Absolutely not recommended! Very unfriendly staff and not a nice atmosphere. We didn't feel welcome from the start. After we ordered, we were sent away because we urgently needed to change our baby. We should have either left him in his full diaper or found a place outside. When my baby wets his diaper, I definitely won't let him sit in a full diaper or change him outside in the winter! It has never been a problem in any other store! This has never happened to me before and I'm still in awe of this store. We then left and will definitely never come back! Unbelievable!

The waitress was unsure, couldn't make a simple lemonade and had problems with the change (€15 paid, €12.50 bill - she didn't know how much she had to give back). The BBQ burger was excellent, crispy bacon, not too thickly topped, just the right amount of sauce for flavor and juiciness, but without any leakage. Some of the fries were a bit too dry.

Title: Disappointing Experience – Never Again! I've rarely had such a bad experience at a burger joint. As soon as you entered, you noticed that the shop was untidy - tables hadn't been cleared, which didn't make a good impression. Unfortunately the staff wasn't any better. We were neither greeted warmly nor did we feel welcome. He seemed annoyed. When we wanted to sit down at a table for four, the tone was unfriendly, almost rude. The reason given was that his boss didn't want two groups to sit at tables of four. The waiter said the table was reserved for 6 p.m., but it was only 4:30 p.m. We wanted to sit there because we are both over 1.90m and need space. well, we're good customers. It's unfortunate for the store, it's a shame that something like this is the reason to celebrate my boss's birthday party somewhere else! Thanks for nothing I absolutely cannot recommend this shop – the waiter, well. Save yourself the money and find a better place to enjoy a burger.

Today we were at ATAWICH Bonn for the first and certainly not the last time. The atmosphere was very cozy and the furnishings were very minimalistic, which is by no means a negative thing. The service is worth mentioning here because we received our food within 10 minutes of placing our order. Simply good! The highlight of the restaurant, the Smashed Burger, goes best: Great value for money. We were very surprised at the “menu offer”, which included not only a burger but also a side dish and a soft drink at an unbeatable price. Since this was my first experience with such burgers, I unfortunately don't have any comparison values ​​here. However, as is typical for this type of burger, the meat was juicy and crispy at the same time with good seasoning. The cheddar cheese was by no means neglected and rounded off the overall picture well. After the visit I only had one wish left unfulfilled. The burgers are apparently served with pretzel buns, which, at least in my opinion, are a bit dominant in terms of taste. I would have hoped for the appropriate Martin's Potato Buns here. Maybe this will be taken to heart, but it won't change our intention to visit this restaurant again soon. Absolute recommendation for someone who is looking for a great value for money!

I placed an order on December 11, 2024 at 8:25 p.m. I was sent something completely different. When I then called the branch directly, a very competent employee told me for the first time that I would receive the items that had not been sent with my next order. I then called a few days later and it turned out that the very competent colleague had no idea what he was talking about and that the money was supposed to be refunded to me via Uber. According to my understanding, I should get the money in my account refunded a few days later. It has now been over a week since I called the branch. When I wanted to ask again today why I hadn't received the money back yet, I met the super competent colleague on the phone who once again told me that I could have the things delivered later. When I then asked him about the fact that his superior had apparently told me that that wasn't possible at all, I was told "I can't do anything now, brother". I then asked him when the other colleague would be back, and he answered the question in an extremely unfriendly tone and said he had no idea and that I should call again tomorrow. In my opinion, this is pure disrespect and the whole thing borders on theft, since I spent over €44 and only received 2 burgers. And I think it's a real shame that I have to keep up with everything and then be treated so disrespectfully because I actually enjoyed eating at Atawich. So my conclusion: NEVER AGAIN ATAWICH! There are MUCH better and cheaper burgers out there, and there is no lack of respect in other burger shops.

My smash burger was ok and appetizing. The fries were also very unusual and tasty. The price is really unbeatable. Personally, the burger seemed a bit too small to me. However, this is complaining at a high level.

Scary Burgers. I can't believe it. Only bread, meat, sauces and some pickles. No vegetables, thin meat patty (there would not be the possibility to ask for raw or medium because of that). I am shocked that there is more than one of these burger restaurants!! Some people seem to like it just like some vote for trump. The end is near.

I was greeted warmly and found both the atmosphere and the chairs very comfortable. The menu was pleasantly clear and the prices were very fair. The burgers we tasted were really good and very tasty. The fries that came with it were also really great. Sauces such as mayo, ketchup or chilly from a well-known brand company were available at the table in the Sqeezer for free use. All in all very harmonious, really very tasty, the waiter was very friendly, attentive and without being intrusive. A great burger restaurant that I will definitely visit more often now.
