The food is actually tasty. However, more than half of my order was forgotten via Uber Eats and they're not delivering the rest. The phone number listed online doesn't work. So the service is very poor, but the food itself is recommendable.

I ordered via Uber Eats an hour before closing time. The order was accepted. After waiting 25 minutes, the order was simply canceled, and even though the restaurant was still open for another 30 minutes, no one answered the phone. Very disappointing. Next time, cancel immediately and don't keep the customer waiting.

This restaurant had its heyday upto May/June of 2025, when they changed the menu and added new items. The burgers back then, before the menu change, were really delicious, and were actually something one could have cravings for. However, ever since then, things have gone downhill; the patties don't seem fresh, and overall just don't have the same taste and quality that I had come to expect from Atawich. Personally, the quality of the burgers has only gone even more downhill for me in the past two months. Others might enjoy it though, this is just a matter of personal taste.

In practice, however, it turns out that despite emptying our glasses several times, we haven't received another beer for an extended period. Upon inquiry, we were told that the manager had expressly forbidden the serving of any more beer until service personnel returned to the table. This may seem understandable from a business perspective, but it directly contradicts the advertised offer. When a guest is lured with an "all you can drink" promise, they expect at least prompt service or a practical solution – and not the feeling that they have to ask for every additional drink. The employee is clearly not at fault here; she was friendly and professional. The problem clearly lies in the organization or the instructions from above. It's a shame, because the concept could have some charm – but this leaves a very bitter aftertaste. ⸻ Would you prefer me to phrase this in a slightly more polished way (e.g., along the lines of a professional Google review from a guest with restaurant experience) or something more direct/passive-aggressive ("that's really a disgrace, but nicely packaged")?

The beer selection and service can be described as outstanding. We were always provided with the coldest and freshest beer at the right time. #sabrinaisthebeste

I walked in, and Caro (the best employee) asked if I had a table reservation: No, but I got one anyway. And then, remember, I just wanted a burger, but then, free beer all evening. The free beer event doesn't even exist. After two beers, the waiters say they don't want to serve any more beer for some reason no one understands. The staff are extremely rude and I wouldn't recommend them!

I recently visited Attawich Bonn for the first time and just wanted to try the place out, as I'd heard quite a bit about it. My first impression was quite positive: The service was friendly, attentive, and the food was served relatively quickly – definitely a plus in terms of the process and service. Unfortunately, the taste of the burgers didn't really convince me. They were freshly prepared, but the flavor was just missing that certain something. For my personal taste, the whole thing was a bit bland, and the ratio of sauce to meat to bun wasn't quite right. Maybe I just had higher expectations, but it wasn't quite the culinary experience I was hoping for. I think it's a shame, because the concept of the place makes a good impression – modern, clean, and with friendly staff. Nevertheless, the result was rather mediocre for me. All in all, I'd say: nice service, fast food, but unfortunately, the taste wasn't quite up to the standard I would have hoped for. For me personally, it was probably my first and last time at Attawich Bonn.

The employee was super friendly, and our order was taken quickly. Unfortunately, the beef patties were overcooked, and the sides were almost burnt. The price was €41 for two burgers, a chicken burger, fries, and two drinks. We'll be back and try again.

It's shameful that you can't order from Atawich by phone for pickup. The only way, the lady on the phone said, is through Uber Eats. Um, why should a platform I have absolutely nothing to do with profit from my order, let alone add the fee you pay as commission to my order?! It should give every customer pause for thought if they trust a platform from Silicon Valley more than their local residents. Absolutely weak!

We went to Atawich with a group of about 10 people. When we arrived, the place was quite busy, which speaks to its popularity. The menu offers a good selection of burgers – I opted for the Cheezy Burger from the set menu (including fries and a soft drink or beer for €16.90). The price was absolutely reasonable. The drinks arrived after about 8 minutes, and my Fanta was even served with a glass of ice – a nice touch that's not always the case. The burgers arrived after about 20 minutes, which was even quicker than expected for a group of this size. The portion size was decent: the fries were exactly what you'd want – crispy and well-seasoned, with mayonnaise and ketchup. The burger wasn't soggy, but just the right consistency. The meat reminded me a bit of McDonald's, but tasted better. I would definitely order it again.

After not eating meat for five years, I received the wrong burger today. The vegetarian and meat patties are very similar, so I didn't immediately realize I was eating meat. Only halfway through the burger did I realize that, unlike usual, there were no vegetables on it. This is outrageous and incredibly cheeky. I vomited several times and now have a stomach ache and feel incredibly disgusted. This was my favorite restaurant for a long time; a mistake like this simply shouldn't happen!!! I called the restaurant and was told I'd get a new burger, but it never arrived!

I have to honestly say it's one of the best shops in Bonn; a visit is a must. The price is reasonable, but you get what you pay for.

We ordered two Monster burger and one Cheesy burger, in all of them the meat was totally burnt down like lava and it was pitch black like a coal. After two bites, I saw that it was not edible at all and I asked the waitress to change it. They were very polite, and took it back immediately. The second one was also burnt a little bit but was edible. Service and atmosphere was good but not the food.

Burger very tasty but very high risk of diarrhea

One star is still too many. We waited 45 minutes for a burger and two fries. In the meantime, at least 30 Uber Eats orders went out of the kitchen. That left no time for the guests in the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, the fries were lukewarm, and the burger was carelessly slapped together with a patty so thin you could barely find it. Actually, one star is still too many. It's only given because of the really nice server.

Delicious burgers, a limited drinks menu. Unfortunately, the service was inattentive. I've been there several times in a short period of time, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. I had to ask the waitress several times before I was served.

I went to Atawich in Bonn-Poppelsdorf with my girlfriend today, and we really enjoyed it. The ambiance is nice and inviting; we especially liked the option of sitting outside. I had a Lillet, which was delicious and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere and a lovely place to spend the evening. We would love to come back and highly recommend Atawich.

So, the good news first: the burgers are delicious. However, it's really expensive, especially the veggie burger. It costs as much as a burger with two meat patties. The cheese sauce is very expensive (€4), very diluted, and lumpy. It's also unclear whether the veggie burger is vegan or vegetarian: there's a vegan symbol, but eggs are listed as an additive. The veggie patty tastes very strongly of meat. If you order a meal, you get a small beer, a small Coke (0.33), or a juice (0.5). There are typos on the menu, e.g., the small beer says 0.03 L, which is barely a shot. The service is also not good. The waiters practically never come. Be careful, you might slip on the way to the restroom because of the grease!
