We've been coming here for 14 years. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the menu has been updated recently. We've been welcomed with children from the very beginning and enjoy coming back. The ambiance is a bit dated, typical of a restaurant in a sports stadium. Friendly service, and requests are considered. The children feel at home. The food is hot and delicious. The price/performance ratio is good.

Five of us went to dinner today. Aside from the fact that the food was unfortunately only average (the gyros were burnt and hard), the owner is substandard. When we made the reservation, we clearly stated that we were coming with a gourmet package. In the end, the owner wasn't interested. He charged us full price. It would be better for the gourmet package if restaurants like this didn't participate. And by the way, the 1.5-hour wait is unacceptable.

Went there for the first time in a smaller group and were very satisfied. Although everything is a bit older in terms of the interior (and sanitary facilities), it is well maintained and has something special about the ambience. It's nice to sit on the terrace under the trees. But you can't fault the food either. Delicious starter platter with various delicacies as well as salad. We can only recommend the Delphi platters for 2 as well as the sheep's cheese skewer. The meat was crispy and juicy, delicious tzatziki, crispy fries and rice. Overall successful and the price-performance ratio is right!

I can only recommend it, nice service, good selection of food, prices normal, food very good. We have celebrated birthdays here several times and all of our guests have been very satisfied every time.

Since we lived in Heddesheim for a long time a few years ago, we often went to the ATB. The previous tenant (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was very committed. This time we were totally disappointed. My husband's food was reasonably warm. The fries were very tasty. BUT, first of all, my gyros were cold and there were extremely thick pieces of meat. They thought the gyros came from a package of vegetables. Since the current tenant has Greek roots, he would have to know how gyros are made. After this disappointment, we will no longer make the journey from Mauer to the ATB.

Leider war das Essen nicht wie erwartet. Das Gyros viel zu Fett und nur die dünnen Stücke essbar. Die dickeren waren nicht durchgebraten. Noch schlimmer waren die Hackfleischröllchen. Man konnte sehen und schmecken,, daß das Hackfleisch innen nicht richtig durchgebraten war. Der Salat bestand zu 95 % aus Eisbergsalat. Ist Geschmacksache. Schlimmer war, dass mir abends übel wurde und ich nicht von der Toilette komme. Ich werde auch mit Schlemmerblock keine Empfehlung abgeben.

Das Essen war total lecker, frisch und absolut nicht 0815! Der Tomatenreis war außergewöhnlich lecker, das Gyros aus feinem Fleisch und lecker gegrillt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es nur, weil Kartenzahlung leidet nicht möglich ist.

ATB Greek Restaurant. The ambience is more like the mid-70s, but not what you would imagine a Greek restaurant to be like. Already very old. Beige/(dark) brown style in the guest room up to the toilets. Tables without tablecloths, plastic placemats. Loveless. The food, 2x plated dishes, overall a 3+, plenty of it, but the taste was mediocre. Meat cooked through, but lukewarm. Tzatziki bland. The salad was poor, hardly anything on it, ready-made dressing. Drinks poured sensibly, well chilled. Greek music in the background. The service could be friendlier. You don't necessarily get the impression that the owner is interested in long-term guests. Zero eight fifteen clearance. Prices are raised for that. A plate for 2 people between €50.00 and €60.00! With Schlemmerblock you only get a €10.00 discount on the platters, otherwise as usual, the cheaper food is free. Plated meals around €20.00 - €23.00. Important: No payment by card possible, only cash! Schlemmerblock is generally not a problem, but to be honest, we had the impression that it wasn't very welcome. Conclusion: you can go there once, but nothing more.

The atmosphere was very old fashioned, really bad, but clean. It was so freezing cold, so dress warmly. The food was so unseasoned, not what you would expect from a Greek. NEVER EVER! We had to pay €1 plus for a take-away pack. With a gourmet block you won't be noticed that much anyway. No ouzo for good friends not even that!!

We were there with the gourmet block and I have to say, the service was very nice, the food was very tasty and not reduced to half because of the gourmet block, as some other restaurants do. Only the atmosphere was too rustic for us and could use some modernity.

Guests with a gourmet block are treated worse. The management doesn't seem to understand the purpose of the gourmet block here. Instead of ensuring that guests are happy and come back later, guests are driven away in the first place. If you read the rest of the reviews, most of the guests who were here with Schlemmerblock will not be coming back in the future. We will not be visiting the ATB in the future either. This action by the management probably completely backfired and also violates rule k) of the gourmet block.

Unfortunately, you will be served as a second class guest here with Schlemmerblock. Service inattentive, drink prices like on Sylt, food average (price/performance ratio is not right). All regular paying guests receive an ouzo after their meal, but of course we don't. This is a given for other Greeks in the gourmet block. (A bottle of Ouzo costs 7-9 euros to buy, which the owner can certainly afford for Schlemmerblock guests). It's a shame, but we won't come back.

Mit dem Essen waren wir alle zufrieden, aber vor dem bezahlen haben wir nach dem üblichen Ouzo gefragt und man hat uns geantwortet, dass es mit dem Schlemmerblock keinen gratis Ouzo gibt und man hätte ja vom Haus 20 Euro geschenkt bekommen. Das sehe ich nicht so, denn jedes Restaurant bekommt vom Schlemmerblock einen Teil über den Abschnitt erstattet und des Weiteren ist die Teilnahme im Schlemmerblock freiwillig und dient üblicherweise zur Werbung und soll neue Kunden generieren. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen und auch keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant weitergeben.

The food was very good. There was nothing to complain about. The fries were crispy and the meat wasn't dry. We've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Even with a gourmet block, you receive friendly service and the two grandchildren were also given a lolly.

Despite the gourmet block, the two of us had a bill of just under €50, with 2 main courses and a total of 4 drinks. That's quite a proud amount. If you as a guest sit in front of the empty glasses you feel a bit unwanted. Packaging for food should actually be a service for the guest, after all, you paid for the food. Some guests get ouzo, others don't. So either for everyone or for none. You feel like you don't want to. Food was very tasty, but prices and service should be reconsidered.

The taste is absolutely fine, BUT: the prices have increased by up to 3 euros from May to now, for example mixed skewer from 14.20 euros to 17.20 euros. One euro was charged for packaging because we couldn't manage the food (previously 0.50 euros). There wasn't an ouzo on the house either, probably with a gourmet block. You felt like a second class guest because you were eating with the block. The prices are also absolutely excessive after the increase. Based on our experience, we tried again in May and unfortunately the restaurant will no longer see us. You don't have to understand why you take part in the action with the gourmet block if you then let the guest feel that he is "just" a gourmet block guest. It's a shame and one less guest.

We ate there with Schlemmerblock and 4 people. Side salad was very poor and partly finished products. Lamb plate - meat was very dry and sometimes hard, croquettes were ordered, but very fatty fries were brought and ignored when the complaint was made. It was not possible to order drinks after the meal because there was no service. When ordering at the counter it seemed like a nuisance. The man, possibly the boss, to whom we paid was found to be very unfriendly and unpleasant. Ouzo after the meal is only available after a large turnover, according to the waitress. Despite the gourmet block, we paid just under 90 euros. We definitely won't be coming back. We cannot understand the many positive reviews. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

The 5 of us ate there and had personally made reservations for the terrace. When we arrived we were informed that there were no reservations on the terrace and that there were no free seats there. We finally got a table and there were still a few tables available. ?? Ordered 4 Aperols, which came without ice. Reason: the ice cream machine has been broken for a week. But the drink would be cold enough. I think you should point this out beforehand, then you would have thought about the drink. Order 2 large bottles of still water. Two small bottles were served for 3 euros each! Reason: large bottles are out. Hello, there are supermarkets where you can buy water and ice cream for little money. The side salad was puny and consisted of two small limp lettuce leaves and a little raw food, no olive, no tzatziki. To save my honor I have to say that the food, sirloin skewer, bifteki, starter plate and a small portion of gyros was very good. And it's actually nice to sit under the big trees. We had 2 gourmet blocks. That's why we didn't complain much. However, the restaurants take part in this to attract customers. I won't eat there again because the overall impression wasn't the best. Since the food was good, it still gets 3 stars.

Food was very tasty for the first 2 minutes but after that it was ice cold. Service was very friendly even though both orders were wrong. Presentation of salad leaves something to be desired. 6 slices of bread cost €3.50 here 100 ml of sauce that tastes like water costs €3.50 (devil's sauce) Packaging to take food with you also costs extra. All in all, not a terrible performance but not a good one either Unfortunately very disappointing for so much money.

Were there for the first time today (Schlemmerblock). We always love eating out at Greek places. The food was perfectly fine and tasted good. The portions are sufficient and tasty. The salad was a bit small, the dressing was also small and now not so good. We had the ouzo, which many people complain about, despite the gourmet block. But we had to pay €0.40 per ketchup for the children, as well as €2 for a portion of ungrilled baguette! We had 2 portions of pepperoni as a starter and only bread once. So we ordered another portion, which was then charged. But what doesn't work at all is the service!: Unfortunately, a child tipped over his full glass of apple spritzer. The entire table was underwater, as were the plastic bases. My wife went straight there and reported it and asked if we could have cloths. She got this, but it can't actually be the case that the customer has to wipe the entire table and cover it freshly!!!! An absolute nonsense!!!

Unfortunately that was nothing! Ready-made products from salads to grilled dishes. Pure deep fryer! Service unfortunately unfriendly and inflexible. Not recommended for families with children, as a hungry child is no incentive to cook faster. The first and last time.

Typischer Grieche aus den 80er Jahren, Eiche rustikal überall. Essen durchschnittlich. Im Raum war es zu kühl. Mitarbeiter, vielleicht waren es auch der Inhaber fehlt es an Freundlichkeit, kein Nachfragen, ob es schmeckt oder ob man noch etwas trinken will.

Wir waren schon früher in dem Restaurant und haben es geliebt. Unser letztes Besuch hat uns überrascht... leider negativ! Wir haben keinen Salat vor dem Hauptgericht bekommen, wie es bei griechischen Restaurants gewohnt ist. Auch kein Stück frisches Gemüse auf dem Teller! Das Fleisch war ok, aber nicht besser als ok und dazu fettiges Pommes, dass das Geschmack nur runtergezogen hat. Irgendwie alles lieblos... :( Hat es hier der Besitzer gewechselt? Leider kann ich das Restaurant nicht mehr weiterempfehlen.

Positiv: die Bedienung sind nett und zuvorkommend. Leider ist meines Erachtens vieles negativ: das Essen dauert recht lange bis es kommt [ trotz wenig Gästen], das Fleisch ist ganz ok aber etwas zu trocken, Soßen war nahezu geschmacklos, größtes Problem war das alle Pommes und sogar die Kroketten total versalzen waren [ hab noch nie irgendwo gesalzene Kroketten bekommen ] Momentan kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen

War das erste Mal dort, muß mich aber anderen Bewertern anschließen.Die Leber war durch. Das Lammkottelet hatte die Silberhaut noch dran und der Spieß war auch trocken. Der Salat hätte mehr Dressing vertragen können.Die gegrillten Peperoni waren gut. Alles in allem muß ich da nicht mehr hin

Der Service war genauso lieblos wie das Essen. Die Krönung kam zum Schluss als angeblich nur Barzahlung möglich war. Für Bargeld gibt heutzutage auch nur noch einen Grund und ein fader Beigeschmack nach Schuhbeck´scher Abrechnung kommt da auf. Wir kommen sicher nie wieder!

Sehr gemütliches und einladendes Ambiente. Das Personal hat uns herzlich empfangen. Auch das einlösen unseres Schlemmerblock war kein Problem. Und das Wichtigste - das Essen war köstlich, zart und sehr schmackhaft gewürzt. Die Pommes sanft und kartoffelig, prima! Beim Dessert - Kataifi - konnte ich meinen kulinarischen Horizont erweitern. Bombastisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Leckeres griechisches Essen zu moderaten Preisen.

Gutes, griechisches Lokal, sehr gutes Essen, die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten top.

Wir waren letzte Woche hier essen und es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders das Gyros mit Metaxasoße und Käse war lecker. Aber auch die Fleischplatte war sehr gut. Wer Fan von ordentlichen Portionen und leckerem Holzkohlegrill-Geschmack ist, wird hier wie wir glücklich werden. Preise sind angemessen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr familienfreundliche Gastgeber, wir kommen seitdem unsere Kinder 6 Monate alt sind - also seit 11 Jahren. Die Kindergerichte haben eine gute Größe und schöne Auswahl. Bei den Erwachsenen ist die Auswahl groß. Ich esse gerne Rumpsteak (okay das ist weniger griechisch), das ist prima Medium gebraten. Der ATB Salat ist auch sehr gut und Mann wird satt. Die Preise sind der heutigen Zeit angemessen, wer mal mit offenen Augen durch die Fleischtheke geht, weiß dass nun mal grade Lamm sein Geld kostet. Schnitzel auch sehr lecker, hier hört man es noch in der Küche klopfen. Wir kommen gerne.

Wir sind eigentlich nur dort gelandet, weil unser Stamm-Grieche Ruhetag hatte. Da wir früh dort ankamen, waren nur 2 Tische draußen besetzt. Wir suchten uns ein Platz aus aber bevor unsere Getränke kamen, setzte der Chef sich an den Nachbartisch und qualmte uns erstmal mit Zigarettenrauch ein. Wir wechselten den Tisch. Beim Lesen der Speisenkarte fiel mir gleich auf, dass die Preise deutlich höher sind als bei "unserem" Griechen. Das Tzatziki schmeckte, war aber leider mit getrockneten Kräutern gemacht (?). Eimerware?? Der Beilagensalat war ok, weiße Bohnen, Kraut - und Möhrensalatklekse: der Blattsalat war nicht angemacht, trocken und welk. Mein Rindfleischspieß sollte medium gebraten sein war aber durch und zäh. Die Soße war ein Fertigprodukt. Die Pommes allerdings waren der Knaller-richtig lecker, nicht fettig, knusprig und kartoffelig. Für 26,90€ erwarte ich perfekt gebratenes Fleisch, was ja der Hauptakteur auf dem Teller war. Der Servicemitarbeiter war nett, hat uns aber nicht richtig verstanden. Es wurde auch nicht weiter nach Getränken gefragt. Es waren nur 2 weitere Tische besetzt, Chef und Chefin waren anwesend aber nichts passierte, als unsere Gläser leer waren. Die Rechnung zu bestellen war auch sehr schwierig. Für die Pommes würde ich nochmal hinfahren aber sonst nicht.

Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich, das Essen frisch zubereitet und lecker. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlen uns hier mit den Kindern wohl. Die Außenterrasse hat viele Tische, es ist für ausreichend Abstand gesorgt.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im ATB, saßen sehr gemütlich draussen unter Bäumen in der Sonne, da stört das Gitter vom Sportplatzkäfig wenig die Stimmung. Aber das war's dann schon an Angenehmen. Die Speisekarte holten wir uns selbst vom Stapel, bestellten bald darauf, nachdem wir eine Bedienung auf ihrem Rückweg zur Theke abgefangen hatten. Das Restaurant war draussen sehr gut besetzt, drinnen fast leer. Die Getränke kamen so spät, dass eine Bedienung zwei Mal fragte, ob wir schon bestellt hätten. Es stand ja lange nix auf dem Tisch. Das Essen kam nach persönlicher Nachfrage am Tresen nach 90 (in Worten: Neunzig) Minuten, wobei der Chef (?) am Tresen sich ein rüdes "Es sind ja noch andere Leute da" nicht verkneifen konnte. Es kam das Essen, in Deutschland übliches niveaugesenktes griechisches Essen mit zwei Höhepunkten: Der Giros war völlig ohne Stücken mit Kruste, also eher gegart als gegrillt und die Leber sensationell: eine etwa schmierige, zerbröselnde, fast schleimige Masse mit einer Haut aus gegrilltem Material. (Wir kennen das von Brötchen, die nach dem Einfriereren und Auftauen auch eine sehr unabhängige Kruste bilden.) Unsere Vermutung ist: Der Koch (?) hat die eingefrorene Leber zu lange in der Mikrowelle gelassen, sie dabei nicht nur aufgetaut, sondern versehentlich (?) gleich gegart und das Ganze dann auf den Grill geworfen. Uness- ebenso wie unfassbar. Zum Glück war es ein Testessen, aber wir hätten auf die tripadvisor-Erfahrungen hören sollen.

beim 1. Besuch konnte die Bedienung werder deutsch noch englisch sprechen/ verstehen, was die Bestellung schwierig machte. Diese wurde dann auch vergessen in die Küche weiter zu geben. Dabei waren nur 5 Tische besetzt... Nach fast 2 Stunden bekamen wir dann unser Essen, welches nicht wirklich begeisterte. Beim 2. Besuch war der Service quasi nicht vorhanden. Der Chef kam am Anfang und nahm die komplette Bestellung auf, danach hat sich keiner mehr um Getränke gekümmert. Auch nach mehrmaligem Armheben und Zeichen geben hat sich niemand gekümmert. Der Chef kam erst wieder zum Abkassieren. Das Essen ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache. Aber wirklich herausragend fanden wir die Speisen nicht. Wir werden dieses Restaurant definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen und auf keinen Fall nochmal besuchen.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier (mit Schlemmerblock). Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und es gab auch einen Ouzo aufs Haus zum Abschluss. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Aussenbereich auch sehr groß. Für die Kinder gibt es Schaukel, Rutsche und Minikletterturm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
