Atawich in Bonn

For the second time yesterday, the kitchen closed 1 hour early and didn't explain this to us until 10 minutes after we sat down.

Food was very tasty. Good service and good price, I can only recommend it

Unfortunately my visit to Atawitch was very disappointing. Although opening times are clearly signposted, the kitchen regularly closes much earlier than stated. I've been there several times only to find that no more orders were being taken, even though the opening times said there was still enough time. It's just annoying when you're looking forward to a late meal and then find yourself in front of closed doors. Customers should be able to rely on the specified times being adhered to. Unfortunately, you lose the desire to come back.

The Atawich in Bonn is definitely recommended - if you don't have allergies or want to eat vegan. There is a declaration of allergens per dish on the menu, but not per ingredient. Unfortunately, none of the really nice service staff in the kitchen have been able to find out where the allergens are hiding. It's a shame, because the food is delicious and the seating is nice.

Delicious cheesy smash burger, but probably not fresh. Meat wasn't quite hot, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant - it was probably in the warming box beforehand. Vegetarian burger not recommended. The cards were very negative as they were very dirty, greasy and simply dirty.

I love Atawich! After testing it several times, I have to say that I always had a very good time here. The service was always nice and took care of us quickly, the food came quickly and, above all, was extremely tasty. Personally, my absolute favorite restaurant chain (Shoutout Atawich branch Cologne-Sülz), the food is simply delicious (the buns are beautifully buttered, the house sauce is great and the meat... always crispy and a dream, and the fries They're not these "normal" fries but a special cut, really tasty) and you get the fries and a soft drink (!) or optionally even a beer (!!!) with the burger in the menu for just around €12! Where else can you find something like that these days? And ketchup / mayo / special mayo is at the table and you can take as much as you want. Everything is really right here. I love the concept AND it tastes incredibly good too. Thumbs up, thank you for existing!

One of the best places in Bonn to have tasty smashed burgers and fries.

The first time 5/5 stars the second time I asked if they had a table available (there were 4 tables available) and the waiter told us that we should wait 20 to 30 minutes. When we waited we went back and he said exactly the same thing again that we should wait. There were then even more tables free. I found it very unfortunate.

Very nice, pleasant atmosphere with oriental music! Interior design very chic and elegant. The terrace outside is also nice and quiet despite the street that runs directly past. Service 1A, very nice gentleman who served us. Prices very reasonable, all in all definitely recommended! P.S. The silent trademark of every restaurant -> the toilet is well maintained, smells good and is well equipped!

We had dinner in Bonn today. Burger was very tasty. The service was an absolute disaster. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. Three different employees who all managed to spill the drinks within ten minutes. As a guest, you actually assume that the mishap will be resolved. But thought wrong. The customer gets napkins thrown there according to the motto then do it. Then smoke a cigarette. The other employees then followed one by one. In our opinion, the entire service staff needs to be replaced or properly trained. A real disgrace towards the customer. Never experienced such poor service. Burger was good though.

Edit: second attempt was super delicious. Same burger cheese and this time absolutely delicious :) The first time, as suspected, there was too much butter or something else went wrong.. 5/5 cheesycheese burger. For the sake of fairness, I'll leave the original one. ..had high hopes.. Unfortunately the bun (bread) tastes extremely like butter, which I found to be inedible.. for €11.50 for a burger without any side dishes. Ok if you like butter.. otherwise I'm very disappointed with the taste, completely overlaid with butter flavor that was either caramelized or burnt.. unfortunately nothing for me.. service for me to pick up very nice in Poppelsdorf.. nice lady.. I still ate the patti with the cheese without the bun.. I think something went wrong but is too expensive to go wrong

The meat from the burger was burnt, dry and smelled of old oil. The fries were very hard. The quality of the food is not recommended.

The restaurant is easily accessible and there is parking on the street. I was greeted very friendly there and given a map straight away. Food was prepared quickly. It was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, respect to the chef 👍🏻👍🏻. The homemade lemonade is also very tasty. Price performance is also top 👍🏻. I can only recommend everyone to eat there.

Food is great. Unfortunately, every third Lieferando delivery is missing something. Several times there was no drink or salad on the menu. "Yes, that's still here. The supplier probably forgot that. If you specify that when you place your next order, you'll get it for free." It's best to check the suppliers before they set off. It's really annoying to only get half of it so often.

Finally there is a smash burger in Bonn. Very tasty and just like a smash burger should be, apart from the sauce, although atawich has the option to order without sauce and put the sauce on yourself. The only point of criticism here would be that the burger tastes a bit too buttery, but that's complaining at a high level. One of the best burgers in Bonn currently. The best in town is in my backyard :)

The short, portly waiter with black hair is annoying. Unfriendly and disrespectful. I watched him gossip about guests who had just left the restaurant. In addition, the store could be wiped down. The floor is so greasy that you can easily slip. I'd rather go somewhere else with my friends. You only get negative vibes here

Am Montag, den 01.01.2024, war ich um 13 Uhr in diesem Restaurant um Essen zu holen und habe festgestellt, dass der Kellner sehr unfreundlich und respektlos war. Diese Erfahrung hat meinen Besuch stark beeinträchtigt, und ich habe beschlossen, nie wieder in diesem Restaurant einzukehren. Die mangelnde Höflichkeit des Kellners hat meine Gesamtwahrnehmung des Restaurants negativ beeinflusst, und ich hoffe, dass das Management dies zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung berücksichtigen wird.

Endlich Smash Burger in Bonn ich liebe es schmeckt Mega gut nur zum weiterempfehlen wenn man Burger 🍔 liebt. Bitte die Detroit Pizza wieder in das Sortiment nehmen. Der Hype auf Detroit Pizza ist bald auch in Deutschland!!!!!!

Obwohl wir in der Mittagspause nur wenig Zeit hatten, hatten wir nach der sehr kurzen Wartezeit ein leckeres Essen auf dem Tisch. Das war eine willkommene Abwechslung zum etwas langweiligen Exkurs des Physik LKs Aus Leverkusen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I can understand you have small space for delivery guys to wait inside but what i can't understand is kicking us out without any respect... the minimum you can do is placing a sign telling us to wait outside i will respect it but really what happened today is really a shame ... learn how to communicate as humans

Wer sich fühlen möchte wie im Bahnhof, ist hier genau richtig. Der Laden war außer einem Gast und uns komplett leer. Dazu kamen dann im Wechsel unzählige Lieferando Fahrer. Das Essen für Lieferando ging hier nach und nach raus. Wir als die einzigen Gäste in dem Laden warteten jedoch sehr lange. Nachdem wir über 40 min auf unser Essen gewartet haben, kam dann Vorspeise und Burger zusammen an. Auf die Frage wo das Essen bleibt und wann denn die Vorspeise kommt, sagte die Kellnerin das würde sie nicht verstehen, es käme alles zusammen. Den Sinn einer Vorspeise habe ich hier dann nicht verstanden. Kellnerin war extrem unfreundlich. Sie hat dann mit dem Finger auf uns gezeigt und noch abgehetzt. Das Verhalten ging garnicht. Auf den Wings haben dann die Frühlingszwiebel und die Petersilie gefehlt und der Burger war extremst fettig. Ich kenne den Laden in Köln. Da liegen leider geschmacklich Welten zwischen. Und auch der Service war in Köln top.
