Asia Hung in Leipzig

Apparently, Asian hung food isn't the same everywhere. It's not as tasty in Erfurt as it is here, but unfortunately not here. The meat is very dry, and the spicy sauce here means something different than usual.

The staff really wasn't nice. It took ages for me to be served because the woman was on the phone. I was greeted with an evil look and a what do you want. But the food was quite good.

Please no to the foods here🤢very oily and no taste at all.I asked for a chilly scarf noodle and there was no chilly at all just a oil and taste like sugar.loss of my money🙂🙂so much disappointed 💔

We bought our food there and regretted spending the €7.90 when we got home. At first the cashier is very unfriendly and looks like she is something better and then when you are asked which sauce you would like and instead of peanut sauce they put sweet and sour sauce in the box, you only find out when you get home, which is really cheeky and the box was only half full. In addition, a lot of things had to be checked because we both had to go to the toilet shortly after eating. Once and never again!!!!

I have one Ordered bùn with tofu. In my experience, this is a dish with a lot of fresh salad and raw vegetables. The description also said “with lots of fresh vegetables”. What I got was a pile of rice noodles with tofu and some garnish made from a few raw white cabbage strips and coriander. No other vegetables or salad. Very unfortunate.

The lady working there was very rude and unfriendly. Worst experience ever i had at any restaurant.

I ordered a rice box with vegetables and tofu to take away, but 3/4 of the box only contains rice. When I asked to put sauce in it, I was treated incredibly rudely. For €8 I find this incredibly cheeky!!! After all, I didn't order any rice, I can cook it myself!!

I ordered a vegetarian dish number 8, along with a plate to eat at the table on site. Instead, I was brought a completely different dish, and that too to take away. I sat down to eat, but then a waitress came and turned me out because I was supposedly eating a dish that was meant to be eaten away from home. I tried to explain to her that I had actually ordered a different dish to eat at the restaurant and that the mistake was theirs. But she didn't want to listen to me and just kept repeating the same thing. Ultimately I had to leave.

The service is terrible...we are tourists and they wouldn't let us sit down to eat. The excuse is that because it was expensive it seemed more like discrimination than an excuse... it was very shameless.

Asia Hung is a good address if you fancy Asian cuisine in Leipzig Central Station. Eat The dishes are freshly prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fried noodles and the curry. The selection is diverse, so there is something for every taste. The portions are sufficient and fill you up. service The staff is friendly and works quickly, which is a big plus given the high customer frequency in the station. I wanted to order a vegetable dish and a cola and pay by card. However, the cola was forgotten in the order. So, I asked if I could get the cola separately. I was then told in a very unfriendly manner that I couldn’t pay for a single cola by card. Not even a “sorry” or anything like that—just a very rude tone.

Really very very good. The food is on point and tastes delicious. I don't understand the "bad" reviews and can't confirm this. I'd love to come back!

Definitely not recommended. We ordered boxes to take away and unfortunately the sauces were forgotten for both. Other than that, the taste was below average. Hygiene can also be improved. Card payment is possible, but only from €10.

I don't know if the food is tasty or not, because I didn't even get to try it. Also, the staff is not friendly. The food was handed to me in a plastic bag. In the plastic bag, there was around half a liter of brown sauce (I didn't order a soup, so it must be sauce). The food container, fork and napkins swam in the sauce. The sauce leaked from the corners of the bag and onto my clothes. I guess they just put in way too much sauce and didn't close the container. Since it was impossible to carry the leaking bag any further, unfortunately I had to put it away after a few meters. Now my clothes are stained with sauce and I smell like sauce. Also, I am still hungry.

The food and service were much better and, above all, tastier about 10 years ago than they are today. The service is not always friendly, they try to serve the customer very quickly and get rid of them at the same time. We always take Box 3 to take away or sometimes eat on site. Unfortunately, the tables are often very sticky 🙁 and chopsticks haven't been available for a long time, so eating isn't any fun either. What I noticed 🤔 is that the fried noodles have been very dark for some time and are soaked in a flavor enhancer...looks a bit unappetizing. A few years ago, the food looked just as beautiful as the ordering pictures. The FRESH and crunchy vegetables are becoming less and less, which is a shame. ..but of course it is still recommended for quick hunger😉.

Oh no.. what did I consume? The food was good but... I watched another client pay for her food while I was sitting and enjoying mine. The employee tried holding a euro coin the client was giving. It dropped in one of the sauce containers. And I sat there for a while watching the employee use a ladle to twist and turn and scratch for the coin. She finally took it out. Washed it. She left the sauce there to be continually used. All the employees knew. I now feel disgusted. Those coins are filthy!! I don't know what rating to truly give here

Today we experienced a similar situation to other customers. The food was ok, a bit salty and oily (in my opinion) but the tofu was tasty. We ordered a box and decided to sit down and eat slowly since we weren't in a hurry. There were still a lot of seats available, but as soon as we sat down, we were asked to leave after less than five seconds by a staff member with a very bad attitude (even though there were still plenty of seats available). It would have been better if we had been informed about the regulations in a friendly manner.

Food was okay but the staff (ours was a woman) was really bad. I asked to get my sauce extra because there was no way in and the order was very unfriendly anyway. When we wanted to sit down we were sent away because we had both ordered a box even though the whole store was empty.

Overall, I'm dissatisfied with what I got. I ordered the crunchy duck box there to take away. The waitress gave me used chopsticks, which I immediately had to exchange for a plastic fork. I also had diarrhea 30 minutes after eating the box. Conclusion for me is that I will not order food there again.

As a native Asian, I can say with responsibility that the food was a pure disaster!! inedible and salty, quickly stirred in the pan. I would have to drink a bottle of Coke afterwards. Service was awesome: you told us very unfriendly that you had to put the plates away at the back. I would say there is no law that says you have to put away the dishes after eating? I had a beef dish. Very nicely presented but that was all. Rice was okay but the beef in the sauce tasted very musty or rotten...inedible. I told this to the lady behind the counter and was laughed at. This snack is not recommended!

I ordered a pasta box there for €6.50 and gave the saleswoman €11.50. (a €10 note and €1.50 in coins) Actually I should have gotten €5 back. However, at first I only received the noodle box without my change. When I asked the saleswoman about it, she rudely claimed that I had actually already received my change. In the end she only gave me €3.50 back. I pointed out to her that I had given her €11.50 and should therefore get €5 back. But she was rude again and said that I had only given her a €10 note. Then I left the store without further discussion with her. I then heard clearly how she insulted me in Vietnamese. I have never experienced such behavior before.

Asia Box -To Go is offered there - when I asked for a fork I was told to buy a fork in another store. Such a rude thing! Maybe you chose the wrong profession?

Food (Box 3) a bit tasteless, chicken could have been fried longer, the thicker pieces of meat were partly not cooked through. If you want to sit down at one of the tables with the box to add soy sauce etc., you will be very rudely turned away from the restaurant.

I don't think it's necessary to explain the following situation in more detail because it speaks for itself, no matter the circumstances. It shows the absolutely unfriendly service. Unfortunately just shameful: I kindly asked the employee for a plastic fork to eat with after my friend had bought a noodle box there 1 minute ago. She said she had already given us one. I asked her again for a fork and said we would like to eat together at the same time and share it and would need a second fork for that. Which was also true. 100 plastic forks cost €2.69 online. But I didn't get a second fork. After I accepted this willy-nilly and completely perplexed, thanked me and was about to leave the store, I was mocked and laughed at maliciously by the employee. Mind you, because I asked for a fork with a price of 0.02 cents each!!! At least the food wasn't completely bad. Therefore it gets 2/5. Otherwise the store is a complete disaster.

After arriving in Leipzig we went to Asia Hung in the evening. Ordering and preparing the food was very quick. It was very tastefully prepared. The food was very tasty, hot and very plentiful. The staff were friendly and with a smile on their faces. Since it was a bit open where you sit, it was a bit chilly. If we are in Leipzig again, we would like to come back.

I bought some take out food to eat. No one was sitting down in any chair. When I went to sit down, they said it would cost extra to sit down because I had ordered take out. What the heck???

Food was good, well seasoned and the selection was okay. Service was very friendly, as is almost always the case with Asians. When eating on site, there is a beeper when there is something more going on. Really recommended for a quick dinner on a budget.

The food was good. The host seemed annoyed as we were placing order. Something I noticed and found odd and unwelcoming was that although many people who ordered take away were eating in the restaurant, we were asked to leave. I don't mind eating out but it should have been conveyed properly and you guys being in service sector should know to be polite to customers and there is a way to communicate any instructions! Politeness should be practiced!

Well.....I had ordered Chicken Madras. There were hardly any vegetables on my plate. When I asked, the saleswoman showed me one bean and one mushroom. In terms of taste, I found it to be average....Your sauce was left on the edge of the plate, and the meat (cheap chicken) wasn't really hot either. I would look for something different next time...

There was really ONLY pasta in there. There were two small lettuce leaves in there (to be fair)!!! Wow. But when I look at the responses to all the bad reviews, it's the customer's fault anyway or the customer was "mistaken" in the store. The sad thing is that you don't read the reviews beforehand because when you're stressed out at the train station you just have to buy something quickly and move on. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Leider sehr nachgelassen in diesem Jahr. Sauce und co sind deutlich weniger, ich habe eben eine Box mit Nudeln statt Reis bekommen - obwohl ich klar und freundlich Reis bestellt hatte (in Halle ist das nie ein Problem). Werde weiter zu dem nach Halle gehen und den in Leipzig ab sofort meiden.

No encontré los sabores asiáticos que buscaba en esta comida, pero por el precio esta bien. El servicio es muy poco amable.

Leckeres Essen ABER unfreundliche schlecht deutsch verstehende Angestellte, staubige Abluftgitter und Speisetafeln. Bei mehreren Boxen mit Sauce wird überall die selbe reingemacht obwohl man extra darauf hinweist das man andere Sauce möchte. Auf Nachfrage wird man für dumm hingestellt.

Optik ist schön aufgeräumt, das Essen ist blitzschnell fertig. Das Gericht, das ich gegessen habe, war auf der Speisekarte als scharf gekennzeichnet, war aber nicht einmal ansatzweise scharf. Für eine zusätzliche Portion Reis 3€ zu verlangen empfinde ich als überzogen.

Auf der Durchreise haben wir nach einen schnellen Essen gesucht. Das Lokal schaut sehr einladend und ordentlich aus. Durch die Bilder kann man schnell sein Menü auswählen. Es könnte etwas günstiger sein. Nach kurzer Wartezeit bekamen wir schon unser Essen. Es war sehr lecker, etwas salzig. Weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir waren jetzt schon 2 Mal dort, das Essen war immer top und die Bedienung ebenfalls. Wir haben dort gegessen und es war sauber. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Heute, 26.02.23, Box Nr. 3 (Nudeln, gebratenes Hähnchenfleisch, Gemüse) für 6,90 € geholt. Geschmacklich hat es leider nicht überzeugt. Das Fleisch war auf keinen Fall gebratenen, sondern höchstens gedämpft. Auch wurde die Box erst mit den Nudeln, dann mit dem Gemüse & Fleisch gefüllt, was dazu geführt hat, dass man nicht „ein Essen“ sondern eher zwei getrennt Gerichte in einer Box hatte. Am Boden der Box war am Ende sehr viel Öl. Eher Gewinnmaximierung statt Qualität und Geschmack - kann man bei Laufkundschaft an einem Hbf aber wahrscheinlich so machen. Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

Die Speisen sind lecker, frisch und typisch asiatisch. Einfach bestellen zum mitnehmen oder vor Ort essen. Große Auswahl und leckere knusprige Ente. Die Zubereitung dauert nur 3 bis 4 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer lecker.

Das Essen an sich ganz gut. Das Essen war schnell da. Angerichtet ist ganz gut. Die Soße (süß-sauer-orange) leider geleeartig und kommt aus dem Eimer (selbst gesehen). Die Ente war lauwarm. Sie könnten auch öfters mal über den Tisch wischen auch wenn es gut besucht ist. 2.50 für ein stilles Wasser muss man sich auch 2x überlegen. Ich war jetzt das 2te mal da und muss ganz ehrlich sein. Ich komme nicht wieder. Da habe ich für das gleiche Geld besser gegessen.

Das Essen schmeckt ok, die Frau an der Kasse nimmt die Bestellung sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert an, obwohl der Laden leer war. Das hatten wir jetzt schon das 2. Mal dort. Wir gehen nicht noch einmal, man möchte ja ein bisschen das Gefühl haben, gern gesehen zu sein als Gast.

Leider nicht besonders gut. Hatte gebratene Nudeln in to go Box. Ich kenne so etwas mit Mie Nudeln oder ähnliche Art aber das hier waren Spaghetti. Sehr weich und fast nicht gewürzt. Ich bin kein großer Freund von überwürzten Gerichten aber hier fehlte wirklich das asiatische Etwas. Die Box mit Hähnchen meines Mannes war auch nicht toll...Soße war wie Wasser,so dünnflüssig. Kennen wir anders. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Lecker, einfach, schnell. Eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Nur lagen auf dem Tisch noch Essensreste vom vorherigen Besucher und die Sauce hatte unterschiedliche Konsistenzen. Mal flüssiger, mal fester.

Sensationell gutes, vietnamesisches Essen. Speisen werden größtenteils frisch zubereitet. Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet trotz größten Andrang sehr zügig und routiniert. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis geht absolut in Ordnung. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. 👍

Essen ist eher schwach und Personal ist unglaublich unfreundlich. Wir hatten uns zwei Boxen zum mitnehmen bestellt, bei der Bestellung hatte der Mitarbeiter uns nicht mal zugehört und uns einfach den Rücken zu gedreht, dadurch bedingt gab er uns auch das falsche Essen. Die Kassiererin war viel mehr in ihr Handy vertieft und nölte noch rum, warum wir ihr das Geld nicht einfach passend geben. War glaube das letzte mal, dass ich hier eine Box bestellt hab.

Das Essen war sehr fad und hat nur okay geschmeckt. Hatte die Udon Nudeln und meine Freund die Bun Nem Bo. Es war die schlechteste Bun Nem Bo, die ich probiert habe. Die Nudeln waren mit einer komischen Fertigsosse. Kommen nicht wieder. Lokal ist im HBF Leipzig
