Hello, what does "getting on in years" mean? We ALWAYS ate very well there. We even took the homemade bread (= homemade in a stone oven!!!, where else can you find that???) home with us after dinner for the whole family. We live in Emmersweiler and still went there often, simply because it's second to none. Unfortunately, for various reasons, this is no longer possible 😔 It can be recommended without reservation!!! Koblenzer Str. 82Went to Schmidt's house again yesterday, Sandro had once again outdone himself, the food was delicious as always. We will be back. Conclusion: upscale Mediterranean cuisine, creative and technically perfect, very good price-performance ratio - my recommendation.
