We ordered a goose filled with minced meat to pick up today. When we arrived, the goose was supposedly ordered for Christmas Eve. The waitress was very nice and offered us a drink to shorten the waiting time because the goose was now being made quickly. After asking twice This was also confirmed as to whether it was actually filled with minced meat. Unfortunately, when we unpacked it, we discovered that it wasn't filled with minced meat. We then called and the answer was a sorry, then I swapped them. I think you should treat customers a little differently. Well, maybe you don't need it.

Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind angemessen. Haxenfreunde kommen auf Ihre Kosten. Auch das Jägerpfandl ist zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant bietet wochentags kostengünstige Mittagstische und das immer mit einer köstlichen Vorsuppe. Leider keine Kartenzahlungen möglich, also immer Bargeld dabeihaben oder via Paypal bezahlen.

Even if the service staff serve in lederhosen and dirndls, that doesn't make the food better or the service more attentive. Unfortunately the reservation was forgotten, which is always very pleasant on a birthday. If you think you'll get your drinks quickly, as is usual from a "Bavarian tavern", you can look at a sign from the tavern that says you get guests quicker than service employees, so you just have to wait. The menu is listless, and in many canteens you can get the food quicker and fresher, which you can see in the wilted salad garnish that actually wanted to be a side salad. You can also clearly see the white lumps of flour in the Champion sauce, which, in addition to Champion, also gives the sauce a delicious flour taste. I wish everyone a better experience, but I won't try my luck there again.

There were two of us and we were assigned a table for two in the corner. All tables were set. Not this one. I didn't like the table. Since we were there on a Sunday around 4:30 p.m., only one table was occupied. If we had been allowed to choose one, I would have been happier. The schnitzels were super thin. The chanterelles are fresh, the sauce comes with it, more like a ready-made sauce. The fries were ok and so were the fried potatoes. The side salad was very small. The salad dressing was nothing special. The coleslaw was ok. We only got the cutlery when we asked, after the plates were all on the table. Payment in cash or Paypal. Cards are not accepted. There is a large beer garden outside. The toilets weren't very clean. You should also look under the edge. 😉 All in all, we won't be coming back.

The service was super nice and attentive. The card offers additional requests directly. You can mix however you want. There is also a meatless version of every dish (vegetable schnitzel) - no discussion or eye rolling and it tastes great. But the meat is also recommended. So there's something for everyone. We'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

I chose the lunch menu. Frankfurter Schnitzel, with starter soup, mushroom soup with spinach, which was very tasty. Unfortunately, the green sauce was quite sour (did it have to be that way?) and the side salad for €4.90 tasted like the fridge. Schnitzel was a reasonable portion size, but you would have been full with soup, without salad and green sauce, as Viennese schnitzel with fried potatoes (which were really tasty) for €12.90 was ok.

The ambience is charming and traditional, you immediately feel like you are in a cozy inn in Bavaria. The service in traditional costume adds to the authenticity and gives the experience a special touch. Now about the food: the dumplings here are simply unbeatable! Light, airy and with a wonderful consistency - exactly how they should be. The schnitzel was also a delight, perfectly fried and nice and crispy. But the other dishes on the menu also promise pure enjoyment. As for the service, the staff was not only dressed in traditional costume but also extremely nice and accommodating. Their friendliness and knowledge of the menu made my visit even more enjoyable. If you are looking for an authentic Bavarian experience that comes with delicious dumplings and warm service, then the Bayerisches Wirtshaus is definitely the right choice!

Personally, I don't think the price-performance ratio is good. Anyone who can cook a little will definitely cook better than it tastes. I had the Frankfurter Schnitzel: the schnitzel was drowned by the sauce, which I personally didn't like at all. She was by no means night herself. The one you buy from the Brandenburg company even tastes better. It's a shame about the schnitzel... the service wasn't exactly unfriendly, but there's something else that's nice too. I was there for the first and last time. I honestly can't understand why the place was so full.
