The fact that you can't satisfy 4 people with one order should give you pause. Thanks for your offer of a free order, but unfortunately that doesn't do me any good if the quality is the same. Truly abysmal. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star...! I'm so disappointed, your soups taste of nothing, no flavor, thin as water, very, very bad... normally I should have been paid for eating them... The fried noodles, well, what can I say, tasted of nothing either.... Better find a different chef... or taste the food before serving it....

first and last time we ate there, would not recommend to anyone. Two colleagues and I waited an hour after ordering to find out they forgot to prepare our order, then we had to wait another 45 minutes...almost two hours wasted

My meal was delicious. I had the mango salad and baked chicken with peanut sauce. The staff was very friendly.

I have to say, this restaurant is truly special, and I won't soon forget my visit. Due to a trade fair, I had to stay at the nearby Anor Hotel. I don't know if this restaurant is part of it, but I hope not. So I went into the restaurant, asked if there was a table available for one person, and the answer I got was, "Yes, just sit anywhere." No sooner said than done, I sat there... and sat there and sat there... The first customers went to the bar and wanted to pay... The next customer went to the bar and wanted to order... After sitting there for 15 minutes without a menu, hungry and thirsty, I went somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♂️ I've never experienced anything like this before, and I travel a lot for work, so I'm constantly in restaurants. It's really unnecessary.

My family is already full, and I'm still waiting for my food. If a restaurant with a hotel connection can't handle a rush of customers, then they're out of business.

Food arrived way too late. One dish was forgotten. I feel cheated. Poor communication. Food didn't taste good. Diarrhea. 👎🏼

Ordered for the first time. Waited over 2 hours, called several times and the driver was always “on the way”. Food arrived cold (crispy chicken was just soft dough) and was partly different from what was ordered and other things were missing. Never again..

So admittedly I arrived with low expectations. I stayed at the Aron hotel in Frankfurt with my family of 6. We were tired from driving all day so figured we'd just eat at the hotel restaurant. My expectations were low, but we ordered 6 different dishes including beef, duck, fried chicken, baked chicken and shrimp. Portions were large so as the father I ended up with clean up duty (eating some of the extras from others plates 😃). To my delight every single dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Meats were tender and service was really friendly. Happy to recommend this restaurant to other fellow travelers. No need to go in search of something to eat elsewhere, this restaurant was great.

Frische Zutaten, schnelle Lieferung, leckere Gerichte, auch verschiede vegetarische Alternativen. Die als scharf gekennzeichneten Gerichte haben wir nicht als scharf empfunden. Aber das ist natürlich individuell und Geschmacksache. Alles in allem, wir würden hier wieder bestellen.

Nourriture correcte mais attente très longue, plus d'une heure alors qu'il n y avait pas foule. Un plat a été oublié, obligé de le demander. Pas de carafes d'eau etc..

Online bestellt. Lieferung innerhalb der avisierten Zeit (1 Std). Leider ein falsches Gericht. Zutaten sind frisch. Geschmacklich war das gewählte Gericht maximal Durchschnitt, hier müsste ich nochmal was anderes probieren.

Auf deren Webseite bestellt. Essen kam ca. 20 Minuten später als angekündigt. Qualität ist frisch. Doch geschmacklich Abzüge, da einfach die Gewürze gefehlt haben.
