Haven't been there in ages... It's a really nice, huge store. Great selection. The food is okay for the price. The service was completely unfriendly. I was told to pay immediately... When I asked if that was normal, the answer was... "You should get used to it..." 🤷🏻‍♂️ Oh well... got a lucky break 😂

Very unfriendly staff. I bought a Too Good To Go bag for €7, and the man there just filled it with garbage. Instead of filling the bag with leftover food like pasta, fish, vegetables, etc., as usual, he packed some sweets that smelled terrible and were inedible—dry and spoiled. At €7, you should be able to expect a fair selection of food. Of course, it's rescued food, but you shouldn't pack garbage just because it's discounted. After all, you pay for it and make a special trip to pick it up. Very unfair and unfriendly. I hope you continue to lose customers with this kind of behavior.

The price/performance ratio is excellent. I would be very happy to see a few more vegan products like tofu. The labeling of the dishes and the ingredient list are mostly completely missing, which is why I unfortunately have to deduct two points.

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our visit to the Asia Palast in Offenbach. One employee was very unfriendly and disrespectful. Our two-year-old daughter left only two nuggets and a handful of fries, which led to an unpleasant discussion in front of all the guests – it was very embarrassing and inappropriate. The food was also disappointing: much of it was very oily, the fries seemed old and barely edible. Unfortunately, we had a stomach ache the next day. The restrooms were also in an unsanitary condition – no soap, dirty, and generally unkempt. Overall, a disappointing visit; we won't be back.

Huge selection in a pleasant atmosphere, good and friendly service

Everything was very well organized.

A very extensive selection, the buffet is constantly being refilled. Very friendly service, used plates are cleared promptly, and the food-delivery robot is also fun. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely eat here again. We were very satisfied, thank you for a wonderful evening.

Disrespectful waiter. We just wanted to go for a smoke and were loudly harassed. We were supposed to pay if we wanted to smoke, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the way he communicated with us in front of all the guests was beyond disrespectful! Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this restaurant.

The daytime menu is limited, but this is generally standard. Drinks must be purchased separately. There were fries for the kids and some non-Asian dishes. The rooms are very dark and feel more like an old cafeteria. The staff was friendly and always made sure that all the offerings were available. The quality of the food was good, but we were personally bothered by the lack of traditional spices in many dishes. You can eat well and inexpensively at this restaurant, but there's plenty of room for improvement... I definitely liked the Asia Restaurant in Hanau better. Good parking, a much better ambiance with the option of outdoor seating, and a variety of drinks are included in the price, even two glasses or two bottles of beer...

Very good value for money. From the outside, the building looks shabby, but the inside is beautiful. The selection at the all-you-can-eat buffet is huge! The staff is friendly and helpful. We ate there three times in a row because it was very close to our dance festival location, and we had something different each night. We liked the €5 charge for every 200g of food left over, as it shows that they care about not wasting food.

Lovely place and good food for a Buffet. I will go back and enjoy this again. 4* as I don’t believe any Buffet can get a 5* unless everything is made in small batches and lots of cook to order opportunities, but that’s just my view! Overall this place is good and worth a visit … or 10 :-)

We visited this place based on the rave reviews and were disappointed. I was in a really great buffet restaurant in Dortmund, so I would give this place a maximum rate of 3.5 out of 5. Let me explain why. The toilet is not as clean as necessary. There is an unpleasant smell. One of the two soap dispensers did not work, one of the two sinks did not work. If the cleanliness of the toilet in a cafe or restaurant leaves much to be desired, there is most likely a problem in the kitchen as well. Although split systems were installed in the ceiling, the room was very hot and stuffy. There were fans near some of the tables, but it looks pretty shabby for such an establishment. If a table with a fan hadn't become available next to us, we probably wouldn't have risked staying. I didn't notice, as was written in previous reviews, that the tables were bursting with abundance. Mnimally normal choice of dishes, doesn't reach the excellent or even good rating at all. small sushi selection. I won't even mention desserts - mostly regular donuts and muffins. drinks for an extra fee. Considering the obvious discrepancy between the price and the variety of dishes, it would be possible to at least give the guests something to drink. Especially since the stomach is not made of rubber, how much can a person drink? I advise the owner to pay attention to cleanliness, not to skimp on air conditioning, make a more varied menu and include drinks in the price. Otherwise, with this approach, desserts and access to the toilet will soon be for an additional fee.

The quality of the food has declined dramatically. Today (August 2, 2025), we ate at Asia Palast for the first time in a while and unfortunately discovered that the food had become completely inedible. Prices keep rising, but the quality keeps getting worse. It's simply a shame. We'll never be back.

Unfortunately, our last visit was very disappointing. The quality and freshness of the food had declined significantly – much of it seemed carelessly prepared and unappealing. The ready-made dishes were unfortunately cold to lukewarm at best, and thus hardly tasty. The sushi selection was unfortunately below average for the large buffet. The Mongolian buffet had hardly any meat selection, and what was there was either still frozen or had been sitting around for some time. We found it particularly annoying that they charge €7 for children aged 3 and €9 for children aged 5 (unfortunately, we were only informed of this on site, and there's no information about it on the website). Conclusion: The value for money is unfortunately no longer right. It used to be different – a real shame, we won't be coming back anytime soon.

We were invited there for a birthday party. The decor was very nice, the food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. There was plenty of everything. Highly recommended.

I went there past lunch time (around 2:30pm). There were a lot of trey empty food. Maybe because they were preparing dinner. We paid more than the lunch discount. But there was only leftover food from lunch. The rice is a bit dry. Dessert and grill are still available. A little disappointed that there wasn't much choice of food.

Never again! Today we went to the Asia Palast Offenbach with the family – an absolute disaster. The staff was extremely rude and yelled at us while we were smoking in front of everyone else, saying we had to pay immediately, as if they were implying we were leaving. We were even told we had to ask permission to leave. The food was tasteless, served unhygienically, and we saw a cockroach under the table. The table was wiped with a dirty rag.

Outrageous, unhygienic, inedible I absolutely cannot understand all the hype surrounding the Asia Palast Offenbach. The visit was a complete disappointment. The staff was extremely disrespectful – loud, rude, and condescending. You were treated like a nuisance, not a paying guest. The food was the worst: greasy, old, sometimes cold – simply inedible. The smell alone was off-putting. Also: hygiene? None! Tables were wiped with a dirty rag from a bucket that looked disgusting even from a distance. And yes – there was a cockroach crawling under our table. No joke! For us, this was our first and last visit. Anyone who values ​​cleanliness, good food, and polite service should definitely go elsewhere.

A wonderful Asian buffet with a huge selection of dishes! Everything is fresh, tasty and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the grill, where you can choose the ingredients, and the chefs cook right in front of you. A large selection of sushi, seafood, hot dishes and desserts. Spacious hall, pleasant atmosphere and polite staff. A great place for both a family dinner and a meeting with friends. I will definitely come again!

There's a lot of variety at the buffet, which makes it worth it. It's not the tastiest food, but I'd go again. The atmosphere is very interesting.

We used to love coming here. Unfortunately, it's not quite as nice anymore. The food isn't good anymore. Cakes are half-frozen. Toilets are dirty. No paper to dry your hands. It's a complete disaster. It's such a shame.

Unfortunately, the food here isn't particularly good and not particularly fresh. Günther tried his way through the all-you-can-eat buffet – everything from appetizers and main courses to sushi and a large selection of ingredients for the Mongolian grill was there. However, some of it was still frozen or – as mentioned – not quite as fresh. The food is drowned in a lot of cheap oil, including the items from the Mongolian grill. The only thing that was very nice was the service. The low price for the buffet was unbeatable, but as mentioned, the food wasn't really enjoyable. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to go there.

Buffet food on Saturday evening. Price was okay, comparatively. Unfortunately, the food wasn't properly labeled (very difficult as a vegetarian). Unfortunately, most of the food was cold. Great place with a nice atmosphere and decent service. On weekdays the buffet costs only 13.90 per person - excellent value for money. The choice of dishes is impressive, everything is prepared in front of you, including sauces to your taste. The staff is polite and attentive. Definitely recommend!

The three of us were there around 8 p.m. The food wasn't fresh at all, making it simply inedible. We left without eating properly and still had to pay! The waiters weren't accommodating, as they would otherwise have had to pay themselves. The manager wasn't available. Disastrous customer service.

The food is very good and the Mongolian grill is also good. Just under 24 euros for adults is not really a bargain. Plus, you usually eat way too much at the buffet and end up with a stomach ache afterwards.

It looks shabby from the outside, but it's much better inside. It's very big, which means you could easily invite an entire wedding hall there :) . The selection of meats is rather small, but they do have zebra and kangaroo meat. There's also a lot of seafood. All in all, you can't complain about the selection. And anything that's empty is immediately filled/replaced. If you want something freshly prepared, it doesn't take that long either. And it's delivered by a robot. The whole thing is good value in my opinion, and there's a parking garage next door - really important! Because there are no parking spaces outside, or very few.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The service was extremely poor and disrespectful. Even though it's a buffet, I was stressed out about two pieces of lemon as if I had done something forbidden. The employee was rude and rude - I have never experienced anything like that. For an all-you-can-eat I would say it's the best choice in Frankfurt and near the vicinity, unbeatable value for the money. Very spacious, well organized, food quality good. Avoid the fresh meat for the grill or however they cook it because when you get cooked, it has a funny grill/ metal plate taste, very unpleasant. But all the cooked dishes are just marvelous.

Given that it is very difficult to find parking, once we arrived we did not find a very efficient service we had to sit alone and stop a waiter after half an hour to ask what we wanted to drink, as regards the quality of the food few dishes were good, some were so-so and most were terrible, I have been to other Asiapalasts but in my opinion this one has the poorest quality of food, black meat that I didn't even dare to grill, inedible sushi (sticky rice and rubbery fish) the only thing I willingly ate it was the fish that I had grilled and some ready dishes. For what we paid we honestly ate badly so I don't think I will return.

Great all you can eat buffet - the robot that supports the service is a fun gimmick. Unfortunately, parking costs extra, as there are rarely any parking spaces on the street (at the same time, it is of course convenient that the parking lot shared with REWE always has spaces and is located directly at the restaurant).

I had dinner with my family at the Asiapalast in Offenbach for the first time. Very nicely designed ambience with a lot of space. The friendly staff immediately came to us to assign us a suitable table. What really impressed me is the huge range of different dishes. No matter what I tried, everything tasted excellent. The price-performance ratio for the huge range of food is absolutely top. Conclusion: absolutely recommended.

There is a robot with loud music that brings the plates to the table. The women's toilet was an imposition that evening. After that it was one of those things with the food. The ice cream scoop is standing in water that should have been changed long ago. I enjoyed being there for a while. That has been resolved with today's experience.

It was my first time here and unfortunately I can't say much good things. It starts with the fact that I wasn't greeted warmly when I went in and had to sit where the waitress wanted even though many of the tables were empty. Then we were asked what we would like to drink and when the waitress came to serve us the drink it was put on the wrong table so we had to go there to pick up our drinks from the neighboring table. The buffet was quite good and there are no disadvantages. When I wanted to go to the toilet O my God!!!! It didn't look like a restaurant, but more like a main train station, everywhere on the floor, the toilets were all clogged, everything was smeared, there was absolutely no hygiene and I had completely lost my appetite. So I will never enter this restaurant again!!! 2 stars because of the buffet

Attention parking rip-off: No barrier at entry and exit. You couldn't see that parking fees were charged here. I didn't even see a machine for paying. Now a bill for 55 euros arrives. The last time I ate here was.

We thought about coming here for dinner at short notice. Very large selection, very tasty and enough space for everyone. You can watch and walk in peace without the next person stepping on your toes. A cute robot brings you the grilled selected food to the table (ground floor only), the ambience is beautiful and there is a large aquarium in the middle of the room. Bathroom is very clean and large.

The food has gotten worse and worse. The quality and selection leave a lot to be desired!!! The toilets are in need of renovation. We were very satisfied with the waiter. As regular customers for years, we will not be visiting this restaurant again for the time being.
