Arkadius in Frankfurt am Main

I first went to Arkadius. The restaurant is not big but that's why its modest size makes it cozy and highly recommended. Remember the old days where white eagles hung in Polish living rooms to show the love and sense of togetherness of their country. Service was very friendly and served quickly. That's exactly what's great about a smaller, cozy restaurant 😊. Tomato soup with noodles and pieroggi with quark and potatoes were very tasty. Together with a drink it was just over €20. The price-performance ratio was very good The last important aspect to give this restaurant full star points was the cleanliness and hygiene in the toilet. Even for the small clientele 👫 there is a toilet seat so that there are no problems when needed I can be pampered with culinary delights by staff who value such a high level of cleanliness with a clear conscience. A bit of Poland in the center of Frankfurt. Very nice place with delicious food. Fantastic red borscht and probably the best pork chop I've ever eaten: juicy and perfectly seasoned. The prices are more than decent, the portions are generous. You may have to wait a bit longer, but it's really worth it because everything is fresh. I will definitely go back there!

If you're in Frankfurt and looking for authentic Polish cuisine, Arkadius is a must-visit. This restaurant offers a delightful range of traditional Polish dishes, from hearty pierogi to flavorful bigos, all crafted with high-quality ingredients and a genuine home-cooked feel. The atmosphere is cozy, but the interior could be better designed. It looks like 2003, for my taste too „rustikal“ The service is friendly and attentive. They cook fresh and also serve you. Whether you're dining with family or enjoying a Lunch with friends, Arkadius delivers an exceptional authentic polish experience.

First of all: I know Polish cuisine very well. I can't understand the many very good reviews. Restaurant and terrace furnishings cool; the greeting is distant. No music, so bland atmosphere. It's a shame, as the Poles are known to be a sociable people. So far the worst Polish food in the Rhine-Main area. We arrived shortly after 6 p.m. and after ordering and serving the food we were ignored. When we left the restaurant there was only one table occupied, otherwise it was yawning empty. Price-performance ratio okay. Again, cash only. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Great Polish food, served quickly, but it would improve the atmosphere if the restaurant had calm Polish music in the background instead of disco music on the radio.

The Arkadius Restaurant is simply fantastic! From the cozy atmosphere to the delicious food, this restaurant offers an all-round first-class experience. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the selection of dishes is impressively diverse. Every dish I tried was freshly prepared and of the highest quality. I highly recommend Arkadius Restaurant and look forward to dining there again soon!

I don't recommend it, we were told to come and then when we entered, the lady told us it would be an hour later, hopeless approach to the customer

Absolutely excellent food, service,ambiance A quaint authenticate polish restaurant in the heart of Frankfurt. The food was delicious homemade tasty and served with genuine care. This restaurant is an absolute hidden gem, we took a taxi from our hotel approx 3km away (18 euros each way) The food quality was excellent and the value for money absolutely worth every penny.

Ich möchte eine sehr positive Restaurantbewertung für Restaurant Arkadiusz abgeben. Ich vergebe 5 Sterne. Die Pierogi sind ausschließlich sehr lecker und frisch gemacht. Besonders die Kombination aus Quark und Kartoffeln war perfekt abgestimmt. Einzig etwas zusätzlicher Pfeffer im Inneren der Pierogi hätte den Geschmack noch etwas abgerundet, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmackssache. Die polnische Tomatensuppe war ebenfalls sehr lecker und genau so, wie sie sein sollte, mit den passenden Gewürzen. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre der Salat mit den Zwiebeln, da er etwas zu frisch gamacht worden ist, ûbernahmen die zwiebeln die Tomaten nicht Aber insgesamt waren die Portionen großzügig und jeder Bissen ein Genuss. Uns hat das Restaurant Arkadiusz wirklich begeistert und wir würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Mit 5 Sternen bewerte ich es sehr positiv!

Dieses unscheinbare Restaurant überrascht mit sehr leckeren und frisch zubereiten Gerichten. Für jeden ein Muss, der auf der Suche nach authentischen Gerichten der polnischen Küche ist. Das Restaurant ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Ein wahrer Geheimtipp auf dieser Ecke der Stadt!!

It’s not bad. As a polish I can recommend that restaurant. I have ordered zurek soup which was a bit too salty and polish dumplings with potatoes that were fried and without salt (however you can add salt by yourself). In the end however that was quite good polish restaurant I know.

Very kind staff, and great Polish food. I happened by when there was a private event, but they made effort to accommodate me completely separated, if I wanted (I did:) ). The pierogis - especially the sweet ones - are my favourite! Highly recommended

Yummy, homemade food! Had the beet, carrot, potato soup & spaghetti pomodoro - both excellent. Sweet gratis toffee candy as well! Will definitely order again!

Essen war außerordentlich gutschmeckend. Kann allen die Zurek Suppe empfehlen. Schmeckt wie bei Babcia zuhause!

Ein Geheimtipp fuer “jeden Tag” mitten im Westend - lecker, frisch, solide, freundlich und sauber. Polnische Hausmannskost und Klassiker wie gute Salate und Pasta. Man kann klasse deftig essen, aber auch einiges fuer Gesundheitsbewusste ist auf der Karte zu finden. Ganz besonders der “Vitamin-Kick”, eine superleckere rote Beete Suppe ist zu erwähnen. Wir sind hier oefter, wenn wir keine Lust auf fancy haben, sondern nur wirklich essen wollen wie bei Muddi und werden eigentlich nie enttäuscht. Wir verstehen nicht, wieso hier oft kaum etwas los ist (der klassische Westendler scheint nicht auf Bodenständigkeit zu stehen...).

Tolles authentisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem polnischen Essen. Alles schmeckte wie zu Hause. Die in Butter angebratenen Pierogi waren ein Traum, Bigos ebenso. Alles gut gewürzt und schön angerichtet. Der Besitzer hat sich nett mit uns unterhalten. Alles in allem wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Gaststätte, in der auch polnische Gerichte angeboten werden. Mal eine interessant Abwechslung. Geschmeckt hat es mir sehr gut und teuer war es auch nicht. Außerdem kann man regensicher draußen unter einer Markise sitzen, was ich in dieser Zeit als sehr vorteilhaft empfinde.

Sehr leckere Teigtschen in allen Variationen..süß oder herzhaft, wirklich sehr lecker. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend.

Das Lokal ist klein, aber sehr fein. Sehr rein und sauber. Die polnischen Speisen sind fantastisch lecker. Alle meine Kollegen hatten noch nicht das Vergnügen und waren von allem begeistert. Vom Bigos, Pierogi und der Barscz waren super lecker. Ich würde dem Gastgeber empfehlen noch mehr polnische Speisen anzubieten und die italienischen zu reduzieren. Sehr netter und charmanter Service. Und die Gerichte wie von daheim( Oma oder Mama). Wir kommen wieder!

Ich bin selbst aus Polen und war auf der Suche nach einem authentischen Restaurant. Und da wurde ich nicht enttäuscht! Das Essen war so unglaublich lecker, das Polnische Bier war ein Traum und das beste ist - es war überhaupt nicht teuer!
