Aurelios am Doktorsee in Rinteln

I have eaten here several times without any complaints. So good average. Unfortunately I have to say that yesterday I ordered a Diavolo to take away. This pizza was totally over salted. Probably because of the salami. Even after removing the salami, the pizza was not enjoyable. So 3/4 of the pizza ended up in the trash. The product is too expensive for that. So please try what you put out.

We ate very tasty and plentiful food and were served very kindly and courteously. It wasn't the last time we were there.

We ordered pizzas, burgers, pasta and fish. And then we had to wait around 45 minutes for our food. A burger came almost 10 minutes later than the other dishes. The mayo with the fries was served in small paper boats and was far too little for the already small portion of fries. The burgers themselves were good and juicy. The pizza cheese was very fatty, which I find unusual for mozzarella. One pizza had a black edge and the base was also extremely dark in some cases. The size of the pizzas and the toppings were good. The side vegetables with the fish were no longer warm, but the fish itself was excellent. As for the drinks, the ginger ale was a bit stale. As if the bottle had been open for a few days. The service was nice and professional, the ambience in the restaurant was okay. Overall, the experience wasn't that good. Unfortunately, especially when you consider the already high prices, this doesn't work. Too bad.

We had two pasta dishes and a pizza. We took everything to go. It was just horrible, the noodles were swollen and there was almost no sauce on them. Pizza nice and big but otherwise a complete failure. Never eat from this store again. But prices like a luxury Italian restaurant. Didn't work at all.

Service is unprofessional, food is okay, but way too overpriced

Went camping at the Doctor Lake near Rinteln. The restaurant is slightly elevated directly on the lake. Great view from the terrace. On the first evening we had pasta with homemade sauce. Delicious. On the second evening we had Pizza Vegetariana. Mega tasty, very large portion. Nice thin dough. The drinks were very well chilled given the weather. Kudos also to the service. Would love to come back. I can only recommend it.

During our stay at the campsite we came here for an evening to switch off for a moment, eat classic food and get some peace of mind 😅 It was absolutely beautiful! We got one of the many seats by the window where we could look directly at the sea towards the sunset. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor area also looked very inviting, with parasols, a tiled terrace, chairs with cushions, heaters and small lanterns on the tables. Even though we were sitting inside, we didn't notice any of the rain and wind outside. In terms of style, it's a classic, quiet restaurant with a good portion of the Baltic Sea 😉 The food itself was amazing! We were all very satisfied, it tasted really good, it wasn't cold, but fresh from the oven and the portions themselves were good enough to fill you up. Overall, exactly what we had in mind, so from me: Clear recommendation and thank you for the lovely evening and the delicious food! :)

It probably wasn't the right day 😁it's a shame but there wasn't much going on but it didn't really work out anyway otherwise still good!!!

There is no response to table reservations via email. We waited half an hour for drinks and another half hour for food. The service is nice and friendly.

Eat and. Drinks and service were fine. Unfortunately, the ambience outside on the large terrace suffers because the view of the Doctor Lake is somewhat impaired by the bushes and bushes. Just cut it down a little or shape it, then you have a beautiful view over the lake👍

Food and service very good, but the portions are too big for us. With the large quantities there are also large prices. A tuna salad for €17:50 is the top limit. Maybe you should offer menus that include smaller portions.

1. Ambience is completely okay, nothing special but you can't complain either 2. The map was confusing and some things were written in the wrong place. Some things can be found several times, with different prices... 3. The waiting time was almost 1 hour (30 minutes until we could order, 30 minutes until the food arrived) which was also due to the fact that there was only 1 waiter 4. The food was mostly ok, the burgers were tasty but a bit small. The schnitzel was tasty, but too dry and the grilled chicken with champions (Bisteza di Pollo) was MUCH too small, the piece of meat weighed a maximum of 200g and there was only a handful of mushrooms and a mini portion of fries 5. The price was absolutely unreasonable, €20.90 was paid for this mini portion of chicken and the burgers cost €16 Conclusion: Food was okay -Slightly larger portions would be appropriate Price is expandable!

The menu offers an excellent selection of classic Italian dishes prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. The starters are all very tasty, my favorite was the prawns in garlic 😍The Margherita pizza was also a highlight, with a crispy base and fruity tomato sauce. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The waiters were well informed about the food and wine and were able to give us excellent advice. Particularly worth mentioning. The location of the restaurant directly on Lake Doctor offers a beautiful view that makes eating a special experience. We enjoyed our dinner on the terrace and watched the sunset over the lake - a perfect end to a successful evening. I'm already looking forward to the next time❤️

Always worth a visit to the beautiful Doctor Lake.

Last year we were thrilled. Today was a disappointment for the second time this year. The taste was very average and unfortunately I had an uninvited guest on my pizza (slug). After complaining, I received a "replacement pizza" but only a small, tired "Sorry". Today we tried again but in addition to the very long wait, the fries were very stale, the mozzarella on the burger tasted like rubber and the pizza was ok. Drinks ordered came after the meal, instead of with the meal. The price-performance ratio isn't right here at the moment. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

The food was consistently absolutely delicious. Pasta with pesto sauce was great, the pizza is very thin and crispy, which we really enjoyed. The chef definitely knows something about Italian cuisine - no question about it. Unfortunately our stay was marred by very stressed, rushed and probably understaffed staff. If this improves, the restaurant is highly recommended.

Food perfect, service extremely friendly and humane (as a customer, of course, always treat them with respect, they are just doing their job there). The ambience is excellent as always, I can only recommend it :)

Unfortunately you can't give a minus star!! The boss took our money without any consideration! About the case: We booked with 5 Motorhomes are allowed to visit the campsite on New Year's Eve 23/24 because the New Year's Eve party was offered there on the site in Aurelios! As usual, we paid for the New Year's Eve tickets in advance and were already looking forward to it. Then the big rain came and at some point the campsite was flooded so the campsite sent us all a cancellation notice. And now the drama begins. Can't be reached by phone, after several emails to the boss of Aurelios without any response, all the money is gone, because the dear boss prefers to have a nice day with our money. A concession, a reaction, a voucher would have been enough for us and we would have postponed our meeting there. But absolutely no reaction is an absolute no-go!

Vegetarian starter plate: 1 jar of plain olives, 1 slice of plain feta cut into cubes, a few pickled tomatoes and a handful of arugula, garnished with pastry sticks. No dressing, no sauce. Price see menu. Spaghetti Carbonara: Cream sauce without cream, diced ham not fried, just warmed. The prices of the dishes described are clearly too high for the quality offered.

I can particularly recommend the pizza and pasta, while the burgers are rather average. However, overall I am always very satisfied with my deliveries.

Just the facts: Space reserved for 4 people 6 p.m. We are there and there is space. End of good news. 6:33 p.m. A service person appears with a menu and we can order drinks. 6.45pm Order food and delivery drinks. 19.05 Buscetta comes as a starter. 7.35 p.m. 3 x pizza and 1 x pasta without any special requests. Taste good or was it just hunger? In the meantime (7.25 p.m.) we were offered a schnapps (because of the long waiting time), but we declined it because it was obvious that the food would come later. So if you don't know what you want to do in the evening, you should eat there.

We ordered from this pizzeria a few days ago. This pizzeria scored its first plus point upon delivery. We set the food in advance for lukewarm to cold food because it was served according to Vlotho, but I was pleasantly surprised when I bit the noodles and burned my tongue. The dishes all arrived at us very warm to hot. The pizza, the morzarella sticks, caprese and the pasta tasted extremely delicious and were hard to beat in terms of taste. The food tasted wonderful and this pizzeria managed to offer a real Cabonara sauce. I was pleasantly surprised and I can recommend this pizzeria to everyone. Again any time.

We walk around “our” Doctor Lake quite regularly. We look forward to it every time to Aurelius. Friendly, courteous service, good service and very tasty food... Dog 🐾 and child friendly🤸

I can't comment on the food because we only had something to drink. Service was very friendly and the view of the lake from the terrace is great

Very nice and lovingly designed restaurant, great service and great food! It far exceeded our expectations and has nothing to do with a typical campsite pizzeria. The dishes are not cheap, but the price-performance ratio is still absolutely right. We will be back definitely!

Went there to eat with friends, the pizza was delicious, the staff was very friendly. Think the beer garden is even nicer in summer.

Really delicious food. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every cent. Actually we just wanted to eat ice cream and after browsing through the menu we ONLY ordered the starter and main course. Good portions and quality. And the salad dressing was so delicious that we ordered a portion of the salad to take away.

Leider nicht so mein Ding, während wir gegessen haben, wurden Tische hin und her getragen, das ist leider nicht gemütlich. Das Essen war leider auch nicht so mein Geschmack, aber das muss jeder für sich heraus finden. Die Bedienung war sehr nett!

Der Kollege hier hat wohl schon seine 19% Mehrwertsteuer bezahlt 5 Sterne Luxus essen ? Burger Preise von 18 Euro Pizza ab 13€ aufwärts alles andere als normal

Leckere Pizzen, netter Service und schöner Blick auf den See.

Leckere Speisen, nur hatten wir Pech, daß das Restaurant aus allen Nähten platzte. Dadurch war die Wartezeit leider extrem hoch. Wir hatten Wochen im voraus für 8 Personen reserviert und mussten leider bei 30° drinnen sitzen. Dort stand die Luft und es war dadurch leider nicht sehr angenehm. Der Service war bemüht, aber leider auch mit der gesamten Gästeanzahl überfordert. Auch hier fehlt, wie vielerorts, Servicepersonal... Am Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen, alle Speisen waren sehr lecker 😋.

Eines der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe. Lasst euch bitte nicht von den Preisen abschrecken. Es lohnt sich wirklich! Toller Ausblick auch auf den Doktorsee.

Leckeres Essen, nettes Personal, schönes Ambiente. Drinnen wie draußen genügend Sitzplätze mit Blick auf den See. Die Pizzen sind super und für den großen Hunger gedacht. Wir haben unsere nicht geschafft und konnten den Rest mitnehmen. Spielplatz am Haus, Terrasse am See.

Gutes Essen, sehr schön zu sitzen. Preise eher gehoben.

Endlich Pizza- Portionen die einen satt machen und mit den feinsten Zutaten belegt sind. Zudem verstehen die hier was von der richtigen Menge Knoblauch.

Die Terasse bietet nicht nur ausreichen Platz, sondern auch atemberaubende Aussichten, Naturliebhaber und Camper, oder solche die es werden wollen, sind hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Essen ist saulecker und bietet für jeden Gaschmack etwas. Das Personal ist freundlich und jeder Sonderwünsche wird erfüllt, soweit möglich. Ich komme gerne wieder, weiter so

War bei meinem letzten Besuch enttäuscht. In einem italienischen Restaurant erwarte ich Nudelgerichte. Es gab nur 4 Gerichte, ausschließlich mit Spaghetti. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

Pizza hervorragend. Offenkartogfel und Salat katastrophal. Nachtisch und Vorspeisen durchwachsen. Heißgetränke lauwarm. Preise hoch. Das Essen wird nicht zeitgleich serviert. Service müsste verbessert werden.

Die Pizza war wirklich grandios! Auch tolle Themen-Tage. Als Nächstes testen wir Aurelios am Golfplatz in Luhden und sind sehr gespannt 🤗

Lekker gegeten en leuke bediening

Service geht, ist aber nichts Besonderes. Das Essen schmeckt nach Convenience Produkten. Das Schnitzel war definitiv aus der Friteuse. Die Pommes nicht braun genug. Das Beste ist die Lage, aber dort zu essen lohnt sich leider nicht.

Freundlicher Service und leckere Pizza. Wer dünnen Pizzateig mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Das Restaurant liegt unweit von See entfernt und bietet für externe und interne Gäste gerne seine Kochkünste an. Neben dem kleineren Restaurant gibt es noch einen größeren Saal der auch Gruppen willkommen heißt. Parkplätze vorhanden.
