Great asparagus dishes. It's always best to reserve. Beef dishes during the beef broom season are also very good. I'm already looking forward to the goose broom from October 22nd.

Goose broom does what it promises. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. Asparagus broom today. Great dishes, beautifully prepared and top friendly service. All of this at a fair price. Not to forget the farm shop with a wide range of regional offerings.

Best potato salad and roast roast cooked to medium-rare perfection

Very good onion roast but unfortunately the side dishes didn't go well at all. The “fried potatoes” were somehow cooked but had nothing in common with fried potatoes as I know them or as shown on the menu. The bread for the onion roast was simply left out but then charged as normal. I even gave feedback on the interim question “is everything OK”, but no solution was offered to me. What a shame!!!! A really disappointing experience!

5 stars are not enough. The food was delicious, the service unbeatable. I have never been served so quickly!!! Craziness! And we felt comfortable too. Highly recommended!

The food was good, if not outstanding, the service staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fine - although the restaurant doesn't have much in common with a traditional broom restaurant. Overall there was hardly anything to complain about if the price had been right. The prices are more than exorbitant and it's eyewash when you have to order the spaetzle separately for €5 to go with the roast roast, which isn't cheap - you can't even dream of a side salad. In my opinion, unaffordable for a family, unfortunately in line with the general trend towards maximum profit utilization, and simply unnecessary. Why not moderate prices? Then you drink an extra bottle of wine.

Delicious schnitzel dish with fried potatoes! The schnitzel was perfectly breaded and crispy, the fried potatoes were beautifully golden brown and crispy. I particularly liked the generous portion as well as the lemon slices and side salad that add freshness. The sauce was also spicy and rounded off the dish perfectly. Overall, a great meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I'd love to come back!

The food was good for everyone. Unfortunately the atmosphere doesn't suit my taste, it started at the reception and the service at the table was more rustic and rude than friendly and professional. It wasn't necessarily very busy, but it was too loud.

Keine Besenwirtschaft, sondern ein Gastrobetrieb mit Massenabfertigung. Unfreundliches, um nicht zu sagen, unfreundliches Servicepersonal. Hohe Preise ohne Qualitätsanspruch. Wir hatten die Lokalität an einem Freitagabend besucht und können den Betrieb nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer der Gaststätte sollten auf ihre Ursprünge vor Jahrzehnten zurückblicken, als dort noch ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis vorhanden war. Ein „Cut“ würde gut tun.

This is a really great broom economy. What impresses her first and foremost is the kitchen. Here you can get freshly prepared dishes with ingredients mostly from our own production. The same applies to the wines. Industrially manufactured semi-finished products, which have now become standard almost everywhere, are not available here. The Besenwirtschaft has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. A playground is available for younger guests. The staff is very friendly and quick. Considering the quality, the prices are absolutely fair.

If you're ever in the area, you should definitely plan a culinary stay at Bauerle! We went to the asparagus broom a few years ago and it was extremely tasty. And so there are regularly other broom themes that arise from the specialties of the region. The Besenwirtschaft is an extremely good looking restaurant, which was a beef broom during our visit. Accordingly, the focus of the dishes was clear: beef. Of course there were a lot of other dishes, but when I'm there for a beef broom, as a carnivore I treat myself to a ribeye from the daily menu. However, the onion roast was particularly tasty, with an excellent sauce! The pulled beef burger is very juicy with incredibly tender meat, so the bun quickly became just as juicy. The tarte flambée is also recommended, although the taste was of course more subtle compared to the roast pieces. Drinks? Clearly, this is a wine region, the focus is on wine and its pearly derivatives. Well explained for the layman and differentiated by price with colored dots, you can quickly find your favorite wine on the menu! And if necessary, simply let the employees help you, they know their stuff. Unexpected for me as a Spezi drinker: No Spezi on the menu, but the spritzers are extremely tasty, so I (almost) didn't miss the Spezi at all. A word about the employees: unobtrusive, fast, friendly, calm, competent, courteous. And this despite the fact that the restaurant was full and our group consisted of 25 hungry birthday guests. Respect, that was top class! We had the tables upstairs in the dining room on a kind of gallery, which was a cozy atmosphere, so full points. In the lower area, the guest room is more open with a high ceiling, so I can imagine it is louder and feels less comfortable for some guests. Very practical: you can take the digestive walk to the neighboring vineyards, to the children's playground or to the farm shop. You can buy many of the drinks from the broom there, as well as incredibly delicious farmhouse bread. All in all, a very tasty trip! Unfortunately I don't have a comparable broom restaurant nearby, so I'll have to go to Bauerle again 😉

Once again everything was perfect (beef broom). Yes, a little more expensive but great quality! We come specifically from Hamburg for the goose broom

I was in the beef broom. Great roast roast, great farm beer and our own wines. Large covered terrace. In spring there is also the asparagus broom and before Christmas the roast goose.

Not a classic broom, but a treat at any time (asparagus, beef, goose) where you know where the beef, asparagus and goose come from. Due to good organization, there are usually no long waiting times.

Absolute final stage, great lactation, asparagus brooming is mandatory, at least once or twice a season, staff is attentive and quick as an arrow, no long waiting time, so for me and my better half, the Bäuerle family is the absolute experience of good taste

The “check in” could be friendlier and better structured. The service at the place is the complete opposite, friendly and accommodating. The quality of the food is good, but this is also reflected in the prices.

Food is generally good, just way too expensive for what it is. Unfortunately service is very bad. Drinks are forgotten and for a group of 5 people, food can be expected to arrive every 15 minutes. The staff is very unfriendly and slow.

I was expecting a broom bar, but here it's like the main train station. It's a wonder that the food and service were really good with such a mass turnaround. Nevertheless, dishes didn't come, wrong ones and/or too many - who's surprised. I prefer it to be smaller and a little quieter. The location is probably geared towards larger events. I wouldn't come again.

We went to Spargelbesen for lunch. The food was delicious, high quality and served quickly. We hardly had to wait. The service was very friendly. It was just a bit noisy because the place was full.

Incredibly delicious, a dream!! It's definitely tradition to go out for a goose meal. The wine with it (Mönchsberg) was also really tasty. I can only recommend it!! The online reservation tool was overwhelmed by our spontaneity 😬 So we called quickly to check availability. We were able to come over at 8:30 p.m. By the way, we can recommend the time 👌 - Map is compact, which we strongly support - The dishes we have eaten so far have all been delicious - “Simple” dishes are prepared very well - The kitchen knows what it is doing. Nice restaurant. I have been there twice in the asparagus season and it was good. But if you do not like them, you will only find few alternatives like maultaschen or flammkuchen. I missed to have more drinks options for beer and softdrinks. The place is really nice but busy on weekends, so you need to make a reservation.

definitely recommended I was just at Spargelbesen and found it to be a really great experience. Tasted so good, green or white asparagus are huge and side dishes for every taste. Service top and fast. When it's full it can be loud but the place is beautiful

In summary, things used to be better. You now notice that you are processed very quickly and there is no attention to detail. Food tastes good, but very simple and not special. Especially when it comes to non-asparagus dishes. Prices have of course increased as usual. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this is worth it. Objectively speaking, it's ok for me. I would like a little more innovation and more attention to detail when it comes to food.

MIt einer Besenwirtschaft hat die Lokalität leider nichts mehr zu tun. Positiv ist der Service welcher flott und freundlich ist. Die Preise sind auf dem Niveau eines Sternerestaurantes. Die Beilagen zu den Spargel sind sehr kleinlich bemessen (3 Kartoffeln). Die Qualität des Essens war gut. Das Ambiente ist im Innenraum für´s Auge ansprechend, zum Unterhalten ungeeignet. Der Außenbereich ist da besser. Beim Kaffee gibt es keinerlei Alternative zu normaler Milch

Today we were at Spargel Besen. The food was very good and the service was nice and accommodating. Unfortunately there were no potatoes with the asparagus dishes. I would have expected that a dish that costs almost 30 euros would have at least two potatoes in it. That's part of a dish like this. Reordering the potatoes would cost another 4.50 euros. Excellent cuisine, great, attentive service. It's always full, make sure you make a reservation. This means the noise level is relatively high.

The asparagus broom becomes more expensive every year, even though everything except the meat comes from our own field. What I also regret as pensioners and people with stomach problems is that you don't get a smaller portion. We'd rather go to other Remstal brooms because the performance and price ratio for asparagus is still right.

Very loud. Tarte flambée (no trace of cream) and cheese platter (9.50 for a small blob of Obazda and a few cubes of one type of cheese) are not recommended and are simply outrageous.

This isn’t actually a “broom” in the classic sense. But you can sit nicely and everything happens super quickly. The food is good, but not all dishes contain “enough” asparagus. But that's probably a matter of opinion. There is a deduction because of the high prices (e.g. €2.50 per portion of whipped cream).

The food was very good, the service was ok. It's very hectic and you'll be processed rather quickly. Have been here several times, even when the broom was still worthy of a broom. Now you feel like you're in a canteen, it's loud and hectic. The reservation cards for the rest of the day are already on the table. We felt displaced. It's a shame, we probably won't come back again.

Unfortunately, just a disappointment! The drinks take forever and then we were told you could only order food once you had the drinks, otherwise it wasn't allowed. We waited almost 40 minutes until the drinks finally came. But we were reassured by being told that the kitchen was very quick. Well... we waited almost an hour for the food. We were 4 people. The first meal was cold, then they brought us the schnitzel but the asparagus didn't come for a long time so the schnitzels got cold again. The 4th meal didn't come until everyone else was finished. We will never go there again, once was enough.

The asparagus broom looks more like a middle class restaurant, the cosiness of a broom restaurant is completely missing! We were there on a Friday evening, it was busy but very loud! The food came very quickly, the potatoes and asparagus were lukewarm. The asparagus would have needed another 2 minutes, it was very firm and we had better taste. The consistency would have been good for a salad, but we didn't want it. The service was very impersonal, no question as to whether it was good or whether we would like another drink or coffee. Lots of empty glasses at the neighboring tables too! We tried it, we don't need it again, especially not for the price.

The best asparagus in a long time! You can also buy your own products in the farm shop, you can have asparagus peeled on site, the strawberries grow right next door and are delicious. If you want to eat with several people, you should definitely make a reservation! I've been to the asparagus broom three times this year! Simply good! And the kids said they had the best schnitzel ever!

Quality and service very good. Prices: salted. For 500g of asparagus with hollandaise, schnitzel and a few potatoes: just under 40 euros. The farm shop is also closing in. You have to want/be able to afford it.

This eating and drinking hall really has nothing to do with a “broom”. The term asparagus, cattle or goose factory is much more accurate. And not just because of the sheer size, no, also because of the canteen ambience and the impersonal method of processing guests. Only those who like all this and accept the hefty prices have come to the right place!

Das Gebäude, das inmitten von Weinfeldern im Grünen liegt, ist spektakulär mit viel Holz und Glas und Steinböden. Die Parkplätze befinden sich entlang des Feldwegs im Grünen und es gibt eine Menge Parkplätze. Aber es gibt auch eine Menge Besucher. Man muss ich am Empfangspult anmelden und eine Mitarbeiterin bringt die Gäste an ihren Tisch. Ich finde das gut, denn anders geht es bei dem weitläufigen Lokal und den vielen herumeilenden Kellnern und Kellnerinnen nicht. Das Servicepersonal ist gut durchstrukturiert. Die Getränke kommen schnell an den Tisch, danach werden die Speisewünsche aufgenommen. Auch die Speisen werden innerhalb eines akzeptablen Zeitraums gebracht. Die Servierinnen sind tüchtig, aber nicht besonders verbindlich. Der Lärm im mittleren Gastraum ist leider unerträglich. In den anderen Räumen schien mir der Hall und das Echo geringer. Wir waren während der Spargelzeit bei Bauerles. Der Spargel war gut, nicht verkocht, die Hollandaise kam aus einer Tüte (aber hat gut geschmeckt), was bei den Mengen an Gästen, die verköstigt werden, nicht anders zu erwarten ist. Die Krazete (zerpflückte Pfannkuchen) haben mir geschmeckt, andere Gäste an meinem Tisch fanden sie nicht knusprig genug. Der Espresso ist leider kein Espresso, aber wir sind dort schließlich nicht in Italien, sondern in einem schwäbischen Gasthof, wo das Erlebnis im Vordergrund steht und das Erlebnis ist wirklich gut.

Ate very, very tasty asparagus again. Unfortunately we had a somewhat awkward table in the middle of the room. It was very loud around us, which made it difficult to have a conversation.

The main course was very good. The strawberries for dessert looked like they had been cut and sitting in the fridge all day. Cut surface dried out and not cleaned cleanly. Service very friendly. Nice location but quite loud.

The food is very tasty and varied. The service is impeccable. The prices are above average for a “broom”. The feeling of a “train station hall” arises in the main room. Due to the background noise, it is less suitable for a cozy meeting with friends and entertainment. When reserving, you should make sure you get a table upstairs.

Too big, too crowded, too loud, too hectic on Sunday when the weather is good. Mass processing. Just a matter of taste. Asparagus was very good. The cheesecake was a bit dry.
