We have tried Asiapalast's lunch buffet and it really filled our hearts and tummies. They offer an array of cuisine selections with an affordable price. So, I am totally satisfied for the price per food experience. From delicious Asian starters like spring rolls, crab rolls, dumplings, giyozas, sushi, maki roll to warm soups, fried ducks, noodles and fried rice...they have everything for every kind of tastebud. They also offer live grill corner where guests can have their freshly grilled seafood and meat platter, served by a robot waiter! In addition to various dessert items, they also have chocolate fountain and ice cream corner. Overall, it was a nice weekend lunch experience.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly compared to a year ago. I can no longer recommend it.

Our visit to this restaurant was a mixed experience overall. The food was consistently excellent: the variety of dishes and the high quality of the food impressed us, and the attractive decor also created a special ambiance. However, the service marred this positive impression. While the welcome was polite, it came across as arrogant and made the guests feel like mere numbers. The service was also sometimes impersonal, often lacking a warm touch. It's regrettable that the outstanding cuisine was somewhat overshadowed by these unprofessional service elements. Nevertheless, it remains a place where you can enjoy a delicious meal if you're willing to overlook the minor shortcomings in the service.

However, on November 8th, I had an unpleasant experience at the takeaway buffet: A staff member addressed me in Chinese and watched very closely what I was putting in my to-go box. I didn't feel welcome at that moment, even though I paid normally, just like all the other guests. I hope that such situations will be avoided in the future so that all guests can feel treated with equal respect.

We've been there several times before. Until now, we've had no complaints; the food and quality were good, as was the service. Some dishes are only lukewarm, which is unavoidable at a buffet. However, today we were disappointed. We arrived at 5:30 pm and were served promptly. After we had our drinks, no one came to our table to order more. We practically had to ambush the passing waitress to order a drink. The table behind us, apparently belonging to a member of staff, brought everything to us. That's completely unacceptable. Being served jasmine tea in a coffee mug at the Chinese restaurant was also completely inappropriate. The meal we ordered ourselves took a considerable amount of time and consequently arrived at the table piping hot. We definitely felt uncomfortable there today.

Tricky. Of course, you know you can't expect "authentic Asian cuisine" when you go to a restaurant like this. It's more like a canteen geared towards profit and throughput. Complete with the corresponding smell, unbreakable plastic plates, and the request to "keep your cutlery" when clearing the table. Everything seems fine on the surface, but ultimately feels a bit neglected and worn. The waitress is efficient and professionally friendly. The restroom is superficially clean. Many of the small dishes are definitely from the convenience food aisle at Metro or Selgros. Almost all the desserts probably are too. They taste like it, and some dishes are simply unappetizing. Even the soy sauce is kind of... odd. Many dishes are smothered in the same sauce and taste the same. At that point, it almost doesn't matter that the labels on the buffet aren't always accurate. Since you read "very clean" here: take a look under the rotating trays on the tables! There you'll find all the accumulated food, chopsticks, napkins, everything that's accumulated over the past few weeks. At least. Extremely disgusting. The fortune cookie says: "Rejoice, you have a wonderful opportunity." Great.

The restaurant is spacious and the all-you-can-eat buffet itself is good. Unfortunately, our evening was severely disrupted by an unappetizing incident at the next table: A family used the restaurant's plates to dispose of their child's used diapers. Such behavior is not only inconsiderate but also extremely unhygienic and completely ruined our appetite.

The food was sooooooo bad!!!!! They didn't refill it, and what was left was freezing cold!!!!! The waitress asked me when I was paying if I enjoyed my drink, and I told her I did. Her response was, "Well, if it's not busy, they don't refill it, and then it just gets cold!" What a nerve 😡😡😡 Last year it was great. We were so happy, but so disappointed!!! We won't go back. And for that price, they open at 5:30 p.m., and we were there at 6 p.m.!

I enjoyed everything; I stuffed myself like a pig, sorry to say. Surprisingly, I didn't feel bad about it. Desserts and fruit are also available. Price: €25, all-you-can-eat. This price is only available between 3 and 5 p.m. I recommend stopping by for a good meal.

Well, I don't even know where to start. The beer tastes like beer from a 29-cent can. Definitely not a brand name beer. The breaded stuff was absolutely terrible. The sushi was so-so. The fresh meat counter would be better if they didn't throw everything on the grill together (different cooking times). The quality is terrible. I've been there once and never again. I think Weiterstadt is better, even if it's only slightly better.

With so many different dishes, there was something for everyone. The service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was also very stylish and pleasant. It's almost identical in design to the Asia Palast in Weiterstadt, but the restaurant here in Langen is larger. Just like in Weiterstadt, there's also a robot cat that serves you. I would recommend the place and come back again.

Less than 20 minutes have passed since my visit to Asia Palast, and I'm already writing a review because it was so unbelievably bad! Even the one star I have to give is one too many, because I've never eaten such inedible food before! Three of us visited the all-you-can-eat restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. Upon entering, we didn't feel welcome – the service was unfriendly and seemed more annoyed than hospitable. Before we had even sat down, we were asked to order our drinks. The food itself was the next big disappointment. Many dishes seemed poorly presented and not fresh. The chicken was particularly shocking – some of it was undercooked, which is not only unappetizing, but also a health risk. The buffet selection was also anything but convincing: Many warm containers were empty, sauces were watery and bland, and the supposed "highlight" – the chocolate fountain – was a complete disaster. The chocolate was dried out, lumpy, and looked as if it had been sitting there all day. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a high priority here either. The floor of the buffet was sticky, and the ladles were smeared. Furthermore, our used plates simply remained on the table throughout our entire visit – no one came to clear them away. This not only created a lack of space, but also reinforced the impression of disinterest and a lack of organization. What makes the whole thing particularly annoying: The prices are completely exorbitant for what's on offer. You pay a premium, but get nothing in return except frustration and disappointment. In total, you pay €25.90 per person for the all-you-can-eat menu, plus drinks, which I think is far too high given the circumstances. Value for money? Disastrous. Conclusion: Anyone who values ​​fresh food, clean service, and a pleasant dining experience should steer clear of the Asia Palast. There are certainly numerous alternatives in the area that are far more valuable. For us, one thing is certain: This was our first and definitely our last visit.

Simply fantastic! Even with children. Very friendly service, great drinks (e.g., the house-made lemonade), and so much to choose from! My little grandson loved the koi carp and the glass dragon. I especially enjoyed the tastings and snacks, as well as the hospitality.

I highly recommend the Asia-Palast. Anyone who manages to maintain the quality and quantity of the buffet during happy hour can only be doing well. I didn't try the grill, but for those who like exotic things: Try it! Crocodile, ostrich, etc., and seafood all looked very nice. And always leave some room at the end for sweet things—and the green dumplings are sweet, by the way... if the baked bananas are too sweet for you and the cakes and ice cream too European. Dear AsiaPalast Team, We have been regulars at your restaurant for over seven years and have always brought our two dogs (calm mixed breeds, about knee height). They discreetly lie under the table, barely visible or heard. This has never been a problem before; we even always had the same seat. Our last visit was all the more disappointing: Suddenly, we're only supposed to sit in secluded seats, practically second-class guests, just because we have dogs with us. Frankly, we find this unfair and disrespectful. What particularly annoys us is that while our well-behaved dogs are considered a nuisance, children are allowed to dig their fingers into the buffet, play loudly in the restaurant, or jump around without being bothered – and neither parents nor service staff intervene. Apparently, there are strict rules for animals, but none at all for children. This double standard is completely incomprehensible to us. We'd like to emphasize that we have nothing against children—we raised them ourselves, and they knew how to behave in a restaurant. But when dogs that behave quietly are discriminated against while other misbehavior is ignored, it's simply not fair. After this experience, we're seriously questioning whether we even want to visit your restaurant in the future. We can only advise every dog ​​owner to avoid AsiaPalast while this new rule is in place. It's a real shame that you treat regulars like this after all these years of loyal visits. The buffet is very extensive. The restaurant itself could use a little renovation here and there.

The food is mediocre at best. Everything is designed for a lot of eating and quantity. Unfortunately, you won't find any quality here. Good for kids. Far too expensive for adults on a Friday night. Better to go a la carte for €29. Drinks are extra.

Asia-Palast has declined significantly – but the prices haven't. Rolled sushi hasn't been available since the pandemic, and now the regular sushi selection has been drastically reduced. There aren't even standard sushi options like avocado maki or nigiri anymore. It also tastes very bland because the rice isn't soured. It doesn't matter whether you come during more expensive times or cheaper ones; the sushi selection is always equally poor. Basically, Asia-Palast only serves greasy and/or fried food.

Went here for the lunch buffet and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The variety is impressive. You’ll find everything from crispy fried items and warm Asian dishes to noodles, rice, and a solid sushi section with many fresh options. The live Mongolian BBQ station is a highlight. You fill a plate with your choice of seafood, chicken, or beef along with veggies, sauces, and noodles. After cooking, your plate is delivered by a robot, which makes the experience even more fun. The dessert selection is just as generous. Soft vanilla ice cream is available, along with more than ten scoop flavors. You’ll also find a chocolate fountain, a variety of mini cakes, colorful jelly cubes, and bite-sized sweets. The restaurant space is large with plenty of seating for groups. It’s also wheelchair accessible, which is a great plus. Considering the quality and variety the value for the price is excellent. The only downside is that the location isn’t central, but it’s absolutely worth the short trip.

Four of us ate at Asia Palast today. After paying the bill, we were kicked out 15 minutes later because we supposedly had a reservation. Out of curiosity, I asked why they couldn't sit at one of the other free tables... the restaurant was at most 1/3 full... and the service was very unfriendly! Generally, I have to say that quantity over quality prevails here... Especially since it's really quite expensive. The meat at the "fresh counter" was like rubber... I won't eat here again. In Frankfurt, you can get much better food and friendlier service for the same price.

I can only comment on the buffet. It's a very limited selection, at least for vegetarians and vegans. In terms of the available dishes, I've rarely eaten worse in many months in various Asian countries (for 1/10 of the already quite exorbitant price).

The place is absolutely outrageous. We had lunch. It should have cost €14.95, but they charged us the evening price of €24.95. They're total scam artists. The service was completely unfriendly. Everyone got gifts, but we didn't; we were probably too young for them and couldn't be taken seriously. Not recommended.

So they lost 10 regular customers today. As I have worked in the catering industry for 19 years myself, a big thank you again to Huan, who handled the situation very well.
