Es war sehr heiß draußen unter der Überdachung. Es war allerdings auch einer der wärmsten Tage des Sommers.

Hähnchen Brust mit Metaxasauce und Tomatenreis 5 von 5! Sehr lecker, nicht zu salzig, nicht zu fade. Preis-Leistung stimmt, gute Portionen für angemessenen Preis.

Anhand der Sterne die ich verteilt habe sieht dass ich mit allen sehr zufrieden war. Es ist ein super Team die einen alle Wünsche von den Lippen lesen können. Essen war sehr gut , alles frisch ! Ich habe an dem Abend auch sehr viele Leute getroffen die ich kannte was den Abend noch schöner gestaltet hat. Bin bald wieder da ☺️ Große Cola 🫶🏻😉

DEZEMBER 2025 erstmalig zu Gast, wir haben eine soooo unendlich herzliche Atmosphäre erlebt, die definitiv von Herzen ❤️ kam. Die Speisen qualitativ auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, Service aufmerksam & herzlich. Mittlerweile März 2026, wir waren diverse Male dort zu Gast & jedes Mal wurden wir auf ein neues BEGEISTERT . DANKE für soooooo viel SERVICE ...sooo viel QUALITÄT ...sooo sooo Jeder. MUSS EUER LOKAL kennengelernt:)

Alles super gelaufen immer wieder ein Besuch wert sehr gute Qualität und sehr freundliches Personal.

Super leckeres Essen, Note 1+ mit Sternchen, Geschmack einfach nur Wow. Ambiente sehr empfehlenswert. Service sehr sehr nett. Portion könnte, müsste größer sein, sehr sehr kleine Portion gibt es dort, was sehr schade ist. Sind nicht das erste Mal dort gewesen.

Wir waren schon so oft dort und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Es sind einfach wunderbare Gastgeber, mit einer wirklich sehr sehr guten Küche. Super nett und wir können es dort schon als familiär bezeichnen. Ihr seid Klasse!❤️

It was our first time there and we were thrilled. Modernly furnished, clean, a great place to spend the evening. The staff was attentive but not intrusive, and both drinks and food were brought quickly, even though we were warned it might take a while, as the place was busy and orders were just being taken out. You can definitely go there hungry. The portions are averagely large, so you'll definitely be full afterward, but not stuffed. Definitely a recommendation for an evening out. And surprisingly affordable, which is something I'm used to. The food was very tasty and well-seasoned; the gyro wasn't thinly sliced with a doner kebab machine, but with a knife. So, it wasn't just a plate of air. All in all, the best Greek restaurant I know. Definitely a recommendation!

Four of us recently ate here and, like last time, the service was very pleasant and friendly. The food also tasted great again. However, we asked whether the Bifteki from our grilled plates could be swapped for a Bifteki Special (filled with shepherd's cheese). We were aware that there would be an additional charge for this, but we didn't specifically ask about it. In the end we were charged €9 per person (we had all ordered the same thing) for the exchange, which we find disproportionate and which we think should have been made clear to us. We raised this with the service staff and they apologized. The explanation was that you can't simply replace parts of a grill plate, but you have to book a new dish (Bifteki Special) straight away. So we ended up paying €9 per person for some shepherd's cheese in Bifteki as an extra charge. Otherwise I would have easily given it 5 stars.

A family run restaurant, everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty and the meat is of top quality. I have never been disappointed so far. We like to go there with family and friends, the memory card offers something for everyone and wishes are also taken into account. You can go there spontaneously or reserve a table. Hospitality is completely different when, shortly before work, you ask as a hungry mobile driver whether you can eat something else at around 11 p.m. We didn't expect this to be possible, but Johannes the owner told us no problem, we'll conjure up a little something 😃. Maria his wife gave us the menu and explained to us what else can be conjured up at this time. What came out of the magic was awesome, we decided on liver with rice, and to top it off there was also a small portion of Giros, Super delicious 😋 But what we like most is the warmth and hospitality of the family who hosted us at this late time. We can only say thank you 1000 times. 😘😘😘 Dear Johannes, dear Maria, thank you for the wonderful evening with you ❣️

We have been here many times and would love to keep coming back. We've tried all the Greeks in the region and none are like this one. Everything just fits, the food is delicious and there is a family atmosphere. Perfect!

I would not recommend this restaurant... Unfortunately, the meat came lukewarm, the cream sauce was completely oversalted and the service was not good at all. One of the waitresses was so unfriendly and didn't take our criticism professionally at all. The food and the prices are also not justified, much too expensive for the quality and quantity…. Unfortunately I wouldn't eat there again!!!

Used childless weekend🥳. Google 🌍 reviews 📝 and decided on the Athens 🇬🇷. We were not disappointed 🤗. After a previous call ☎️ a place for 2️⃣ was reserved, the fun 🤡 could start promptly at 6:30 p.m. 🕡, when daddy ✌️ gets the most hungry 🍟🍻🥩🥗. The order 💁‍♀️ was placed, the bruschetta 🥖 as a starter quickly followed and the drinks 🍺 were also available promptly for the childless date ❤️. The menu 🗂️ clear but convincing 👍 we chose our main course 😋 which was also in front of us in a reasonable time ⌛. In terms of taste 🤪 a dream 💭 the journey 🚦 here was definitely worth it. 😃 With Marsala 🥃 in our luggage 🎒 paid 💶 we went back 2 hours later. 😙 Danger of repetition 😁

Es war sehr 😋 Nette und freundliche Bedienung

Waren am Freitagabend dort ganz spontan zum Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war megalecker. Meine Frau hatte Leber mit Pilzen und ich einen gemischten Teller, ebenfalls mit Leber. Wir hatten beide eine sooo zarte Leber, dass sie im Mund fast zerfiel. Selbst der Chef machte nach Küchenschluß seine Runde durchs Restaurant und unterhielt sich mit den Gästen, was wir beide als sehr positiv empfanden. Sollte es uns nochmal mal Delmenhorst verschlagen, werden wir garantiert wieder zu euch Essen kommen.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit qualitativ guten und sehr leckeren Essen! Die Betreiber verstehen es eine schöne gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen ohne Hektik und trotzdem alles in zeitlichen Rahmen!

Ich esse am liebsten gebackene Aubergine in Metaxasauce. Sehr lecker. Das Gyros ist mir persönlich zu fettig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich hingehe, habe ich immer das Gefühl willkommen und ein gern gesehener Gast zu sein.

Das Essen ist immer wieder lecker und die Bedienung immer wieder herzlich.... Komme immer wieder gerne her, ob zu zweit oder in größeren Gruppen...

5 Sterne reichen nicht! Das Essen und der Service sind unbeschreiblich gut!

Leider gab es nur noch Draußen Plätze,die frei waren.Das Wetter war gegen Abend nicht mehr so schön.Uns wurden aber Kissen&Decken angeboten.Da das Restaurant so voll war,müsten wir fast eine Std.auf unser Essen warten.Dazu bekam mein Mann noch ein falsches Gericht.Sein bestelltes kam dann aber innerhalb von 5 Min.!!!Da frage ich mich,wieso wir so lange warten mussten,wenn das Essen anscheinend so schnell frisch zubereitet werden kann.🤔

Leckere Gerichte - mein gefülltes Bifteki war schön saftig und der Zaziki einfach erste Klasse! Das Bier war gut gekühlt, die Bedienung freundlich, aber nicht gut abgestimmt. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoller, sich die Tische untereinander aufzuteilen? So wurden wir entweder doppelt gefragt (nicht schlimm) oder saßen lange mit leeren Gläsern da. Beim letzten Mal gab es leider auch keinen Ouzo aufs Haus.

Essen war sehr gut, Service war sehr nett und freundlich, hatte nur wenig Zeit, weil es ziemlich voll war und viel ausser Hauskundschaft bedient werden musste. Alles in allem hat es wirklich gefallen.

Das Athen in Delmenhorst ist ein angesagtesten gutes Restaurant in der Braunkamperstr. Das Essen ist gut und der Service erwartungsgemäß. Das Ambiente war nicht so unseres und die Räumlichkeiten etwas zu gut ausgenutzt. Dadurch wirkt es drückend ungemütlich. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Geschmacklich war es für uns voll O.k. Wir empfehlen es weiter.

Waren dort zwecks eines Geburtstagsessens. Die Auswahl ist schön gross also ist für jeden was dabei. Die Portion sind tatsächlich etwas kleiner , somit auf jedenfall zu schaffen. Es liegt im Auge des betrachters ob mehr weniger ist oder anders rum. Das Fleisch ist gut gewürzt, könnte für andere evtl etwas viel sein. Bedienung ist super nett ( Familienunternehmen). Sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach ein rundum tolles Lokal mit dem besten Gyros, welches ich je gegessen hab. Der Service dort ist sehr aufmerksam und insgesamt ein herzlich, familiär geführtes Restaurant. Haben dort letztens einen großen Geburtstag gefeiert und auch das lief alles perfekt! Dafür komme ich gerne immer wieder aus Lilienthal her!
