Waiters didn't come for a long time, the main course came shortly after the starter at the same time, even though there was no room at the table, she was simply squeezed in. We wanted to order a second drink for a long time because ours were empty but no one paid us any attention. Wrong sauce on the burger too. Really nice waitresses under a lot of stress and chaos, which unfortunately also affects the guests. The table is full of empty plates and when our waitress comes to clear the table she only takes an espresso cup! Unfortunately the burger was just okay (including too much sauce, soggy bun), the salad was good. The starter and dessert were almost very good! Update: We've been there again and this time everything went well. The staff is great and the burgers are quite good. Therefore more stars this time.

The menu is very meat-heavy - there's hardly anything on offer apart from burgers. The starters and small dishes are also all frozen products from the deep fryer. The starter plate was a joke, €22 for deep fryer ready meals - and not even tasty. I can't recommend it, a total failure. The service was good and the staff friendly.

Very tasty food and excellent service. The food comes very, very quickly after ordering - I'm not used to such quick service in the Rhineland, hats off to me for that. The waitresses are always friendly and accommodating. The food tastes very good and is also presented in a very visually appealing way.

Nevertheless, the restaurant impresses with its super friendly staff and a beautiful outdoor terrace, which is particularly inviting in summer. Friendly staff and good food. However, I find the seating uncomfortable and quite narrow. In addition, the purely digital menu that can be downloaded is not for me. This is too confusing and takes much longer than an analogue version.

The burgers were okay, I've had better ones for the same price 😅 Curly Fries were initially well seasoned but then they tasted 1:1 like those from McDonald's. Unfortunately drinks are totally oversweet. Didn't suit the taste either. The waiter (light hair, glasses, black shirt) was extremely friendly and we liked the atmosphere. Parking was therefore difficult in the nearby location. (Friday evening)

Top service, ambience and food.

Unfortunately the burger bun was not toasted, the burger patty was cold and tasteless. The homemade rhubarb and mint lemonade for 6€50 tasted a lot like lime. The ambience outside was nice, but the food was extremely overpriced for this low quality. We will definitely go to another burger place again in the future. I hope this feedback helps you improve the quality of your offering.

If I couldn't give a star I wouldn't give one.... noodles were cold and not fully cooked. pizza dough wasn't cooked through... The beer was OK There will therefore be no second visit... It's a shame because the ambience and service were fine.

This time there were around twenty of us guests and, as always, everything went well. The service is absolutely great and the food is very good. We'll be back, as always.

The Arizona is probably one of the most famous restaurants in Forchheim and is therefore well attended. Some of the prices correspond to the upper class, but are still reasonable. The food has always been good and the drinks have been good too. One problem that unfortunately cropped up again and again was the reservation. When making a reservation in advance using the online booking system, I often found that the table was still occupied upon arrival (even 15 minutes late) and you either had to wait or were assigned another table. Other than that the service is pretty good. The atmosphere is also relatively pleasant, but it is always very warm here, so it can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable when you are wearing long clothes. Still worth a visit every now and then.

Great and modern shop where you can also get something different to drink and eat. Always happy to come back. I'll be happy when the construction site is gone and you can sit on the town hall square again. The service has always been great

We are regular guests and it is always great. The food is always very good, you don't have to wait long and the staff is very nice. Breakfast has also been available for a few weeks now. Very tasty and prepared with love.

Tolle Location, vielseitige Auswahl an leckeren Burger (auch veggie, vegan) und richtig gute Cocktails, einfach für jeden was dabei. Der Service ist auch sehr gut - Essen und Getränke kommen sehr schnell an den Tisch. Zudem ein sehr nettes und kinderfreundliches Personal. Wir hatten einen echt überragenden Abend im Arizona Forchheim 😊

Nice bar/restaurant. Courteous service and great ambience. Unfortunately the food wasn't really my thing. Nobody in our group was enthusiastic about it. The sweet potato fries were very tasty. Unfortunately with ketchup and mayo from plastic bags. The burgers themselves were unfortunately a little tasteless. And the spare ribs and chicken wings are standard. The whistle is missing.

The food was ok and the service good. However, my burger almost came back when I went to use the toilet. Hygiene is apparently a foreign word here; this toilet hasn't been cleaned for a long time (see photo). My partner used the men's toilet and found it similarly dirty.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right. My burger was average - the bun was very soft, the beef patty was a bit dry and relatively small. The food seemed carelessly prepared. For 20 euros (without drinks) I expect a little more from the “best burger restaurant in southern Germany”. The service staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere feels cramped and the noise level is very high. The cocktails look appealing and taste good.

Went there for breakfast for the first time today. We had a great table under a glazed roof... super nice and bright and cozy. The breakfast menu is small but tasty, everyone will find something. The Benedict Eggs were awesome. Annalena, the breakfast cook, lovingly prepares the plates. Great taste everything fresh. We'll definitely be back.

Food service everything was great But really expensive, the only point of criticism

We wanted to eat at Arizona today. We also reserved a table and said we were coming for dinner. When we got there, there were two more guests ahead of us. One couple did NOT make a reservation and got a normal table for four. The other guests also had reservations. Those of us who made reservations got a high table. For dinner, really? Then when I asked if we could please go to a normal table, the gentleman serving said, no, that's not possible, because everything is reserved and that was stated in my reservation confirmation. I then called up my reservation confirmation and, who would have thought, there was no note that we were sitting at a high table. Even when I reserved the table on the website, it didn't say anything about us sitting at a high table. Honestly, dinner at a high table? Anyone who has ever been to the Arizona in Fochheim knows that they are not really big and, in my opinion, are only suitable for guests who only want to drink cocktails. But okay, we left again and looked for another restaurant. It was also our last visit there, as it is impertinent to give guests who have not reserved a normal table and to seat guests who can prove that nothing about a high table is specified in the reservation at a high table.

Arriving on time at the reserved time, we were allowed to sit down straight away - but no one came to take our order. After 25 minutes, the ladies who came in the door at the same time as us were already eating and we were about to leave when finally they The waiter came and asked us if we “already” knew what we wanted to drink. The ambience was good, as was the food, but overall - because of the poor service - points were deducted for that too!

We were here on a Tuesday. There was relatively little going on. But they were placed quite closely. The Schwarzenegger Burger was very tasty. The service was very friendly, attentive and quick. The non-alcoholic cocktails were also very tasty. But the toilets (at least for the men) were clearly in need of renovation!

Unfortunately there weren't enough spare ribs to fill us up. 3 small ribs with 2 tablespoons of coleslaw just isn't much. Expect it to be too full... but it wasn't tasty enough. For my taste there are also too many tables and seats -> therefore very loud in the restaurant.

Based on the current reviews, we reserved a table at 8 p.m. It was my partner's birthday and we wanted to have a delicious experience. At least that's what we thought based on the rating. Our experience now. There was an ashtray for smokers in the entrance area to the restaurant. Of course there should be a place for smokers. I am a smoker myself. However, the entrance area should not smell like an ashtray that has not been emptied for 4 weeks. At first glance the restaurant looks clean. We were there about 10 minutes before 8 p.m. to reserve a table. We were then kindly asked to wait 10 minutes in front of the restaurant until our appointment. So waited outside for 10 minutes. Back to the restaurant after 10 minutes. Yes, the table is not free yet. Please wait (10 minutes) Optionally, we could wait in a space that had just become available. Until our table became available. The service then quickly took the drinks order. You have to download a menu for food or drinks using a QR code. You can also get a tablet upon request. The drinks came quite quickly. However, the drinks for “the birthday child” would be forgotten. At first we thought it would be submitted later, which wasn't the case. So I had to order at the counter. Then the order for the food is placed. In the meantime we realized why the floor in the seating area was so slippery. There was lettuce and tomatoes on the floor. Oh well. We waited about 30 minutes for the food. At first we thought it was a good sign. Everything is prepared deliciously. But the disappointment was then apparent. The burgers looked nice though. However, the quality corresponds to a Wopper from Burgerking. I had convenience with better taste. Overall, we were completely disappointed with the fries and dips. The quality of the meat wasn't great either. Overall, the evening was very sad for the hostess. With a bill of €140 for 4 people, we had hoped for more. We, by that I mean all 4 people, agree. Never ever. Once is enough. And our neighboring table shared our opinion. Of course you can also buy resonances these days. Maybe also have the negative deleted. But then what is the point of an evaluation? Still to be mentioned. A vegan will definitely not be happy here. Personally, I love meat, but I also respect people who completely avoid meat and by-products. Even the only burger on the menu was vegan. Was not a purely vegan product.

Es gibt sehr wenig auszusetzen, deshalb lasse ich es 😉 an die vegetarischen Burger kommt Keiner so leicht ran! Und das Personal ist kinderfreundlich was heutzutage nicht mehr so häufig zu erleben ist... Deshalb: macht weiter so und wir kommen gerne wieder 💪🏼👏🏼👍🏼

Für Rollifahrer: Eingang ebenerdig. Tisch nicht ganz unterfahrbar( ich kann die Füsse noch runternehmen , ging also gut. WC keine Erfahrung. Es gibt Tische auf gleicher Ebene und welche mit Stufe, also bei Reservierung angeben. Für Alle: Schönes Ambiente, gemütliches, dunkles Licht. Speisekarte nur digital. Grosse Burgerauswahl, Wir waren mit den Enkeln dort, liebten vor allem die tollen Drinks und Limonaden. Dips sehr lecker. Preis- Leistung okay. ( 4 Personen mit je Essen und 1 Getränk 96 Euro.) Reservierung unbedingt zu empfehlen! Wir waren unter an einem Dienstag dort und alle Tische reserviert!. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal.

Service war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist auch schön. Beim Essen sind es leider nur 3/5 Sterne. Das Burger Bun war relativ trocken und brüchig, da es zu lange geröstet wurde. Das Patty war komplett durchgebraten und nicht saftig, die Soße hatte hier alles ein bisschen gerettet. Anstatt frische Gurken hätte ich mir selbst eingelegte Gurken gewünscht. Die Pommes mit der Trüffel Mayonnaise sowie die Homemade Lemonade waren gut und werten die Gesamtbewertung auf. Zum Burger essen werde ich definitiv andere Restaurants in der Nähe bevorzugen. Die Burger Kreationen lesen sich sehr interessant, leider fehlt es hier meiner Meinung nach noch an der Umsetzung. Vom besten Burgerrestaurant Süddeutschlands ist Arizona leider ein gutes Stück entfernt, hier fehlt es noch an Herzblut und Arbeit im Detail. Warum hier standardmäßig Ciabatta Buns anstatt Brioche Buns angeboten werden, verstehe ich ebenfalls nicht. Ich hoffe das die konstruktive Kritik der Kunden angenommen und umgesetzt werden.

Wir sind regelmäßig im Arizona und können nur Gutes berichten. Das Essen ist fantastisch und der Service sehr gut. Aufs Essen muss man ebenfalls nicht lange warten, die Bar ist auch sehr gut organisiert. Wir sind des öfteren mit unserem kleinen Hund dort und bekommen jedes mal Wasser + Pommes für den Pudel, einwandfrei. Ganz besonders möchten wir Laura danken, Laura hat uns immer TOP bedient und immer gute Laune verbreitet. Sie war/ist eine super Bedienung, einzigartige Servicekraft und immer offen für Anliegen. Leider wurde uns zugetragen, dass Laura gehen muss. Aus Sicht des Kunden können wir dies nicht nachvollziehen, Laura war/ ist eine Top Bedienung. Wir waren oft nur wegen ihr im Arizona. Schade.

Mein Burger (Hähnchen) mit Gorgonzola und Birne war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war mega nett und zuvorkommend.. Alles in allem ein guter Laden um sich mit Freunden zu treffen und eine gute Zeit zu gaben.

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne ins Arizona, das Essen ist spitze, ich liebe die Burger, besonders den Ceasar Burger!! Und die hausgemachten Limonaden und die Cocktails sind super lecker :)

Wir waren zum Burgeressen hier, der Clint Eastwood ist absolut zu empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Ganz kleines Minus, für den Espresso, der ist etwas hinter den Erwartungen zurückgeblieben. Arizona Bar & Grill ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Nicht gegessen, nur Cocktails genossen !! Sehr gute Auswahl, aber vor allem gut gemixte 🍸 Drinks..i7
