Had a classic smashed burger menu and was disappointed. The bread was too soft and sweet and ended up making me sick. The portion of the fries and the burger overall was also small... There are plus points for different sauces, which you can choose from as you like

Disappointing experience! On April 12th At around 9 p.m., a small group of young men (three people) entered the restaurant and calmly sat down at a table that had not yet been cleaned. Several service workers passed them without reacting. The waiter only became aware of the matter when he politely asked, but he already seemed annoyed. After waiting around 15 minutes, the young men tried to place an order again. Instead of a normal reaction, the waiter escalated the situation completely unnecessarily: He became unfriendly, asked the guests to leave and aggressively even threatened them with physical violence - absolutely unacceptable behavior. My companion and I sat right next to it and were stunned by what was happening. The young men eventually left the restaurant, but were followed by the waiter until other customers intervened. Even apart from that, the service was poor and disorganized throughout our stay. After this incident, it is clear to us: We will not visit this restaurant again.

The food was ok, but the service was really bad. We had to wait a very long time until our order was taken. But the highlight was that the wrong dish was billed. Ultimately, the higher price had to be paid because ‘there’s nothing you can do about it now’.

Unfortunately, our last visit to your restaurant was very disappointing. We were looking forward to the food but were instead very disappointed with the service. An employee apparently felt offended by being called a waiter and ended up expelling us from the restaurant - for no apparent reason. Overall, the behavior seemed very confrontational and inappropriate. What was particularly irritating was that the young employee (estimated to be 24) behaved very aggressively towards a 17-year-old. I would like to ask you to take the behavior of your staff seriously and take action if necessary. Such experiences deter guests and have a negative impact on your hotel's reputation. Best regards

Bacon fries for 11.50 the size of a fries at the snack bar is really shocking

At the reception in the shed, the boss came to us and immediately made a completely inappropriate, unfunny comment about how we should give good tips. Then we ordered from a totally incompetent waiter who was totally spread out and waited an hour for our burger menus. When they came, one of them didn't even have the fries we ordered and we only got cutlery after asking three times. When I was paying, I was suddenly told that the apple spritzer I had wasn't allowed to be on the menu. But I wasn't informed of this at all when ordering, which was normal. When I tried to explain this to the totally aggressive boss in a completely normal tone, he threatened me with the police. The customer is no longer king here👎

It was as if they had read our minds: whether extra sauce, special seating requests or spontaneous requests for changes to the meal - everything was implemented with a smile and in a completely uncomplicated manner. Now for the legendary offer: 6 chicken wings + the “6 bottles of Desperados”. Honestly... it was the perfect combination of taste, fun and value for money. The chicken wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and well seasoned - exactly how you want them. And the bottled Desperados (with tequila flavor, but a bit more rebellious than the original) created a great atmosphere. A signature deal that definitely has the makings of cult status, especially when Marco serves the whole thing. With charm, humor and professionalism, Marco and his team ensured that we once again had an unforgettable day in your restaurant and that is no exaggeration. This effort was a true host and far exceeded our expectations. Conclusion: Atawich Bonn not only made us full, but really happy. The team at Atawich have created a place where you don't just eat, but experience moments. We came for the burgers, but we stay for the atmosphere, service and feeling of welcome. Absolutely clear recommendation! especially with the Marco special: 6 chicken wings, 6 bottles of Desperados and a team that simply gives everything. You are simply awesome 😍

I went there today to eat burgers but I have at least half an hour there. Nobody asked me to take my order. Afterwards I called a waiter who turned out to be very rude. I do not know him. I waited there for 10/15 minutes and didn't get an answer that I had left. I recommend all people never to visit this place as the staff there is very unprofessional.

I received an order this morning and drove to Atawich to pick up an order. I don't know what illiterate person worked there who didn't have the brains to even speak. I don't understand how such a big restaurant can hire illiterate people. How can they hire unprofessional people? I ask the boss of Atawich to read my review carefully. If you need more information please tell me. I'm not the only one having this problem. I have other drivers besides this person who were mistreated by this uneducated person. I don't know his name, but if I did I would definitely have mentioned it too. Either teach this person how to talk to someone sensibly, or the next time this person misbehaves with someone or me, I will immediately call the police and file a report against them. This is my warning. I'm not crazy enough to go there without getting an order. It is not in my nature to argue with illiterate people, that's why I came back from there today, but next time this person does this to me, I will do it.

Absolutely not recommended! Very unfriendly staff and not a nice atmosphere. We didn't feel welcome from the start. After we ordered, we were sent away because we urgently needed to change our baby. We should have either left him in his full diaper or found a place outside. When my baby wets his diaper, I definitely won't let him sit in a full diaper or change him outside in the winter! It has never been a problem in any other store! This has never happened to me before and I'm still in awe of this store. We then left and will definitely never come back! Unbelievable!

The waitress was unsure, couldn't make a simple lemonade and had problems with the change (€15 paid, €12.50 bill - she didn't know how much she had to give back).
