Friendly service, burgers and fries very tasty.

I ordered from Schulenburg, and the food arrived today at 8:05 PM. First, the delivery man rang the neighbor's doorbell, even though he had a completely different last name, and then he yelled at me in the hallway, asking why I would order from Beast Burger if I lived so far away. When I asked if I shouldn't order from there anymore, he waved me off and cursed me. I've never experienced anything like that before. If you don't want customers, then don't accept my order, but coming into my house and cursing me is pretty brazen!!!

I visited the burger restaurant and was truly impressed! The burgers are exceptionally delicious – the meat is fresh, juicy, and of excellent quality. You can immediately tell that they pay attention to high-quality ingredients. They were accompanied by crispy fries that were perfectly seasoned and rounded off the meal wonderfully. The service was also top-notch: the staff are very friendly, attentive, and create a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience – everything is just right here. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant to any burger fan!

We order from here occasionally. 90% of the time, the food arrives hot and tastes great. We usually get the pizza with cheese crust or a burger. So far, we've had no problems with anything missing or not being digestible.

Nice, friendly place, and the burger selection is good. The presentation is appealing. The burger was okay. Unfortunately, the fries were extremely greasy and not crispy at all. The shake was just sweet. Like, extremely sweet.

The burgers themselves are super delicious, and I really like the dippers (fries). Unfortunately, for about six months to nine months, they've barely included any fries when you order them. Then you only get three or four pieces and have to pay for them. I find that very sad and unfortunate. I'm already considering going to another burger place. The fries, especially since they taste so good, make a big difference. But I'm not going to pay if I end up with just a small pile of misery in my box. I call specifically and don't order through Lieferando so they don't have to drop anything off, and I pick it up in person rather than having it delivered. It was even better a year ago. And in the beginning, when you order over the phone and think you're going to pick it up, you have to wait a bit. Why? Getting out your notepad every time? Preparation is also important.

We went there for the first time today, and I have to say we received excellent service from the very beginning. They were very friendly and accommodating, and we were also given several recommendations. I ordered the chili cheeseburger with potato dippers and a delicious dip. I thought the burger was very well done, fresh, and tasted great. The potato dippers were very crispy and warm. We also ordered dessert directly from Waffelglück, which was brought to our table (at Burger Beast). I'd love to come back again.

DISASTER. I've been going there three or four times, I've given it a chance but in vain. I waited an hour and a half for the food to come three times each time. You come to eat because you're hungry. After an hour, I'm alone. I'm angry, not hungry. THEY DO delivery first and leave the guests to watch, never again there DISASTER

Prepare frozen patties in sub-par brioche. Frozen fries from the deep fryer are not art. Unfortunately, the impression of the restaurant is that it has been somewhat provisionally prepared. Not interested there. Burgers are edible, but nothing special. Price-performance ratio not very suitable.

Food was pre-ordered but arrived over 20 minutes late. Fries were cold and no longer crispy. Pizza also cold. Complaining to the boss didn't help. Just a rude excuse. For 25 euros a small pizza, a portion of fries and a small pizza. Given the prices, I expect reasonable and punctual service.

I'm just referring to Chicko's vegetable kebab here. First of all, the food is really delicious, especially the grilled vegetables on the kebab/roll. The problem: I have now received something different from what I ordered in 4 orders now (locally and Lieferando). I'll continue to get something here, it's just too exciting to see what's in the bag at the end.

I ordered from the airport hotel via Lieferando around 6:30 p.m. Order was processed immediately, waiting time 20-40 minutes. Called at 1958... "Sorry, no people... food is coming!"... called again at 2015... "Food is coming soon!" Given a deadline of 5 minutes. The deadline had passed and I ordered something from the hotel kitchen for the children. Another 5 minutes later the delivery person arrives. Then I sent him away along with the food. Children hungry, wife angry, great start to the holiday. My number was stored and a realistic time estimate could have been given. That was two hours of waiting... thank you.

Visually it's a kebab shop. After the visit, our clothes smelled of chip fat. The burger was ok but nothing special. Even the pizza tasted better. For the price I wouldn't eat there again.

I have ordered from Beast Burger many times and have always been absolutely satisfied - both with the quality and the quantity. The burgers are incredibly tasty, the fries and potato wedges (dippers) are simply fantastic. The portions are so generous that it's hard to finish them all. Nothing is saved here: the burgers are perfectly prepared and delivery is always super fast. I recently decided to eat directly on site, and what can I say – it went above and beyond! Everything tastes even better fresh from the kitchen, the burgers are prepared right in front of you, and the taste is simply in a class of its own. The customer service is also outstanding: extremely friendly, attentive and courteous. You feel completely comfortable as a guest. I can really only recommend this shop and I am thrilled every time!

In terms of taste, I have to say, the pizza tastes quite good, but you can tell that the quality has deteriorated a lot. I have had several times now that the pizza was completely black, or partially black on the bottom. (Burned). And today when ordering, the extra request for corn, which was also paid for, was simply forgotten. And unfortunately the burgers have become smaller. It's probably about making more money with little material. Really a shame. ☹️ was a good shop in the beginning. If you want to keep your customers, then I recommend you: “Back to the Roots”

Delicious burgers, fries, wraps. One star deducted for the few vegetarian choices. Unfortunately there is only one vegetarian burger (and no vegan one). Delivery is always very quick.

With all my love... but you can't offer bread like that that breaks in your hand and is no longer dry to the point of leaving. The whole place smelled like oil and staff... well... I've been there twice now and disappointed both times... I really can't recommend it.

Went there as a couple and wanted to try the burgers. The shop was empty except for us and we waited 37 minutes for two burgers, shortly after 6 p.m. The fries were lukewarm and the bun was a disgrace. A lot of it came apart when I picked it up and was dry. Although there were 4 employees there, we as customers were invisible. And the atmosphere seemed a bit dated, the tables hadn't been cleaned after the last visit, which had crumbs on them. I can't understand the good reviews at all! And what was extremely annoying for us was that payment was only possible in cash, which doesn't exactly fit in today's world!

Wanted to do Iftar there with the boys. I called and wanted to reserve a table for 4 people. The employee told me to come 10 minutes before and not earlier!!!!!!!!! I then waited exactly 1 hour with my friends until our food came, even though we were able to break our fast exactly an hour ago. Even though the shop was empty, they barely managed and it took 1 hour for 4 burgers, which I can't understand. But otherwise the food was okay

It is furnished in a more rustic style and the adjacent grill counter means it has more delivery service than restaurant character. We will definitely come back because the price-performance ratio is very good. However, next time I would forgo the wooden trays in favor of real plates. It looks very good, but unfortunately the paper insert was torn when I first cut the burger. This means that food inevitably comes into contact with the tablet. This is unhygienic as they certainly cannot be put in the dishwasher at 60°. Either the documents must be washable or you can use conventional dishes. Very friendly staff and the adjacent café expands the menu. A very successful combination of gastronomy.

Very juicy and delicious burger, somewhat hidden in Langenhagen. The trip is definitely worth it. The potato dippers were crispy and the chilli mayo was pleasantly spicy. Interior decor is very cozy. When I was here there weren't many people sitting, which is probably why the hygiene of some of the tables was a bit ignored.

Ich hatte den Beastburger. Ich hatte mich entschieden im Laden zu essen. Es war sehr befremdlich bei 100 % Migrationshintergrund außer meiner Wenigkeit kein einziges deutsches Wort in diesem Laden zu hören. Ich dachte wir leben alle in Deutschland. Meine Wahl fiel auf das Brioche Brötchen, welches mir förmlich in der Hand zerfiel. Sowas geht leider deutlich besser. Für mich der letzte Besuch hier . was ihr draus macht, müsst ihr für euch entscheiden.

Wir sind begeistert 😀 Die Burger waren mega lecker und auch die Pizza hat super geschmeckt. Und unser Sohn liebt die Chicken Crispers. Richtig leckeres Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Kann mich einigen anderen Rezensenten anschließen. Die Bürger waren eher knorpelig und kaum saftig, aber gerade noch essbar. Pommes sind lecker, aber nicht die größte Portion. Wir waren auch die einzigen und mussten lange warten, weil Lieferungen zuerst abgearbeitet werden. Insgesamt also eher mäßig. Immerhin war die Deko ganz nett.

Wenn ich in meinem Leben nur noch in einem Restaurant essen dürfte, würde ich dieses wählen. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist zu gut um wahr zu sein und egal ob Pizza, Burger oder das knusprige Hühnchen, alles Weltklasse. Dazu ein super netter Service und man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich sehr willkommen.
