Karlsbader Str. 15The restaurant is accepting reservations even though it's closed. The website only has a small, outdated, hidden notice from May 2022. This notice isn't visible when you open the homepage, where the reservation button is immediately prominent. Why should I bother searching through the hidden parts of the site when I can reserve a table instantly and seemingly easily? One would expect the reservation function to be deactivated if the restaurant isn't actually accepting reservations. Furthermore, the reservation has been in place for several weeks; they could have easily found the time to inform us. If a customer feels this disregarded from the outset, they certainly won't be interested in visiting the restaurant again.
