Very impersonal and the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Despite having a reservation, we were shown to an uncovered table, which is generally not a problem for us, but when our food came we had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Everything, including the food, was placed on the table as we walked past, no eye contact with the waiter. Really very annoying, we definitely won't be coming back.

Great food and very friendly service

We have eaten here several times and enjoy it every time. Even special requests for our daughter were lovingly addressed. Thank you and “see you tomorrow” ;-)

No, definitely not It should be a nice ending at the end of the day. Unfortunately it wasn't. Two of the three meals were returned. Tortel, Gorgonzola, and Penne di Piano. Gorgonzola was completely missing, not even a hint could be tasted. Flour jams for both dishes. The third was average. The service is arrogant and never cooperative. I was refused to speak to the restaurant manager. It was now the second time I experienced it in this form, and it will also be the last time. No apology was offered by the staff, let alone a reduction in the bill. It's a shame about such a beautifully decorated restaurant. Never, never, again.

Very good portions. Crispy pizza with good toppings. Don't be fussy when pouring. Highly recommended. We would be happy to visit again.

***Inexpensive Italian with good food*** We went to this restaurant on a Friday evening. The bottom line is that there is a very solid restaurant here. The restaurant is located in the middle of Erkner directly at a large roundabout. The capacity of the restaurant is really enormous. I estimate that at full capacity, 200 people can easily eat here. In my opinion, that is the only problematic point. The operators have made a great effort to create comfort - but that is difficult with such a huge property. In addition, the temperature control would have to be turned down. It felt like it was at least 25° that evening, which hindered the good experience a little. Let's get to the important things: the food was really good, we all had different menus - and everything tasted really good. The portions were more than generous and really cheap compared to the prices. The service was also good - the waiter was communicative, modifying the food wasn't a problem at all. Since the portions are very large, the women each shared a starter and a main course. That wasn't a problem at all. We can really recommend this restaurant. If you want to eat well quickly for a small thaler. Will has come to exactly the right place. Due to the large dimensions, the ambience is a bit behind the food. In my opinion, a clear recommendation!

I was at the restaurant recently and absolutely loved it! The menu offers a great selection of authentic Italian dishes. I ordered avocado soup with pizza bread and it was simply amazing - fresh, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The pizza (my husband ordered) was also a delight: crispy base, plenty of toppings and a real taste of Italy. I was particularly impressed by the service. The staff was friendly, professional and took care of every request. The waiting times were pleasantly short and the waiter's recommendations were perfect. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. I'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice, friendly and attentive and we laughed a lot together. The food was tasty. It's a very large location, so it's a bit busy. There was also a bit of pulling at our place, but it wasn't that bad. I will definitely go there again.

It's been a few months since we were there. A visit to Erkner made us hungry, so we stopped there. Nice atmosphere, we were welcomed straight away and taken to a table by the window. My husband had pizza, I had baked pasta. We didn't have to wait long. Food was very hot and extremely tasty. The staff was friendly and we had a nice stay there.

Authentic, fresh ingredients and delicious preparation - Italian cuisine impresses with its variety and taste. From perfect pasta to crispy pizza to heavenly desserts, ice cream, tiramisu, everything - a treat for the senses! Absolutely recommended!

This very good Italian restaurant is located directly at the large roundabout in Erkner and can be seen from afar through the glass facade. Visually, the restaurant looks good inside and out. Only the parking spaces are not that numerous, sometimes you have to look in the surrounding area (which the restaurant can't do anything about). Otherwise I have to say, this restaurant is a point for good Italian cuisine. Whether pizza, penne or other Italian dishes, you will find the finest culinary delights here. Service is really good, quick and hassle-free. For me and my wife, one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the area. The price/performance ratio is also okay.

Food labeling is inadequate, in the online menu things are marked with letters (e.g. A1) but they are not broken down anywhere. When labeling allergens, eggs and milk are also often missing / edit: A1 and the other letters are not listed in the labeling. See screenshots

You can do it. The ambience is nice but the quality of the food varies greatly. Sometimes it tastes great and sometimes it is tasteless or even inedible. The following varied greatly and was often stale and inedible: oven vegetables, starter salad, greetings from the kitchen (bread and olives).

I've never eaten such bad tiramisu in my life, it tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. The service seems cold and not very inviting, the atmosphere is also not comfortable for me, but this is a matter of taste. The food was nothing special.

Beautiful restaurant with lots of style! As always, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was just perfect. The modern rain protection was particularly impressive - when it rained heavily, the windows were simply closed so that the bad weather couldn't ruin our evening. Absolutely recommended for a relaxed and tasteful evening!

We (6 people) had a birthday dinner and were really impressed. The plates were medium filled. You could imagine a little more for 20eur but ok. My plate was almost cold, but ok, it was lunchtime and I don't want to be like that. In itself, it's outstanding, but that's something else.

We had dinner again this evening because we are visiting from Bremen and visiting our mother and it is close by, and as always great service, delicious food, service, everything was great, we can only recommend it, we will be back 👍

The atmosphere is really nice and invites you to linger. The wine is really good. The food is rather boring and nothing special. All the food at the table was very tasteless it was just pretty to look at. Now to the tiramisu... when it came you could already see that it wasn't that nice. 2 Happse and it was left standing and skillfully ignored by the staff. People please don't eat tiramisu...we won't be back

Our visit after touring the Gigafactory Berlin with 45 members of the Swiss Tesla Owners Club STOC was, like last year, a complete success. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us immediately feel welcome. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Particularly noteworthy is the long table where we all found space. The back area where we sat provided us with a pleasant, somewhat secluded atmosphere that allowed us to have a good chat. We really enjoyed the evening and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Good food, a lot of effort is put into it. We were seated outside at a Christmas party but it was clearly too cold. They had forgotten to turn on the heater 2-3 hours beforehand. But after a short conversation, something was put together for the 12 of us inside.

We've been there a few times and so far we've been satisfied. Last time we unfortunately had a very unfriendly waiter. When we hadn't finished looking through the menu for a few minutes, he rolled his eyes and walked away again a few minutes later, annoyed to stand at our table with the words: "Have you finally decided?" We were so shocked that we didn't even know what to say about it at first. When we then ordered another appetizer, he was also very annoyed. We were also relatively ignored by him when it came to ordering drinks and had to make ourselves known to other waiters But the big hit was that my girlfriend and I both had extreme gastrointestinal problems shortly after eating, which lasted the entire night for us. But it could only have come from the food or the cocktails containing cream My girlfriend and I hadn't seen each other for 2 weeks before (due to possible infection). Afterwards we found out from our friends that some people had already done this several times. We definitely won't be coming back.

Ordered a pizza salami and tiramisu to take away at relatively short notice while in transit. Pick up at 10:30 p.m. was no problem. Friendly staff, the pizza was delicious, thin but crispy base, enough tomato sauce, salami. I haven't eaten such good pizza in a long time. The toilet was clean too! The atmosphere was very nice! And the ice cream counter I passed on the way to the toilet had a lot to choose from. The next time I'm in Köpenick again, I'll definitely eat here!!! ❤️ stays so delicious 🤤

We were traveling in this place by boat, we had reserved a good table outside, the ambience was wonderful, the food was terrific, the service was super friendly, value for money was perfect, our child got the food first, very successful evening

When we walked in we were shown to a table. The entire restaurant looked very chic and classy. We thought we could have a great family dinner here. Unfortunately, as soon as we ordered, the waiter looked at us very disparagingly from top to bottom and took our order very reluctantly. The starters actually came very quickly, but the main course arrived a short time later, which made it impossible to finish the starter in time. Five waiters served us at the same time, which led to a lot of confusion. We were either asked something far too often or certain things were not even mentioned to us. When we were clearing up we were asked if we still wanted ice cream and we were promised to bring us the menu for the ice cream. When that night still hadn't arrived for 10 minutes, we decided to speak to the waiter directly and he brought us the ice cream menu. When after another 20 minutes there was still no waiter and the waiters we called ignored us, we decided to call the restaurant and let them know that table 67 would like to order. When the waiter came to our table there was no apology whatsoever and he made a stupid comment about us calling. We ordered ice cream 4 times and the waiter couldn't even tell us what exactly was in each sundae and what flavors of ice cream were available. This also took almost half an hour until we finally got our ice cream, but by then it was already half melted and when I stirred it a little, a waiter gave me a snippy answer: I know how to drink it now. The ambience is definitely very nice, the food is quite mediocre but not bad, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. In the end, as a family, we would not eat here again and would not recommend this to anyone.

If there are several people, you should order special requests, e.g.: menu and seats on the weekend. So no waiting times. The staff immediately escorts you to the table and provides a menu for everyone. You can tell from the menu that this is fine Italian cuisine, with extras always possible. Food excellent, service exceptionally polite and quick, respond immediately. Selected Italian wine selection. Great desserts, all homemade. Ambience very inviting for every taste and desire with appropriate seating/corners. A highlight in Erkner. You'll be happy to come back here.

As always, friendly service, delicious food, very nice atmosphere and usually a table. Parking spaces are a bit tight for peak times, but I've always been lucky.

Dear Bechtein Ristorante di Piano team, unfortunately you didn't exactly bask in glory that evening. It's not a bad thing if you don't understand something on the phone, but then to assume to the customer that you didn't mention the little guest, even though you even implicitly mentioned it, is quite something. Regarding the ambience, everyone likes it differently, we found it loud and there were televisions hanging on the walls which provided us with additional sound. Regarding the service, drinks were empty, after the third to fourth Käller left without asking, the top waiter came and asked if we would like anything. As for the food itself, let's put it this way, it wasn't very tasty in terms of taste, and we don't even want to talk about the prices. Dear team, shortly after your opening you were worth experiencing, you could tell that you enjoyed it, now you have the feeling of being stuck between a pub and a normal gastro.

I had a lovely evening at Bechstein today. My son and his friend and we two moms ate very well and were able to fully enjoy the soccer game between Germany and Spain, even if it didn't work out, the atmosphere was great. The staff was always present and very friendly. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Well located and very nicely decorated. Food was good, cocktails were a bit too watery for us. Service nice and attentive.

After we haven't ordered anything here for a long time because the last time was a bitter disappointment in terms of quality, we tried again today, called and picked it up. We were hardly surprised: one of the two dishes is old! Even too much salt cannot hide this fact. Tastes old, even looks old. At €15 for a pasta dish, this should never happen! The pizza was okay. The highlight was the reaction on the phone: We are welcome to "exchange" the food, but actually that can't be the case - it would always be freshly cooked. Of course, I'll go back, swap the pasta and eat it later when the pizza is either cold or eaten. Bechsteins has done it for us. Prices have shot through the roof since Corona times, quality is poor.
