BAS Systemgastronomie GmbH in Werne

Four of us went to the restaurant yesterday. We ordered three schnitzels, which were also fine! My wife chose the duck breast! Cutting it was very difficult; the schnitzel was completely cooked and there was no pink meat to be seen! The order was immediately returned! Next, we ordered the baked Camembert, and there was no sign of it melting; in fact, the cheese was so firm that you could slice it onto bread! The kitchen's simple response was, "That's how it's done here." Not recommended - never again!

We ate very well. The service was very good.

Nice view and it was very tasty

I've known Mutter Stuff for over 40 years. The new owner has sensitively ensured that the old style has been preserved. The furnishings are very clean and well-maintained. I've always loved the atmosphere, so I'm pleased that there hasn't been any disruption to the style. After all, the building is a listed building! I was the only customer that afternoon, because today is the Lünen fair... I really enjoyed the cake, and the coffee was excellent too. The young man served me very friendly. Thank you for the pleasant hour! Unfortunately, I was there for afternoon coffee. We used to enjoy lunch or dinner there.

I was treated very rudely (rolling my eyes!) when I asked for something to take away.
