Asia Focus Gourmet in Ludwigsburg

We've been waiting for our food for two hours. They estimated delivery time as 30-50 minutes. After calling, they gave us no information on when it would arrive. NEVER AGAIN! That's outrageous!

This place is popular for takeout. The crispy fried duck and fried rice were generous and delicious. I also liked the mild flavor of the rice noodles.

I've been a regular customer here for years and was always satisfied: punctual, hot, delicious. But lately, things have been going downhill. Today, the food arrived an hour late, and it was cold – a complete disappointment! Ordering is no longer fun. This is definitely the last time. It's a shame the quality has declined so much.

The food didn't taste good at all and was almost cold. Delivery took far too long, almost an hour and a half. I would never eat there again; I'd rather go to Meggis.

The sauce was slimy. Unappetizing and questionable. I didn't like it.

Everything is delicious and fresh. The food is excellent.

Food is goid and reasonably priced. Came here for.lunch n dinner for few consecutive days. Good variety of dishes. Had chop suey vegetables n rice. Previously beef noodle soup

The food was delicious. But I won't be getting any more deliveries from Focus. One of the dishes wasn't sealed properly—again—and leaked on the way. I got my clothes and slippers dirty while unpacking, and I had to wipe the table and mop the floor. Afterward, I was able to swallow the now-cold rice dry. I actually wanted to save time by cooking, but instead I spent the evening cleaning and paid €40 for it. Thanks, next time I'll have a sandwich. 🤬

I ordered at 6:00 p.m., but it wasn't delivered until 8:20 p.m. That alone would have been annoying, but the food also arrived completely cold. Apparently, it was simply transported on the passenger seat without a warming box. While I was waiting, I tried calling seven times, but no one answered. When I finally reached someone, I was initially told that the driver was already on his way, but a little later, they asked me again for the address. It seemed that the employees didn't speak German well, which made communication even more difficult. In one case, they even simply hung up because they couldn't provide any information. I understand that it gets stressful during peak times, but then they should at least inform people that it will take longer, or stop accepting further orders if they're overwhelmed. To top it off: The soy sauce was also forgotten, and the driver couldn't find the address despite being told to do so; apparently, they hadn't read the instructions. Given the many negative reviews the company has already received, it's high time for some honest self-criticism and improvements. Unfortunately, this was a thoroughly disappointing experience for me; I won't be going there again.

We ordered online, and the food arrived within 30 minutes, and it was amazing! My husband now has Vietnamese spring rolls as his new favorite dish :)

Unfortunately, the snack bar has declined dramatically since a change of management. The food is truly unpalatable. It's a real shame.

It used to be very good and reasonably priced. Now (since the renovation), the prices are way too high, the food tastes like nothing and is very bland. The breaded chicken is made almost entirely from some kind of gristly end pieces. INEDIBLE. Used to be a regular customer NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered food at 7 p.m. The driver came at 9:30 p.m. and didn't have the order with him - he said he would deliver it straight away. Now it's 9:51 p.m. and still no one is there. And it's not the first time it's happened like this! No way to retain customers. We won't eat or order anything there again!

Food ordered fried rice looked as if the rice had only been fried very briefly in the pan, but it looked different. Crispy chicken and duck well nothing to do with crispy anymore. The Thai Curry sauces were spicy, I didn't notice any of the spiciness, I probably mixed the sauce with water from the bag and added some vegetables. For an Asian very bad even the simplest dishes don't taste absolutely no recommendation sorry that's just a lot of money for nothing.

Unfortunately the operator changed a few months ago. The atmosphere used to be pretty bad, but the food was really good. Now the store has been renovated and unfortunately it's exactly the opposite. It's a shame, the Focus was once really an insider tip

This is the third time we have ordered from Focus Asia Gourmet via Lieferando. The food has always been delicious and delivery has been on time, as stated on Lieferando.

Ordered food, sat down at the table, I was asked three times what I had ordered. Preparation time approx. 15 minutes for baked chicken with rice... It's just a shame since the renovation :(

Worst meal ever. Soup and sauce inedible, really smelled. 30 euros ended up in the trash. Disgusting people.

The food itself is okay. Only the service is bad, my lunch was simply forgotten twice. This is annoying when you only have a short lunch break.

A quiet zone in the middle of the city. For me, as the 1st × in Ludwigsburg, it was a discovery. Friendly greeting upon entry. Price performance class. And then the surprise of the green inner courtyard. That's when the actual fast food became a double pleasure. Forget the hassle of the high entrance fees to the castle. This was definitely the better investment. 😊

Unbelievable, that was the last time. Even if it's just before closing time you can at least answer the phone. We received a completely wrong delivery

Solid food in a snack bar atmosphere. The dishes were prepared quickly and freshly, and if it says spicy, it's spicy...

The front looks like a very simple snack bar, behind the counter there is a small courtyard with a wonderful ambience. A lot of students come to lunch and get a noodle box: there must be a reason for the popularity.....😉 The queue in front of us was forever, but after just a few minutes it was our turn: the family had it perfectly under control: all respect! The food was great, but we can't understand the occasional bad reviews. Authentic phó, as usual. My companion is a restaurateur himself and was pleasantly surprised. Been there several times and was always 1 A. I'd be happy to go back when I'm in Ludwigsburg again.

Laden nicht sauber schlechter Geruch. 2 Suppen nicht genießbar. Ganze Wohnung riecht ekelhaft danach. Nudeln verklebt und verkocht. Null Liebe. 22€ im Abfluss.

Ich habe um 19.04 Uhr bestellt und unser Essen kam um 21.10 Uhr an… bedeutet 2 Stunden später, NoGo! Es kam fast kalt und sodass das knusprige Huhn von meinem Mann weich kam und bei meinen gebratenen Nudeln war wenig Ente dafür aber als Überraschung Reis den ich nicht wollte. Würde den Laden keinem empfehlen.

Köstliche Ente. Peking Suppe kann ich nur empfehlen. Portionen sind Groß und viel. Lieferzeit stimmt. Für den Preis alles bestens.

Gebratener Reis mit Ente ist sehr gut.

Essen wird telefonisch sehr freundlich aufgenommen und sehr schnelle Lieferung. Und das Essen ist sooo lecker kann ich jedem nur empfehlen wir hatten gebackenes Hähnchen mit Reis und ente immer wieder gerne

Das Ambiente kann den ein oder andere vielleicht abschrecken, aber bisher war's immer sauber und vorallem das Essen schmeckt immer super lecker 😋

Haben hier essen bestellt, war ganz gut, aber schon sehr fettig. Geschmacklich kann es aber überzeugen, Portionen auch groß und Preise sind fair.

Gutes Essen, günstiger Preis. Mittags etwas voll. Alles auch zum mitnehmen oder über Lieferando bestellbar. Laden nicht unbedingt romantisch eingerichtet.

Hatten zum ersten Mal bestellt. Das Essen kam pünktlich und war warm und sehr lecker sehr gerne wieder. Der Fahrer war auch total freundlich! Deshalb volle Punktzahl 😉
