Best pizza in Herford. I've been eating there for years...everything is clean, fresh, and delicious...highly recommended.

Azra Grill is simply fantastic! The food is always fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. The meat dishes, in particular, are juicy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. The service is also super friendly and attentive—you immediately feel welcome. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

The fries are so disgusting, as if they were fried in old oil. The quality has deteriorated so drastically. It's a real shame, because they used to be the best in Herford. Well, never again.

The food there is very tasty. The veal kebab is particularly good, the chicken one not so good, but that's a matter of taste, of course.

Disgraceful store – terrible customer service! I ordered from Zara Grill Herford (part of Azra Grill Herford) and specifically requested my calzone without peppers, without onions, and with a small amount of meat. The employee on the phone even confirmed this. I also ordered a portion of fries. When my food arrived, I discovered that, despite our clear agreement, there were peppers and onions in the calzone. So I called immediately and politely explained the problem. I simply wanted a new calzone, as I had ordered. I also mentioned that my fries had gone cold because I wanted to eat them together. Instead of a solution, I received a disrespectful response! The employee on the phone became extremely agitated, as if it were my fault that they had gotten the order wrong. Then he accused me of calling "so late" – as if I had no other obligations! I calmly explained to him that I had to finish my work first before I could eat. After much back and forth, he finally agreed to send a new calzone—supposedly with a fresh portion of fries. But when the replacement arrived, things got even more absurd: • The promised new fries weren't included, even though he'd promised they would be. • I even left a €3 tip because I thought it was only natural that a restaurant would own up to its mistakes. And as if that wasn't bad enough: The guy just called me again and was being rude to me again! He seriously asked me why I had started eating the incorrectly delivered calzone. Do I now have to justify being hungry? After all, it was their fault, not mine! And then the absolute bombshell: He actually said he would "shove the food in my face" because I had touched it. Absolutely disrespectful and completely unacceptable! The saddest thing about the whole thing? I ordered here every other day and was a loyal customer. And yet I'm treated like I'm the problem. Never again! Anyone who cares even a little about customer service should definitely not order from here!

Very friendly, tasty and pleasant you can go back

We ordered through Lieferando, and it was really great! However, ours was missing the mayo (but that can happen to anyone). 1 star deducted because the fries were really hard and had probably been in the oven for too long. The prices are also really good, everyone should try it :)

Really delicious food there. Everything they offer is very edible and they also have nice workers. Food comes quickly and delivery service is also great.

Please don't order from these people. My dürum simply had bones in it, made of kebab meat, the fries were hard, you could even hurt someone, the kebab pizza, hard kebab meat, dry cheese and when I said please do the order again and please make it fresh, he laughed at me on the phone. Sorry guys, I just got some white bratwurst and fries... that's absolutely not okay... that's not a bratwurst, that's a rubber sausage... absolutely inedible. The fries felt like they were three days old... hard as hell, as if they'd been put in the fryer two or three times already. My colleague had a kebab and the meat wasn't even cooked properly in some places... yeah, sure, I'd just been at the shop for 45 minutes... but then you have to start earlier... sorry, you could still eat there years ago... but that's what happens when you always have to offer everything... not for us again...!!!!

The pizza there is very tasty, unfortunately the ladies at the counter are extremely unfriendly, you can't buy anything because you don't like the most delicious pizza, everyone there is so unfriendly! Really a shame

There is no hygiene in this store. The health department should seriously examine this. Apart from that, I have never received such inedible food.

I actually wanted chicken, not veal! But at least you thought of the sheep's cheese!!!

I gave the store several chances! Very unfriendly staff. Every time you have an extra wish, something is wrong. The quality of the food is debatable, but I think they've dropped a lot!

The meat didn't come off the skewer from a pot, I said without onion, the employee made me onion and when I told her that again for the second meal she used the tongs to pull out the onion, but she didn't take all of it out. I think you could have made the kebab again and didn't have to rush it and I also think it's a shame that you couldn't get any fresh meat off the skewer, it was just disappointing

If I could I would give no star at all. Super unfriendly staff. Order didn't arrive. Apparently I called often (I didn't get a call). It's not possible to deliver again. You would have had to pick it up there yourself, then I don't have to order for delivery if I have to pick up the food anyway

Service takes a little long and communication between the employees is not perfect either. The atmosphere is good and the store is in a very good location, right in front of Kaufland. Unfortunately, the food is very weak, the bread is not as crisp as you would expect from a good kebab, but rather soft and limp. The meat is not quality meat, as you can tell by the amount of cartilage in the kebab. So it's better to pay 1 euro more for a real and good kebab somewhere else.

The kebab here basically tastes good, but you can taste it and also see that cheap meat is used here. Cartilage and bone remains or something similar were found in the meat. Prices are otherwise completely ok

Gerade die Azra Grillplatte bestellt und auch geliefert bekommen. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, der Lammspieß war sehr trocken, dass Lammkotelett ziemlich geschmacksneutral und leider wurde nur die Hälfte geliefert. Dönerfleisch und die von mir gewählte scharfe Soße hat gefehlt und das ganze für 20€ zzgl. 2€ Liefergebühr.

Lassen Sie sich nicht von der niedrigen Punktzahl täuschen, es ist sehr erfolgreich. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Fleischdönerblatt.

Schlechter Döner schlechte Pommes schlechter Service schlechte Qualität

Schlechtester döner ever... Total labrig und in Sauce getränkt. die Pommes sind auch nicht durch.

Keine Erwartungen gehabt und trotzdem enttäuscht worden

Hier ist alles immer RICHTIG frisch und lecker! Es gibt Kalbsdöner und Geflügeldöner, im Gegensatz zu vielen weiteren Imbissen, die sowohl Döner als auch Pizza breit gefächert anbieten, sind hier sowohl die Fleischgerichte als auch die Pizzen erste Klasse. Es gibt nicht so viele Sitzplätze aber man sitzt sehr schön, und der Lieferdienst ist einer meiner 2 Favoriten in Herford.

Ist gut, leider haben die letztens den preis von 5,50€ auf 6.50€ gestiegen. Der Colak's Döner neben Lidl ist trotzdem besser

Eines der wenigen orte wo man in herford noch lecker essen kann. Auch bei nachhause lieferung trotzdem warm und lecker. Vielen dank an das Team!

Das ist nicht das erste mal das etwas falsch kommt ich habe immer wenn ich da bestellt habe irgendwas falsch geliefert bekommen und jetzt war es wieder so meine Pommes sind ohne tzatziki gekommen letztes Mal war Ananas auf der Pizza hab auf Lieferando geschrieben keine Ananas und extra nochmal angerufen sie meinten ok haben sie auf Lieferando geschrieben… ich finde das so schlimm egal wann egal wie man bestellt immer kommt was falsch

Wir bestellen dort schon lange und es ist immer lecker und sehr sehr schnell geliefert!

Das Fleisch ist Pressware und minderwertig. Der Mitarbeiter spielt CandyCrush. Kein Kundenservice selbst Blickkontakt während der Bestellung war zu viel verlangt. Fleisch schmeckt fade. Preis zu teuer für die Portion. 2 Sterne weil die Tomaten im Salat in Ordnung waren und ich grundsätzlich das bekommen habe was ich bestellt habe. Kein Potenzial für einen Stammladen.

Sauberes Lokal mit einem ganz guten Döner. Nur Vorsicht vor der scharfen Söße - die kann einen weghauen.

Ein Solider Döner. Der Dürüm ist sehr zu empfehlen, da dass Brot frisch gemacht wird.
