I ordered and after waiting an hour I call them, not even prepared, no, that doesn't work

Ordered, still not delivered after 1 hour, called, pointless communication, go to McDonalds

I ordered a pizza today, it arrived 40-50 minutes late, I wrote about it to tech support, they returned 32 euros as a bonus, now the courier or someone from the delivery restaurant is calling me and asking to return either the money or the pizza, I wrote to tech support, asked if I should return something? They told me I didn't need anything and just ignore him, this crazy guy came to my house, started knocking on the door and ringing the bell and demanding my money back, I tried to explain that I didn't owe anything, he still demanded, I closed the door, he knocked for another 5 minutes and then hit the door hard and left

Ordered today. Unfortunately not again. The waiting time wasn't that bad...that's not that important to me. But the food was lukewarm (I know better from others). Doner kebab was dry and so was the meat. I think 8 euros for this size is a shame. I thought I ordered a great kebab and not a children's kebab. We know that prices and sizes vary. But it's a shame because others can do it too. Tip. Please deliver a juicy and warm kebab. The size wouldn't be so bad then.

You could barely eat the arugula pizza. But the rocket was already spoiled and there was a piece of plastic in the topping. Once and never again...

I was a regular customer until now, but not anymore. On Thursday (May 9th, public holiday) it was delivered cold. Replacement was promised, free of charge for both courts. Today I'm calling and talking to the boss. He said I would only get one, the more expensive one for free, otherwise he would make a loss. I then said that I had made a minus and told him that it wasn't fair to deliver cold food and that you don't do business that way and that if that was his decision, I would no longer order there. Then he just said, it's a shame, but that's how it ends. Of course I get the money back via PayPal Buyer Protection. I'm so stupid that I don't contact you via Lieferando and then you still make a loss, but even more so because I, as a regular customer, am gone. Ciao

My food came an hour late and the edges of my pizza are black but as an excuse for being late we got a warm Coke.

Only 22 minutes. Waited at Lieferando instead of the forecast 27. Both Murgh Channa and Murgh Karahi taste great. However, there was no clickable option selection of the insert. So we were given bread without asking…we would have much preferred rice.

!NO RECOMMENDATION! The restaurant blamed me for not receiving my food even though I wrote in the description where to call + I even called again and was confirmed that they did. Didn't receive my food and the restaurant was very hostile towards me even though I remained nice. The food isn't really the best I've ordered since it either arrived very late, was cold or there were items missing. Since it was one of the last restaurants open late, I gave it a chance and you will be treated that way. My recommendation to you is to order somewhere else or eat at another restaurant. As you can see, I'm not the only one who had problems with them. The nice Wolt team will take care of getting my money back.

Unvollständige Lieferung, 2 Stunden gewartet. Dann um halb 11 Sonntags bei mir geklingelt um eine falsch gelieferte Flasche Wasser wieder abzuholen. Ich hätte nie gedacht das mal zu schreiben, aber -5 sterne.

Ich ess nicht gern Pizza aber diese Pizzen hier sind ein Traum hoch 10!

Mega leckere Cheeseburger! Hab heute das 2. mal bestellt und es war wieder super lecker. Pommes sind auch immer dabei und die sind auch so lecker 🤤

mega einfach Mega.... Nachts halb eins nach der Arbeit noch Hunger.... ? Hier ist man genau richtig ....Super schnelle Lieferung und Mega nette mitarbeiter.... Das Baguette (Vegetarisch) ist einfach mega lecker

Super Lecker und die Zutaten schmecken sehr hochwertig. Sehr dünner knuspriger Boden! Die Pizza mit Pinienkernen,Pilzen und Spinat ist mein Favorit.

Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker, schnell geliefert und der Fahrer war sehr nett und geduldig. Immer wieder eine Empfehlung!

Pizza bardzo smaczna. Polecam. Lecz niestety są w tym miejscu mankamenty. Do pizzy nie ma talerzy, sama pizza niepokrojona , a w lokalu chłodno.
