Eine meiner Top-Empfehlungen hier in der Gegend! Gestern war ich zum ersten Mal hier, nach meinem MapsTell-Workshop. Heute gleich noch einmal mit meinem Mann. Sehr gutes Essen, alles frisch & lecker, keine langen Wartezeiten, schönes Ambiente draußen und SEHR GUTER SERVICE - wir kommen sicher wieder 🌟

Immer wieder schön hier zu sein. Leider oft sehr voll und somit laut. Aber klar, gute Restaurants sind selten leer...

Es gibt nur wenige Brauhäuser die so gutes Bier brauen... natürlich alles subjektiv. Gut gezapft frisch spritzig und die richtige Temperatur....wenn ihr jetzt noch einen günstigen Platz für Wohnmobile hättet dann würde ich bei Euch Urlaub machen 🍺😄

Keine Ahnung woher die Bewertungen kommen!? Das einzige Gute an diesem Lokal ist der Service gewesen. Der Biergarten völlig heruntergekommen und ungepflegt, das Essen lieblos, Mittagessen Schnitzel mit Pommes war ein kleines Schnitzel mit draufgeworfenen Pommes ohne Beilage oder Garnitur. Jede Autobahnraststätte macht das besser. Und dazu völlig überteuert! 2 Schnitzel mit kleinem Beilagensalat und 2 Getränken für 42,-€!!! Geht’s noch? Und als Krönung wird man auch noch von rücksichtslosen Rauchern eingestunken…nie wieder.

Toll gemachtes Wirtshaus mit kleiner, feiner Karte. Der Hof ist wunderschön gelegen. Tolles Ambiente, sehr aufmerksamer Service und leckeres selbst gebrautes Bier. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Egal zu welcher Tageszeit – immer top! Das Back- und Brauhaus Drayß ist für mich eine absolute Bank. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit man hier herkommt – ob zum Frühstück, Mittagessen oder für ein gemütliches Abendessen –, das Essen ist einfach immer richtig gut und frisch. Dazu kommt ein tolles Team: Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg super freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgen für eine klasse Atmosphäre. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher!

Wir hatten ein köstliches Essen und wurden freundlich bedient. Die Spargelsuppe und der Haussalat waren köstlich. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein leckeres Gebäck. Schneller Service und ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir waren im Brauhaus Drayss und haben sehr lecker gegessen 😃 Das Personal war trotz des gut besuchten Restaurants freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders der Spargelsalat war richtig lecker und auch das Schnitzel mit Käse hat super geschmeckt. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist immer schön hier und das Angebot an Speisen ist auch nicht zu verachten.Es ist reichlich und schmeckt auch noch. Von den Bediehnungen gibt es auch nicht zu meckern = also Alles Okay.

Das Beste an diesem Lokal ist das Bier; das Essen war nicht so gut, wie andere Gäste es beschrieben hatten. Aber es ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Küche und Service hervorragend, das Helle schmeckt richtig gut. Die "Englische Woche" hat tolles Essen gebracht - bitte wiederholen! Es spricht für die Qualität, dass man zwischen 18 und 20 Uhr ohne Reservierung kaum eine Chance hat - selbst zu zweit und unter der Woche. Das Ambiente im Bereich der Theke und Braukesseln könnte man verbessern - wirkt ziemlich kühl und kahl. Sowohl Lorsch als auch das Brauhaus sind immer einen Ausflug wert und wir werden ganz bestimmt bald wiederkommen.

Ich war für das Frühstück vor Ort und wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und auch das Essen war frisch und lecker. Der Preis ist total in Ordnung und auch die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist sehr schön. Ich empfehle es sehr und würde es wieder besuchen 😄

Sehr leckere Schnitzel und wirklich gute, knusprige Bratkartoffeln. Hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Service. So etwas findet man heutzutage nur noch selten. Danke, dass wir auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch im gut besuchten Restaurant bekommen haben. Das Bier aus der eigenen Brauerei war auch klasse. Klare Empfehlung!

Ein echtes Brauhaus mit Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Bier und sehr aufmerksamer Service

Das unfiltrierte, frisch gebraute Bier ist überragend und auch das Essen sehr, sehr lecker und das Personal super freundlich! Ich empfehle vor allem am Abend und am Wochenende einen Tisch vorab telefonisch zu reservieren. Im Moment gibt es amerikanische Gerichte wegen dem Superbowl. Das Philly Beef Steak ist echt super lecker!

Das personal konnte sich nicht dazu durchringen uns zu bedienen. Sie unterhielten sich lieber miteinander und dann länger mit einem anderen Gast. Erst auf nachfrage an der Theke kam dann der äußerst unfreundliche Kellner an unseren Tisch.

Wow, was ein tolles Essen, was ein einzigeartiges Bier und welch zuvorkommender Service, selbst wenn der Laden brummt. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit und waren super satt auf dem Heimweg.

Gehen hier manchmal mit der Familie essen und kommen immer wieder gern her. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn es meistens sehr voll ist. Das Essen schmeckt ebenfalls sehr gut, Schnitzel und den Salat mit Schafskäseecken kann ich nur sehr empfehlen.

It's hilarious! My colleague booked a table online, and guess what? They knew nothing about it. To make matters worse, the waiter came out to us saying we'd made a reservation in Bürstadt. When we showed him the reservation in Lorsch, all he said was, "Oops, I'll pass it on to the manager." In short, terrible service. Reservations at Drayß are pointless.

The facilities and food were very good. There's something for everyone on the menu. It's very centrally located, which makes finding a parking spot a bit tricky. But it's definitely worth it.

We spent a day in Lorsch and managed to snag a table at Drayß at the last minute. What luck! Besides the delicious food, fantastic dessert, and excellent drinks, we were also thrilled with the service. Even our dog was welcome. We don't really find places like this in our area. If we ever pass through Lorsch again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Delicious, hearty food in a rustic atmosphere. The value for money is excellent. Just be aware that it can be noisy, and you'll need to do your laundry afterwards.

Food is tasty, has some good variety of food, has Menu in English and staff speaks English, accessible for person with disabilities, there is a parking lot in 100 meters after the restaurant.

When it reopened a few years ago, this restaurant was all well and good. Now it's not even average. After three visits, it now seems to me a given that, even when it's not busy, you as a guest are disregarded by the service staff. Once, we even called the restaurant at our table and requested a waiter. Unfortunately, the tables were always dirty, and we had to ask them to remove the leftovers from the previous guests. The simple Viennese-style schnitzel with fries culminated, in my opinion, in a level of impudence I've never experienced before: carelessly thrown onto the plate and served. - No words. Burnt potatoes and onions garnished the tough frozen schnitzel. The staff are distracted, playing on their phones, throwing handfuls of napkins at each other, with one blonde waitress standing out as particularly negative when it comes to cutlery. It's hard to believe that this restaurant has anything to do with the best bakery in town.

Should really be 5 stars... well, people were smoking cigars and cigarillos in the courtyard for over an hour. Why the service staff didn't want to discuss a solution remains a mystery to me.

Generally, I've been mostly satisfied so far, but on Sunday it really wasn't a good experience there, hence the criticism. Unfortunately, drinks were brought to the table incorrectly twice; another guest had my glass to his mouth, and we were served it anyway. The side salad with the cooked cheese, well, it was a lettuce stalk, a split tomato (even though we'd asked for it without), and two slices of cucumber. I only received a receipt upon request and request. It all went pretty badly 😕

The day before yesterday, four of us arrived and waited outside to be seated. The young man at the reception, without saying "hello" or "good evening," asked in a dry, even brusque manner: "Do you have a reservation?" The kitchen was apparently overwhelmed. Only when two of us were almost finished with our tarte flambée did the dishes for the other two arrive. The only highlight was the young lady who served us. Conclusion: Best to avoid Brauhaus Drays on a Saturday night.

We celebrated our mom's 90th birthday at the brewery on July 1st. It was wonderful, as there was still music in the house that day, and they sang a special birthday serenade. The food was, as always, very good; everyone enjoyed it. I myself grew up with the bakery's delicious treats back in Einhausen. I also ordered cake for that evening, and everything went smoothly. Thank you for that.

A great brewery with a fantastic and spacious beer garden, which also offers plenty of shady seating. The interior is coolly decorated and definitely has something special. 👍 Delicious food, great beer, and very nice, friendly, and efficient staff. What more could a guest want? But I think you should definitely consider making a reservation in the evening.

We are the only tourist when we visit. They got english menu. Food are in huge portions and delivious. And they know we not so much familiar with their beer, so they give us some sample to try before order. I am so pampered and felt warm welcoming.

Absolutely. We stopped there in Lorsch to get something to eat. Before that, we went to Luisenpark in Mannheim, which was also great, but the prices are actually quite high, especially since the park is mostly frequented by families with children. Personally, I don't think it's family-friendly.

Breakfast was more than sufficient

It's very nice, and the food is truly delicious. The homemade lemonades and sausage salad are highly recommended. The only annoying thing is that many guests simply leave the door to the accessible restroom open, which is pretty disgusting, since you're just eating right there. The staff is courteous and friendly.

Unfortunately, our visit didn't live up to expectations. The restaurant left a poor impression, and the service behind the counter seemed lackluster. We were particularly impressed by the outdoor area, where the fine gravel made the floor extremely dusty, raising hygiene concerns. The entrance area served as a garbage collection point, and the restrooms were not clean. There was a lack of regular inspection (checklist) and cleaning, which was evident in empty paper towel dispensers and dirty fixtures.

Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try any of the food or drinks. When we entered at 2 p.m., there was a sign reading: "Please wait here, you will be shown to your seat!" It should be noted that half of the tables were free. We stood there for five minutes, were noticed by several waiters, but ignored. Finally, I approached a waiter myself and asked if we could sit down. Unfortunately, we weren't served for another 15 minutes. Luckily, other guests arrived who also wanted to wait for a table, but were told that if they wanted to eat, the kitchen would already be closed. Unfortunately, this wasn't indicated anywhere. So we left the brewery.

Probably the restaurant in Lorsch where you can go for just about any occasion. Be it a business lunch, a date, or simply a meal with friends; the food is delicious, fairly priced, and there are lovely seating areas both inside and outside.

My wife and I had lunch hear while out cycling. Very good food and the locally brewed beer had to be tried. Well we are now taking a 5lt keg home with us, say no more.!

I was there for a business conference. There was a wide selection at breakfast, and despite the group and the busy restaurant, it arrived very quickly. The lunch menu was good, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very attentive.

I have never experienced loud yawning staff behind the counter on a Sunday at 4:05 p.m....Sorry, that's not possible...on May 18, 2025

I highly recommend it. The delicious food and the home-brewed beer are perfect. And not to forget the delicious cake 🤤
