Good big buffet. Lots of choice, including something for vegetarians. A highlight was the soft ice cream machine 🥰 We'll be back.

I had dinner with my family at the Asiapalast in Offenbach for the first time. Very nicely designed ambience with a lot of space. The friendly staff immediately came to us to assign us a suitable table. What really impressed me is the huge range of different dishes. No matter what I tried, everything tasted excellent. The price-performance ratio for the huge range of food is absolutely top. Conclusion: absolutely recommended.

The Asiapalast Offenbach is a renowned restaurant that offers a diverse selection of authentic Asian dishes. The menu includes Chinese, Mongolian, Japanese and Thai cuisine, served both à la carte and buffet style. Sehr schöne optische Akzente. Gut gefülltes Buffet, aber die Qualiät, Ausser Huhn u Pilze aar viel 4. klassiges Zeug da. Was grillen lassen, gute Idee, aber es verbrannte ja alles, was sich Rindfleisch nannte. ist man fertig, gehts schnell ans bezahlen., nee Massenabfertig.

There is a robot with loud music that brings the plates to the table. The women's toilet was an imposition that evening. After that it was one of those things with the food. The ice cream scoop is standing in water that should have been changed long ago. I enjoyed being there for a while. That has been resolved with today's experience.

We've been coming here for Christmas for years and have never had any problems. But today it was the height. The service was bad and the waiter really didn't feel like it and was also very annoyed with everyone and insulted us when we pointed out that he had brought the food to the neighboring table instead of to ours. Not again!!!

Here you find a pleasantly specific Asian atmosphere, I was not so pleased with the food although I love Asian dishes, the food trays are almost empty and the grilled dishes are way too burnt.

It was my first time here and unfortunately I can't say much good things. It starts with the fact that I wasn't greeted warmly when I went in and had to sit where the waitress wanted even though many of the tables were empty. Then we were asked what we would like to drink and when the waitress came to serve us the drink it was put on the wrong table so we had to go there to pick up our drinks from the neighboring table. The buffet was quite good and there are no disadvantages. When I wanted to go to the toilet O my God!!!! It didn't look like a restaurant, but more like a main train station, everywhere on the floor, the toilets were all clogged, everything was smeared, there was absolutely no hygiene and I had completely lost my appetite. So I will never enter this restaurant again!!! 2 stars because of the buffet

Attention parking rip-off: No barrier at entry and exit. You couldn't see that parking fees were charged here. I didn't even see a machine for paying. Now a bill for 55 euros arrives. The last time I ate here was.

We thought about coming here for dinner at short notice. Very large selection, very tasty and enough space for everyone. You can watch and walk in peace without the next person stepping on your toes. A cute robot brings you the grilled selected food to the table (ground floor only), the ambience is beautiful and there is a large aquarium in the middle of the room. Bathroom is very clean and large.

The food has gotten worse and worse. The quality and selection leave a lot to be desired!!! The toilets are in need of renovation. We were very satisfied with the waiter. As regular customers for years, we will not be visiting this restaurant again for the time being.

It wasn't really 'all you can eat'. After 3 hours the waitress came to us and rudely said that 'customers are usually supposed to leave after 3 hours', even though that wasn't stated anywhere and no one had pointed it out to us at the beginning. That was very unpleasant

The food was actually pretty good so far, the only thing that wasn't so good was the sushi because the rice didn't taste that good. But otherwise really great and the cat robot that can bring your food to the table was really cute.

The food was cold, the quality of the fish was very poor and it was not cooked well. The service employee was disrespectful and very rude when dealing with customers. He raised his voice and wanted to argue with customers and attack them in the restaurant. You can never go back to a place where you don't feel respected and valued by the employees visit. We have €58 for just Two plates of cooked food without taste... and it doesn't deserve 1 star... I don't advise anyone to ever visit and eat there because you will only leave this restaurant disappointed

It is cooked every day in one direction - Confiniens products 95%. You should regularly make the food offerings at the buffet more varied! Was there on a Sunday. Parking lot behind the restaurant. You could just drive on it. Only when driving out did you notice that you had to pay. Ok, bad luck. I thought there would be a ticket of 20-30 euros. But 55 euros is usury and a rip-off. Bad luck for the restaurant. That's why I probably won't come again.

We ate there on Friday evening in a group of 16 people, some dishes had been on the buffet for a long time and were not fresh and tasty, although many dishes were missing, the waiter got angry, argued and refused to add the missing dishes in the buffet " Eat what's left, since the restaurant is half empty there's no reason to add anything to the buffet. Because there is no one who can eat everything” – a humiliating and rude answer from the manager.

As a family, we go there for birthdays every time

It is a typical Asian restaurant. It has a good price until 2:30 p.m. (€13.50), and a little more expensive after that time (€21) but in this case it has many more dish options.

I found the food very nice. Unfortunately the service is quite unfriendly. Me and 2 friends ordered a dish while one of us chose the buffet, we didn't eat anything from each other. At the very end we tried some of their ice cream, like you do when you try someone else's food. Someone came to us and took our spoons without saying a word. We then felt totally watched. Besides, she didn't bring us any food or anything, it was really just a one-time try

We recently visited this restaurant. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and it was very hot and stuffy. The service also left something to be desired: one of the employees was unfriendly and watched us eat, which was quite unpleasant. Despite these shortcomings, we will definitely come back because the food was very tasty and the selection of dishes was really large. It is worth noting that the restaurant asks you to finish everything on the plate. A flyer on the table states that the restaurant has the right to charge €5 for every 200g of uneaten food.

We eat there quite often as a family and have always been treated well. However, today there were three of us and we were the only guests asked to pay before eating. After a while we ordered another bottle of water, which the waitress then brought to us and explained that we can pay for it later. However, a few minutes later she interrupted us and asked us to pay for the water. (We were there less than two hours total). It's a shame, because there was no reason to be suspicious of us. We observed the same service during our visit. She did not ask other guests to pay in advance. We are very disappointed.

I wanted to pick up a TooGoodToGo portion today. Pick up time was between 2:15 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Due to various circumstances, I wasn't there until 2:32 p.m. The door was open, the waiter came to me very unfriendly and just said that there was nothing left. When I said that I wanted to get a TGTG portion, he became even more unfriendly and just pointed to his employees, who were all eating with pleasure. Ice cream as dessert is not recommended. I used to come here very often to eat. Now i am very disappointed. The food is not fresh. And the taste is not the same. I will not come here again. I hope they will change something.

I always enjoyed going there and many families celebrate there. But the last two times the quality of the meat was no longer what it was before and the women's toilet was not clean and no hand paper was refilled. But paying €110 in parking fees for incorrect information from the staff and then claiming it wasn't the case... It's like a Thai massage, nails... popping up like mushrooms and then raising prices for not very good work. Sorry, it's the last time I've visited this restaurant!

Great restaurant, delicious food, I recommend it

For someone who doesn't go to restaurants with Asian cuisine, the price is ok and the flavors match. Anything that can give you a taste of what Asian food has to offer. The atmosphere on a Saturday evening is so-so, the crowds, the bustle, everything disappears in the blink of an eye, longer waiting times for grilled dishes. For me it's not crazy. But as in life, there are as many flavors as there are people. I know better Asian flavors, but I recommend Asia Palast.
