My wife and I visit this restaurant regularly and always enjoy it. The food is always freshly refilled and the value for money is excellent. Gladly again at any time!

It was just catastrophic, the food fluctuated between good and bad, the sushi tasted like chemicals, I was there with 3 friends, I took a perfume with me as a birthday present, but we forgot about it and we were back not even after 5 minutes They went to talk to me about it, they shouted at me and said that I should do something different, but there was a sweet grandma who tried the least to find it, she looked everywhere and even in the trash without success, so it can't be that a perfume disappeared within 5 minutes It said on the door that all you can eat costs 17 euros, they said 20 euros and the person who yelled at me said 24.99 euros and we wouldn't be left with any money back and a receipt if you really wanted to eat there I advise you against it

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The staff was extremely unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. Instead of being helpful or polite, we were treated with rude comments that took away any interest in the meal. Customer service seems to be a foreign word here. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant and will never come back.

Describing Asia City is not easy. Actually there is hardly anything positive to report. The service is terribly unfriendly, the ambience is terrible and the food is absolutely below average and yet the shop still has its charm? People from the neighborhood come together excitedly and stand excitedly around the individual buffet islands. Other groups celebrate their birthdays here, with the men in suits and the women in evening dresses. Everyone here is clearly looking forward to the experience. Even if it defies all logic, it seems to be a cultural jewel that Unterhaching cannot do without.

It's pretty big here with the typical Asian atmosphere. The buffet is very rich and you can also choose from fresh ingredients. Put the dish together yourself and have it prepared. The price is also very fair for Munich...

Waited an hour for drinks, the waiter and boss were totally overwhelmed. The place is totally overcrowded, the buffet is always empty. My first and last visit. When asked about it by the boss, there was hardly anyone there who blamed it on other waiters in the restaurant. Didn't even apologize in any way.

We last went there 4 years ago and were satisfied. This time we were very disappointed. We were a group of about 10 people. No drink menu was given. The waiter just asked what we wanted to drink. He also assumed that we all wanted all-you-can-eat, but that wasn't the case. It then took a while until we got the menu. Some of the food was lukewarm and not exactly a hit. Under other things, it was also cold in the restaurant. Training for staff would be beneficial.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this buffet. First of all, I witnessed something disturbing: they recycle sushi! I came in about an hour before closing and saw the waiters collecting sushi off the tables, putting it back on plates, and bringing it to the kitchen. This is sushi we’re talking about, with raw fish that expires quickly. It should be thrown away, not recycled and served again the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. The service was equally bad. When I politely asked for a cup of water, the waiter rudely told me, “3.5 euros per cup, nothing is free here.” I understand charging for drinks, but the attitude was downright disrespectful. To make matters worse, while I was grabbing some food, one of the waiters, possibly the owner, made a nasty comment about me to another staff member. He thought I had left and complained about how much food I had leftover. Little did he know, I was still there and heard everything. If you're so worried about customers eating too much, why even open a buffet? The whole point is that people can serve themselves as much as they want. Lots of choice, including for children and those with allergies. One of the "few" problems, THE SERVICE! Me and my friends had such a bad, unfriendly, uncomprehending waiter, crazy🫣🤯🥺. I wish you better service for the food, it's totally worth it, a few things are missing, but okay.

Schlimmer als in einer schlechten Kantine oder in einem Krankenhaus. Der Service ist sehr unfreundlich. Das Essen das man für den Grill ausgewählt hat, wird, wenn es fertig ist, mit dutzend anderen Essen in mehreren Servierwagen wie in einem Krankenhaus zum Tisch gebracht, und gleichzeitig ! die Essensreste bzw. Teller der anderen Tische abgeräumt. Ekelhaft. Da Preis und Qualität immerhin befriedigend sind, ist die "Esshalle" trotzdem immer gut besucht.

Literally worst experience. We were overcharged. For 30 euros food didn't meet the standards. Some of sushi with salmon was expired and had to trow away be carefull and mindfull while coming here food is not WORTH IT. Staff wasn't very friendly either. LOCATION WORST. Very disappointed with this restaurant, being in an area where there are hotels including tourists, the staff does not speak English!🤦🏻‍♀️ yet pretty inside, The welcome not even a smile and the atmosphere really depressing, really average food for that price. The caramelized meat was outdated. There were only small leftovers in the food bins...in short, we won't be returning.

So I can't understand the bad recessions, we were there yesterday and felt more than comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful, we all had the buffet. The plates were quickly cleared away and if there was anything left on the plate, we were asked if we should pack it up to take home. They were also super nice to our 3 kids, you could immediately feel how fond they were of children. There were 8 of us in total and we were really good eaters, especially when it came to things like meat, fish and seafood. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and stayed until 10 p.m. and really enjoyed the evening. The kids could walk, it wasn't a problem, when we wanted to pay we were asked if we really wanted to go! So we can only recommend Asia City, especially for good eaters, as some other all you can eat restaurants can learn a lesson. Many have a time limit or people look at you strangely if you eat a lot and for a long time, but not here at all. So if you really want to dig in and get full then we can only recommend this. They are really very nice and accommodating. Of course, every employee is happy if you give them a few euros. But when paying they don't value tipping because they say the buffet price is already enough, "ATTENTION" they see this as an insult!

Paris' performance is disproportionate... simple noodles (1x vegetarian/ 1x with duck) for a whopping €26 to take away. Taste... well, I've had much better ones less money. For me it was the last time that I would pick up food there or go out to eat.

If I could give 0 stars for service on Google reviews, I definitely would for this restaurant. One server kept taking my plates away even though I was not finished with eating the foods present on the plates, i even told him, and he ignored me telling him. It is quite sad that staff members insult their guests ( not in German and/or English of course, but in their mother-tongue). Being a white man who studies Asian languages and specifically Mandarin and Cantonese, I understand most of the common native insults even in different dialects, even in Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect. I really wonder why he was being so rude and disrespectful towards the clientele at his own restaurant… Most of the other staff members were decent towards the guests. Nevertheless, there were only two staff members who were disrespectful, and that is why I am writing this severely bad review for the service of this restaurant. Atmosphere: the atmosphere of this restaurant is actually quite nice and pleasant. To be honest, it is close to perfect, that is why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere. The decorations are quite neat and the tables and chairs are comfortable. Most of the restaurant seemed clean. Poor quality ! The meat left to roast in the counter is all dark and full of flies!!! From 8:30 p.m. onwards nothing was added to the warm counter, but apparently you should eat what was still there. Sorry, but under All You Can Eat for €24.90 per person the counter was definitely full!!! Sushi was completely empty which is just sad. Diarrhea on the same evening in all 3 people. When we wanted to pay by card, the boss said Bar Bar better, I don't think they like EC payments, they'd rather put cash in their pocket. That was the last time and the older lady insults everyone who leaves something on their plate then you simply can't offer such a concept, I'm sorry but if it doesn't taste good then I just won't eat it. A tip to the boss: change your quality and the plates will also be eaten empty!!! And you don't have to worry why you have to throw it away ;-) way too expensive for such quality

His excuse was that he was still new and didn't know his way around very well. Some of us ate from the buffet and some ordered from the menu. The food at the buffet looked stale from the last day, the meat was raw and rotten and didn't look appetizing at all. And then they charge just under €26 per person and €16 for children over 4!!! Just an absolute disgrace!! I wouldn't be surprised if the health department closes the juice shop...

A very nice Asian restaurant. The selection of dishes is very large and everything tastes very tasty. The staff is actually quite friendly. However, on our last visit the waiter made a small mistake and there was no response when we asked him about it. The floor in the women's toilets is always very slippery and the toilets are often dirty. Otherwise I really like it there.

Absolut Ekelhaft hier. Zerfledderte Sushi Reste kaum Auswahl. Fleisch ist in der Mitte noch roh und schmeckt ekelhaft. Ich habe es nicht aufgegessen und trotzdem Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit bekommen. Der Nachtisch lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Alles sieht schon unappetitlich aus. Der Service ist außerdem unfreundlich und inkompetent. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass das Fleisch nicht durch ist, wurde zb nur unverständlich mit dem Kopf geschüttelt. Der bestellte Espresso kam halb leer an, da er auf dem Weg verschüttet wurde. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

We were dazzled by the photos and tried Asia City. Some visually appealing buffets, but unfortunately that was it. Mass processing, hectic pace, audience in jogging suits, taciturn waitresses and tasteless and loveless food, which is, however, beautifully presented at the buffets. The restaurant is located in a place where you can reach it by car. You can park for free for 3.5 hours with a parking ticket near Edeka/Baumarkt/Dm. The food is ok, except the fruit is not fresh (watermelon broken), the leftovers are from a can or I haven't tried them. The chef at least tried to offer tasty things. It may be Wok Chef and Mongolian BBQ Chef are 2 different people. Family friendly nope, prefer a restaurant for munch fans. The owner of the restaurant should think, if you call families trash or rubbish, why don't you increase the price for a child like adults 24 euros per child, then no more families will come. You don't have to insult strangers.

Been here for the 3rd time! INCREDIBLE CHOICE! And the quality of the grilled meat/seafood is great! There's shark (butter-tender), delicious beef fillet, zebra, kangaroo,... simply good! And the desserts... :-)

Wij waren gasten van apartimo München-Unterhaching. Het was fijn om zo dichtbij een restaurant te vinden waar we na een rit van 12u iets deftigs konden eten. Het binnenkomen voelde zeer chaos. Iedereen was druk in de weer en mensen vrij luifruchtig, tientallen kinderen liepen rond of te kloppen op de aquarium met goudvissen die er stond. We kregen een tafeltje in de doorgang naar het buffet. Het duurde even voor men ons vroeg of we iets wilden drinken en om het concept van het restaurant uit te leggen. Je kon eten a la carte of een formule 'all you can eat" kiezen. De menukaart 'a la carte' zag er vrij slordig uit. Overal vuile etensvlekken. De keuze vrij traditioneel aziatisch, dus kozen we voor de 'all you can eat' formule. Ik moet zeggen dat ik verbijsterd stond van de aanbieding, alsook de 'voorraad'. Of je nu om 18u of om 20u wou aanschuiven, elk gerecht was altijd voorradig. Het eten was heel lekker, maar is en blijft den buffet: klaargemaakte maaltijden die au bain marie worden warm gehouden. Het buffet had echter ook een afdeling 'life cooking'. Je selecteerd je vlees, vus, groenten en/of saus. Ik stond versteld: zelfs zebra en kangoeroe stonden in het aanbod. Je schept de rauwe groenten en vlees op een bord, samen met een potje dqus en de kok gaat voor jou aan de slag. Wat ik mistte was begeleiding of toevoeging van de kok. Ik had niet de beste keuzes gemaakt aan ingrediënten. Initiatief om je gerecht te verbeteren doet de kok niet. Hij bakt letterlijk wat je selecteerde. Niet meer en niet min. Mijn glasnoedels pasten niet bij de saus en mijn gerecht had te weinig 'kleur' . Bovendien bevatte het te weinig vocht waardoor vlees en glasnoedels zelfs droog waren. Dat heb je als eter niet in de hand. De kok wel. Maar ik houd een positief gevoel over aan mijn ervaring. Ik heb lekker gegeten en het was een hele beleving voor een zeer democratische prijs!
