Unglaublich lecker – wie hausgemacht! Die ukrainische Küche hier ist nicht einfach nur Essen, sondern eine echte Philosophie von Gemütlichkeit und Wärme. Die Portionen sind riesig, alles ist frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkommt!

Vielen Dank für den Borschtsch und die Pelmeni! Es war alles köstlich, wie zu Hause.

Ich bin schon öfter bei Bab Maria gewesen und finde es immer wieder toll 🤩 Mein Favorit ist die Bowl mit Buchweizen, Salaten und Vareniky. Super lecker und sehr nette Leute!

Wir haben bestellt und leider wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen. Nach 40 min haben wir nachgefragt und die supper wurde aus einem Eimer aufgewärmt und war in 2 min fertig. Keine Entschuldigung oder komplementär etwas dazu. :/

Wir waren begeistert von Bab Maria in Bremen! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und man merkt sofort, dass alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet wird. Die Gerichte sind frisch, authentisch und geschmacklich einfach hervorragend. Besonders die hausgemachten Spezialitäten haben mich überzeugt. Dazu kommt ein sehr freundlicher Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wer in Bremen richtig gut essen möchte, sollte Bab Maria unbedingt besuchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😋🇺🇦

Ich muss gestehen, erst war ich skeptisch. Können so gesund aussehende Salate wirklich schmecken?! Aber dann war es wirklich gut, vor allem in Kombination mit den Teigtaschen mit Kartoffelfüllung.

Ausgezeichnete Varenski und der Borschtsch ist ausgesprochen lecker! Ich war nur beim durch bummeln, aber ich hab mich sofort angesprochen gefühlt und heute besonders gut beraten. Total nettes Personal und die meisten Gerichte auch vegan oder vegetarisch zu bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben hier einen sehr leckeren Borschtsch und frittierte Varenyky gegessen, die Kinder haben sich Mlyntsi gewünscht. Alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten großen Spaß daran zu beobachten, wie die Pelmeni vor Ort gemacht wurden. Einfach toll! Definitiv ein Geheimtipp.

Ich komme immer wegen des Borschtsch hierher, meinem Lieblingsgericht! Ich versuche auch oft, meine ausländischen Freunde mitzubringen, um ihnen zu zeigen, wie unser Essen schmeckt. Sie verlassen den Tisch immer glücklich. ☺️ Спасибо!

Guten Tag, im Großen und Ganzen ist alles in Ordnung, aber meiner Meinung nach könnte es besser sein. Das Essen war etwas enttäuschend. Die Syrniki waren okay, ebenso die Pfannkuchen. Die Wareniki waren nicht schlecht, aber die Kartoffeln waren in großen Stücken. Ich würde empfehlen, die Auswahl zu erweitern und Wareniki mit Pilzen und Fleisch anzubieten. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, alle sind höflich und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre ist eher mittelmäßig, da es sich um einen Food Court handelt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine gute Option für einen kleinen Imbiss, wenn man hungrig ist, und unterstützt gleichzeitig die Entwicklung neuer Küchen in Deutschland.

Ich möchte mich beim Team des Café bab’s Maria markthalle für die hervorragend zubereiteten ukrainischen Gerichte bedanken. Das Café ist sehr authentisch und sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind höflich, der Service ist sehr angenehm und freundlich, und das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Ich komme gerne wieder.

So eine schöne Markthalle hätte ich auch gern in Hamburg :) Das Essen aller Anbieter sag fantastisch aus und man dort sehr gut sitzen und verweilen. Die Varenyky beim ukrainischen Stand (gekocht, mit Pilzrahmsoße) waren ein Gedicht! Die werde ich mir bei meinem Bremenbesuch in jedem Fall nochmal gönnen.

Es gibt köstlichen Borschtsch, den man mit Wodka trinken kann. Es gibt sogar einen „Diät-Borschtsch“, aber ich weiß nicht genau, was das ist 🤔, wahrscheinlich ohne Fleisch. Viele ukrainische Gerichte. Ich habe Käseknödel, Wareniki (nicht gedämpft), Pelmeni und so weiter gesehen.

Wir kommen hier oft vorbei und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität bleibt konstant hoch und verbessert sich sogar mit der Zeit. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein Essensangebot von diversen Angeboten aus unterschiedlichen Ländern in der "Markthalle acht" in Bremen. Essen wird bei Allen frisch zubereitet und geht schnell. Sehr beliebt, auch bei Angestellten in der Umgebung. Markthallen-Ambiente, trotzdem kann man sich einigermaßen unterhalten, selbst zur stark frequentierten Mittagszeit.

Das Essen und Personal waren super. Die Halle an sich ist sehr laut und voll. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich würde BAB' MARIA auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die selbstgemachte Schorle auf jeden Fall auch probieren!

A very pleasant surprise at the Bremen covered market. A warm welcome and friendly service. Even though it's not the usual style of the place, with our 4-month-old baby, they even brought our food to the table. The portions are generous and the flavors are definitely there. The garlic sour cream is to die for, and even the bread is good and homemade.

The vareniki with the various salads are so delicious and the service is super, super friendly!! Always great :))

I have never eaten more delicious dumplings!

The food is amazing, the service is super friendly, and there's a kids' play area right around the corner. The dumplings are also kid-friendly, but there's also a pizza place across the street. 😅

At Markthalle 8 in Bremen The atmosphere was naturally very loud and chaotic. Service was nonexistent due to the self-service, but the clerk was quite nice :) The order was prepared quickly. You can even save some money here with the City for two app, just a tip :) The pelmeni with sour cream were very tasty, and the portion size was reasonable.

Everything is delicious, cooked like home. The staff is welcoming and very friendly.

It was a very busy Friday night but the staff were very efficient and even offered free drinks for waiting. The food itself was delicious, never seen such an interesting concept in Germany. Will definitely be back.

We were in Bremen for the first time and found this place on Google maps. A very interesting place with small restaurants of cuisines from different nations of the world. Of course, we came for our Ukrainian cuisine. We ordered borscht, vareniki, pelmeni, syrniki and compote. We liked everything: large portions, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, cooked from scratch, didn't have to wait long. Thanks to all the staff of "Bab Maria", you are great 💪🏻😘 If we come again, we will only dine with you 😊

Located in the market halls along with other restaurants. The atmosphere is noisy, but the decor is pleasant. Convenient: you're notified via a beeper when the food is ready. You could watch the dumplings being freshly prepared! Very tasty.

In the Bremen market hall, very nice there. We wanted dessert and what can you say? It was delicious even though I've never eaten Ukrainian before. Stand operator very friendly.

ATTENTION!!! These are not Ukrainian dishes!!! They think that these dishes are made like this, but these are dishes, for example, supposedly Ukrainian BORSCH for (10 EUROS) a small portion is not BORSCH but just vegetables cut into small cubes, meat also cubes 2 pieces 1 cm by 2 cm The Ukrainian BORSCH itself is supposedly a soup, no, it’s not a soup The taste of TOMATO PASTE is strongly felt in the slurry, very, very strongly!!!!!!!!! Not rich, highly tomato SLUN!!!!!!!!!!! Why? But because there is NO UKRAINIAN WOMAN in their kitchen WHO KNOWS HOW TO COOK BORSCH...

During the excursion in Bremen, I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of Ukrainian cuisine right in the center of the city. We took borscht with meat and a plate of dumplings with potatoes and a salad of slightly pickled cabbage, carrots and beets. With sour cream, of course, and garlic. Everything was very tasty and satisfying. We had lunch there around 14.00. The next time I wanted to eat it the very next day :) The menu also included dumplings, cheesecakes, flatbreads and many other things. Highly recommend!

We were in Bremen on 18.01. The guide recommended this food court. Very tasty, large portions and relatively inexpensive. Very friendly staff. Now we will know a “delicious place”.

These are really delicious pelmeni. Also suitable to take with you. I go every 2-3 weeks and the quality is consistently high. The pelmeni are handmade on site. Really great! I also observed how an older lady had her food brought to her table despite self-service. That was very friendly, so great service.

One of the best addresses in Bremen. The food is always cooked to perfection, seasoned to perfection and every dumpling is shaped to perfection. It simply tastes fantastic. Also highly recommended as catering.

First of all, this is not a restaurant, but one of the locations in the food court, so don't expect a restaurant🤥 Secondly, dumplings are served here with salad and sour cream-garlic sauce, not sour cream. I refused the salad, but sour cream with garlic surprised me, of course. Cheesecakes were served without sour cream at all, because they only have sour cream with garlic🙄. Although they offered condensed milk, which I refused. I didn't finish the cheesecakes themselves, which happened to me for the first time in my life😢. Because they were fried in some tasteless vegetable oil that smelled of it. Regarding the price: I spent €18 on dumplings, cheesecakes and compote. I think it's expensive. Conclusion: I did not like it, I personally do not recommend it, unfortunately.

We felt at home. It is extremely pleasant to taste Ukrainian dishes in Germany Delicious borscht, compote, dumplings and dumplings 🥟 and all this is accompanied by our nightingale language 😊. The girls working there are very friendly. I liked everything, I recommend it ❤️

This time I ate vegetarian varenykis with garlic sour cream and it was so delicious again! The service is also very good, nice, quick and good advice. I'll come back next time I'm in Bremen!

It’s very tasty, no matter what you order, absolutely all the dishes are simply amazing, it’s really our cuisine!!! The dumplings and borscht are simply mind-blowing, we eat them often. Each time it was as if I had visited my homeland. And the prices are very reasonable!!! Really delicious, I recommend it to everyone ❤️❤️❤️ PS: By the way, a portion of dumplings comes with several salads and a delicious sour cream and garlic sauce with herbs, as in the photo.
