The service is fantastic. The baguettes are always delicious, as are the sauces. I can highly recommend this place.

Speechless... the older lady at the oven was completely overwhelmed (she admitted she'd lost track of everything). The pickup time was way off; I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the taste was also rather below average. Of course, these things happen, but unfortunately, it's happened here several times already.

The staff was a disaster; after a long wait, we ended up baking the baguettes ourselves in the oven at home.

Had ordered a ham bun with cucumber, the cucumber was missing and the top of the burger bun was totally dry and almost burnt, absolutely not tasty

We were there once and were completely satisfied, but now we can't claim that anymore and won't go back. The baguettes weren't baked all the way through, and the employees could have had their shoes soled for work. What's absolutely unacceptable is that there were several bottles of cleaning supplies lying around on the area where the baguettes and salads are prepared.

Unfortunately, one star is too many. We've tried there three times, but now we've given up. The baguettes aren't baked properly, and the drinks are out of date. The opening hours are signposted differently than they actually are, or the opening hours are constantly changing. So, many of these reviews are justified; we don't normally care about other reviews because we form our own opinions. It's a shame; this place really could be something.

The baguette was delicious, especially the cucumber 🥒. It was delicious. It made me laugh. The service was very friendly, and it was easy to chat. A member of staff named Chantal, in particular, was very polite and helped me with my order. The price is reasonable, and there's a large selection of drinks, a bit pricey, but manageable. I'll be ordering again. It's a great place. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The number 5 was a delicacy. The baguette had also spent a perfect amount of time in the oven. The staff was very friendly, especially Chantal, who gave us excellent advice. A truly recommendable shop! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (simply great)

Snot. The wait time is way too long! Every order is made incorrectly. It's completely unacceptable, simply outrageous.

We ordered four baguettes in total. After unpacking, they all looked as if they'd never been in an oven. The baguettes were almost raw and hadn't been crisped much. I can make them better at home. The only positive thing was the sauce. The staff has room for improvement.

1 out of 10 orders is error-free! Food is either cold, wrong or not quite ready yet.

After a long time, we decided to order from Papillon. I have to say, unfortunately, that we were so disappointed that the word "disappointed" is an understatement. We ordered by phone at 4:05 p.m. on a Sunday. At that point, the restaurant had only been open for five minutes. We were told on the phone that our order could be picked up in 15 minutes. When we arrived 15 minutes later, the two ham biscuits and three baguettes had just been put in the oven. They had been in the oven for about five minutes. Both the baguettes and the ham biscuits were ice cold and had no color, let alone a "baked" texture. The food was soggy and ice cold. Furthermore, the ham biscuits had the wrong toppings, even though we had been told several times over the phone how they should be topped. The lady on the phone was very unfriendly and not particularly competent. The only positive thing was the cocktail sauce. It was really delicious. Which is the only reason we can give it one star in good conscience. The bottom line is: We'll never order food from there again. You can make exactly the same thing at home, warm and for much cheaper. We definitely can't recommend it.

The baguette tasted more like herb sauce than actual baguette. I think someone forgot to clean the knife first. 😅

Unprofessional staff who are not trained and are unfriendly. People use the phone in the kitchen, the prices are much too high for the quality, the sauces do not taste of high quality, I have to say that sauces bought from the supermarket taste better and the sauces at the ranßladen are slightly expired and from 8 p.m. there are only cold orders on site and they cannot be reached by phone to order and there is only a small price discount for a cold order which is so small that you can simply pay the whole price In addition, if you order a larger order of 4 baguettes, they also pack the wrong sauces with the baguettes. Given the quality, I would pay just €4.50 for a baguette!!!!!!

I'm not giving it a star either. I've just picked up a baguette which should have been hot when it's freshly made, but of course it was cold. I'm not giving it a star. It's very negative, one star is still too many!!

It's unbelievable how the shop has deteriorated, just sad. Hardly anything on the baguette and the prices are disproportionate, even outrageous. I don't think the review will change anything, but one can only advise against it

Baguette was tasty, but way too expensive for the small quantity. Danger! Which website to open. Prices are significantly cheaper there.

Unfortunately, since the management took over, the quality of the food has fluctuated greatly! The prices have risen extremely, the baguettes are significantly smaller (almost pitiful compared to "before"), and depending on the staff (it seems) there is a lot of savings on sauce...! In the past, people who were not local could highly recommend the Baguettaria, but today they would recommend the Aldi-TK Baguette. It "tastes" consistently and isn't a blast, but the price/performance ratio is good...

Super tasty baguettes. As soon as there are extra requests, such as a different sauce, it becomes almost impossible to get the right one... a shame

We are disappointed, from beginning to end. Tried to call several times by phone. Line was permanently occupied. Then we went there. There were only 2 people in the store and it was quiet. Then you hear that the phone isn't working, oh well. 15 minutes later we got our food. Simple and easy. We said the sauces should be extra. 1 of the sauces were wrong. It felt like we had a 5cm long baguette that had very, very lean toppings and seemed like it was burnt. And at the end the highlight was (!!!!!) the change is changed with the same gloves that the baguettes are used to take out of the oven. So glove changes do NOT take place. Simply disgusting when you consider that the baguette has all the germs on it, which are transferred from the money.

After a long time, I ordered a Hambiss and Buegette again. My Hambiss was burnt and only tasted like sauce. The buegette only had cheese and a mini slice of ham on it. No lettuce, no tomato but a piece of cucumber that could have been left out. My buegette was from last evening and wasn't fresh, it was so dry, it crumbled in the hand from dryness. When paying, the gloves were left on and were then used for the next orders. Hygienic measures are very important there and you can be lucky that I was hungry otherwise I would have thrown the order back into the kitchen. And then asking so much money for such quality is ridiculous.

Gestern Baguettes zum selbst fertigbacken gekauft. Einfach super. Anscheinend hat der Laden neue Besitzer, schmeckt aber nach wie vor super. Leider ist die Entfernung etwas groß um es oft zu machen, aber der Weg lohnt sich, weshalb ich es dennoch machen werde :-)

wenn die Mayonnaise-Pampe von Soße mit irgendwelchen geheimen billig Trockengewürzen nicht wäre, 4 Sterne. 3 Sterne, weil die Baguettes gefühlt jedes Jahr 1 € teurer werden.

Ich muss sagen, der Laden ist super! Die Baguette's sind hammerlecker, der Service ist super nett und das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist absolut super! Die Soßen sind superlecker! Im großen und ganzen einfach top!

Wirklich sehr leckeres Baguette, allerdings war es die letzten Male immer etwas verbrannt.

Superschmeckende, liebevoll belegte Baguette. Die Saucen sind selbstgemacht. Alle superlegger. Mein Favorit die Knobisauce. Personal freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Leider wurde der Lieferant der Baguette ausgetauscht. Die Baguettes sind jetzt nicht mehr gut. Schade eigentlich denn ich bin immer gerne dort essen gegangen. Die Baguette sind dunkler und kleiner. Früher gab es ganz klar 5 Sterne heute nur noch zwei

Das Essen ist meist sehr schnell fertig. Es schmeckt super, der Preis ist okay.

Also ich war immer zufrieden. Die Baguettes sind lecker und auch die Saucen sind super. Denn Laden gibt es schon ewig, das ist doch ein gutes Zeichen.
