The first impression is that the prices are exorbitant. Because you don't get any service and have to get your own food like in a canteen. The difference is that the food in the canteen is better. Given that there is fresh food in the attached market, it is surprising that the food in the restaurant is only the cheapest frozen food. Schnitzel with fries for 14.80 euros and then frozen shaped meat? For me the food wouldn't even be worth half the price. Oh yes. As a thank you, you can also pay 50 cents to use the toilet afterwards. For me, definitely never again with the quality.

A great place to stop. Regional products are offered in a small market. And after shopping you can eat delicious regional food. With a great selection of cakes.

The slightly different motorway rest stop

A special kind of rest stop. The farmers' market sells regional, high-quality food. The food is good and plentiful and the homemade pies and cakes are a real highlight!!

We've been eating at their place on the way to vacation for years. However, we have to say that the service, the food and especially the toilet have deteriorated significantly! The last time I had the issue adjusted so much by a cafeteria lady that I really had to hold on to myself. She barely spoke German and understood me 0. Instead of trusting a colleague. She became very aggressive and told me to think about what I wanted to eat beforehand! I did that, I just wanted a different sauce and she didn't understand that. I then asked the next colleague and he explained to me that the hard work was already in the sauce. No problem, but the aggressive way doesn't work at all! Today I went to the toilet. Hygiene is probably a total foreign word! I'm so freaked out that we won't be coming back any time soon! The rubbish bins in the individual toilets were so dirty that you didn't even want to use them! The little stool for the smaller kids is really great for the kids, but you should also wash it thoroughly, the dirt on it isn't from today! We were there at 1 p.m.! THE bench opposite the sink was full of water, etc. You don't want to sit on it or put your bag on it. I really missed it! The food is no longer what it used to be! Vegetables often mushy. It makes the sausage really solid, etc.

The farmers market is always worth a stop. Here you can eat rustic and delicious food. We had currywurst with fries and Viennese with a roll. We think the price performance is right. Bon appetit

Recently, on my way over the A8, I took a short detour to the farmers' market in Dasing, which is right on the highway. Regional farms and companies offer their products here. There is a small fruit and vegetable department, a large sausage and cheese area with lots of fresh and tasty products. You will also find a very large selection of pasta and wine here. If you would like to eat and drink, there is a spacious canteen at the back. Large parking space in front of the house, including many electric chargers.

Were on the first breakfast with Santa Claus for children, it was well attended, the food was great, everyone was very friendly.

Totally child friendly. Great changing room on the ground floor, barrier-free accessible with a stroller. Great play area inside and an incredibly great playground in the beer garden! I find the toilet payment system unnecessary -> solution for children? (Small toilet in the changing room?). Food always tasted good and was fresh and hot. Also great children's meals. Prices ok, but self-service! It's a shame they close at 6 p.m.

On our return trip from Munich, I warmly recommended a stop at the Dasing farmers' market to a good friend. In retrospect, I was almost a little embarrassed. The prices in the restaurant have increased dramatically since my last visit and an adult cannot get enough of the portion of vegetable dumplings. Because of this negative warning, we decided not to have coffee with cake or cake at all. I don't have to go into the unfortunate toilet situation (only for restaurant guests with prior payment) as it has already been criticized several times in the reviews. It hasn't gone unnoticed by me that things have become a little more expensive almost everywhere recently, but most customers remember rip-offs and they don't want to have that experience again.

It's almost a tradition when a business trip on the A8 becomes necessary. This is no ordinary highway rest stop. This is more of an experience gastronomy with delicious 😋 dishes and cakes directly from the producer. And then go shopping afterwards. Brilliant and perfectly priced. Leaving DASING, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner is always a 👍 good TIP

We often go to the Dasing farmers market, the portions are small and expensive. But the taste is very good and I can only recommend it. The atmosphere is great, we look forward to coming back every time.

There were two of us today and we had cheese spaetzle twice. I wanted it WITHOUT chives and told the lady when serving the food three times and still got it on it, didn't accept the plate and said that I would like it WITHOUT chives, please, to which she just said succinctly: "🙄 yes then WITHOUT chives🙄 “ She made a new plate, a colleague asked what was wrong with the plate that had chives on it and then she said again: “Yes, she wants it WITHOUT chives”. Then she wanted to put chives on the new plate again and then had to say “I said WITHOUT chives please” in a louder voice. Then the plate was slammed down as if it was my fault… The service was better too!

Delicious German cuisine with a homely, family atmosphere, beautiful views and games for children. Also ideal for larger celebrations. Prices reasonable for the good quality.

Please don't forget your magnifying glass when visiting the farmers market. I didn't know that you could still cut such small pieces of cake with a knife, probably with a cucumber slicer. In any case, they make an estimated 48 pieces out of one piece of cake. I won't go there anymore because I think it's just outrageous and a rip-off.

Also die Kuchen schauen ja wirklich lecker aus. Ich habe jedoch nicht gewusst, dass man mit einem Messer so kleine Stücke schneiden kann. Die bringen aus einem Kuchen geschätzt 48 Stück raus, was sich bei einem Stückpreis von 3,70 € sehr rentiert. Bevor ich beim nächsten Besuch eine Lupe mitbringen muss, damit ich mein Stück Torte auf dem Teller auch finde, werde ich doch lieber einen anderen Ort aufsuchen und zu einem moderaten Preis natürlich auch ein normales Stückkuchen genießen

We've been there twice now on a bus for lunch break, super fast service, very friendly staff and very tasty food. Well, the toilet costs 50 cents, but it is clean and you get a voucher that you can redeem in the adjacent shop. Which is what we did, with this very diverse and regional offering. Great rest stop on the highway. Clean & spacious. The cheese spaetzle was delicious, the meat was average according to my colleague. The prices in the shop are reasonable. The toilet costs. Worth a trip for anyone on the way. But overall just average. The selection of cakes looks great, unfortunately the taste has not been checked.

We've eaten there several times. The food is good and the portions are quite large 😋... and there is a large selection of cakes and tarts... also to take away... they are very tasty 😁. Definitely coming back.

Great café with a huge selection of cakes and other food. Great playground and in bad weather there is also an indoor play area for the little ones. Use of the toilet costs €0.50, which you then get reimbursed in the restaurant. It's just that most people go to the toilet when they've already eaten something ;-)

Lots of choice but totally overpriced. Even though you eat, you have to pay to go to the toilet. This is where people's money is being taken out of their pockets.

We went here for breakfast, it was very disappointing. Not much choice, not exactly cheap for what you get. The whole thing has the charm of a large canteen. In addition, as a customer you have to pay 50 cents to use the toilet. (You do get a voucher, but it is only valid if you continue to eat it or in the adjacent organic market. For me that is a NO -Go! Once and never again.

Once solid prices, now at least annual rip-off increases. A so-called artisan meal for under €7 has almost doubled in a very short space of time. Nicely, the name for the dish has been abolished and you can no longer see it. The goal has probably become coaches to cash in on spontaneous customers. Food isn't exactly cheap, the price/performance ratio doesn't match. Spit-roasted meat is tough and very fatty -:( Salads are not fresh but ready-made salads from the bucket :-( Staff is unfriendly. The location is convenient and the ambience of the inn is good. No animals allowed!

High praise, have been here several times, the food is always good. Were here before 11 a.m. today, so chose cake, the selection fulfills every wish. Frankfurter was extremely tasty.

As a native of Augsburg, I had fond memories of the restaurant. At my last stop-over 2 days ago I was just horrified. The bread dumpling in cream (I'm not laughing, it was a flour mush) sauce was a laughing stock. The Kässpätzle you took home was inedible. Such a shame, another restaurant to cross off the list.

Obwohl ich relativ weit weg wohne, versuche ich jedesmal eine Fahrt nach Bayern über Dasing zu planen. Wenn ich hier diese negativen Bewertungen von einigen Menschen lese, habe ich das Gefühl, das sind alles nur Personen, die dem Bauernmarkt schaden wollen Sowohl in der Gastronomie als auch im angeschlossenen Markt habe ich bisher nur sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter kennen gelernt und das Angebot war jedes Mal reichhaltig und immer frisch, sowohl in den Verkauf stecken als auch im Restaurantbereich. Wenn man sich alleine die Torten und Süßgebäck anschaut, da kann sich jeder Konditor eine Scheibe abschneiden… Welcher nicht auch ein wirklicher Meister seines Faches ist. Zudem gibt es auch noch ausreichend Parkplätze, WLAN und zwischenzeitlich auch noch einen Verkaufsautomat 24/7 vor dem Eingang

Made a good impression from the outside, but very crowded. The spit roast was too expensive for the mediocre quality (totally tough!!! and strange in taste). You also have to pay extra for the toilet (weird for a restaurant). I can't judge the shopping store, but we gave ourselves a "gift" after the restaurant experience. A pity. Thanks for your detailed answer. But that doesn't change the experience. The roast was definitely not fresh, the consistency was rubbery and the taste really wasn't good!!! You are rushed through the food counter as quickly as possible, you hardly have time to look... who should I talk to? Incidentally, I asked about the drink bottle, whether it was a deposit or not, and got a pretty annoyed answer. And then should I address the quality of the roast??? And if I eat expensive food at your place, I would like to be able to use the toilet like that and not with a "value voucher" so that I am then "forced" to go to the market hall... that didn't leave a good impression for us.

Slightly fishy scrambled eggs without salt and pepper - I could imagine from the Tetapak. The eggs from our farmer around the corner taste completely different... At 9:30 a.m. breakfast was manageable. Simple breakfast plate with a few slices of sausage and cheese with a lettuce leaf and an eighth of a tomato. Service station character with a canteen feeling - rather less cozy, rustic farmers' market. You could also take care of the vegetation and weeds in the parking lot. Bianco organic vinegar for €7.10 - costs €5.49 in our organic shop... Tip: Go to the toilet before shopping and eating, then you can at least have the coupon for the paid toilets offset. 3 hours after “breakfast” I still had huge intestinal problems. All in all, a little loveless - we imagined it a little differently - especially because regionality and quality are so heavily advertised.

We really enjoyed this market when we visites last year and the food was wonderful. I loved the construction of the wooden beams and being able to look out onto the surrounding farms. We had the Seelachsfilet mit Kartoffelsalat & Remoulade, Paniertes Schnitzel mit Pommes oder Kartoffelsalat, and Currywurst mit Pomnmes. All were very good.

I'm actually a self-confessed farmer's market fan. The connection to the A8, a very decent butcher's shop, the supermarket and the restaurant offer everything you need when driving past. Yesterday I was quite annoyed several times. After shopping at the butcher shop, I wanted to take a meal to-go and two portions of potato salad with me. The first time I was yelled at on the way back to the restaurant, "You have to pay first" - maybe that's true, but here the sound makes the music. When I arrived at the restaurant counter, I was alone on one side of the counter and two employees were on the other side of the counter. One did the dishes, the other waited at the checkout for the things that might come next. Nobody wanted to serve me for more than 5 minutes. When asked loudly for the second time, the cashier then ostentatiously stood up and began to take my order, but then saw that a colleague had joined me in the meantime, then abruptly left me standing there and muttered as I walked away that my colleague would do it. I started reciting my order (daily special and 2 portions of potato salad). First, an attempt was made to "press" a dish of the day into a dark green box; the gratinated entrecote was made to fit by pressing and squeezing; the potato salad got another bowl. When paying I had to pay TEN EURO for rental bowls. I decided to leave the completely crushed steak and potato salad behind and leave without shopping. The hidden camera I suspected was apparently not at the start... I have rarely received such unfriendly, unprofessional service. I'm basically also open to reusable systems. But the fact that I should be educated as a customer and have to pay another EUR 5 for the packaging for potato salad worth EUR 6 is - at best - a prank. Then just the golden M - not as tasty, but faster, actually friendlier than what I experienced yesterday and much, much less complicated. A pity.

Unfortunately, the farmers' market this time really disappointed us. We've been here many times, admittedly the last time was about 2 years ago, but today we were really disappointed! The breakfast buffet now costs just under 22 euros per person and other proud prices too! It used to be different. The three of us paid €37 for breakfast. You then have to pay another 50 cents per nose for peeing, yes you get a voucher for it - but most people eat and drink first and then go to the toilet. Then you no longer need the receipt. We'll look for something else in the future. Not like that anymore!

Once and never again! The cheese spaetzle and the lemon curd cake smelled and tasted after 3 days of stale (uncleaned) refrigerator. All tables and chairs/benches are wiped alternately with a cloth. Now wipe the play area with the same cloth. While the order was being taken, a service worker was wearing blue gloves - first scratching the back, then sorting the cutlery. The only nice thing was the highway view through the large windows. In this heat, the goats only have a bucket of standing water, which is certainly as stale as the food there. That's what I call pure nature

Extremely good quality, great connection to the motorway and enough space inside and outside in the beer garden. The parking spaces for charging electric cars are spacious for all sizes! The food is excellent, the drinks are very refreshing and the cake counter leaves nothing to be desired!

"Bauernmarkt Dasing": Überhaupt nicht das was man sich unter dem Namen vorstellt! Erstmal unfreundliches Personal an der Essensausgabe, Keine appetitliche Präsentation des Essenangebotes...u.a.und besonders auffällig: Der grüne Spargel gammelte vor sich hin und war beim Übergang zu grau......das Salatbuffet gegenüber offen für alle Keime und überhaupt nicht einladend..Würstel mit Kartoffelsalat...lieber nicht..Können die Kartoffelsalat? Dem Hunger geschuldet nur Würstel. Schnell wieder weg und durch die ebenfall überteuerten "Heimischen Produkte" rasch wieder zum Auto. Nie wieder!

Last week we were back at the farmers' market for a while to take a short break and spent around €20 on coffee and cake. When we wanted to leave again, my companion went to the toilets and in all seriousness had to pay the full fee, which can only be applied to a new purchase. We paid 20 minutes beforehand as described. When we asked politely whether that was really the case, we were brushed off by the staff: that's not how you treat paying guests. When traveling by bus, I still have a certain understanding if they just use the toilets without making any purchases, but when it comes to paying guests that's just a disgrace. The quality of the cake/tart was okay, but really nothing special. We definitely won't spend our breaks there in the future, the service is simply too customer-hostile.

The food was good. What I didn't like is when I wanted to take our leftovers home they have a joke "policy" of makng you pay €5 extra for a reusable bowl. Apparently you get the money back if you come back to their establishment again. Their food wasn't cheap, we paid almost a hundred Euros for lunch. We had to throw away the leftovers because I didn't want to get ripped off of another 5 Euros. I have never seen such a policy in any restaurant. We even had to pay 50 cents to use the bathroom, even though we were guests in the restaurant! I was even charging my Tesla in their supercharger. The 50 cents for the bathroom we could get back if we purchased something in their store, which was overpriced as well. The food was good thuogh. But the constant "gotcha" to weasel every cent out of their customers they can possibly get I find rude. Better eat at the McDonalds on the other side of the highway. There you can at least go to the bathroom for free.

On the way home we stopped here for lunch and ate something. Food was good and ready quickly. Price-wise it was OK too.

Because of my participation, I visited the Dasing farmers' market and were very disappointed, the daily special was roast ox with grilled vegetables, pretzel dumplings and a dessert. The roast ox was slightly sour, as if it was no longer suitable for consumption or if the ox was already so old and had to be treated with vinegar to disguise the taste, the pretzel dumpling was homemade and the dessert was a different color on the surface than underneath, with an indefinable taste. I can't say anything about the ambience of the market hall being loud and echoing. Too bad a lot of tam tam for nothing. We definitely won't come here again.

Were on the way back today at short notice for dinner. We knew about the farmers market for a long time, even before it was on TV. But it was the first time eating here. Schnitzel with fries ok, zander with potatoes well, onion roast with cheese pätzle also well. Too expensive for a self-service restaurant ala canteen (I don't accept VAT excuses), if I already pay €26 for a roast and then have to pay €2.20 for some sxtra sauce, that's not possible.

Unfortunately in terms of taste. Mediocre (as in canteen) For the same product and quantity, a higher price for senior plates compared to children's plates, Schnitzel with fries €9.90 to €8.70. I don't think it's ok. I won't visit again because it's not worth the price.

At first impression it looks nice. Unfortunately the food was very expensive. (€12.50 for a currywurst with fries). Personally, I didn't think the food was very good. I only got half of the normal portion of fries because the other fries weren't fully fried yet.

Don't trust a TV show (My Local, Your Local), because that's why we visited this self-service restaurant. And unfortunately it didn't match the show at all. Starting with the very long queue that led to the semi-self-service (you are already served, like on a conveyor belt, you just push the tablet in front of you to the checkout). The selection is relatively poor, but the prices are steep (which are significantly higher than those in the show Furthermore, portions were relatively small and very different, my companion had the same food as me, but the schnitzel was twice as big as the one in my plate. The location is not convincing. Because of its size, there is a lot of noise, which doesn't invite you to eat comfortably. Ordered onion roast "medium" and both were completely cooked through. Yes, we could complain about the food on site, but what a pity for the animal. Definitely a good opportunity for travelers to eat, but we're not going there anymore.

Good alternative to the classic motorway rest stops. The food and drinks are okay. The Prwise also fit. Negative: it can be a bit noisy inside and using the toilet shouldn't cost 50 cents for guests.

Of course we got to know the Dasing farmers market on TV and wanted to go there. Because of the bad weather in the Altmühltal, we wanted to bridge the weekend. We had cake on Saturday afternoon and dinner later and breakfast buffet on Sunday. The cakes and cakes are sensational. They even offer filter coffee, which I think is best anyway. And all products from the regional area. The A8 motorway sometimes gives it the feel of a rest stop, which is not right. Because the farmers' market offers more than just a rest stop. That's why they might charge 50 cents for the toilet, which can be redeemed at the market. In regular restaurants nothing is charged, but there is not that much traffic from the public. The atmosphere was correspondingly cozy. Of course it's louder on Saturday evenings, when there's more going on. Things were better at the buffet on Sundays. We used it to shop and eat for our RV trip. And we'll be back. No matter if we're shopping or if we're nearby for dinner. Thanks to the friendly team.

Absolutely not recommended. We stopped here specifically because we wanted to have a leisurely breakfast on our return journey without the usual rest stop atmosphere. When I asked if there were any gluten-free options, I was laughed at and arrogantly told that I would need an additional oven... I could buy something in the health food store next door and she would add it to me. With a hefty breakfast price for the buffet that didn't even really have a large selection, it would be cheeky to smile at someone so arrogantly for having a food allergy. We certainly won't be stopping here again.

You can eat well here. Self-service. You can put your own salad together. There are also daily offers. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also shop. There is an in-house butcher here and there are organic fruits and vegetables. And sweets, wine, snacks, etc. Portions are plentiful. Everything fresh and homemade. There is also a bakery in the house. Cakes and tarts looked delicious. But haven't tried it. There are plenty of places. The view is brilliant. Huge windows and very high ceilings surround the dining room. The service here is extremely friendly. We only queued briefly. Price-wise it's okay too. We were very satisfied and I can only recommend it. We'll be back 😍

I would recommend it for coffee and cake, but not for food. But it's worth a visit just because of the shopping opportunities.

Too expensive Quality is just mediocre

Perfect regional alternative to system catering at the service stations. In addition to the diverse selection for lunch, there is also a wide selection of cakes and tarts. You can then enjoy the whole thing with a wonderful view of the landscape and, if necessary, combine it with shopping for regional products. It's a shame that something like this doesn't happen more often.
