There are free parking spaces right next to the restaurant. There is a nice outdoor area where smokers and non-smokers are separated. However, it is difficult to reach for people with mobility problems and wheelchairs. The staff is friendly and happy to fulfill any special requests. The food is always of very good quality, tasty and, above all, fresh. The price is therefore justified. Absolutely recommended.

The best Asian food in the area, always fresh and cooked with good ingredients. The summer rolls and the fried flat rice noodles are particularly delicious.

I ate sushi and Asian cuisine at Avada and absolutely loved it! The portions are large and filling, perfect for those who come hungry. The quality of the food is excellent and the taste is authentic and fresh. The sushi selection was particularly impressive. The service is friendly and attentive. Totally recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy great Asian cuisine.

We went to Avada for dinner today. We had the starter plate for 2 and it was quite good. For the main courses we chose a ramen soup and the fried rice noodles with medium Muscovy duck. My friend didn't like the ramen noodles and the egg in the soup - hard boiled is no longer a word for it. The fried rice noodles were very oily and tasted bland. The Muscovy duck was juicy but unfortunately not medium rare. We personally found the atmosphere less appealing, everything was very dark. Overall the food was good but we wouldn't come back.

We ate there on Sunday and actually had a good experience last time. But now for the second time there was a hair in the food. I then ordered something else because I lost my appetite for the rice dish. The only excuse I personally find very weak is if there is a hair's breadth in the prices. Sushi was OK. Definitely last visit.

The drinks and food came with super fast service and were very tasty. Good to know: Card payments are only possible from €40

We've been there several times, always very impressed with the food! Unfortunately the cleanliness has deteriorated greatly, sticky tables, dirty benches and glasses. Unfortunately the service wasn't very attentive.

Nice restaurant, friendly service. I never find wooden benches so relaxing, but that's a good thing. Very tasty food, super soft salmon. Unfortunately, only German payment cards are accepted, while we had initially asked if you could pay by card. I had to go all the way to the village 750m away to pay. A pity.

Beautiful location right on the Neckar where there is very good Susi. Everything was very tasty and top quality.

Food was very good. It was busy so the waitress didn't come by as often. Big portion. Overall very pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the order was wrong because the gentleman on the phone obviously had problems with his listening comprehension. Otherwise the food is good.

Nice place, very romantic with the sound of the river flowing nearby. Excellent sushi and sashimi, the only downside is the fact that they don't accept credit cards, which is abnormal in 2024. However, the prices are also a bit expensive, a dish for two (see photo) plus 4 glasses of white wine and a small bottle of water 90 euros.

The first time we were there, we were really excited and were happy to come back! The sushi platter consisted of a small island and the portions were prepared even larger. Unfortunately, there was no special preparation the last two times, which I personally didn't like + the glass wasn't really clean. For these reasons we won't be coming back for now. A pity!

Great concept with delicious dishes and friendly service

We went to Avada for dinner today. We had a large sushi menu. Everything tasted great and is highly recommended. The only deduction is for the ambience (a bit outdated). Otherwise you can also sit outside quite nicely on the Neckar. The staff was very friendly, but not all that attentive. We had to draw attention to ourselves a few times here. But otherwise everything was fine. We'd love to come back.

Totally nice service and the food is simply incredibly delicious! If you want to eat very good Asian food somewhere, then it's there!

The impressions after entering the place are very nice, we were immediately welcomed with a smile on our faces and then shown to a free table. The ordered dish was delivered quickly, we could feel the freshness and naturalness of the ingredients, and I might add that the food, quality, decor and employees were great. It was really very crowded, which speaks for AVADA. The service was nice, nothing out of the ordinary, rather neutral. Unfortunately, I don't speak German very well. The ambience and furnishings are nice and have an Asian touch (inside). It's comfortable and there's enough space. The food selection is ok, I think everyone will find something here. Still rather small. The orders came very, very quickly. The dishes were also very beautifully presented and also had a special effect of steam and lights. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed in the taste. We had spring rolls and soup as a starter and sushi as a main course. The sushi was ok. Not so strong in taste. For dessert we had baked banana (ok) and coconut pudding (nothing particularly watery). In the end we were a bit shocked because we had to pay quite a lot. Price/performance isn't quite right, a bit too expensive. At our regular Asian store we get everything together for €30 less. Still ok and nice to sit outside, especially in summer.

All I can say is that you should try it. Really good.

Tooooo damn expensive!!! The food is of good quality (very fresh and tasty) however, it doesn’t worth such exorbitant price! 150€ for a plate of sushi’s???? What’s wrong with you!!!??? I haven’t even payed that during my last trip to Japan!!!

2021 Review: Excellent. A delight. Perfection. Review modified (2024): price scam. Up to 20 euros increase on certain products!!!!! We really need to stop taking people for hams. We were there at Avada because the restaurant in Kirchheim had burned. We found a place without a reservation. Unfortunately it was very loud there. The service was friendly. We were served quickly. The food was tasty, but the price was more expensive than at nami sushi.

Reserved a week in advance for 12 people. Arrived at the agreed time, no table of the right size set up. No way to change this. We had to sit at three tables. Ordering was slow

The food is always great, fresh and beautifully prepared. It is often extremely busy, the service is tried hard but always stressed and very hectic and chaotic. Despite a reservation, we were accommodated in a heated "tent" outdoors, without pillows or blankets, with an outside temperature of around 2°C. Very uncomfortable for a restaurant where you leave a lot of money and would like to spend a cozy evening, we drove 50km just for that. The service asked almost every table twice about the order, didn't know who ordered what and asked around the tables, so the food was only lukewarm. Twice no one was responsible or available to pay, so we went to the counter.

We stumbled upon Avada by chance and got a table on the street side of the restaurant; Unfortunately the place was a bit “fresh”/drafty. We ordered (10) "Avada Special", the starters for two, (26) "Com Xao" and (27) "Xa Ot", both with "crispy duck". The “Avada Special” is very generous. The mini spring rolls are super fresh, the summer and spring rolls are great, the shrimp are huge, the dips are great. “Com Xao” and “Xa Ot” are very well-rounded in terms of taste. The duck lacks a bit of "crunch", the vegetables could be cut more finely. Unfortunately the main course comes only two to three minutes after the starter plate. By the time we had eaten them in peace, the two main courses were only slightly warm. I know from China that the entire meal is served within a short time. This bothered me a lot here. The elevator music was also a bit annoying.

Das Avada hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Im Eingangsbereich riecht es muffig. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert. Während die kleine Suppe erst zur Hälfte ausgelöffelt war, wurde schon der Hauptgang kompromisslos daneben gestellt, das geht gar nicht. Das frittierte Huhn und der gebratene Reis machten einen aufgewärmten Eindruck, der Reis war ölig, aber nicht gebraten und das Huhn gummiartig. Das bekommt ein Schnellimbiss besser hin. Schade, zu Beginn schmeckte es dort echt Klasse. Auf der Damentoilette fehlte Toilettenpapier, wohlgemerkt am frühen Abend. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen.

Delicious mango chili salad, curry also delicious. Sushi is fresh and there is a large selection. Well priced, sushi can be expensive if you're very hungry.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich toll, ich war hier bereits öfter und wurde nie enttäuscht. Das Sushi ist sehr lecker, aber auch die warmen Gerichte sind empfehlenswert. Essen und Getränke kommen sehr schnell an den Tisch und sind wirklich toll angerichtet. Die Preise sind für Sushi angemessen. Nicht geschmeckt hat der Avada Tee, er war total wässerig und hatte kaum Geschmack, dafür fand ich 4,50€ für eine Tasse einfach zu teuer. Außerdem wird Kartenzahlung erst ab 40€ akzeptiert, das ist für mich ein unverständlich. Dennoch ein sehr empfehlenswertes Sushi Restaurant.

Super lecker und sehr frisch. Nette Bedienungen. Etwas höherer Preis, aber gerechtfertigt.

Wir hatten jeweils 2 Vor und 2 Hauptspeißen. Die Vorspeisen waren geschmacklos die Hauptspeißen dagegen sehr sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Portionen sind reichlich und es sättigt auch. Die Bedienung war etwas langsam wir mussten daher etwas länger warten bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Daher leider einen Punkt Abzug.

Sushi war Ok. Es werden nicht alle Karten akzeptiert. Ich habe versucht, eine Visa-Debitkarte zu verwenden, aber der Automat akzeptiert keine VISA-Karten. Sie haben eine Lösung mit PayPal gefunden

Die Hauptgerichte sind lecker und zu empfehlen. Preise sind „teurer“ aber dafür schön angerichtet. Die Sommerrolle war leider nicht überzeugend. Leider wurde auch noch die falsche Soße geliefert :( Die Limetten Soße hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Und es war sehr sehr kalt. Alle Gäste haben gefroren und somit mussten wir leider auch zügig wieder gehen, da wir nur einen dünnen Pullover an hatten. Die Bedienung hat mehrmals nachgefragt(von sich aus), ob es uns zu kalt ist und sie meinte sie kümmert sich darum.

Waren das erste mal zum Essen dort und es war sehr schön. Der Service , perfekt und freundlich. Das Essen war mega lecker und klasse angerichtet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es gibt sowohl japanisches, chinesische, und vietnamesisches essen. Oft gut besucht. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Neckar und Nürtingen. Manchmal aufgrund der vielen Gäste, längere Wartezeiten. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Essen soweit gut.

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen war nicht nur gut, sondern SEHR gut! Die Barbarie Ente war weich und sehr lecker, auf jeden Fall ihren Preis wert. Wir werden dort bestimmt noch oft essen gehen.

Perfekt nach dem Shoppen in Metzingen um sich noch zu Stärken und Aufzutanken. Richtig überragende Vietnamesische-Küche. Top Auswahl, gute Portionen, auch was fürs Auge und geschmacklich Top. Toilette sauber. Servie war an dem Tag gestresst und nicht ganz so freundlich deshalb ein Punkt weniger ;).

Obwohl wir reserviert hatten, mussten wir noch auf unseren Tisch warten - so gut war das Restaurant an einem Sonntagabend besucht. Wir hatten als Vorspeise die Lachssuppe, Edamame und Frühlingsrollen- alles sehr lecker. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir Xao Ot einmal mit Tofu einmal mit Ente und Sushi für 2 Personen. Uns hat das Essen super gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Service war gut beschäftigt. Leider wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob wir ein weiteres wünschen. Schade, aber es ging auch so.

Besuch am Freitag Abend. Top Lage mit Blick auf Neckar. Waren ohne Reservierung da, drinnen alles voll, haben uns auf der Terrasse gemütlich gemacht. Sehr nettes und wirklich freundliches Personal. Alles was wir bestellt haben war frisch und lecker. Preislich auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. Das einzige Stern Abzug was Essen betrifft: die Teller könnte man vorwärmen, so sind leider heisse Speisen recht schnell kalt geworden. Am Abend, als etwas dunkler geworden ist, schöne Atmosphäre, schöne Beleuchtung. Bezahlung mit Karte erst ab 40 €. Sauber, auch die Toiletten.

Tolles Ambiente direkt am Neckar

Mein Lieblingsasiate. Alles frisch zubereitet. Die Hähnchenbrust war schön kross von außen und von innen zart, das Gemüse bissfest! Am Service sollte man noch arbeiten.

Tienen gran variedad de platillos asiáticos, el lugar y la atención son buenos.

Die Sushiplatte für 2 Personen. Wir hatten um eine kleine Änderung gebeten. An anstelle von Lachs Maki Unagi Maki. Das würde auch so umgesetzt, vielen Dank. Das Sushi war sehr lecker und für meinen Geschmack auch frisch. Auf dem Teller war auch Sashimi, Lachs und Tunfisch. Sicherlich eine sehr gute Qualität. Die absolut beste Pho-Suppe die je hatte. Diesew war mit Rindfleisch. Zusätzliche Kräuter, Sojasprossen, Limette und frische Chili auf einem großen extra Teller. Suppe und Rindfleisch eine sehr große Schüssel voll. Leckeres Shushimenü in guter Qualität. Auch die Pho-Suppe mit Huhn ist geschmacklich milder wie mit Rind, aber sehr lecker. Personal sehr nett, das es Essen kam sehr schnell. Für mich momentan das beste Asiatische- (Vietnamesische-) Restaurant im Umkreis.

Der Salat roch nach altem Spültuchschimmel. Ansonsten war alles gut.
