doubt. Please DO NOT order steaks from the Italian restaurant, it's horrible and unworthy of presenting something like that. I've never eaten or cut such tough meat before, and that's with a fillet. Had to return 2 dishes. Sure it's asparagus season but 30 euros for veal schnitzel with more breading than meat and a ridiculous 3 asparagus spears! I was here with my family and were extremely disappointed. Service made a bit of an effort but it wasn't worth mentioning...

Very attentive service; Price/performance is okay

Very tasty and great service! The main courses also include several (approx. 6-9) vegan dishes. Unfortunately, there is no plant milk for a coffee specialty or a vegan dessert. The ice cream flavors also seem to include sorbet.

The atmosphere is attractively modern. The service was subtle and friendly. The food wasn't too overwhelming, so you could finish the portions. The dishes all tasted impeccably. If we visit the region again, we would eat there again. The restaurant is recommended.

Very tasty food and very friendly service

It's a large restaurant, service was friendly. Prices were okay, the food was tasty, not outstanding, but ok. Some found it too bland. Had to be salted a lot. Unfortunately the desserts weren't that good. I had panna cotta, unfortunately a strawberry syrup was used instead of strawberry sauce. That was way too sweet. I didn't try the tiramisu, but it was served with a chocolate sauce, which simply doesn't belong with tiramisu. There are children's meals for children and a large selection of ice cream for dessert.

Overall a bit higher priced, there are also simple dishes for 10 to 11 €, like my lasagne; This was served in a relatively large casserole dish with too much gratinated cheese for my taste. I gave most of the cheese to my companion with her salad. The portion sizes were each generous. At the end we were able to choose a grappa, sambuco or other digestif from the house. Our grappa was very good.

Very nice atmosphere with very friendly staff and a very attentive waiter. We arrived around 9 p.m. and quickly received our ordered food and drinks. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, very tasty and easy to digest. Even the olives tasted good, although I prefer to leave them at other restaurants. I was really impressed and would love to come back.

As always very nice. The staff is very accommodating, we were served quickly and the delicious pizzas arrived super quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. The only drawback is that there are no vegan alternatives to the pizzas.

The staff is always super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food generally tastes good, but always different. This is a bit difficult for a “creature of habit”.

Five of us ate here and we all loved it. The pizzas were really delicious. The chili oil has it all (ordered on top) If we are in the area again we will come back.

So the ambience is of course breathtaking, especially in the evenings and at Christmas time! But the food is getting worse... And the service sometimes didn't make you feel comfortable. No typical “Italian” charm. You can only order food if you already know the starter and main course. You can't order a starter first? I found it funny and stupid. Appetizers: Bruschetta - was normal, tasty My friend had a starter with mozzarella, chicken and spinach that was very tasty and would easily have been enough as a main course. Main courses: Pizza Scampi - was tasty but there are much better ones in the area Beef fillet - the fillet was the worst fillet I have ever eaten... it chewed like leather and the top layer was so burnt that you could only taste the burnt meat. The potatoes with it weren't a hit either and the fried vegetables (peppers, zucchini) were just really soft, boiled rather than fried... There was no nightcap offered at the end. Conclusion: it's worth it for the ambience, but when it comes to food you should stick to pizza and pasta. Addition: + delicious bread and olives were available in advance - the waiters didn't even come independently when the glasses were gone etc

Tasty. The black paste has an unusual taste, but is still delicious. We also took bruschetta with tomatoes, they were super. I recommend this restaurant, the atmosphere, food, service are top notch.

Wonderful restaurant and the food is great. The flambéed spaghetti in parmesan is not only extraordinary in terms of taste, but also a spectacle when served.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. However, the portions are far too much for me. Half a portion would have been enough so I still had room for dessert 😅

I ordered a beef fillet steak and they delivered 2 medium-sized steaks grilled to perfection, wonderful! Impressive portion sizes! The spaghetti with Gorgonzola was rolled in burning Gorgonzola directly at the table. A top location if you are looking for something unusual for a first date or a chic company party. One star deducted because I often had to ask for the map even though there wasn't that much going on. Clear recommendation

Leckeres Essen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Bruschetta ist total lecker, kann ich nur empfehlen.
