Great experience at Asia Palace! The restaurant makes a very inviting impression, everything is clean and well-kept. The food was extremely tasty, and the all-you-can-eat buffet was always freshly replenished. There was a large selection of food, including cakes, ice cream, fresh fruit and even hot chocolate - simply amazing! I was particularly excited that there is not only an all-you-can-eat option, but also an all-you-can-drink option - that's really great! A great value for money. We'll definitely be back!

For me one of the best Asian/Mongolian all you can eat restaurants. Unfortunately the price is a bit high with drinks. And 2 hours to eat is a bit short. I would like 3 hours. Then you don't feel so rushed and you can eat in peace. The staff are all very friendly and the food is prepared and brought to the table quickly. The selection of food is also great. Everyone will find something there.

Unfortunately only three stars. Generally dismantled, cold food, less choice, service takes a long time. Visited again after a long time. Nothing has changed. Food still cold, empty plates and bowls. The taste of the food is mediocre. Selection leaves a lot to be desired. Mass processing Price and performance are far apart.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food at the buffet is fresh and is constantly replenished. In addition, there is not only all-you-can-eat but also all-you-can drink. At first you might think about the price, oh that's a bit expensive, but let's be honest if we go somewhere for a starter, main course, dessert and a drink with it, we're significantly more expensive than here! Great for birthday parties, family trips, business lunches, Christmas parties or even children's birthdays etc. There is also a bowling alley right next door that you can book separately for after or before your meal.

We like to go here to eat from the all you can eat buffet, á la card is also possible. The selection is good and you also have the opportunity to have a dish prepared from your own selection of raw ingredients. When it's full, it's very loud and there's always happy birthday music playing for different guests, which is a bit annoying. The staff is friendly and we always got along well with everything

We were actually always satisfied, but today this one waitress in particular was very rude (a slightly older lady), not only did she constantly give us an unfriendly and reprimanding look, it also said that either EVERYONE was all-u-can-eat- and drink or just the normal buffet without drinking. So much for that, the bill was divided at the table. So we didn't get any remaining money (cash payment), it doesn't matter what amount it is. Our counterparts were not shown how the price was arrived at. All in all, most of the employees have a very unfriendly look.

Too expensive and you won't eat enough

Unfortunately the food was cold and really not tasty at all. I was really very disappointed. If you have any questions about the dishes, we can't help you here because no one really knows German and everyone says they don't know anything... 🙁

One of my favorite Asians for years

We were there on New Year's Eve shortly after 6 p.m. Little staff, too many people. The cook at the grill could hardly keep up, finished orders were left until they were almost cold. The beef was really tough. Otherwise the selection was quite large, unfortunately some dishes were missing because many overindulgent people shoveled their plates to the brim. Half of which usually went back. The visit was anything but comfortable due to the many people and screaming children. Paying took 20 minutes because all the service staff were busy. 3 people buffet, 1 drink each = 96 euros

I actually really enjoy going. Food is always great and service too. Aaab....the many children who start everything and then put it down again. The staff should be more attentive and speak to the parents. That was really borderline last time. For me it doesn't work because of hygiene.

At lunchtime after 1330 hours nothing fresh is added. That's why everything is there...including sushi. Not so good without tepanyaki...but reasonably priced

We met the family there on November 13th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The restaurant was relatively empty, but we still waited a long time for our drinks. The buffet offers a nice selection, as long as everything is filled. The fries were empty, as were the fried potatoes and the fried noodles. It took a long time to refill the containers, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, so we had to grab the rice. Much of the meat was woefully dry and difficult to chew. Exactly 30 hours after visiting the restaurant, I was finally able to call in sick due to a gastrointestinal virus. Another family member that we only met at the restaurant that evening is also currently struggling. We will no longer visit the restaurant and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. We paid over €60 for two people and it wasn't worth it to us. The price-performance ratio is significantly better at other restaurants. Best regards Nicole

The buffet is smaller than usual from other Asian restaurants but the quality is very good. There is also plenty of choice of drinks.

We ate the buffet here with the family. The service is quite good. The ambience is good because it is clean and new. The selection of dishes is large. The quality of the dishes is fine. However, sushi, for example, is not recommended here. My conclusion: You can go out to eat here with the family, but without expecting much! The prices are good 👍

Barrier-free access, easy parking. Service was very friendly, food was great, prices were absolutely reasonable. Ambience very nice. If we come by here again, we'd be happy to do so again.

The food here is really good, always freshly prepared and it tastes simply delicious 😋 We often come here especially from Frankfurt, which is also due to the friendly staff and the atmosphere. We are here probably every 3 to 4 weeks and love it every time. After eating, our little one can look at the fish or ride on the "car" and we can still have a nice chat. Really recommended.

Ich erlebe es, in einem kleinen Imbiss irgendwo in der Stadt weit höhere Qualität zu erhalten, die frisch zubereitet wird vor eigenen Augen. Nichts gegen ein Buffet, solange die Qualität dabei erhalten bleibt; aber dies scheint offensichtlich im Asia Palast nicht zu gelingen! Schade!

We opted for the all-inclusive buffet: €34.90 is a steep price for visitors aged 13 and over, but there is a decent selection and you can also have something freshly grilled. If you like something exotic, you can even try frog legs, crocodile and kangaroo meat. Yes, to each his own taste. And the kids always find something too. The highlights are of course the 8-seater tables with a turntable in the middle

We had lunch here on a Saturday. Unfortunately no sushi was added. There were only two records. The warm mushrooms, otherwise delicious, had no taste. Just like the fried noodles, they weren't seasoned either. There was no salmon for grilling, but the selection was otherwise clear. It's a shame, but this Asian has deteriorated in quality.

Huge restaurant, therefore also very loud, which explains the deduction in the ambience. All-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of choice for €25.90 without drinks on Sunday. Since it is a self-service buffet, the service is not that great. A nice, eager gentleman was in charge of our table and he cleared away the used plates. With drinks it costs over €30 per person. At the "Chinese" in our homeland you can get by with a similar selection on a lower budget.

We went for lunch... Unfortunately the food was more than dead. Overcooked, overfried, overcooked is very true. Everything very dry. Sushi very chewy. I would save it for lunch. The service and the employees are very nice.

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all. - Food was no longer really warm - The pliers for this were VERY hot - The selection goes like this - I liked two or three things like the cheese balls and that they offer energy. Unfortunately that was it. If there is another Asia Palace then only the one in Bobenheim Roxheim.

Everything else has become more expensive now

Good restaurant, food was basically good, only the noodles were partly fried too dark for my taste and the baked banana was a bit "sloppy" Sauces as well as the sushi 🍣 and are to be highlighted here, that was great. Toilets are probably used together with the bowling center. But they were very clean. The serving robot is of course a signature of the restaurant, cool thing.

You can consume food and drink for 2.5 hours. After a few minutes of this time we were asked to leave and we had to pay for mineral water that we had fetched in addition to the flat rate. Impossible!!! This restaurant will never see us again.

Ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung geschrieben, aber zu unserem Besuch dort muss ich wirklich mal ´was sagen: Wir wollten ein Freundestreffen vereinbaren und vorab das Lokal selbst testen, da wir schon oft asiatisch essen waren, jedoch noch nie dort in Neustadt. Das war das Glück für unseren Freundeskreis, denn das wir dort aufgetischt bekamen, war alles andere als akzeptabel! Wir hatten uns für das Buffet entschieden, unsere Kinder sind 13 und 11 Jahre alt. Wir essen zu Hause stets frisch gekocht und vollwertig und erwarten natürlich auch bei einem Restaurant eine Mindest-Qualität. Bei allen vorherigen asiatischen Buffets (Worms, Kaiserslautern, Alzey) war dies auch stets der Fall. Nun - hier im Asia-Palast waren wir total enttäuscht darüber, dass sämtliche Gerichte lauwarm waren und ganz schrecklich nach altem Fett geschmeckt haben. Man konnte nicht einmal geschmacklich ein Reis- von einem Nudelgericht unterscheiden, dies wohl lediglich an der Konsistenz merken. So haben wir den Grill ausprobiert. Hier dauerte es ewig (wobei wir die einzigen waren, die Teller hingestellt hatten), bis die Gerichte an den Tisch kamen, die leider ebenfalls nur nach altem Fett schmeckten. Wir haben wirklich fast alle Gerichte getestet und waren alle vier von jedem enttäuscht (exotische Fleischsorten wie Känguruh, Frosch, etc. haben wir nicht getestet). Da nach einem solchen Besuch natürlich minimum als Familie 100 Euro weg sind, war für uns dieser Reinfall äußerst ärgerlich. Für uns kommt dieses Restaurant auf keinen Fall mehr in Frage!

We had already heard from several people that it was super tasty and so great here. So we thought we would give this restaurant a try. Well the ambience was quite nice and above all very large. On the other hand, the selection at the buffet is rather small. Well, you already have everything you know from starters to main courses to dessert. But just little choice. The taste of the food wasn't very good. For example, there were mushrooms baked with cheese, which somehow didn't taste like anything. The food that you can have fried from the buffet was absolutely inedible because it was totally over salted... We were in this restaurant for the first and last time. We remain loyal to our Chinese restaurant, especially since the prices are not that high.

Friendly service, large selection at the buffet, but everyone at a table has to take the same buffet: either everyone with a drink flat rate or everyone without. I find it less good if you don't drink much.

Compared to other buffets, I found it very varied and tasty, everything looked very fresh. The only thing I would have liked was more variety in the fillings for the sushi. Most of the staff were very friendly. It is highly recommended to go straight to the opening of the evening buffet (5:30 p.m.), as it got a little more crowded around 6:30-7:30 p.m.
