The food tastes normal and the price has become too expensive. 😔

The food and atmosphere there are great. I recommend getting dim sum over the larger dishes. Service is rushed, but not unfriendly.

It was an experience with good food, good employees and more. I will definitely come back!

Late Night Snack in West Berlin

Traditionel Chinese food in Germany, I got my favorites and enjoy it every time!

A typical chinese restaurant with all the armosphere elements you would expect. The food was amazing as well as the service. The place was packed but the food came really fast.

Food was good but we felt we were taken advantage of, over charged for food when communication was clear and the order had a very clear mistake. nobody checked and we had to pay for the double amount of food.

A culinary adventure – with a surprise effect! At Aaroma you not only get served food, but also a little lesson in “customers aren’t always right.” I ordered yeast rolls – the six people sitting next to me at the table can attest to that. Instead I got two completely different dishes. When I asked the waiter about it, I was told that I had probably made a mistake. Yes, it wasn't him, it was me who made a mistake. Well, if he says so! But don't worry, the incorrectly delivered dishes were not cleared away. No, I was advised to just eat them – “they taste good too”. It's nice that you don't have to be picky here! Particularly charming: at the end, the dishes were of course also immortalized on the bill. The yeast rolls were still there - but an excuse? That would really have been too much of a good thing. Conclusion: If you like to order surprise menus without knowing and find it exciting to be surprised at the bill at the end, this is the place for you. Food good, service… well, let’s say: creative. 🎭🍽️

Open until midnight, this place is a reliable spot for late-night eats. The food may not be the most authentic, but at least it’s there when you need it.

It's a pity. From the shop windows on the street, you could see the restaurant was busy, cheerful, eager to go in, which is what we did. The service treats you as if they were doing you a favour, feeding you. Food that you pay for afterwards. They ask you if you need cash or a card, and their faces change when you take out the card. Disgust in their eyes. Everything you order, they bring it to you immediately and in just a few minutes, you have everything on the table... I don't know how, in five or three minutes, they cook all the dishes.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have good chinese food. The Dumplings were delicious and I also had the wonton soup. The broth was one the best I've had. From the food, service to ambience, everything was good.

The food has gotten a little worse in recent years, but despite everything it is still a pleasure for the palate.

Berlin without aroma is not Berlin

The dim sum selection is huge, definitely try it. We have never tried the "normal" Chinese cuisine here...

this is where I go when the cantonese food craving hits. Quality depends on the day but it always hits the spot. dim sum quality is good. Prices are reasonable. Had a great lunch there the other day. Roast meats were juicy and flavorful. Never not ordering the char siu cheong fun!

Really authentic big Chinese restaurant. He is valued by his own people - the Chinese and other representatives of Southeast Asia. This means a lot. I ate the most authentic gongbao here. The prices are not low, but the dishes are worth it.

I have ordered a couple times through uber eats, but this time it was too disappointing. This restaurant has no quality control of their dishes. This wasserspinat is sooo old that you can’t even chew it properly. There is also no seasoning or flavor, not at all. For such a dish I paid 15 euro… it is pig food, maybe even pigs get fresher veggies nowadays!

Реально аутентичный большой китайский ресторан. Его ценят свои - китайцы и прочие представители Юго-Восточной Азии. Это многое значит. Самое аутентичное гунбао я ел именно тут. Цены не низкие, но блюда того стоят.

This is actually my favorite restaurant for a year now, I have to come here at least once a month. Everything is always perfect every time I come, most of my friends really like the food here. The staff is very enthusiastic, the food is delicious and authentic, especially the price is very cheap in my opinion. If you come to Berlin, try it, I think you will not be disappointed.💯💯💯

Every time I go to Berlin I stop by this restaurant. I said the food is delicious, just like the Chinese dishes in Vietnam. The waitresses are extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Have fun too.

Jellyfish, chicken feet, tripe. Everything in excellent quality. But of course also the more conventional dishes. At least 50 percent of the restaurant has Asian guests who obviously know how to cook Chinese. I'm thrilled.

Food was very good and tasty. Large selection and some special features. Service was also very attentive and friendly. Only the atmosphere is a bit 80s but you can overlook that.

I actually wanted to go to a Chinese shop next door, but there was a very long line so I decided on this restaurant. The location is very large and you can always find a place. The food is very flavorful and there are great dishes to try.

That was my first visit to Aroma, even though I was born in West Berlin from Ku'Damm. The restaurant is a bit cramped (but also a bit cozy) and the heating was cold due to the general location. The food was consistently fantastic and very generous in quantity. Duck top, dim sum of different types top, beef top.

Really bad. This place used to be ok but something has gone wrong. The dim sum was worth one star but the other dishes we could have done better at home. Zero stars. Very disappointing and frustrating, and not cheap either.

I had the pleasure of visiting Aroma Chinese Restaurant on Kantstrasse and it was great! The Christmas atmosphere was magical and the friendly staff gave us a warm welcome. The food was fresh and full of flavor – an absolute highlight! I can only warmly recommend the aroma. An all-round successful evening!

I recently went to the Chinese restaurant Aroma on Kantstrasse and it was just great! The grilled duck was an absolute dream – tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is super cozy and the service is super friendly. I can only recommend the aroma and am already looking forward to my next visit! 🎉🥢

People knowledgeable about Chinese food describe most of the dishes as quite authentic. The long opening hours such as until 2am are also unusual for places serving Asian cuisine, even in Berlin.

The food in the restaurant is always good but the prices are not cheap either. But what you just delivered to me in the delivery service is an absolute disgrace! Discontinued broth with a little noodle and three pieces of boney duck for 17 euros. Never again !

The restaurant is very authentic. Dishes that come from “real” Chinese cuisine are offered. If you want to try the dim sum (absolutely!!), you should plan a little more time. The ambience is okay, but has become a bit run down over time and with the number of visitors. A reservation is usually not required.

Absolut authentische kantonesische Küche – das sind die besten gebratenen Rindfleischnudeln und Garnelen-Reismehlrollen, die ich in Deutschland gegessen habe. Absolutely pure Chinese Cantonese cuisine, the best dry-fried beef river and shrimp rice roll rolls I have ever eaten in Germany. The restaurant is open until early in the morning which is great for a night owl like me.

I’ve been coming here every years for dim sum since 2016. Always the same dishes but it never gets old and the quality stays the same. For those who says the service is unfriendly, know that some people just have their way of working. As long as they serve me the right food with a correct attitude, I don’t see any problem. I personally would feel uncomfortable if a bunch of over 50 yo men getting overexcited around me. The food here is served quickly and the waiters are friendly enough, that’s more enough for me to enjoy my meal.

After getting my drink they left me waiting for food for 40 minutes. After asking multiple times I wanted to leave. They charged me for the meal I never received

It's absolutely great that you can eat really well there until 2 a.m., a real restaurant, not a fast food restaurant. The selection of food is large and the service is good. Ambience could be a little better, music etc. but all in all highly recommended if you want something to eat late at night.

The food (dim sum) is authentic and tastes just like in Hong Kong / South China, I was very satisfied with the flavour. However, the prices are bit too high for dim sum in my opinion (around 9.50 € for Ha cao or around 6-7 for three steamed rice rolls).
