Baldini's in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Our team went there today for our Christmas party. The food was really delicious. You don't feel stuffed afterward, but just genuinely satisfied. The only downside was the long wait for things like drinks. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly.

Nice, relaxed place… Fun, young service! The "Burger Brie" is a real "girly burger" in my book. 😉… delicious, lovely sweetness and a juicy patty. The cheesecake dessert is amazing. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious and very filling, even though the fries seemed small at first. The burgers could have used a bit more sauce, although they weren't too dry. The service was fine, but it wasn't very busy. €9 for dessert is definitely too much!

The large portion of salsa fries with salsa sauce and feta is a nice touch. They could have used higher-quality feta, though.

A very cozy place to have a drink and spend time with friends. The burger (Orgasmus) was very good; the Greek salad with balsamic dressing was simply delicious 😋 I found it pleasantly warm and just cozy.

We were really impressed with the burgers. The atmosphere is also very nice. The noise level got progressively higher, making conversation difficult in larger groups. The price-performance ratio is quite high, as some of the burgers are really expensive. Side dishes like fries are also charged extra. Our only complaint was about the service. We had everything on the table except for one dish, and we were missing cutlery, which was then provided after we asked for it.

The Big Boy Burger is the best burger I've ever eaten. The staff is friendly and caters to individual requests. The atmosphere is fantastic; I'll definitely be back.

Charging €15 for this cheeseburger is an absolute outrage; some McDonald's burgers are of better quality and cost only a fraction of the price. It didn't even resemble a smash burger that much. The same goes for the "steakhouse fries" (which, mind you, cost exactly the same as a 0.33l Coke – €4 for a 0.33l soft drink), which looked strikingly similar to frozen fries from Edeka (the same dubious observation can be made about the buns). In conclusion, the restaurant, with its undeniably cozy and promising ambiance, looks enticing, but the food was simply disappointing. Unfortunately, this was my first time there, but thankfully, it will be my last.

Not recommended; everything looks pre-packaged. The meat isn't properly ground and is relatively tasteless. First and last time.

We were here for the first time today, had been really looking forward to the burger, and were very disappointed. They advertise using regional meat, which is definitely a plus. However, given the price of the burger and the focus on regional sourcing, one would expect homemade burger buns or at least buns from a local bakery. The same goes for the fries, which were unfortunately just greasy and practically tasteless. On top of that, I ordered my meat well-done, and my husband ordered it medium. I received my meat medium, but my husband's was well-done (we were the only customers inside at the time of ordering). In our opinion, the burger's unique selling point is the regional meat, but this is completely negated by the standard patties and bland fries.

I've been a regular at Baldinis for a long time, and this was our first visit to Louis since the renovations. The ambiance is very appealing, and the smoker has also been removed. Since we were there at lunchtime, there were special offers. We chose the cheeseburger, steakhouse fries, and the garden burger, which was very good value for money. The service was newly staffed and very attentive, accommodating even small special requests. The smashed burgers, which use fresh ground beef from a local supplier, are truly delicious. We were even able to order "medium" as the doneness, which isn't possible with frozen patties.

A culinary experience at LOUIS' – Smash Burger, Bar & More My colleague and I went to LOUIS', and what a treat! The evening was a poem, bit by bit. First, fries and flattering men to start, crispy, spicy, really good! Then came the Smash Burger, juicy and delicious, you almost wanted to eat it forever. So truly good, from bite to bite, I knew I'd miss it tomorrow. To top it all off, a sweet kiss, tiramisu, and cheesecake, what a delight! The tiramisu? I'll tell you, no one has ever had it as good! And waitress Tabea, who served with charm, made the evening perfect for us, so sweet, friendly, nimble, and cheerful. So we continued on happily!

They've integrated the former smoking area of ​​Baldinis into the regular room, so everything stinks of smoke. The toilets stink strongly of drains... You pay €20 for a regular burger and fries. If the burger is more special, you pay €19 for the burger alone. A 0.33 Coke costs €4. Almost €25 for a meal in a bar? It's cheaper at Peter Pane, and it's cheaper at Beschte. Even when I eat at a regular restaurant, I often pay less for a burger. The cocktails are extremely poorly mixed. Please consider your price-performance ratio...

I ate at the new Louis Smashburger restaurant. Unfortunately, our order was taken incorrectly. After a long wait, we only got a "Smashburger," which bore no resemblance to a real Smashburger. It was a completely normal burger—no smashed patty or anything special. When I asked, it was confirmed that we had indeed ordered the correct burger. I also think the prices are too high. My colleague and I had to share the burger, as only one person came. Charging €27 for a burger with fries and two small beers is overpriced in my opinion. While the ambiance is appealing, I'm still unsure if a place like this really fits in on Wallstraße.

When I arrived at BALDINIS with my six guests, I was shocked to read that breakfast was no longer being served. I hadn't been informed in advance, even though my email address was known. This was obviously very unpleasant for my guests! Unfortunately, I received no response to the email I subsequently sent to BALDINIS...

The four of us were at Baldinis last night around 7 p.m. and had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious, and the drinks were also delicious and served quickly. We were there to watch football and while there was a techno party going on in the smoking area, with music and bass so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation at times. Snacks and food were delicious and the Mexican is also highly recommended.

No natural yogurt, just quark. It is true that smoking is not allowed in the smoking room at breakfast. The service was tried hard. Overall, the breakfast buffet is no longer recommended. Too bad.

We were there for breakfast on Saturday. Egg dishes were made to order and were okay. Otherwise we were disappointed: 2 types of rolls, 1x very light and a grain roll, the probably cheaper version without much taste and the grain rolls were too hard. The Porrige was presented in a warming basin that was much too large, so it no longer looked appetizing. We recently ordered two cocktails from this small venue that tasted really good – fresh and well mixed. Unfortunately, the nachos didn't convince us. They were served with packaged processed cheese, and even after a return, the dish came back in a minimally improved version - significantly too little cheese and overall disappointing in presentation and taste. All in all a mixed experience: tasty drinks, but the service and quality of the snacks could definitely be better.

At the end, pigeons also flew through the interior. Very unfortunate.

We've been to Baldini twice now... for brunch on Saturday and twice for burgers. For me, the burgers (vegetarian) are the best in Oldenburg... Nothing is missing at brunch and everything is fresh and plentiful... The service and the staff are simply great... Overall, a great location where you feel very at home feels good...

Had a lunch menu there. A delicious burger, good fries, very nicely prepared. Soft drinks and cappuccino are included for the truly sensational price of €11. It's not worth going to the fast food chain! The service was on point and had everything under control, people like “Marcel” from the service team are gold for the ailing catering industry. The store has a nice and tidy atmosphere. The other prices on the menu weren't exactly high prices either, as is unfortunately all too common in the catering industry. Keep it up, I'll take a look again next time I'm in Oldenburg.

Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. First we have to wait a long time until someone comes. Or after 20 minutes my friend said that we would like the menu. These finally came. The order was taken quickly. The nachos were a disappointment. The cheese that was gratinated was limited. When it came up, 5 nachos were covered in cheese. There were 3 slices of jalapenos on my portion. Friend 1 had a single slice and friend 2 had at least 2 small slices. The potato wedges were great, as were the sauces and the cocktail. We went straight to the counter to pay. There were two ladies sitting next to us who waited forever until they could finally pay. We're still thinking about going again...

So at first everything went a bit wrong. The ordering of drinks and food was quite bumpy and there was a bit of wrong food at first. But that's what made the evening really good. We laughed a lot, had a very charming waitress who did everything she could to make us happy, the music was good and the food was really tasty. I will plan Baldini's again on my next visit to Oldenburg. We recommend.
