Asiapalast Langen in Langen (Hessen)

Ich war heute im Restaurant Asia Palast Langen und wurde von einem Mitarbeiter unfreundlich behandelt. Die kam zu uns 14:32 und meinte wir dürfen nur bis 14:30 bleiben obwohl wir schon fertig vom Essen sind und schon bezahlt haben (Trinkgeld auch gegeben) ,es waren mehrere Tische auch besetzt und nicht angesprochen ( gleiche Buffet Uhrzeiten wie wir) .Als ich die Chefin das weitergeleitet habe, wurde ich nur kurz abgefertigt und sie schien uninteressiert. Die unfreundliche Behandlung des Personals hat leider den gesamten Eindruck des Essens getrübt, obwohl das Essen eigentlich gut war. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft mehr Wert auf einen freundlicheren Umgang mit den Gästen gelegt wird. Leider war dies nicht mein bestes Erlebnis, weshalb ich momentan nicht sicher bin, ob ich wiederkommen werde.

When we arrived the restaurant was very full. Another visit is being planned. 😍🙂 Update: Unfortunately I have to deduct a few points when it comes to food, our food that we got from the grill has "disappeared" a few times. So we had to get it again. - The grill should be cleaned, no offense meant, but my food was burnt.

Die Auswahl im Restaurant war auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend: Es gab sowohl fertig zubereitete Speisen als auch die Möglichkeit, frische Zutaten wie verschiedene Fleischsorten, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte und Gemüse auszuwählen, die dann von einem Koch zubereitet wurden. Leider ließ die Qualität der Zubereitung zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisen waren entweder zu kurz gegart, sodass sie nicht richtig durch waren, oder sie wurden zu lange gebraten, wodurch sie hart und ungenießbar wurden. Insgesamt hat das Potenzial der vielfältigen Auswahl leider durch die inkonsistente Zubereitung gelitten.

With regard to health, this restaurant is absolutely and definitely not recommended! On November 26th, 2018, my mother (80) contracted food poisoning at the dinner buffet at the Asiapalast in Langen and had to go were taken to Langen Hospital using rescue workers and an emergency doctor. Thank God, my mother recovered from this food poisoning after three days recover. However, the most incredible thing came shortly before leaving the restaurant, when an Asian waiter told me, my wife, my father and our children and grandchildren the following: THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE IN THIS RESTAURANT! ! ! We took our breath away and were absolutely stunned.

Heute war ich von meiner lieben Frau zu einem Festessen eingeladen. Im Asia-Palast kann man da nichts falsch machen. Es war herrlich! Freundliches Willkommen, die Chefin und Mitarbeiterinnen kennen uns ja schon, bevorzugte Bedienung, köstliche Riesenauswahl authentischer chinesischer und mongolischer Gerichte am Buffet - wir waren wiederum rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank dem gesamten Team!

Everything happens super quickly, but you have to realize that with an all-you-can-eat buffet. What was particularly positive was that we asked for a quieter corner and were able to get it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the steamed salmon is highly recommended!

My favorite when it comes to all you can eat, the sushi is more like in the supermarket, but the remaining non-fried dishes are all really very good! If you want to eat your way through half of Asia and don't want to spend a lot of money, you can do it very well here.

This restaurant is very impressive. Online reservation worked great, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is great - maybe a bit loud due to the size, but that didn't bother us. The food and selection are MEGA, if you don't find anything here you won't have an appetite. Everything hot and very fresh. Great, we would definitely like to come back.

This Asian buffet restaurant is highly recommended! The food is incredibly delicious and there is a huge selection of different dishes, desserts and fresh fruits. Everyone will find something they like here. I was particularly impressed by the variety of dishes on offer. The room is very large and offers plenty of space, which is particularly advantageous for wheelchair users. The atmosphere is pleasant and you immediately feel at home. A perfect place for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Absolutely great!

Eight of us came here for an all-you-can-eat dinner. The buffet is really varied: there is something for every taste: sushi, vegetarian dishes, classic Asian dishes and raw pieces that you can have freshly fried. (This works by placing the ingredients on a plate with a marked bracket; the finished dish is then served at your place.) Dessert is also available in all varieties. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Despite the high occupancy, the atmosphere was quite relaxed and pleasant. Thank you for the lovely evening.

It doesn't get any less than that. Since I'm in the I tried it again and again I was disappointed. The barbecue really only tastes like a burnt grill and it looks like everything is just gray. The 'normal' china buffet is poor in selection and quality. Especially with vegetable dishes you can see how bad the ingredients are. a There is a huge selection from sushi to dessert but you can't see any quality. To make this perfect there are no prices at the entrance and the prices on the website are not correct. A dinner buffet and a beer in the evening of the week is €30 and that's really too much.

Unfortunately the price is no longer that interesting...

Top restaurant, food and service

My friends and I went to the Asia Palast for the first time and were thrilled. We were warmly welcomed by Natascha and the rest of the service staff. The buffet had a great selection and the meat and fish were also of top quality. We'd love to come back, it's absolutely worth it!

An all around wonderful buffet. All dishes were always freshly prepared and replenished or served in ideal condition. I was thrilled with the offer and so were many other guests. The service staff was impeccable - friendly, well-groomed and professional. My personal recommendation is the homemade iced tea.

Best Asian food buffet in Langan

The food is very good, the service is nice, but the restaurant is huge, and if there are a lot of people, it creates a chaotic atmosphere. You can reserve your place online and pay by Visa card etc, which is not so obvious in Germany.

We paid 150.40 euros for the lunch buffet for 8 people & a small child. 8 drinks at €3.90 each and the buffet €14.90 per person. I found it positive that there was no penalty fee for uneaten plates.

Best Asia Palace I know. 1. Langen 2024 bad 2. Darmstadt 3. Hanau 2024 ok 4. Weiterstadt is no longer recommended Aschaffenburg still open. Update 2024 Unfortunately it's no longer what it was before Corona. Susi carelessly made it. Finished buffet quality has become poor. But prices increased. Fresh buffet is just OK. All in all, for what it costs now, it's a shame that it's no longer affordable.

We were there during Happy Hour on Friday and loved it. The buffet was fantastic. The soups were nice and I really enjoyed the fried items. In terms of sushi, there were only a few that I really liked such as the tuna and the avocado. You can also choose meats, seafood, and veggies to be grilled and brought to your table. The dessert section was pretty good too with a variety of options, though we couldn't try all of them. Moreover, the decor of the place is magnificent.

Am Anfang waren wir überrascht, dass das Buffet fast 10€ teurer war. Wir mussten uns schnell entscheiden, ob wir das Buffet oder andere Speisen wollten und ob wir bar oder mit Karte bezahlen wollten. Wenn man länger als 2,5 Stunden bleiben möchte, muss man auch mehr bezahlen. Aber wenigstens waren die Getränke am Ende im Preis inbegriffen. Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber für 29,90 pro Person kann man ein viel leckereres Essen mit Suppe haben und weniger bezahlen.

If you've seen one Asia Palace, you've seen them all. The typical all-you-can-eat menu costs €25. The selection is smaller and the furnishings are a bit more worn out than in comparable Asian palaces. Nevertheless, it remains a feast for the whole family. The staff is very nice.

The evening buffet in particular is the best. There is an incredible selection, e.g. different types of sushi, Thai food, Chinese Mongolian, and even typical German asparagus with sauce (during the season). Lots of side dishes, lots of vegetarian options, grill plates that you can put together individually, lots of desserts, and even a soft ice cream machine. I recommend the baked bananas and sesame balls! 🤤 The ambience is very nice, detailed decoration. Clean toilets. The service is always friendly, there is also a robot that serves and plays music 😀 I eat here regularly and am always impressed.

The sushi mix and sashimi were what I enjoyed the most. By the time I tried the Chinese and Thai dishes, I was too full to sample the teppanyaki preparations made by the chef. To top it all off, seeing a robot serve the food was the highlight of the day. I will most certainly revisit if I’m ever in Langen again.

The Asiapalast is part of a shopping center and there are sufficient parking spaces on site. Reservations via Google work easily and are highly recommended for Sunday lunchtime. The modern, open-plan restaurant offers tables for 2 to 20 people. The audience is... very mixed. The quality of the AYCE part is good, and that of the meat and fish for the Teppanyaki grill is actually very good. The food from the teppanyaki grill is brought by a serving robot. This has two disadvantages: it takes longer and the food is no longer as hot. And again and again I have to watch as guests take various plates from the robot before they discover the one with the number clip on their table. I prefer not to imagine when Thorben-Alexander or Vladimira last washed their hands. In addition, after taking down their designated plate, the guest must confirm this again on the robot's display. But this only works if it is known and the display is facing the guest. Neither is the case here, and the dedicated service has to spend a lot of time making up for the gaps in knowledge and etiquette. Der Asiapalast ist Teil eines Einkaufszentrums, Parkplätze gibt es in ausreichender Zahl auf dem Gelände. Die Reservierung via Google klappt problemlos, und ist Sonntagmittag auch durchaus zu empfehlen. Das modern eingerichtete Großraumlokal bietet Tische für 2 bis 20 Personen. Das Publikum ist... sehr gemischt. Die Qualität des AYCE-Teils ist gut, die von Fleisch und Fisch für den Teppanyaki-Grill sogar sehr gut. Das Essen vom Teppanyaki-Grill wird von einem Servierroboter gebracht. Dies hat gleich zwei Nachteile: Es dauert länger, die Speisen sind nicht mehr so heiß. Und immer wieder muss ich beobachten, wie Gäste diverse Teller vom Roboter nehmen, bevor sie den mit der Nummernklammer ihres Tischs entdecken. Ich mag mir lieber nicht vorstellen, wann Thorben-Alexander oder Vladimira sich zuletzt die Hände gewaschen haben. Darüber hinaus muss der Gast, nachdem er seinen designierten Teller heruntergenommen hat, dies noch einmal auf dem Display des Roboters bestätigen. Das funktioniert aber ausschließlich dann, wenn es bekannt ist, und das Display dem Gast überhaupt zugewandt ist. Beides ist hier nicht der Fall, und der engagierte Service muss viel Zeit dafür aufwenden, die Wissens- und Benimmlücken auszugleichen.
