Great food and great service as well as great prices

Old shop, 1990s charm, menus really germy (haven't been cleaned in years), food mediocre at best, too expensive, and the staff are vaguely unfriendly. I won't be coming back.

We ordered crispy roasted duck—they did have duck, but there was no crispiness at all; it was more like overcooked, and everything tasted very bland and lackluster. I get more for less at the Asian snack bar next door for really good food.

The food and one drink per person came quickly, and then the offers stopped too. The table was cleared while we were eating🤔 No questions were asked if we wanted any more drinks or anything else. Then no one came anymore. Eight people in total in the restaurant and a maximum of eight people outside. So full is something else entirely🙄 We then waited a full 30 minutes for the bill. Only after we had waited at the cash register for our bill were we ripped off. That's not acceptable at all. Prices are rising and the service is getting worse and worse. This definitely needs to be improved.

Very good food and plentiful. The ambience is also well decorated, not overcrowded. The ladies at the service are all very nice and spread a pleasant welcome. We often go on holiday to Lusatia and really enjoy eating out here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We wanted to have a nice evening for two at the Zinwa restaurant for Valentine's Day. To everyone's astonishment, we were unfortunately seated at a table with a strange couple, despite having booked a table in advance. That didn't work at all. The aisles were almost completely lined up with new tables to serve as many people as possible that day. If an emergency had occurred, all the guests would have rushed around. Otherwise it was a little chaotic as always, which we understand given such a popular day for eating out. But unfortunately the food, the crowded atmosphere and the awkward moment of sitting at a table with complete strangers couldn't make up for it. Are very disappointed.

Four days ago there were four of us who ordered a table. We thought the food was very good. Selection takes some time as the menu is very extensive. The service from the 'existing staff' was also very good. However, from temporary workers or new hires, underground. Flabby, talks to you as if you were a friend, sniffed the drinks to see what it was, your bare stomach hung over your pants, which wasn't very appetizing, and when you had questions they were answered with "turn to that person" or "take the plate, otherwise the boss will complain" and an eye roll. We have never experienced anything like this there. Dear Zinwa team, there is a staff shortage everywhere, but with such service staff you are not doing yourself any favors!

The menu was extremely crowded. The selection was good, but it was difficult to make a decision. The dishes we ordered were very tasty. However, the process until you could order and receive the food took 2 hours. The service up until then could have been better. The young lady who served us the food was super friendly.

Food was very tasty, we were there at lunchtime, the duck Canton is highly recommended.

Every visit is a culinary highlight because it always tastes very good! I also tried the tempura rolls and they are very delicious and freshly prepared. I also like to plan family celebrations here. It is only not the right choice for romantic evenings for two, as you sit very close to others and then sit next to large parties or in front of the toilets. Otherwise it's always my restaurant of choice, keep it up!

When I still lived in Weißwasser, I never dared to eat here. But it's now been 22 years since I moved here. In the meantime, my eating habits have also changed. We placed an order online for pickup on Saturday evening at 9:50 p.m. It was the first time I ordered food here. And I have to say that it was damn tasty and the service remained friendly despite the late hour. The following day we decided to eat here again on site. And here too we were greeted and served very friendly. The food was again very tasty and my partner's special request was also fulfilled. Keep up the good work. That's what I call hospitable

I was totally thrilled and honestly can't understand the average rating. The service was super friendly and responded to my special requests in advance. The food was perfect, fresh, seasonal and deliciously prepared. What more do you want. The ambience was absolutely suitable for an Asian restaurant, even the music wasn't disturbing, but rather underlined the whole thing. I can only recommend it.

As we know, tastes are different, but I didn't like it very much. The sauces were all terribly sweet and thick. It was well attended and so many other people seemed to enjoy it. So make up your own mind. A few years ago I went there for sushi. That was really good.

It is a very tasty restaurant, which I highly recommend, as warm as the food is. This place simply saved my life from death.

Unfortunately just average. Unfortunately, price performance only deserves 3 stars. Food was ok. Unfortunately like any fast food restaurant. For 2 people 56 euros each, a drink and main course. Additionally an appetizer. Ambiete was very crowded. Adding folding tables and chairs from the garden accessories doesn't make the ambience any better. Food orders arrived 30 minutes apart (we observed the same thing at the table next door).

Food was very good. Unfortunately the stay was ruined by the poor service. Were there again today. The service is still terrible. Soup inedible. Main course comes almost at the same time as the soup. You sat in the restaurant between two tables and squeezed into one (or so it seemed) Small garden table. It felt like mass processing. Eat away quickly and let the next ones go to the table Never again . Sorry

(03/06/23) _________________________ The restaurant itself is still very nice, in my opinion. In some places you wait longer for your order, but in general it's a normal waiting time. The service, depending on who you catch, is courteous. In my opinion, the quality of the food has decreased a bit, but you can't say that it's bad or anything like that. The atmosphere is actually cozy. I like to go there with several people.

I can only recommend it to be delicious

We were really looking forward to our visit. Had pre-ordered the Peking duck for 6 people and a small child. We also said over the phone that we needed a children's chair. Upon arrival the chair was not prepared. We waited 10 minutes for this and had to ask 3 times. We were given a card to order drinks. Then the soup came before the drinks. We asked for a straw 4 times for the child's juice and at some point got it alone at the bar. We also had to ask again for plates and cutlery for the child. Soup and starter were good. It is difficult to reorder drinks, the employees are not attentive and have no patience. Too much time passes between courses and used glasses pile up on the bar. Some mishaps are also happening around us. 8 people had reserved, so 2 other guests had to move around so that the table could be pushed together quickly. By the fourth course we were already full, so we had it packed up. We only had one menu for dessert and couldn't choose that quickly. There were no new plates between courses, but the leftovers were pushed onto a plate and the old plate was left standing. There were no knives for the main course. Difficult with duck leg. We also had to ask twice about the espresso for dessert. Conclusion: quantity instead of quality... the restaurant is very full and the staff is extremely overwhelmed. At some point you have to send guests away, if it's full, then it's full. It's a shame, it used to be better and warmer.

The mahogany paneling looks a bit dark and is starting to show its age. Fresh and bright colors should be used here. There are too many tables in the room for the size of the restaurant. It was too loud for me. The food, at least this time, wasn't quite as I remembered it, which may have something to do with a different type of fish. But: I was there with our water gymnastics group. It was a lovely evening and the service was really friendly and accommodating. Kudos to these people!

Das essen schmeckt .....keine Frage...aber leider ist das Personal überwiegend maßlos überfordert. Sind immer regelmäßig da und die letzten male nur enttäuscht worden. Essen wurde vergessen , oder es gab Wartezeiten von 45 min auf eine Vorspeise.....Haubtgänge wurden nur teilweise geliefert...leider nur noch enttäuscht 😞

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Restaurant! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Speisen waren allesamt sehr lecker und reichlich Portioniert zu einem fairen Preis! Bei der doch sehr großen Speisekarte ist definitv für jeden etwas passendes dabei! Gerne wieder!

Schönes Ambiente und ne gute Ausstattung günstig auch was nen Parkplatz betrifft Essen war ganz Gut nur ne lange Wartezeit (1h) aber Fr.,Sa und So ist das immer Gut besucht 😉

Mein Mann und ich waren heute das erste mal dort. Einfach nur großartig...die Begrüßung, das Ambiente und erstmal das Essen...perfekt😋 Wir hatten noch nicht mal die Vorspeise leer,da stand schon der Hauptgang auf dem Tisch 🤭 Sehr flinkes, kommunikatives und freundliches Personal..wir haben uns bei dem tollen Ambiente auch sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Im großen und ganzen ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant das wir bald wieder besuchen werden.😋🤗

Mittagsangebot genutzt...super Essen. Reichlich. Okay, der Preis ist teuer als vor 2 Jahren, aber immer noch im Rahmen. Schöne Außenterrasse. Tipp: Nutzt beim Mittagsangebot die Frühlingsrolle...ein Traum und vor allem sehr groß.

Der Familienbesuch endet immer einmal mit dem essen gehen. Wie immer war es sehr lecker. Wor freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächstemal.

Gute Speisenauswahl mit gutem und schnellem Service

Als ich dieses Restaurant betreten habe kam mir direkt ein Gefühl, es war unbeschreiblich ungefähr so wie ein inneres blumenpflücken. Der Service war so nett und die Musik war genau so gut wie die bauwagen Classics. Das Bier mundete mir wie ein frisches Uri aus dem bauwagen das benno Martin krautz frischt öffnete. Müsst ihr wissen

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal da und es war wirklich sehr lecker, wir essen öfter Sushi bzw asiatische Küche von verschiedenen Restaurants und hier war es seit langem echt das beste! Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

vielleicht war es ein ungünstiger zufall, aber unser Tisch war unsauber... aber ansonsten war es hervorragend.. das essen sah super aus, hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Kellnerin war super freundlich.. wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Große Auswahl an asiatischen Speisen und auch Sushi wird in vielen Varianten angeboten. Alles was wir auf dem Tisch hatten war sehr wohlschmeckend. Die Bedienung ist sehr flink und kann sich mit den Gästen in deutscher Sprache unterhalten, nur auf die Rechnung mussten wir etwas länger warten. Wir werden uns sicher bald wieder im "Zin Wa" sehen lassen.

Ich finde jeder der mal in Weißwasser unterwegs oder vorbei fährt, soll Zinwa mal besuchen. Es gibt viel Auswahl an essen. Service ist sehr freundlich und steht immer zur Seite wenn was nicht klar ist.

Ambiente ist sehr sehr schön. Bis auf die Wespen wenn man draußen sitzt aber das ist nun Mal so und pure Natur. 😋 Essen ist auch super lecker und sehr empfehlenswert. Auch sehr lieb das ich noch etwas Reis zu meinem Essen, welches ich mit genommen habe dazu bekam. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich bin ja schon stammgast seit sie das erste mal aufgemacht haben. Und bin immer noch begeistert von der Sauer-Scharf-Suppe. Am liebsten esse ich die (56) Hähnchen gebacken mit Annas süß-sauer.
