Bauernstube in Köln

Great location right on the Rhine and the promenade. Very comfortable rooms, clean, and well-equipped. The only issue was the sink in the room, which didn't fit in the bathroom due to space constraints. But that wasn't a problem. My room faced the Rhine and was incredibly quiet. I'd go back anytime.

If you have time, a lot of time, you can easily order small portions for a lot of money. With two children, we just wanted ice cream and a drink. After more than 20 minutes and repeated requests, we were finally served. The apple juice suddenly turned out to be apple spritzer (but it was immediately exchanged), the portions were very small, and the strawberry shake was warm. No, apart from the really cool ambiance, this restaurant is simply terrible.

Extremely disappointed!!! We ordered, to the right address and everything, and the food never arrived. We received no notification or call, let alone a refund. I've rarely been so disappointed by a pizzeria. I won't be ordering from there again in the future!

Taste OK, but too expensive for a village pizzeria
