Nice service. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really a hit.

Very nice place to stay after a hard day of skiing. Yeast dumplings and beer were great.

We were on the ski slopes today and stopped here for lunch. The food/drinks were at the table super quickly. Everything tasted really delicious. We had yeast dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, cappuccino, ski water. The employee was really nice. Also worth mentioning: The toilet facility opposite was also very clean. Everything can only be recommended.

Just the right place to recharge your batteries on a day of skiing. The staff is quick and the prices are great for the location in the ski area. Quality of the food and drinks were also good.

Everything is hectic, when they bring you food, they throw it on the table and run away. Payment by card is only possible at the bar, which I don't really understand these days.

I'm really horrified. The food is ok, the price is completely exorbitant. Instead of serving, two waiters are standing inside on their cell phones and can't even say hello. The waitress didn't say a thank you, and the best thing was that my hand was slapped away by the EC machine because the amount entered was wrong. Cutlery and glasses are thrown on the tables to show how bad the mood is. I understand that you definitely have stress at times, but the behavior is subterranean and totally wrong. The staff urgently needs training! It's better to go to the valley station, where service and friendliness are very important, even if the prices are of course the same.

The service here was so unfriendly for no reason that we decided not to visit again. We don't know that much on ski holidays, where everyone is in a good mood and the waitresses are always relaxed. The ladies didn't feel like doing business at all, they barked at the guests and we saw that on two days in a row, so we decided to go to the Sonnenhof for our lunch break, where the hostesses were very friendly.

Loud party music, watered down coffee and watered down hot chocolate, and unfriendly service. We found it much more pleasant and better in the Berggasthof Sonnenfels and the Thurnhofstüberl.

Food and drinks ok. Unfortunately no service. Not very friendly / just stressed service staff. It's a shame ☹️ for this beautiful view

Very good mountain hut for eating and drinking... yeast dumplings with melted butter 👍🏻 also highly recommend the goulash soup

Underground in all respects… Two people in our group were sent away because they didn't order something immediately. In contrast to the fries, the prices are high. The baked cheese was not identifiable as cheese and was very chewy. Our waitress was the unfriendly person I have ever met. No smile, no hello, very rude and just slaps the plates on the table. Very disappointed in all respects.

The service, food, price, and atmosphere here are as expected in the mountains. Good price for a bier and gulasch, they tasted just like every other alpine hut. I think a lot of the 1 star reviews are uptight pretentious people.

So the service person who took the cash (brown-haired woman in her early 50s) was so unfriendly and short. Food was at canteen level (Kaiserschmarrn and fries). A rather small portion of fries over €6 is quite expensive for the Bavarian Forest. That combined with the serving power and the enjoyment of food is simply not possible for us. Then go to Sonnenfels. The hut itself would be very well located and beautiful.

Mediocre food, terrible personnel - when we wanted to order, the waitresses simply ignored us, even when we tried to talk to them. I get it, trying to serve as fast as possible, but if you want to order anything, you gotta wait at least 10-15 minutes

Stop in the evening with floodlights. Prices at ski resort level. Service very, very attentive and friendly. Currywurst and goulash soup very good.

The best thing about the cabin is the location when the sun is shining and you can sit outside in the sun. The food fills you up, but it wasn't enjoyable for me. Unfortunately our service was extremely unfriendly. Of course it's busy at lunchtime when the weather is nice, but I just have to expect that and be able to deal with it and not piss off everyone for no reason.

Nice business, warm, fast service and Czech speaking. Just the food so average. We had smazak and brought two pidi smazak (but probably gouda) and then a lot of fries, but so dried out. Payment by card is usually possible from €10 everywhere in the area.

Solid little spot to get some hot food and a drink while enjoying the mountain. Positive energy all around.

1 out of 4 waitresses behaved themselves Wiener schnitzel with fries instead of potato salad, on top of that, the schnitzel was more like a breadcrumb than a schnitzel Lunch for 2 adults, i.e. two main dishes, soup, beer, 55 euros I was forced to immediately go inside the pub to pay for every single order, so you feel like an idiot paying for every other coke or beer. A service that can no longer be found even in the Czech Republic or Poland. So for the first and last time, a total tragedy.

Ideal for a break in between. Service very nice and friendly. The prices are completely okay.

We come here on vacation every year and the service is becoming more and more friendly. We are pushed away and given strange sayings and announcements. We are disappointed.

It's nice inside but there are often smokers outside and that's very annoying. The schnitzel is tiny, the cocoa is more like lukewarm milk, the currywurst is a red sausage with ketchup and a little curry and the Bolognese is more like fried minced meat. You have to go inside to get a bowl of parmesan and then you have to ask for the menu. In my opinion, the food here is too expensive and bringing your own is fine too. A plus point is that the restaurant is wheelchair friendly...but that doesn't help you much on a ski slope.

Nice little alpine pasture for lunch. Gladly again.

A good place for lunch while skiing, there is also a very helpful Czech service, the food is also good.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal! Essen schmeckt wie billiges Kantinenessen,trocken und zähe Schnitzel, Cilli con Carne ist 1 zu1 das selbe wie die Bolognese soße nur mit mais und chili pulver! Käsekuchen schmeckt wässrig aufgetaut. Kaffee und Germknödel waren ok. Preis Leistung ist absolut ausbaufähig!!

Schnee Wetter alles ok aber die Preise zbs. Kaiserschmarrn 12.90 find ich total übertrieben 😠

Haben nur für Getränke kurz angehalten, alle Angestellten sehr freundlich!

Das Arber-Stadl hat momentan geschlossen, da am Stadl die Skiseison vorbei ist.

Trochu dražší ale má horách normál

Gezellig restaurant op de piste Arber. Vriendelijke bediening. Al verschillende keren diner. Tijdens de lunch is het vaak druk, maar desondanks drukte vriendelijke en vlotte bediening.

Beautiful place with amazing views. Rita and Marketa are very fast and helpfull . The food is good and our kids love their hot chocolate!

Essen war sehr lecker und wurde sehr schnell gebracht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

Trinkgeld wird aufgrund mangelndem Wechselgeld (11:10) erzwungen!!! Unhöflichste Bedienung ever. Der Kaiserschmarrn war zäh und kalt stand schon länger!!

Das 🍺 schmeckte für einen fairen Preis Aber das Essen kommt nur aus der Fritteuse und ist günstige tiefkühlware Für den Preis hätte ich mir schon was handgemachtes vorgestellt (Schnitzel selber geklopft und gebraten) Als beilage vielleicht auch Bratkartoffeln anbieten

Schneller Service und freundliches Personal. Die Preise sind für eine Hütte aus meiner Sicht schon sportlich, werden aber akzeptiert. Kaffee, Cappuccino und Essen war in Ordnung, das Restaurant ist auf Ski-Fahrer ausgerichtet.

Určitě super místo k občerstvení,škoda pár věcí... upatlaný mokrý stoly bych ještě přežila, mají tu fakt fičák, ale aby okolo mě v krásném slunečném počasí pozvedali židle už ve tři jako že se zavírá...nebo netuším co nám tím chtěli naznačit...to je prostě mazec, to prostě nechápu
