I've ordered twice this week. The service is truly outstanding: super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food is always freshly prepared and tastes simply amazing. For me, it's one of the best places I've ever been in terms of quality and service. You rarely find something like that these days. Highly recommended!

Ever since a friend recommended Bamboo Box to us about a year ago – he's been going there regularly for years – we've been ordering at least once a month and have never been disappointed. Anyone who's ever eaten at Bamboo Box knows: there's no turning back! The sushi is by far the best we've ever eaten. Add to that the incredibly friendly team, who always greet and serve you warmly. You immediately feel the quality and love of a family business. What's particularly great: the open kitchen, where you can always take a look behind the scenes – absolutely clean and hygienic. For us, it's a definite recommendation! 🌟🍣

Delicious and inventive sushi. The bowls are also highly recommended. A very friendly team who take great care of their guests. Delivery is great, but we prefer eating in. The restaurant is simply decorated, and we like it.

Hello everyone, On August 10th, I ordered sushi from you. Unfortunately, the quality of the food delivered was subpar. The fish already had a distinctive odor, which shouldn't be present in fresh salmon. My order also included a chicken roll. That same night, I developed severe health problems, which turned out to be a salmonella infection and put me out of action for over a week. I'm still feeling under the weather to this day. Therefore, I would like to kindly bring this to your attention before someone else has to suffer as much as I unfortunately have had to in the past few days. Best regards, Gandi.

The food was delicious. You can pre-order your food online. This way, you don't have to wait and can quickly enjoy it at home. Always happy to come back.

I've been an absolute fan since Bamboo Box was founded! During the years since it was closed, no other sushi could compare to Bamboo Box, so it's all the more valuable that Bamboo Box has a restaurant and can once again produce its delicious sushi. I order regularly and love it! The quality is outstanding, the staff friendly and professional. Delivery is always on time. For me, it's the best sushi for miles around! The hot dishes are also highly recommended. 😍

Best sushi I've ever eaten. I was already a huge fan back in Kierdorf. I now live in Cologne, but recently visited the new shop. The food is still incredibly delicious, and the seating is nice these days, too :)

A very bright and friendly shop with limited seating, but it seems to be a pick-up or delivery option. Extremely friendly service, a family business, and everyone is extremely nice. They have a large menu with a wide selection, and the prices are reasonable. The sushi itself was tasty, but we've had better. The fried rolls are okay, but not outstanding. We also often found there was too much mayonnaise on the sushi; a little less, or a different spicy sauce without mayo, would have been better. All in all, though, it was good sushi.

Very nice service, everything was very tasty. Since I have to eat gluten-free, the good labeling of the allergens helps. Not cheap, but inexpensive and definitely worth the money. We will definitely order again.

There was a promotion that allowed orders to be accepted outside the normal delivery area. So we were lucky enough to be able to try the food from the Bamboo Box for the first time in Kerpen-Türnich and it was really worth it! The food/selection was really, really tasty! We were absolutely thrilled and hope that such activities take place more often 😉

It's more of a delivery service than a restaurant, but we still found a place to eat on site. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, we had lots of appetizers and sushi. Everything absolutely fresh and delicious! The sushi is not overloaded with rice, the salmon is absolutely fresh! The starters were all very good, the chicken bites are a must 😋 Highly recommended and we would be happy to visit the restaurant again if we get the chance.

We were here for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Our food was excellent and we know that it won't be the last time we get our sushi here. The service was super friendly and we were able to see our dinner being made. Unfortunately there are only a few tables in this restaurant, so we took the food home with us. Next time we'll try to eat locally.

Very tasty sushi, unrivaled in Erftstadt and can keep up with the top shops in Cologne. Price performance is also good, highly recommend the yakitori skewers

Highly recommended, gluten-free options are also possible, allergens are listed on the menu. Again point out gluten-free and they pay as much attention as possible to contamination. I have celiac disease myself and have had no problems. Gluten-free soy sauce available, everything very fresh and super tasty.

We ordered for the first time and the delivery came to us cooled and very on time! The sushi was packaged very attractively, looked delicious and tasted very tasty. I often have the problem that I don't have enough wasabi and ginger with my food. There was plenty of everything at Bamboo!! 🙏 Great grandma tried a bowl of chicken for the first time. She also liked it very much and will have enough for her for lunch tomorrow ☺️ Absolute recommendation, fresh and delicious!

We can only agree with the good reviews. The service was super friendly, the preparation time was very good. The sushi was really outstanding. We're not professionals and we don't make science out of food, but we do have a few comparisons and the sushi is definitely one of our favorites in the local area. The star deduction is for the bowl. This was also quite tasty, but kept quite simple: a relatively large amount of (very good) rice, delicious teriyaki chicken in an acceptable portion, but with only 3-4 beans and broccoli florets each, which were cooked very soft, overall just tasty, but still good compared to the competition's own sushi or bowls, but just not 5*. We'll definitely come back anyway :)

We have now ordered there several times to pick up. The quality and taste of the food was always absolutely top. Always my pleasure.

I ordered two days in advance and the food came on time and the sushi was warm too. All products were beautifully presented and tasted very good. Even with our larger order, everything was there and nothing was forgotten. I still have one point of criticism, namely that I ordered for over 100 euros and delivery costs were still charged. The website stated that delivery costs would be charged, but if the order value exceeded a certain amount, the order should be delivered free of charge. Nevertheless, I would happily order again.

We haven't eaten there yet, but have already ordered several times. The ingredients used were always very fresh and of good quality. We spoke to very nice staff both on the phone and at the front door. We will definitely order again or maybe eat there again if time allows. In any case, the food is highly recommended

The Bamboo Box has the best sushi around! The quality, the taste, the selection... Everything is first class! The employees are all incredibly nice. Due to its popularity there is often a high occupancy and you have to wait a while for your food. But you're happy to accept that. Everything is freshly prepared. And you're not on the run, you're enjoying a cozy meal. We are always happy to come back or order for home!

The best sushi around! Also with delivery service! Unfortunately, waiting times of up to two hours are not uncommon. But acceptable for a small family business with fresh preparation. Clear recommendation.

The dishes on offer are varied, but we have our favorite classics that we order again and again and which we cannot do without. The presentation of the food also deserves special mention. Each dish is presented aesthetically and attractively, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. It's obvious that Bamboo Box puts a lot of emphasis on quality, taste and customer satisfaction. I hope it stays like this! Our regular sushi shop is a place we can highly recommend to any sushi lover.

Sparse atmosphere with bamboo and few tables. Mostly food away from home (with delivery service). Great selection of sushi (recommended: Wakame) and many other nice dishes on the menu. Wir haben hier im Erftkreis ein 5 Sterne Sushi Lieferdienst und sogar Möglichkeit vor Ort zu speisen. Familienbetrieb erster Güte!!!

Wir haben gestern zum zweiten Mal etwas bei der Bambi Box bestellt. Das erste mal wurde uns das Essen geliefert. Ich habe um 17 Uhr angerufen und auf 20 Uhr essen bestellt. Das Essen war 3 Minuten später da und dafür wurde sich schon entschuldigt. Genau das gleiche beim abholen. Ich musste 10 Minuten länger warten als vereinbart und das tat der Bamboo Box auch echt leid. Sehr Serviceorientiert 👍🏼 die Mitarbeiter sind freundlichen und das Essen ist einfach super lecker und frisch. Wir sind leider infiziert und werden jetzt öfter bestellen müssen :-)

Wir haben vieles Verschiedenes ausprobiert am Hochzeitag unserer Eltern dieses und letztes Jahr (Hähnchen Spieße, Sushi vegetarisch und mit Lachs, Thunfisch, und Krabbenfleisch). Alles war wieder mega super lecker und sehr frisch und man hat gesehen mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir bestellen immer nur hier. Ganz großes Danke, dass ihr uns damit einen so schönen Abend gemacht habt 🙏🏼♥️

Also ich muss sagen das wir sehr begeistert waren. Das Essen war sehr frisch zubereitet und sehr sehr lecker. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Mittlerweile bin ich Stammgast und bestelle mind. 1x pro Woche. Mit das beste Sushi, welches ich gegessen habe und das zu einem wirklich gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zudem erhält man eine hochwertige und nachhaltige Verpackung und Papiertüte statt Plastik, so macht es gleich noch mehr Freude :)

Update nach Neueröffnung: Da meine letzte Bewertung schon lange her ist, möchte ich diese gerne einmal aktualisieren. Wenn man bei Google nur einmal pro Konto eine 6 Sterne Bewertung abgeben könnte, dann würde die Bamboo Box meine 6 Sterne bekommen. Absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter, vom Bestellen am Telefon bis zur charmanten Lieferung. Einfach top Service. Und das Essen schmeckt einfach herausragend gut. Und zwar immer. Wer hier nicht isst bzw. bestellt und sich somit dieses köstliche Essen entgehen lässt, hat kulinarisch.was verpasst. Danke Bamboo Box Team!!

Das Lokal ist spezialisiert auf Bestellungen und Abholung. Im Lokal sind nur 2 Tische. Getränke in Plastikflaschen, da keine Ausschankgenehmigung. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und wirklich sehr gut.

Längere Wartezeiten, die durch frische Zubereitung und hohe Nachfrage entstehen, nehme wir gern in Kauf. Völlig inakzeptabel dagegen sind Schließungen wegen Urlaubs 😢😉, wenn man dann selbst kochen muss🤣🤣🤣. Wir sind froh, dass Ihr wieder da seid und das es Euch gibt
