Für mich im weiten Umkreis das beste indische Restaurant. Die Gerichte sind perfekt zubereitet und köstlich gewürzt, wobei auch individuelle Wünsche, z.B. mehr Schärfe, gerne berücksichtigt werden. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Das Preisniveau ist absolut angemessen. Eigentlich 6 von 5 Punkten!

Wir gehen gerne und regelmäßig zum Ghandi und bisher war jedes Gericht sehr lecker. Preislich absolut im Rahmen und sehr netter und kinderfreundlicher Besitzer und Kellner. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch als Catering für Geburtstage sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen wird in schönen Töpfen mit warmhalte Funktion geliefert und hübsch mit mitgebrachter Tischdecke aufgebaut und am nächsten Tag wieder abgeholt. Das Essen war reichlich und allen Gästen hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Essen war wie immer super. Besonders können wir das Thali empfehlen :) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe dieses Lokal an einem Wochentag zum Mittagessen besucht. Das Paneer Masala hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, und der Service war gut und schnell. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich habe fünf Tage in Schrobenhausen verbracht und hier zweimal zu Abend gegessen. Chicken Tikka mit Knoblauch-Naan – einfach himmlisch! Ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein – absolut empfehlenswert!

Waren jetzt ein paar Mal dort, tatsächlich ist im Restaurant rel. wenig los. Aber das Geschäft mit Lieferung bzw. Abholung brummt. Das Essen ist super lecker. Meine Empfehlung: Grillteller Und Vorspeise zum Hauptgang ist fast nicht zu schaffen. Die Preise sind sehr human und alles in allem werden wir da sicher noch öfter hin gehen.

Wir haben heute das Gandhi Indische Restaurant in Schrobenhausen besucht und waren absolut begeistert! Das Mittagessen war wirklich köstlich, mit intensiven Aromen und frischen Zutaten. Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön war es, dass er uns sogar ein kostenloses Mango-Lassi für zuhause mitgegeben hat. Das Ambiente war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, und wir können dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Insgesamt ein rundum positives Erlebnis!

Wir waren gestern beim Essen es gab Lamm und Ente. Die Ente war hervorragend aber das Lamm war kein Lamm. Es hat eher nach Hammel gestunken und war nicht mehr gut. Wir hatten am selben Abend noch Probleme im Körper

Sehr nettes Personal und dazu eine schöne ambiente. Essen schmeckt sehr frisch und lecker. Würde diesem laden jedem empfehlen der lust auf indisches essen hat. Werde dieses laden auf jeden fall öfters besuchen

Last time I waited an hour for food.

We've been to Ghandi three times with our group. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience yesterday. We were a group of nine women who had reserved a table for 6:00 p.m. Six of us wanted to eat right away and not wait for the three who were going to be late. This request was simply ignored. The food never arrived, and when we asked, we were repeatedly told that it would be right away. All the other tables got their food before us. Only when the three women came and ordered did our food arrive, after an hour and a half. We won't be coming back.

The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The price is reasonable.

Very tasty, this is the first Indian cuisine that is really tasty, you can sit in Ukrainian (if you know what I mean), the staff is wonderful, there is an atmosphere of a good feast, you can smoke on the summer terrace, the dishes are cooked perfectly and even though there were many tables, they were cooked quickly. 10 out of 10 I recommend

We've eaten at Gandhi several times, but unfortunately, we have to say that the competition in Pfaffenhofen is far more authentic, high-quality, and better. This is despite Gandhi's higher prices. The ambiance is showing its age. The dishes are very Germanized and have little in common with authentic Indian cuisine. The outdoor area is on a busy street and invitingly designed. It's quite warm inside in the summer and not particularly cozy. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The parking spaces are always full in the evenings. It's not worth turning into the street, as you won't be able to turn around at the end. In the evenings, you should use the free parking spaces at Reich Büroservice. There's always plenty of space there.

Gandhi is an excellent Indian restaurant. The food is exquisitely seasoned, and the service is friendly and unobtrusive. We have never been disappointed on a single visit. Many thanks to the Gandhi team!

I’m originally from India and have been living in Germany for over 15 years — and this is by far the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever visited here. I regularly order from and dine at this place — both for lunch and dinner — and it never disappoints. What truly impresses me is how each curry has its own distinct taste, carefully prepared to preserve the authentic Indian flavor. You can really tell that the food is made with passion and attention to detail. Whether it’s a quiet meal or a larger order for family and friends, the quality, freshness, and consistency are outstanding. The staff is friendly, the service is reliable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Indian cuisine!

Very tasty food and the best mango lassi.

The place welcomed me with the image of two clasped hands and the word "Namaste" on the glass of the entrance door. I was seated by the very kind waiter, who brought me the menu, took my order and served a plate of poppadoms with three sauces (sweet, spicy and mint) to start. I chose the Mutton Vindaloo which turned out to be excellent and decidedly spicy as promised on the menu. The environment is nice, the staff very helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Relatively good quality food in a sufficient size with a reasonable/cheap price. Chicken Vindaloo could be spicier, but you can also get chillies separately if you wish. Usual Indian menu. No beef.

Namaste. We were lucky and got a table without a reservation. The restaurant was very well attended. Good Indian cuisine, nice and spicy as ordered, Chicken Vindaloo and Murgh Nilgiri. Service, very friendly and attentive. Freshly baked Nan breads. Price performance is right here. Parking spaces available. Delivery dates are offered within a 15km radius.

For many years I traveled to Munich to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. The Gandhi now saves a lot of time!! Rarely experienced such good cuisine outside of India! Staff, cuisine and service are exceptionally good. Also recommended for sensitive people as the seasoning can be selected. And if you can tolerate it, order it spicy, so it is, but in such a way that the other spices can still be recognized. Simply great! Update Oct. 2024: Still very good and pretty authentic. 👌👍

Very tasty food, very friendly staff. Facilities are welcoming. One of the best Indian restaurants in the area. The staff is very attentive and immediately asks if rice or drinks are running out. When we go out for Indian food we usually only eat Gandhi. And spicy means spicy 😅

The Gandhi in Schrobenhausen is my absolute favorite restaurant for Indian food in the entire region. From the moment you greet us, you feel at home here. The ambience is warm and inviting, the waitresses are very hospitable and attentive. The menu offers a wide range of authentic Indian dishes, all freshly prepared with love. I particularly like the fact that you can choose the spiciness of the dishes individually according to your wishes. So everyone can find something to their taste. Here you are in the best of hands and will be treated to a delicious and unforgettable Indian meal.

Ich habe schon viele Inder probiert, aber das Restaurant "Ghandi" spielt ganz oben mit. Super leckeres Essen, perfekter Service, nettes Ambiente und eine sehr große Speisekarte, wo bisher alles geschmeckt hat was wir probiert haben (das dürfte mittlerweile die halbe Karte gewesen sein). Und das ist auch der Grund, warum wir seit über 5 Jahren immer wieder hierher zum Essen gehen und auch in Zukunft sehr gern hier essen werden.
