Der Mann war unfreundlich. Ich hatte Gefühl ich schuld bin das er arbeiten muss. Sehr kleine Portion. Ich habe Bowl mit Chicken bestellt und von da ich habe 2 kleine Stück chicken gefunden. Nie wieder wenn der mann da ist.

Freie Auswahl an frischen Zutaten. Lecker und mal was anderes. Preis mit Getränk ca. 15€ Ich würde wieder da essen.

Immer Top-Concept, egal wo. Und hier auch wirklich sehr schönes Interieur. Nur an dem Tag war ich wirklich nicht zufrieden. Der Kollege im Service hat es echt nicht gut gemacht. Ich habe schon Extra-Reis & Extra-Chicken bestellt und bezahlt, und die Portion war kaum größer als die andere Portion, die wir bestellt haben. Da war keine Liebe mit drin. Sonst war ich immer mit 5 Sternen top zufrieden (an anderen Standorten), aber dieses Mal war es echt nicht gut.

Beste Alternative zum Essen im Outlet-Center! Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von dort (oder 3 Minuten mit dem Auto) preiswertes, gesundes und leckeres Essen!

Das Essen schmecket immer sehr gut und macht gut sat. Doch wenn man zum Liefern bestellt wird es sehr oft nach wenigen Minuten storniert! Immer die Email nach 2/3 min überprüfen.

Immer wieder einen Abstecher wert ist das ÁRO in Ochtrup. Meistens freie Parkplätze vor der Tür, das Essen wird frisch vor den Augen zubereitet, der Service ist stets offen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ambient-House-Musik im Hintergrund, excellente sanitäre Einrichtungen.. bin immer wieder gerne im ÁRO..

Wouw, bin total überrascht. War zuvor noch nicht da. Sehr lecker gegessen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Hier finde ich Preise und Leistung noch in einem guten Verhältnis. Die Auswahl ist groß, es gibt viele vegane Varianten, aber auch Hähnchen Variationen sind auf der Karte. Die Portion ist groß genug, um satt zu werden. Die scharfen Zutaten sind scharf, aber auch gut genießbar, wenn man nicht orientalisch scharf gewohnt ist. Ich bin hier zum Wiederholungstäter geworden, und schleppe ohne Unbehagen neue Kunden an.

Alles sehr lecker, schöne Location! Mittags sitzt man draußen in der Sonne:)

Leider nicht zu vergleichen mit den Aros in Münster und Co. Portionen halb so groß und schlechtere Qualität. Mehrfach angemerkt, auch beim Geschäftsführer.

The food is very, very tasty and there's plenty of it. However, it's a drawback that ingredients like bell peppers are only in huge chunks in the bowl. It would be nice if everything were cut into smaller pieces.

My order is always delivered at least half an hour late! Then, after ordering, I get a phone number, but it's invalid? Why are the online prices €2 more expensive than in-store? Aren't delivery fees already charged separately?

I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited over 10 minutes for someone to serve me – a bell would be great… – I politely pointed this out – no interest… and then I was brushed off in an unfriendly tone. If I hadn't known how delicious your food was, I would have left a long time ago :(

Great concept: only poké bowls, but there's a very wide selection of ingredients. Everything is fresh, tasty, and very affordable. The soft drinks are also delicious and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and speaks English. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

Pleasant surprise. On my way to the Netherlands, I stopped by for a healthy meal. The food tasted good and was ready quickly. You can sit down, and there's cutlery, etc.

The worst punch I've ever eaten. I go to Aro fairly often, but the place in Ochtrup is a disaster. The salad is swimming in water, you have to search for the meat, and unfortunately, there's almost nothing to be found. I'd rather not comment on the service either.

Place inside is very well decorated, the food itself so so good. The price is very worth it, I would even say cheap, comparing to prices from places that are not as good in the Netherlands and are more expensive.

A very tasty bowl and a great selection of ingredients. It really deserves 5 stars. However, in the last few weeks, there have been a few instances where certain ingredients have gone off. After I told the wait staff, there was hardly any response... what a shame!

I've been a guest at ARO since the very beginning, mainly in Münster, at least twice a week. I've already experienced several other AROs, e.g., Lingen (good), Rheine (OK), etc. Unfortunately, ARO is the worst of all the places I've been. The young lady made me wait a very long time and cheerfully continued cleaning the glass counter. They can't keep doing that when there are no customers. The portion was so small that I thought it was from the children's menu. As I said, I'm only comparing with the other AROs. Less food for more money than in Münster. A drink was €3, also much more expensive than, for example, in Münster (€1). The young lady was consistently unfriendly. After the small feast, I wanted to put the empty punch back and didn't know where to put it; it wasn't obvious to me where the empty punch bowl was put away. I wanted to put the punch on the glass counter so the lady could just pick it up. She then gave me a warning because she had just cleaned the glass counter and told me not to put the punch bowl on the counter. This isn't behavior I've seen at other AROs. Overall, I'd give this a grade of 5. It's a real shame.

Super friendly staff and a truly cozy atmosphere. The staff gave us great advice and were very patient with us 😁 And the food was really delicious. Always a pleasure to come back.

We took our food to go and really enjoyed it. It's a great alternative to all the kebab and chip shops. I have two small comments: 1) the salad was very wet, so I ended up with soup in my bowl. It should probably be spun dry again, and 2) the counter where the vegetable bowls are is open, so flies can get to it. It should be covered occasionally.

It was our first time there. It was super delicious, the service was very friendly, and the advice was great because you don't know what to order. :-D We'll be back. Best regards

My wife and I spontaneously stopped by – and what can I say: The food was outstanding! One small suggestion for improvement concerns the employee behind the counter who added the ingredients to the bowl. His speaking speed was quite fast, which meant my wife unfortunately couldn't understand everything. However, that was the only negative point we noticed. Please maintain your high quality standards – we'll be happy to come back!

It was delicious, only the chicken pieces were too small so I didn't really taste it in every bite. Maybe adding larger pieces of chicken or more chicken would be nice.

Unfortunately, I was there in the afternoon and had to wait a few minutes for service because there was no one at the counter. The variety selection is quite good. However, when I asked, they couldn't show me an allergen menu, nor did they give me any information about the meat alternatives. A definite no-go for those with allergies. Also somewhat misleading: calling vegan alternatives "beef teriyaki"... I was able to find a safe, allergen-free option for me, but my expectations weren't met.

Every time, the portions are delicious. The quality is always excellent, and the selection is fantastic. There's something for every taste when it comes to bowls.

Very tasty bowls, the shop is an asset to the place

The service wasn't customer-focused. They first cleared plates from A to B, then kept going back to the back, leaving customers standing for 5-10 minutes watching the nice gentleman wipe the counter and repeatedly walk back.

For a butter chicken meal that only includes two small pieces of meat, €11.90 is a hefty price tag. At least there was plenty of rice and vegetables.

Very tasty bowls, good and extensive selection of fresh ingredients, toppings and sauces. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and good parking. We had the vegan “Green Chicken Curry”, very tasty 😋😋 We will definitely come back again.

The food that is offered tastes good and the prices for the food offered are okay.

One of the better bowl places that we’ve been to. The ingredients were all fresh and super tasty. The only thing I would skip is the kimchi which did not taste like kimchi should taste. Other than that it was a 10/10! will come back if in town. Highly recommended to vegetarians and vegans.

The first time there was the sweet potato was bad... today Magos was super sour.. I don't know if people don't try the food first..

Eating or picking up on site is not bad (but in my opinion not a highlight either). But what is really absurd in my opinion: you order for delivery and later you happen to find out that the order was canceled by Aro after the specified delivery time. If my wife hadn't seen this by chance, we could have waited a long time. No one was immediately reachable by phone. Unfortunately, pizza again next time.

Unfortunately only card payment, I discovered too late, everything was already on the plate. The food is of course a matter of taste, but the price-performance ratio seems to be right, the staff was nice, the delivery door around the corner was wide open, so the room was a bit cold. The premises were clean and pretty. Cola zero is healthier than regular ones. Is that so? Does science say that? 😂 Overall, I felt a bit out of place.

Very friendly employee who was able to explain all the ingredients well and was relaxed. The food was very tasty. Personally, I don't find iceberg lettuce tasty at all; I find other types of lettuce more suitable. The ambience is super nice, clean and the music is at a pleasant volume. Gladly again :) The vegetarian meat variants could be explained better, that wasn't obvious without an explanation.

I already ordered 4 bowls via the app at 7:00 p.m. this afternoon. Order still not here by 7:30 p.m. When I try to contact the phone number listed on the website and app, it doesn't exist. I don't call that good service. It's a shame, because the bowls themselves are actually highly recommended. My review therefore refers exclusively to the delivery service of the Ochtrup branch.

The dinner here was really tasty. We could compose the meal from all vegan options (there are meat ones as well). The portion was eventually too big for me, but because I usually don't eat that much my husband could enjoy it 😉😋 I really liked the variety of ingredients you can choose from (different types of vegetables, fruits, seytan, tofu...) and delicious sauce (feige-senf was my choice for today). And additionally to that is a nice price. 10 Euro for the meal 😁 P.s. the plate on the photo is empty, I know, but we were too hungry ))

We had a good mixed bowl, the employee helped us well with the selection. Everything was super tasty and fresh. Since I really like spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised that there was actually a chili spiciness in the sauce. Highly recommended to all. Unfortunately I forgot the photo, it looked too tasty.

We had the food delivered to us. After opening it, we immediately noticed that the portions had become significantly smaller. Getting such a small portion for €13.5 per person is a disgrace. Nobody was fed up with us, even those who tend to eat less. I can recommend the food itself, but more as a starter.

The second time the order was thrown wildly, no one was available…. Too bad! Here, at least for us, the quality seems to be declining significantly. Maybe we were just unlucky twice in a row. So far we thought the concept and the quality were great. But if completely wrong, wild compilations are delivered, I have to say that it is too expensive for the performance. This could be problematic for allergy sufferers if unexpected ingredients were suddenly found in their food. Delivery was also half an hour late, but I'll leave that out of the equation.
