Athos in Hennigsdorf

A Greek restaurant as we know and appreciate it. Very nice and attentive staff who treat the guest like a guest. A clear menu with typical Greek specialties where no one is left out. The food is of very good quality and is served in sufficiently large portions. The somewhat dated interior with its wooden-clad booths invites you to dine comfortably. In summer there is a sufficiently large terrace, which also invites you to enjoy a leisurely feast. Prices are very reasonable considering portions and quality. There are sufficient parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If you don't want to miss out on the ouzo, it's better to come by public transport. A bus stop is also in the immediate vicinity. Regular visits are scheduled.

2024 quality and quantity good. Now 2025 chicken breast fillet, lamb fillet and pork fillet with a maximum thickness of 3mm and therefore completely grilled to death. Okay, so of course you have to chew longer! The cheese on the Athos potatoes is indefinable and not baked at all, but seems to have just been warmed in the microwave. The only lettuce leaf on the plate with brown spots, even though the restaurant was only about 1/5 full! Waiter snippy. Pity that's it again with Athos!!!!

I was invited here for dinner last year. At the end of May, actually. My mother wanted to celebrate her birthday here, we were a big, cozy group. My mother emphasized how child-friendly this restaurant should be. Also on their side. We all ordered, a lot of things were forgotten from the order, so we had to re-order it and then wait an hour for it. Orders for drinks were constantly forgotten, but they were still charged. The young waiter back then was cheeky and rebellious. Unfortunately, there was nothing Greek about the food and it was anything but fresh. To be honest, I have never been served such bad Greek food as I did here. Regarding child-friendliness, maybe the boss remembers when I told her you can save yourself your cheap lollipop as an excuse. There were also children at this family celebration, including my two-year-old daughter. There was nothing to paint, which is a shame and every restaurant is child-friendly. The children, including my daughter, ran around in the back, they had fun and it was a pleasant atmosphere. But apparently not for this unprofessional person of a boss, who stood in front of my two year old child and shouted at her to be quiet and quiet! Everyone at the table was shocked by her behavior and also complained loudly about the alleged boss's misconduct. I am aware that understanding is not given away by God, but I expect the owner of a supposedly child-friendly restaurant to have so much understanding and decency that the parents are spoken to first and not frightened and made to cry bitterly for two years. Afterwards the wife wanted to give my daughter a lollipop as an apology, which of course we didn't accept. So eat badly, Service bad Several things are forgotten and still billed Children are not welcome. There's definitely a proper Greek place somewhere nearby with good food and ambience.

Sehr netter Empfang. Hundefreundlich. Sehr gutes und vieles Essen. Gemütlich. Preise sind ok. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Viel Ouzo bekommen. Jederzeit wieder.

As with most “Greeks”, the food is very Germanized. The big minus for me is that the tzatziki comes out of a bucket. (I saw it during delivery) The service is always very nice and in a good mood! The restaurant itself is very clean and cozy!

Unfortunately, the chicken and lamb were grilled for far too long and therefore dry, and the gyros with a very high fat content weren't the best either. The service was very friendly and attentive. I would call the ambience standard, it's ok.

1 meal was tasty and the meat was tender and well seasoned. The 2nd meal, the gyro meat was old and fried for the second time. It is not recommended.

It's a shame, it's no longer what it used to be. Unfortunately the salad was soaked in the dressing Salmon fried to death, scampi, well Fish and calamari ok Fried potatoes are fried potatoes...unfortunately they were potato chips from the deep fryer...you can adapt them to the menu so it's no surprise Breaded eggplant...you had to look for the breading and ask yourself if it was the right food. It used to be better!!!!!! Service is difficult if you lack knowledge of German and you first have to look for service that speaks good German Good atmosphere - inside and outside Service friendly and attentive Maybe you should only choose typical Greek cuisine when eating out so that there is no disappointment

There were four of us in this restaurant and we all had different main courses, which came to the table promptly and at the same time. The food was pretty good, price/performance was absolutely okay. The service at our table was outstanding (but often due to the guest themselves) - the bottom line is that everyone at the table was very satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We wanted to give Athos another chance after several years. Unfortunately, our negative experiences were confirmed. The food was a disaster, the meat was completely overcooked, tough and dry. The salad is an imposition. Iceberg lettuce with grated carrots and 1 olive on top, no tomato or cucumber, especially since I only ordered souvlaki with salad. This has nothing to do with Greek food. The prices are not appropriate. The only thing that can be praised was the service, which was quite attentive. Never again!!

I've been coming here from Spandau for many years now... by bike, and often by public transport from Kremmen! 😉 Friendly and attentive service even when I am without a male companion! 👍🏻 Food fresh and delicious! The food was good and plentiful, I would even say too much for average. Staff very friendly and quick, price upper mid-range. Unfortunately, there were several chairs outside with one leg in the hollow where the tree stood and on the base of the umbrella, so sitting at the tables was not fully possible. Otherwise lots of space.

Vor einiger Zeit sind wir gern im Athos gewesen, der Chef sehr freundlich zum Gast und das Essen war ansprechend. Gestern waren wir zu unserem 35. Hochzeitstag wieder Gast im Aussenbereich des Restaurant. Der Salat vor dem Gericht war sehr wässrig, das Wasser stand auf dem Teller und das Dressing war demzufolge auch mit Wasser verdünnt, auch an Brot wurde nicht gedacht. Auf Ansprache der Kellnerin nahm sie den Teller mit dem wässrigen restlichen Salat, dabei verschüttete sie das Wasser neben meinem Mann über den Stuhl-keine Entschuldigung. Beim Essen meines Mannes war in der Speisekarte Reis und Pommes,auf dem Teller war nur Reis,auf Ansprache zum Kellner wollte er Pommes nachreichen, diese wurden nie gebracht. Mein Fleisch war hart und trocken, keine Zwiebeln, wie üblich auf dem Gericht. Bei der Rechnung wurde auch kein Rabatt gegeben, schon wegen der fehlenden Pommes, auch nicht auf Ansprache zum Kellner. Dieser lachte nur auslachend und meinte, es gibt ja gratis Ouzo. Diesen gibt es auch trotzdem für jeden Gast. Ich trinke nicht mal Ouzo, nur mein Mann. Bei unserer Beschwerde am Tisch wurde nur gelacht, der Chef war nicht anwesend und der junge Kellner machte auch keine Anstalten die Leitung zu holen. Am Abend bekam ich Übelkeit und Bauchschmerzen, so dass ich heute noch Fencheltee und Diätkost "geniessen" muss. Wo liegt bei diesem Restaurant der Fehler?

Excellent service: fast, friendly, professional and empathetic. The salad served with the meal is much better elsewhere, the food was very good and plentiful. As former regulars, we can imagine stopping by again once there are no more fluctuations in the service and quality of the food. Please keep it up and we'll come back

Typical Greek restaurant sometimes they serve ouzo ad nauseam. The food is always delicious and the meat is always soft and deliciously grilled. Yes, like everywhere else, prices have risen and it is no longer so easy and easy to pay. But if so, here. There is no internet reception in the restaurant, which inevitably leads to participants interacting with others 🤣 If you're lucky, you can park right in front of the door or opposite. And also on the side of the side street. The staff is always very polite and friendly. And if you don't understand something, you dare to ask again. Nobody is angry about it, but remain friendly even if there is cause for criticism or complaint. Please always remember that we are all human and we can all make mistakes or misunderstand something.

Quiet atmosphere and nice, non-intrusive service with very good food. What else do you want to write? We were only here because our favorite Greek restaurant was closed on Mondays. So give it a try. We weren't disappointed but were very excited.

Main courses tasty and filling. Stuffed grape leaves as a starter without lemon - well... Unfortunately the staff was overwhelmed. Eternal waiting times and after the starter I was missing the cutlery for the main course, which I was only able to request after a long time (until a waiter could even be contacted). Ambiance in the outdoor area is a bit loud and hectic, and also smoky and cramped.

Stopped here spontaneously in the evening. Everything friendly, fast service. Large selection of food. Had a small complaint while eating, addressed in a friendly tone. We were immediately and very friendly offered a solution and the matter was settled very professionally and politely. Thank you very much for that. Price performance is right. The waiter was friendly, but hardly understood us when we took our order. We had to repeat and compare our wishes several times so that the right food was brought to us. The starter came quickly (olives and pepperoni, with tzatziki), simply and carelessly prepared, fresh from the can, not a good, fresh taste. I couldn't finish my main course (grilled chicken breast with fries and tzatziki). The only things that were edible were the french fries and the tzatziki. The so-called “meat” was over-salted molded meat, fresh from the freezer. It was disgusting in taste. Charging almost €20 for this is a disgrace. When we were clearing the table we were asked if it was tasty (my plate was still almost full!), I answered no, then asked if I would like to have the rest packed up?! This is embarrassing and at the same time sad for the entire catering industry.

Really idyllic and the food was delicious. I'm not a big fan of Greek food but the visit here really convinced me. The breaded feta with honey was awesome and was absolutely filling as a starter. The service is incredibly accommodating, polite and super nice. At the beginning we were asked by two different waiters and even the boss if we had already ordered. There was also an ouzo to greet you, another with your meal and one at the end. I'm very excited. Prices are of course not super cheap but the portions are huge. Unfortunately, the vegan starter plate for 1 person was no longer available.

Food was underwhelming, everything gratinated tastes the same and has far too much cheese. This has nothing to do with Greek food. Won't go there again. Staff was and management were friendly.

Best restaurant for years. Very attentive service, even children and dogs are taken care of immediately. There was a children's card for the child to color in and crayons came straight away, we barely sat down. 👍 Our two dogs were first cared for with a cozy blanket and a water bowl. Afterwards our drink requests were accepted and, as usual, we received an ouzo. The food was on the table very quickly and, as always, it was very tasty and a lot. Anyone who is very hungry and loves Greek cuisine will be well catered for there. Simple, friendly, high quality and addictive. 👍😉👌

Alles super ,aber Spiri war nicht da ,bei uns . Ich kenne ihn schon 18 Jahre. Ich bin etwas betrübt das er keine Zeit hatte uns näher zu begrüßen. Ein Blick durchs Küchenfenster ist mir natürlich zu wenig. Wir sind extra von Berlin herkommen ,um ihn zu sehen. Ich vermisste seine Umarmung. Endlich stand er da in Küchenkluft und nach Oel riechend und umarmte mich. So ist er. Ich bin sehr froh ihn zu kennen und danke immer wieder für diese wunderbare Freundschaft und Gastfreundlichkeit. Immer wieder DANKE. Seine reizende Frau hat den Laden voll im Griff. Liebe Grüße auch an sie aus Berlin, Christine Tja, manchmal sind die Tage immer anders. Unser letzter Besuch nach langer Anreise aus Berlin ,Tiergarten ist es uns immer wieder wert, einen Abstecher in dieses tolle Restaurant zu machen, denn darin hatten Andreas und ich uns 2006 verlobt. Es war ein ergreifendes Erlebnis, denn wir hatten mit gedämpften Licht, brennenden Kerzen das Restaurant für uns. Das damalige Team ließ uns ganz romantisch unter uns. Deshalb und wegen Spiri ,der damals schon dabei war, kommen wir immer wieder gerne. So sind fast 20 Jahre vergangen und wir sind eng verbunden. Alles Gute für 2024 und vor allem viel Glück, Gesundheit und Frieden für Spiri und seinem Team!

Wir haben im Athos einen sehr netten Abend verbracht. Sehr nette Bedienung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Ouzo reichlich. Unbedingt mal reinschauen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen war von der Qualität und der Quantität sehr gut. Auch wenn man die Beilage wechselt, muss man keinen Aufschlag bezahlen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor dem Essen, zwischendurch und danach gibt es einen Ouzo und ein paar nette und lustige Worte vom Haus. Wir kommen gerne hierher und können es nur empfehlen.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Die Bedienung supernett, die Chefs absolut hundefreundlich, Parkplätze überall, und das Essen top! Wir kommen immer hierher, wenn wir "zum Griechen" wollen. Zuletzt mit 8 Leuten und 4 Hunden im Innenbereich (Winter) zur Geburtstagsfeier hier gewesen, alles perfekt. Im Sommer kann man auch toll im Biergarten dort sitzen!

Es war eine Zeitlang richtig schlechtes Essen. Im Sommer 2020 haben wir das Lokal wieder getestet und waren begeistert. Das Essen war wieder lecker. Jetzt haben wir Essen abgeholt und sind mehr als satt und es war sehr sehr lecker 🎊🎉 Mittlerweile wieder sehr beliebt bei uns, trotz Preissteigerungen. Reservierung ist erforderlich am Wochenende, da bei spontanen Besuchen kein Platz zu bekommen ist. Die Mitarbeitenden tragen schicke Schürzen mit dem Schriftzug des Lokals. Echt stylisch! Das Essen war hervorragend und wir sind mehr als gesättigt 😋 Kompliment an die Küche

Der Innenraum hat zwar leichtes "Sauna-Flair", aber das gereichte Essen ist gut und das Personal IMMER freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam! Im Athos herrscht immer eine familiäre Atmosphäre!

Ich kenne dieses wunderbare Restaurant schon seit geraumer Zeit. Im Sommer sitzt man traumhaft in einer Art Biergarten, im Winter sitzt man sehr gemütlich auch drinnen. Parkplätze sind problemlos zu finden und der Bus hält nahe bei. Das Essen ist absolut lecker und die Portionen sind reichlich. Selbst Vegetarier können dort etwas finden. Das Personal ist super nett und aufmerksam (ohne aufdringlich zu wirken), man fühlt sich "wie in der Familie". Die Chefin ist eine ganz Süße. Als Hundebesitzerin liebt sie alles, was 4 Beine hat und man ist als Hundebesitzer SEHR HERZLICH willkommen dort! Selbst, wenn man wahrscheinlich nach dem Essen "genudelt" ist, sollte man die leckeren Desserts probieren. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt!

Ein schönes griechisches Restaurant, mit üppigen Speisen. Der Service war gut, aber zT war die Sprachbarriere ganz schön hoch (wahrscheinlich Saisonarbeit?). Das Ambiente ist traditionell und die Einrichtung könnte sicherlich etwas modernisiert werden.

Der beste Grieche in Hennigsdorf. Immer alles sehr lecker! Portionen ebenfalls reichlich. Super auch der kostenlose Ouzo, der immer wieder an den Tisch gebracht wird. Klare Empfehlung.

Das Essen war echt sehr lecker und reichhaltig sehr große Portionen. Das Service Team war sehr schnell und auch sehr aufmerksam und sehr höflich. Sogar mein Sohn hat was zum malen bekommen. Vom Preis her war es vollkommen okay
