Am Anfang waren wir überrascht, dass das Buffet fast 10€ teurer war. Wir mussten uns schnell entscheiden, ob wir das Buffet oder andere Speisen wollten und ob wir bar oder mit Karte bezahlen wollten. Wenn man länger als 2,5 Stunden bleiben möchte, muss man auch mehr bezahlen. Aber wenigstens waren die Getränke am Ende im Preis inbegriffen. Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber für 29,90 pro Person kann man ein viel leckereres Essen mit Suppe haben und weniger bezahlen.

The Asiapalast is part of a shopping center and there are sufficient parking spaces on site. Reservations via Google work easily and are highly recommended for Sunday lunchtime. The modern, open-plan restaurant offers tables for 2 to 20 people. The audience is... very mixed. The quality of the AYCE part is good, and that of the meat and fish for the Teppanyaki grill is actually very good. The food from the teppanyaki grill is brought by a serving robot. This has two disadvantages: it takes longer and the food is no longer as hot. And again and again I have to watch as guests take various plates from the robot before they discover the one with the number clip on their table. I prefer not to imagine when Thorben-Alexander or Vladimira last washed their hands. In addition, after taking down their designated plate, the guest must confirm this again on the robot's display. But this only works if it is known and the display is facing the guest. Neither is the case here, and the dedicated service has to spend a lot of time making up for the gaps in knowledge and etiquette. Conclusion: Very good AYCE offer with a service concept that is not yet fully developed. Der Asiapalast ist Teil eines Einkaufszentrums, Parkplätze gibt es in ausreichender Zahl auf dem Gelände. Die Reservierung via Google klappt problemlos, und ist Sonntagmittag auch durchaus zu empfehlen. Das modern eingerichtete Großraumlokal bietet Tische für 2 bis 20 Personen. Das Publikum ist... sehr gemischt. Die Qualität des AYCE-Teils ist gut, die von Fleisch und Fisch für den Teppanyaki-Grill sogar sehr gut. Das Essen vom Teppanyaki-Grill wird von einem Servierroboter gebracht. Dies hat gleich zwei Nachteile: Es dauert länger, die Speisen sind nicht mehr so heiß. Und immer wieder muss ich beobachten, wie Gäste diverse Teller vom Roboter nehmen, bevor sie den mit der Nummernklammer ihres Tischs entdecken. Ich mag mir lieber nicht vorstellen, wann Thorben-Alexander oder Vladimira sich zuletzt die Hände gewaschen haben. Darüber hinaus muss der Gast, nachdem er seinen designierten Teller heruntergenommen hat, dies noch einmal auf dem Display des Roboters bestätigen. Das funktioniert aber ausschließlich dann, wenn es bekannt ist, und das Display dem Gast überhaupt zugewandt ist. Beides ist hier nicht der Fall, und der engagierte Service muss viel Zeit dafür aufwenden, die Wissens- und Benimmlücken auszugleichen. Ein gutes Angebot an Fisch Fleisch und Sushi . Geschmacklich „Mainstream Konform“. D.h keine Gaumenfreuden aber alles im Bereich gut. Preislich passt das absolut.

Unnecessarily expensive on certain days, but otherwise fine.

This review only has one point because of the terribly ugly outdoor area on the side of the street and sidewalk next to the restaurant. While everyone is talking about doing more for nature, greening open spaces and offering nature more space, every last small plant in front of the Asia Palace is being destroyed with plant poison. (I saw it being sprayed today.) What emerges is a dead, desolate mulch area that I wouldn't let a dog live on if I had one. Why don't you take an example from the many other places in Langen where green bushes or ground-cover plants are planted? The outdoor area would also look inviting. ... I don't spend any money on toxic spills.

Very spacious restaurant from the small chain in Langen. The food here is of high quality. Buffet is tidy and always filled. A special service robot that travels through the aisles and brings food from Mongolian grills. Service is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is our favorite in the Rhine-Main area ahead of Hanau, Offenbach and Aschaffenburg.

If someone is looking for a good Asian restaurant with a buffet I can say this is a very good place

I reserved this place for my friend birthday we were 3 people for 16:00 we got there everything was good atmosphere and food, but the main issue was the asian lady working there, she said we had to leave the table at 17:00 on which i showed her that i reserved it for 17:30-18:00 and she said no no it's always been like this, we couldn't understand what she meant by that so we go to another lady and she explained the changing price on which we said we didn't had problem in paying more but because she was rude and didndidn't give us the option to pay more we decided to leave at exact 17:00, the funny part is as we were paying, the same lady was expecting a tip and got angry as we paid the exact amount.

Really very good for an Asian buffet. The price-performance ratio is right. We were invited to Easter brunch several times by our parents and there was always enough choice for everyone. Whether vegetarian or meat or fish or seafood, there was something for every taste. The quality has not diminished in the many years we have been guests here. The service is very attentive and is supported by a small robot that brings you the freshly prepared dishes.

The selection at the buffet is huge and everything I tried was very tasty. The service was friendly and the service robot was a real highlight. He can even sing a birthday song :)

The food was really difficult to get down, except for a maki roll (sushi). The soy sauce was so salty that you couldn't dip the sushi properly without having to pour out a glass afterwards. The drinks are of course particularly expensive... so if the food makes you so thirsty, you drink enough again and the shop makes money. The only thing edible were the orange slices, which weren't even properly peeled off. For over €30 (including drinking) that's an indictment. It didn't taste any better than at a fast food chain. That was my first and last time here.

Very nice large Asian restaurant. Everything was well organized, everything was always refilled straight away and very clean. Large selection with all you can eat quantity, especially fresh and quickly prepared. A gag is the little robot that brings the prepared sprinkles. No chance on the weekend without a reservation unless you want to wait outside for 40 minutes - controlled entry! As a result, the large number of guests lost their hectic pace. Children up to 12 years old are only allowed to go to the buffet if accompanied! Very good price/performance ratio top 👍

On a Saturday evening (after the early cinema) the place was "full" - we had to wait for seats. Where many people eat, the servings at the buffet are good and everything always seemed fresh to us. We were particularly missing signs that identify the dishes. Expecting beef and getting liver is not good even for those who like liver :(. How do I recognize the soups and where were the dumplings? Are they mushrooms (vegetarian) or seafood (allergic)? Unfortunately, the self-assembled and freshly prepared meal was "suboptimal", the beef (?) was tough to the point of being inedible. A beer is a big beer - a small glass probably needs to be mentioned separately.

Top shop. There is nothing comparable in the area. Top clean. Always refilled straight away. Costs a little more. But it's worth it. The Fischteke doesn't get any better. Staff very friendly. Parking in front of the door.

It used to be better. The prices were increased at the beginning of the year, but since then the price and performance are no longer quite in proportion. I was last there on Saturday around lunchtime. It was quite crowded. The table service was good. The food at the buffet was not replenished in a timely manner. The crispy duck was not crispy but rather steamed.

A beautiful place and worth a visit, quiet and places for children to sit

When my parents were there for the first time, they were very happy, so I decided to go with them today to celebrate my sister's (7) birthday because she really wanted to celebrate there. Of course we accepted their request and reserved a table. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. Since we were still waiting for two people, we pointed this out to the nice lady who was chatting very friendly with my little sister. I was really surprised because my sister is rather shy, but she must have felt very comfortable there. All well and good... When the expected people arrived, we immediately ordered drinks and went to the buffet and took our portion with anticipation :) Unfortunately, some dishes were not as expected, e.g. the squid rings or something similar were not enjoyable, as was the duck meat. After just a few bites I noticed that my stomach was reacting strangely, which is why I disappeared into the toilet area. I didn't think anything of it, okay, so I took a break. When I felt a little better, I thought okay, I'll get sushi from the buffet and, after a short relaxation, dessert. But I noticed again how bad my stomach was feeling and disappeared back into the toilet area. Tonight at home I'm just looking for the toilet and can't get any rest because I also have a stomach ache... So in short everything is fine and dandy except I couldn't tolerate the food, as did two other people from our group... Once and never again ....

All in all okay. A large selection of food, but unfortunately only the fresh from the wok is really edible. Everything else was greasy and not entirely fresh. The service was mostly a disaster, unfriendly and stressed. You don't even dare to ask for a drink. The price is very expensive, but where not more. The ambience: big store, very loud. Tables are very close together and if someone wants to go to the buffet, the rest of the row has to stand up. Otherwise centrally located, lots of parking spaces.

Went to this restaurant on Friday February 23,2024 for lunch. First thing First, decor of this place stunning, reflecting true Chinese culture. Place was clean and tidy and staff was friendly. As far food is concerned, I didn’t like the food very much except live grilled items. All other dishes were just as any Chinese restaurant in town. Lots of fried and oily items on menu. Still I recommend to try at least one time.

Never again. Only the decoration is good. Update 5/23. I tried again and it was actually quite good. The place is pretty anyway, the service is relaxed and the food is much better with lots of salmon and sushi. I didn't try the barbecue but it looks ok too. Not exactly cheap. Therefore now 4 stars, I think it's fair. Keep it up ! Update 2024. Tried barbecue this time, unfortunately. Burnt and fried to death, inedible. All the dishes on the grill looked exactly the same. I have no idea what the chef was thinking. Not acceptable at €30/head with a drink. A pity.

Been to many different Chinese restaurants, and this tops my experience (in all aspects) so far. Customer service means a lot to us, and the warmth we received from the entrance here was the first giveaway👌🏾. Food was 💯, ambience 💯 and let's just say it is now a regular affair for us! 🫶🏾 I hope they'll offer hot pots soon....that's something I miss from dinners with former colleagues

Completely overwhelmed staff and understaffed. The waitress was completely overwhelmed with the drinks orders. According to the school grading system, food was a 5 with a big minus. Food selection is very limited, poor quality. The card reader had no real function, so I had to pay fees at the nearest savings bank to pay my bill. Due to the circumstances, my partner had to wait at the table and was treated rudely and was rudely reminded several times not to leave the restaurant, of course this is of course still expected On Valentine's Day you should be treated more politely, especially since you have to pay anyway, personally it hurt my heart that my partner was treated like that. The waitress was very rude and not really present. Staff kept several pregnant women waiting and did not offer a chair. In terms of price, it's a disgrace to charge so much for so little, around €25 for little choice and then not even good food. Personally, I think that the Asiapalast has deteriorated greatly in terms of quality, service and atmosphere, so I don't recommend this restaurant.

Food was good. But the environment was uncomfortable with uncontrolled temperature and very loud music all the time. Also, the staff is not friendly or cooperative enough to enjoy time to the fullest.

Food is standard but tasty. The restaurant needs some cosmetic repairs (partially held together with tape). All you can eat is relatively expensive! Still recommended!

I celebrated my 55th birthday here with my family for a lunch buffet. Everything is great, a great location and the buffet is a dream. Here it is also ideal for children and a barrier-free restaurant. With a large parking lot.

Before the regular comments I would like to recommend you to BE CAREFUL with the following situation. We came for the middays lunch but we stay a little bit longer, at the time to pay it was like 10 minutes after the time when they change the prices for the evening food. Even we started and we stay most of the time in the lunch time we were charged more expensive as a evening time. I realized to late when I was gone. It is sad that for a couple of euros they will not get a recurrent customer. The weiteres knew what she was doing and that we were all the time in the middle day lunch because her strange reaction when she gave me the bill it was what it keep in my mind until later I realized why. It is sad to treat the customers like that for just a couple of euros extra. The food was ok, they have plenty of options the Ambiente is full Asian, and you can come with big group of people

Despite a reservation, the store was so overcrowded that after waiting 20 minutes in the cold and calling the store several times, we went home.

Wir essen des Öfteren im Asiapalast Langen und wurden bisher noch nie enttäuscht. Was jedoch schon mehrfach vorkam, war der teilweise noch rohe Fisch und rohe Garnelen beim Anbraten der selbst zusammengestellten rohen Lebensmittel. Aber alles in allem kann man hier super essen und wird immer sehr freundlich empfangen.

Ich liebe es hier essen zu gehen! Personal ist sehr nett, das Essen natürlich lecker, kommen immer wieder gern hier her 😃

Ist was es ist, ein Großraum All-You-Can-Eat Restaurant mit weitgehend asiatischen Speisen. Qualitativ leider nicht auf dem Niveau anderer vergleichbarer Restaurants. Einige Speisen sind trotz Warmhalteplatten kalt und die Gerichte schmecken sehr ähnlich. Zu teuer für die Qualität, aber aufmerksamer Service.

Sehr sehr voller Laden, aber für eine All you can eat Buffet ja nichts neues. Man musste etwas auf die Bedienung warten und das Essen war leider nicht so warm wie gehofft. Tepanyaki BBQ hat nicht lange gedauert und war schnell am Platz.

Auswahl ist für den Preis in Ordnung und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Bedienung höflich und stets bemüht. Etwas hektisch und laut wenn es voll ist. Es schallt alles sehr laut. Preis Leistung wie bei anderen auch. Ich persönlich finde es etwas teuer für die Auswahl des Buffets. Werde aber bestimmt wiederkommen.

Der Service ist hier schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Restaurantleiterin ist sehr aufmerksam und schaut das sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Sämtliche Speisen sind frisch. Auch das, Tiramisu das täglich frisch in eigener Herstellung zubereitet wird ist sehr lecker. Unser Kellner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rundum ein toller Palast. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. *****

Große Auswahl und frisches Essen. Es wird ständig aufgefüllt, auch wenn es schon spät ist. Ideal für Gruppen mit verschiedenen Geschmäcken. Vegan ist auch kein Problem. Gerne wieder. 🥰

Das Essen vom Buffet war sehr lecker. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Man konnte sich auch etwas braten lassen. Es ist sehr groß, da es voll war, war es auch sehr laut. Trotzdem war es schön und ich würde wieder hin gehen.

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal hier, 1x Mittags und einmal Samstag Abend. Ein schönes frisch renoviertes Restaurant. Typisches Asia Buffetrestaurant mit großer Auswahl. Das Restaurant war ziemlich voll am Abend, hat sich aber gut verteilt. Anstehen musste man nicht. Das Buffet wurde ständig aufgefüllt sodass nichts ausging. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut. Natürlich kann man in so einem großen Buffetrestaurant keine Spitzenqualität erwarten. Aber alle Speisen machten den Eindruck frisch gekocht worden zu sein. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend bei dem wir in schönem Ambiente gut gegessen haben.

Essen war leider teilweise kalt und die Sushiauswahl gering - war aber mittags, wir probieren es bei Gelegenheit noch mal abends. Positiv- wir durften unsere hund mitbringen, man hat uns etwas weiter vo Buffett plaziert, aber das finde uch vollkommen ok - für die anderen Gäste und meinen Hund.

Ein Besuch im Asiapalast Langen ist ein Erlebnis. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an zubereitetem Essen, Salat, Obst und zusätzlich noch Fisch und Fleich, was man braten lassen kann. Zudem gibt es einen Schokobrunnen, der den Kindern und Erwachsenen Spaß macht.

Von der Einrichtung her super. Leider ist der Boden sehr dreckig. (Älterer Schmutz). Essen war ziemlich kalt. Der Kinderstuhl ungepflegt.Sehr schade.

Gut besucht zeugt von Qualität . Riesige schmackhafte Portionen. Da kann sich so manch einer was abschauen. 👍

Der Ort ist sehr schön, geräumig . Der Service war nicht genau der Beste, da die Kellnerin alle 5 Minuten bei uns war, als ob sie uns raus schmeißen wollte. die Qualität des Essens..mmh naja,Ich habe besser gegessen. Das Frittierte ist zu ölig, der Reis ist hart.mmh könnte schon besser sein.

Mittagstisch zum tollen Preis, mit reduziertem Angebot. Aber immer noch vollkommen ausreichend.

Ich habe einen Tisch für 2 reserviert. Man kann einen Tisch für 90 Minuten reservieren. An dem Haupteingang eine nette Dame hat uns empfangen und zu unserem Tisch geführt. Der Laden ist sehr sehr groß, wunderschön dekoriert und beleuchtet. Es gibt große Buffet mit Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Süßigkeiten. Es gibt auch Theke mit raw Fleisch und Fisch,was man grillen lassen kann. Man bekommt am Tisch Teller mit Klammern. Auf dem Klammern findet man die Tisch-Nummer. Man nimmt einen Teller mit dem Klammern, stellt drauf Fleisch oder Fisch und gibt den Teller zu den Grillmeistern. Einer Roboter hat uns ein paar Minuten später unser Essen gebracht. In der Zwischenzeit kann man selbst zu dem Buffet gehen und was holen. Das Essen hat mir sehr geschmeckt und ich werde wieder gehen. Preis pro Kopf ungefähr 23 Euro ohne Getränke.

Also war überrascht von der guten Essens Qualität, hätte nicht damit gerechnet. Der Service ist wie zu erwarten in solchen Restaurants nicht der beste aber das Essen war lecker. Kann man mal machen…..

Ein unerwartet gutes Buffet. Große Auswahl, sehr gut zubereitet und alles sauber / ansprechend. Das Personal war absolut freundlich.

Sehr grosses Restaurant, was bei voller Besetzung schon schnell ungemütlich wurde. Das Buffet ist von hoher Qualität und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Da hat man eher das Problem, dass man nicht alles bei einem Besuch probieren kann und somit ist man fast "gezwungen" mehrfach dort hin zu gehen. Für den Preis der aufgerufen wird, kann man sich etwas gönnen. Dazu kommen eben noch die Getränke. Also Preis Leistung ist angemessen. Auch Service und Sauberkeit ist nicht zu beanstanden. Wenn einem die Gemütlichkeit nicht wirklich wichtig ist, dann kann ich es uneingeschränkt empfehlen hier zu speisen.

Hatten das Mittagsbuffet. Die Auswahl ist kleiner als abends Qualität ist okay. Teilweise war das Essen lauwarm bis kalt.
