Back to Fire in Reiskirchen

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying the "Coco Loco" waffle bowl at the Kalten Markt in Ortenberg – and we were absolutely thrilled! The portion was generous, the waffles fresh and incredibly delicious. Finally, something offered that you can't find everywhere! The price-performance ratio was also excellent.

A super friendly team. They know how to make delicious fast food. Everything is a culinary delight ;) I highly recommend it. I was at the Technology Museum in Speyer and was impressed.

My husband and I visited you last Saturday at the Street Food Festival in Hanover. Let's start by saying that your personalities are just so incredibly warm and wonderful! We received such friendly service, had a great time, and even managed to crack a few jokes. Moving on to the food, which was absolutely delicious! The mac 'n cheese with Bolognese sauce and tons of Parmesan was simply amazing! We really think you're fantastic! Keep up the great work, and I hope to see you again sometime 🫶

A company event, almost 60 hungry mouths, and only about two hours. My colleague told us about Back to Fire, we contacted them, got great advice, had a good offer, and suddenly, the "food truck" was on our farm. The only things we needed to "provide" were the electricity and our hungry colleagues. To get everything done well in this time, we opted for fries with different toppings. To ensure everyone could try different toppings, we wanted small portions. But honestly, the "small" portions weren't really much less than a standard portion. We have really good eaters on our team, and even for them, three portions were a big challenge. Everything was delicious, everyone had a smile on their face. And all thanks to Florian and his super nice colleague. It went "like clockwork," so to speak. Everything was fresh and super delicious. The fries are amazing. And the toppings, too, of course. And to finish off, a very, very delicious dessert in a glass. We couldn't agree on which was the better choice. Overall, at least 10 stars and all thumbs up. This won't be the last time. We look forward to the next time during our lunch break.

We visited Florian's food truck on Easter Monday because, "coincidentally" (as my wife said / "that's the guy who's on TikTok..."), it was also at the Technikmuseum in Speyer that day. After a brief chat with Florian, our ordered food arrived. We had the Green Hill Fries (me) and the Italian Fries (my wife). Our eldest had a beef sausage in a bun, and the younger child also had her own fries with ketchup. The Green Hill Fries consisted of (naturally) fries, herb curd cheese, guacamole, and a tomato salsa. The Italian Fries consisted of fries with arugula, Parmesan cheese (with balsamic vinegar), and the tomato salsa. To be honest, I expected the tomato salsa to have a more "saucey" consistency, like you usually get everywhere else. However, I was pleasantly surprised here. Fresh tomatoes with onions and herbs, just as you'd expect from a half-Italian on a proper bruschetta. Thumbs up for that! The guacamole and herb curd were exactly what I expected. Fresh, delicious, and paired very well with the tomato salsa. That's exactly what attracted me to the Green Hill Fries from the very beginning. The combination of fries and fresh toppings isn't usually something you're used to, but here it was perfectly balanced and super delicious. And what's always important to me: They didn't skimp on the toppings! With all the extras, the fries almost get a little forgotten, though that has less to do with a lack of quality. In my opinion, they were perfect in terms of crispiness, size, and seasoning! And just the day before, we had a comparison with fries from the Holiday Park, which couldn't have been more disappointing. My wife's combination (Italian fries) is also less familiar, but what I was able to try almost tempted me to order them again. In conclusion, all that remains to be said is that the fries combos were absolutely above average, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. Making something like that under "difficult" conditions in a food truck only makes it better! It's a shame we probably won't get the chance to eat there again very often, but when we do, we'll definitely do it again. Friendly people, good food, what more could you want? We hired Florian and his team for a company event with around 150 people. I already knew him from previous events for another company and can only say: quality stays in your memory! The entire team is super friendly, extremely flexible, accommodates every request and always does it all with a smile on their faces! Regardless of whether it is contact/planning before the event or the execution itself, communication is superb and the execution is optimal. Florian gives wonderful ideas, takes requests to heart and fully stands behind his products. The food is prepared with love and is thought out from A to Z, and you can taste it! There was no criticism whatsoever from my colleagues and the pulled pork in particular was an absolute hit! So this review doesn't just reflect my opinion. I'm looking forward to the next event where Florian can show off his culinary skills. I would be happy to do it again anytime!

We were looked after by Florian and his team at STEINEXPO 2023 and I have to say. It was just a dream (and that's an understatement). On the one hand, the team was super nice, friendly and always committed to the matter. The ambience was thought out down to the smallest detail and perfectly coordinated (even the fork was made of environmentally friendly wood, but didn't taste that way). The food - simply a complete pleasure. No matter what you ordered, it was freshly prepared, tasted perfect and even the third time it didn't get boring. I would like to find something negative about BACK TO FIRE (because I'm a big critic), but Florian and his team always surprised us over the four days and delivered a performance that was second to none. THANKS ALOT!

Hatten vorbestellt... essen wurde pünktlich abgeholt, war aber so gut wie kalt. Das Fleisch war bei allen versalzen und das Brötchen war wahrscheinlich schon 2 Tage alt. Außerdem stimmen die Preise mit Speisekarte nicht über ein. Nie wieder!!!

Wir haben Back To Fire für unsere Hochzeit gebucht und wir können Sie nur weiterempfehlen! Das Essen war super und der Ablauf vor Ort war professionell und absolut reibungsfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Balschun im Vorfeld gestaltet sich als äußerst angenehm. Wir würden Back to Fire immer wieder engagieren.

Wir hatten das Team von back to fire für unsere Silberhochzeit gebucht. Vom ersten Kontakt, über die Feier bis hin zur Rechnung stets kompetent und freundlich. Für unsere Feier hatten wir uns für BBQ (auch eine vegetarische Variante war im Angebot) entschieden und die mega leckeren Fries. Wir waren begeistert und auch von unseren Gästen kam durchweg ein positives Feedback. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert 👍🏼!

Wir haben Back to Fire für ein Firmenevent in der Mittagspause gebucht und können sie nur weiterempfehlen! Die Burger und Pommes wurden frisch zubereitet und waren super lecker. Netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und absolut reibungsloser Ablauf vor Ort. Wir würden Back to Fire immer wieder engagieren.

Ich hatte den Foodtruck anläßlich meines Geburtstages gebucht, es war wie zu erwarten mega lecker! Meine Gäste waren begeistert und natürlich satt. Burger, Pommes und Bratwurst alles bestens und frisch. Wurde auch gleich von Freunden für die eigene Feier gebucht, das sagt wohl alles ... Macht weiter so und danke nochmal für den reibungslosen und gut organisierten Ablauf

Für unsere Gartenhochzeit haben wir uns für den OFYR Grill von Back to Fire entschieden. Es gab fantastisches Essen mit Liebe angerichtet und ausreichend für alle. Es war ein unvergesslicher Tag und das Team vor Ort war unglaublich nett. Wir hätten uns für unsere Hochzeit nichts besseres vorstellen können!!! Ganz tolles Essen und Service bei uns in der Firma, wo wir Back to Fire als Foodtruck hatten. Ich fand die Burgers einfach toll und die beiden Jungs haben tolle Arbeit geleistet und waren noch dazu sehr sympathisch.

Zwei mal stimmte das Erhaltene nicht exakt mit dem Bestellten überein, war aber trotzdem lecker. Wir führten es auf die etwas schlechte Tonqualität des Anrufes zurück. Wir kommen wieder.
