Great burger bar with a relaxed atmosphere! The beer garden is a real highlight, especially in summer – great for sitting outside. The atmosphere is informal and invites you to feel good. The burgers are really tasty and the prices are absolutely fair. The young team is friendly and attentive. A small drawback is the acoustics in the interior, especially in the back area it gets very loud when the house is full. The toilets could also use a renovation. A great place for a relaxing evening with good food and delicious cocktails.

We are very satisfied and would love to go back again and again.

The Basement is our favorite burger house. The food is always very tasty and fresh, the cocktails are also well made and the staff is very, very friendly. We love sitting in the garden in the evenings under the beautiful old trees decorated with fairy lights. Our dog is always welcome; Because the tables are far apart, he can't disturb anyone. The price is absolutely right for what you get.

We had wanted to go to the Basement for ages and were really looking forward to a great evening with delicious burgers. First of all, the service staff is extremely friendly, helpful and also very attentive. The burgers came extremely quickly, which made me suspicious...the taste was great and the look was great too, but they were "only" lukewarm and I think the portion of the coleslaw that was ordered with them for €4.50 was much too small. The lemonade was tasty and the price was ok. Now we come to the ambience, unfortunately there was no ambience. The parasols are clearly older, with moss and sporadic. Overall, a lot could be renewed. There are parking spaces in front of the door, but since these are shared with the adjacent restaurant, it is still difficult to get a free space. The reservation via email also worked great.

Three visits in the last approximately 6 weeks. Very tasty burgers, fresh ingredients, fair prices, large selection and configuration options. Friendly staff. In summer you can sit really relaxed in the “beer garden”. Particularly rare and therefore worth mentioning: The burger has never been burnt here... regardless of whether it's a bun, patty or bacon. So the kitchen knows its craft.

Here you can get delicious burgers at fair prices. The staff is very friendly and in summer you can sit comfortably in a beautiful courtyard/garden. We will be back!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sehr nettes Ambiente mit dem gewölbe Keller. Und das Essen war sehr lecker, Hatte ein Burger mit Süßkartoffeln war alles frisch zubereitet.

Great burger & attentive staff. There is also plenty of choice on the menu for vegetarians and vegans. The outdoor area invites you to linger in the summer...but you can also relax in the great vaulted cellar in the basement. So we always enjoy coming here. A clear recommendation for anyone who likes to eat good burgers. 👌

Unfortunately, it wasn't a great stay. Unfortunately the beer was quite stale. But the staff exchanged it without any problem. In general, the service staff who served us was a reason for 5 stars. The hamburger tasted good, although not outstanding. The sweet potato fries were delicious, but a little small in quantity. What doesn't work at all is ketchup and mayo in a bag. I'm not at the snack bar around the corner. This is certainly just a small thing, but I found it completely inappropriate for a restaurant. All in all just average. I'd rather go to Rüsselsheim on the freeway.

We like to stop in the basement! Super nice staff and absolutely fair prices. In summer you can also sit in the beer garden. However, the chairs here are a bit uncomfortable in my opinion. Therefore a star deduction for this. Otherwise, absolutely everything is perfect here and I can only recommend the place! The cocktails are also very good and affordable.

Beautiful in the garden, just cellar in the basement...

The burgers taste really delicious, but unfortunately the stay doesn't have a particularly positive memory due to several inconveniences. The acoustics of the vaulted cellar are very loud, but you can be prepared for that. But if the waitress pours a full glass of soft drink all over your back and the entire back of your top and the back of your jeans are soaked, the restaurant should show some kind of appreciation for this... Yes, it was apologized 3 times for it, but I don't really find it guest/customer friendly. Finally, a takeaway meal was ordered and served on a plate at the table. Of course, the food was then packaged accordingly when it was again pointed out “to take away”. Yes, mistakes can happen - but - the customer is king! This should be taken to heart again!!!

Fantastic service and Fun atmosphere with great music. Tried the Edamame Burger and was the best non-meat burger I've ever eaten! Dog friendly too!

Outstanding service and food. The burgers might be the best in Germany. Onion rings are a must! Every meal, including the vegan options, has always been perfect.

Delicious food in a nice restaurant. Burger big and really tasty. Service is quick and friendly. The portion of fries is just right for the size of the burger. You can do both without being too full. Fries tasty and crispy. The onion rings are delicious, but in my opinion they should be allowed to swim in the hot oil bath for 1-2 minutes longer. ;-) One star deducted because of the prices for the non-alcoholic cocktails. No difference in price to alcoholic cocktails. For a mixture of soda, juice and a bit of cucumber, I think €8.10 is definitely too much, especially when there is 80% ice in the glass. In any case, you should take a look at whether you can make a little more difference in price compared to the alcoholic cocktail. It would also be nice to have a happy hour, but unfortunately that is not offered.

Incredibly tasty burger, perfect dark weis beer and a great waffle to finish. All this with extremely courteous service! Surely until I leave Ingelheim I will visit you as often as I can!

Pleasant stay and good burgers. Great staff. A table near the counter is advantageous. In the basement (vaulted cellar) there is a stage for events. But it's not as comfortable there as it is on the upper floor. There are enough parking spaces in the area. If it is occupied directly in front of the restaurant, there are other adjacent streets (ask Google)

Christmas party with 10 people, everyone was very happy with the food. The rooms are quite loud when the room is full. We always enjoy coming back.

Leckere Burger mit selbstgemachte Limo. Sehr freundliches Personal, da freue ich mich schon auf das nächste mal.

Das Essen war super und die cocktails total lecker 🤗 Auch die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Parkplatz Situation ist nur etwas schwierig, da die Plätze vor der Tür meistens schnell weg sind. Wir kommen auf jeden fall gerne wieder 😇

Nettes Ambiente sehr freundliches Personal - leider hat uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Die chicken nuggets sind nicht hausgemacht sondern aus der Tüte. Die Burgerpatties sind auch industriell hergestellt. Die Qualitaet des Essen ist schlecht, das Deko der Burger und das Brötchen lässt einen auf ein leckeres Abendessen hoffen, aber der erste Bissen enttäuscht bereits - billiges Fleisch vorgepresst. Schade es sah viel versprechend aus.

Ich war mit Freundinnen Sonntags abends zum Essen und gemütlichen Mädels Abend da. Das Essen war super und auch relativ schnell fertig. Leider wurde bei dem Essen für meinen Mann welches ich mitgenommen habe Pommes anstelle von Krautsalat gemacht, geschmeckt hat es ihm trotzdem. Preis-Leistung ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung für die riesigen Burger. Ich hatte den Hot Chicken, mein Mann den Graceland und die Mädels einen Veggie Burger und sie sind alle zu empfehlen. Die selbstgemachten Limo'a sind lecker, da kenne ich allerdings bessere/ausgefallenere. Mit dem Rollstuhl nicht erreichbar da die Bar im Keller ist. Man sollte hier auch auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren.

Super leckere Burger, ordentliche Portionen und angemessene Preise. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Entsprechend angenehm war auch unser Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wichtig: am Wochenende besser reservieren ;-) Kartenzahlung ist möglich!

Seit Jahren kommen wir hier her und es sind einfach die besten Burger der Welt es schmeckt so lecker, der Service ist perfekt und der Preis ist auch noch gut es ist unser Lieblings Restaurant!

Die Sterne gibt’s für den aufmerksamen Service. Leider haben wir sonst nichts positives zu berichten. Es gibt auf der Karte 16 Burger mit Fleisch und nur drei vegetarische. Wir hatten in unserer Gruppe drei vegane Burger bestellt. Da die Brötchen nicht vegan sind wurden die geschmacksbefreiten Tiefkühl-Falafeln einfach in Eisbergsalat serviert. Die beiden möglichen Soßen waren dem Geschmack auch nicht sonderlich zuträglich. Und das für 15 Euro! Dazu gabs eine Portion Pommes, die waren OK. Leider wird Ketchup und Mayo in kleinen Plastiktütchen geliefert, was für ordentliche Müllberge auf den Tischen sorgt. Im Keller unten riecht es recht modrig. Insgesamt kein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

15,60€ für einen matschigen Bürger

Der Service war wirklich bemerkenswert, der junge Mann, der uns bedient hat, hat das Essen noch übertroffen. Wirklich zu empfehlen 👍🏼 besonders der Musikerstammtisch 😏

Ich freue mich, eine Bewertung für das Lokal "Basement" in Ingelheim zu verfassen. Egal ob Lieferung, Vor-Ort-Verzehr oder Essen zum Mitnehmen, das Essen ist tadellos. Die Auswahl von Beef Burger bis Chicken Burger und Chicken Wings ist großartig, und auch die Waffeln sind köstlich. Besonders beeindruckend ist, dass sie Pommes nach Hause liefern, die immer knusprig ankommen. Die Mozzarella Sticks und Chicken Wings eignen sich perfekt als Snack für einen gemütlichen Kinoabend. Sehr zu empfehlen

Sind mit mehren Leuten dort gewesen und haben verschiedene Burger,sowie Steaks gegessen,und es gab nichts zu meckern. Steaks wie gewünscht medium auf den Punkt,auch die Burger voll okay. Der eine oder andere hätte etwas " heißer" sein können,aber geschmacklich gut. Auch die Drinks und das Bier gut. Das Ambiente ist " halt ein Gewölbekeller " und Laut ist es auch,aber interessant. Gerne wieder,denn der Bediener war echt gut drauf.

Kurz und knapp: Freundliches Personal. Trinken und Essen werden zeitnah nach der Bestellung serviert. Cocktails sehen gut aus. Alkoholfreier hat der Freundin befriedigend gemundet (links auf dem Bild). Der Adios (rechts auf dem Bild) war wie versprochen stark, leider nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Jedoch gibt es noch genug die man probieren kann. Objektiv gesehen waren beide gut. Als wir da waren ist leider eine Lampe alle paar Minuten an und aus gegangen. Wenn man aber passend gezwinkert hat, hat man es nicht mitbekommen. Daher nur 4/5 bei Ambiente. Zum Zeitpunkt der Verfassung: Für 50€ (inkl. Trinkgeld) bekommt man zwei Burger plus Beilage die satt machen und 2 Cocktails. Preis ist also in Ordnung. Gerne wieder. Waren auch schon das zweite Mal da. Auf jeden Fall für jeden Burger-Liebhaber einen Besuch Wert! P.S. Wir waren zu hungrig und das Essen sah zu gut aus, also hatten wir keine Chance Bilder davon zu machen. P.S.S. Nur wenige Parkplätze direkt am Lokal. Nur über Treppen erreichbar. Tische im Außenbereich und im Inneren verfügbar.

The BEST Burgers in Germany. Punkt. I am American born and living in Germany for over a decade now -- the food offered here is some of the best bar food you can find. And often the Burgers of the Month offer a fun treat for something different. I order at least once a month from here for at least a year now, and will continue to do so for the years to come.

Nice place and atmosphere. Younger crowd and a cool place to go for burgers. Unfortunately, kitchen closes at 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays... 9pm. On a Friday. And a Saturday. Oh well.

Burger richtig lecker, absolut empfehlenswert!!! Nicht umsonst zum besten Burgerladen in der Region gekürt worden. 🍔🍔🍔 Auch Bestellen zum Liefern/Abholen ohne Probleme möglich, sogar per WhatsApp. Und mittlerweile kann man auch via Apple/Google Pay bezahlen 👍🏼
