Wir haben uns Essen liefern lassen..3x Dönerteller. Mega..bester Döner den wir je gegessen haben..Sehr zu Empfehlen.... Leider können wir zum Ambiente nichts sagen, da wir nicht vor Ort waren. Werden bestimmt mal kommen und uns das Ambiente anschauen.. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Zum Ambiente kann ich nichts sagen, da wir bestellt haben. Das Essen schmeckt alt. Die fritten schmecken als ob sie viel zu niedrig frittiert wurden, sodass sie komplett vollgesogen und labrig sind. Das Fleisch, egal ob kalb oder Huhn ist hart. Wie man eine Cocktail Soße so verlockend kann ist mir ein Rätsel. Bei einer Bestellung von uns (Kapsalom) wurde nicht erwähnt, dass sich darauf 5 Tonnen Gemüse befinden. Das einzig gute dass man sagen kann, ist, dass das Essen sehr schnell da war, aber da könnte man auch bösartig darauf schließen, dass das Essen nur vorbereitet und aufgewärmt wird. Tl;dr: Teuer, ungenaue Beschreibung, niedrige Qualität.

Sehr guter Döner Kebab. Angemessene Preise, großzügige Portionen, angenehmes Ambiente.

Schmackhafte Speisen, freundliche Bedienung.

Noch nie in meinem Leben solch schlechte Pizza gegessen. War richtig ekelhaft durch und durch. Hab paar Bissen genommen und den Rest weggeschmissen! Die Kräuterbutter habe ich mich nicht einmal getraut zu probieren.

Weiß nicht , was ich sagen soll. Mir fehlt die Luft inzwischen dazu. Man wiederholt etwas 4 mal aber es kommt trocken, ohne Soße. Nicht das erste Mal und für mich jetzt das letzte mal.

Bester Laden auf der Welt, wir Wir haben eine Familienpizza Bestellt und der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter sind ultra nett und haben einen sehr guten Kundenservice. Wir haben einen kostenlosen Tee bekommen kriegt man aber auch so ein kostenlos

Bestellt hatte ich einen Döner mit Zaziki Soße...bekommen habe ich einen mit Cocktail Soße(und die mag ich nicht). Der Döner ist von der Größe her recht klein. Also kleiner als bei anderen Döner Läden. Geschmacklich war er für mich unterdurchschnittlich. Das Fleisch schmeckt als hätte man die Hälfte an Gewürze vergessen. Die Pommes waren okay, daher auch die 3 Sterne.

Als der Laden gerade offen war, einmal Döner geholt und der war nichts besonderes mit Tendenz zu schlecht. Fleisch schmeckte nicht gut, Brot trocken, zuviel Salat. Nach ein paar Wochen neue Chance gegeben und siehe da, das Essen war völlig in Ordnung. Heute wieder Döner geholt und das Brot ist eine Zumutung. Ich weiß nicht wo ihr das herholt, aber es schmeckt wie altes Fladenbrot aus dem Discounter. Betonung auf alt. Trocken, muffig, einfach abstoßend. Ja Service ist bei euch nett, aber eine Dönerbude mit schlechtem Döner...

Heute war leider nicht euer Abend. 1x Döner + 1,0L Fanta 1x Margarita Mittel 1x Gefüllte Pizzabrötchen + Cocktail extra bestellt => Döner + Fanta kamen gar nicht an. => anstatt der Margarita gab es Hähnchen, Brokkoli & Sauce Hollandaise Essen ist immer überdurchschnittlich lecker. Schade drum!

Angesichts dessen, was Kleve zu bieten hat, ist das eine ziemlich gute Pizza.

Top Imbiss und super Service. Der Onkel hat mir letztens als ich mein Geld vergessen hat einfach einen ausgegeben. Stammkundenvorteil. Immer wenn ich beruflich in der Gegend bin schau ich dort vorbei.

Was soll ich sagen für uns einfach der beste. Wir bestellen regelmäßig hier, immer zum abholen. Das Essen ist immer Mega lecker. Auch am Donnerstag wo es günstige Angebote gibt ist sowohl auf der Pizza wie auch im Döner alles gleich im Vergleich zu den nicht Angebotstagen. Das kennen wir von anderen LEIDER ganz anders dort ist am Angebotstag deutlich weniger Belag oder Füllung in den Speisen. Aber hier NICHT immer gleich bleibende Qualität. Spitze macht weiter so 👍

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Döner mit Cola und Pommes für 10 Euro lohnt sich wirklich. Das Fleisch ist fantastisch, die Soße ist ausgezeichnet, die Pommes sind der Hammer und das Sauerteigbrot ist sehr lecker.

I ordered a large Margherita pizza, which Lieferando says has a diameter of 30 cm. The box seemed a bit too small for a large pizza when it was delivered. Lo and behold, the pizza I received was a good 28 cm in diameter (generously calculated, see pictures). A missing 2 cm in diameter is quite a lot in this size range, but how much exactly? Briefly put in numbers, that means the following: 30 cm diameter = 706.858 cm² 28 cm diameter = 615.752 cm² So, 91.106 cm² of pizza are missing (which corresponds to 12.889% of the promised size), which roughly equates to about 1 1/3 of a slice of pizza, considering the pizza is cut into 8 slices. By the way, the box is only 30 cm long; I'm not sure if a 30 cm diameter pizza would even fit in there (due to the thick cardboard, the closure, etc.). I then checked to see if they'd made a mistake and accidentally delivered a medium pizza. I quickly noticed that a 28cm pizza wasn't even offered (see pictures). A medium pizza actually has a 26cm diameter. This potentially indicates that a large pizza might be delivered too small. So please be warned, you won't get what you're promised. The rest of the order was halfway decent. The fries were wobbly, soft, but still nice and warm, which is the only positive thing for me.

Everything fresh! The best of the best! Definitely don't pass by.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The meat, spices, and sauces, as well as the overall quality, are all top-notch. The staff and drivers are always friendly. Especially since you can recommend the entire menu here without hesitation, which isn't the case at most other kebab shops in Kleve. Keep it up 👍🏻

The food tastes good there, which is a shame. They offer ordering via WhatsApp, but if you order via WhatsApp they don't respond, which is a shame.

Unfortunately it went very bad... Doner kebabs are always flooded with sauce the last time. As soon as you pick up the kebab, the bread breaks apart and the soup runs down your arms every time...

Absolutely underrated when it comes to food. For me the best kebab in town.

We are very disappointed. Only half of our order (which, by the way, took over an hour) was delivered. When we brought this to the attention of the delivery person, we were assured that he would bring the missing food in 10 minutes. When there was still nothing there after almost 45 minutes, we called and were only rudely informed that the food was on the way. After another 10 minutes, the missing food arrived inedible, ice cold and hard as cardboard. We received neither an apology nor compensation - what a shame! But we won't order here again.

Friendly staff. When I'm there visiting family I always eat there (I live in Switzerland). Delicious kebab also with chicken. Also great pizza rolls with cheese.

Unfortunately, SIGNIFICANTLY diminished. Like so many people, they are resting on their first success... It's a shame, there are more and more shops in Kleve that are failing so much. We ordered for delivery. The previously stated 20-45 minutes became almost 90 minutes. The food was cold and absolutely didn't taste good... But it was so good here. Unfortunately we no longer order here.

“I ordered two kebabs and one pizza roll with meat and cheese and a bowl of tzatziki from Aran’s Döner for €27. However, the kebabs were both cold, even though the shop is less than 5 minutes away. I ordered via WhatsApp at 7:55 p.m. and the order was confirmed. The food finally arrived at 9:43 p.m. When I called and asked why the food was cold and whether the driver could come back, I was put off and made out to be a liar because, according to him, it was not possible for the kebab to be cold. Instead of offering a solution, the employee wanted to bring two new kebabs after 8 minutes of conversation instead of sending his employee over to understand the situation and give me back my money for the cold kebabs. However, it was not possible to receive two new warm kebabs again because I was visiting and, given the fact that I have to go back to work the next day, I couldn't accept a longer waiting time. The entire experience was disappointing and I and two friends will not be ordering there again. What was particularly annoying was that the employee couldn't accept any criticism over the phone. Never again!"

A kebab/snack that we prefer in the meantime. Tasty and good. Certainly full at peak times, but that's just how it is when things are good. Priced in the lower midfield.

Worst customer service I have ever seen, you call to make a delivery and you have to wait on the phone for 10 minutes for the order to be taken. That is simply wrong

Very clean restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Doner kebab and falafel dürüm are very tasty. It's great that they also offer a delivery service!

I come to the place again, 26 degrees outside and the same inside, without air conditioning it is impossible to eat while sweating on the plate. Since the management changed, the service has gotten a lot worse.

Disappointing, the Hawaiian schnitzel was almost drowned in the watery hollandaise, the cheese stuck to the packaging lid and had to be scraped off, the double currywurst was only packaged as a single one, it's a shame they used to be very good.

I'm visiting. We had a nice party with several guests and my girlfriend ordered various large pizzas. The delivery was spot on, so it was super punctual, and the pizzas were super tasty. I have rarely eaten something so good. Even the vegetarian pizza was delicious. We can only recommend Aran's Kebab. Keep it up.

I'm describing the assessment below because I was there with the oh-so-burnt food, which was considerably exaggerated. They were normal browned pizza rolls. I have never experienced such behavior. The employee even offered the customer a money refund. The customer didn't want that. I always got good food.

I would prefer not to give a star at all. Once again I received burnt and charred food. Actually a case for the health department. When I complain, I hear that it is completely normal. A shame, but luckily there are enough kebab shops! Definitely not here anymore and anyone who delivers such goods has, in my opinion, no place on the German food market.

We don't order food often and I would have liked to have sent this review just to the operators. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I got a pizza with cooked ham, tomatoes and oregano. There wasn't a piece of pineapple to be found. It's a shame and the first and last time.

Really not tasty food! The kebab meat is really nasty and dry and gets stuck in your throat for the money, it's really a shame. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars

Ich bin mit diesem Imbiss sehr zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Immer wieder gerne . Und es sind gute Portionen. Ich kann aber nur für den Döner sprechen, das andere Essensangebot habe ich noch nicht probiert. 👍😃😋

Hier bekommt man das leckerste Dönerfleisch im Kreis Kleve . Der Dönerteller war reichlich gefüllt, dazu Salat und Pommes, wirklich sehr lecker. Alle anderen Gerichte sehen ebenfalls sehr gut aus, wirklich empfehlenswert. Den Tee gab es auch noch Umsonst

"Arans Kebap" in Kleve bietet Döner zu vergleichsweise höheren Preisen an. Leider lässt die Qualität des Hähnchenfleischs zu wünschen übrig, da es nicht gut schmeckt und nicht wirklich knusprig ist. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass Parkplätze vor dem Geschäft vorhanden sind. Das Ambiente selbst empfinde ich als nicht ansprechend.

Puh war ok. Aber es gibt mittlerweile so gute Dönerläden. Ist halt sehr günstig so halt auch die Zutaten und eben auch der Geschmack. Aber ja is ok.

Der Döner war mega...Aber leider sollte ich für 2 Döner 15,40€ zahlen....Komisch....Das machte mich stutzig...Ich fragte den Fahrer wieviel Lieferkosten darauf gekommen sind und er sagte 1€...Okay ich habe gezahlt und nochmals bei Arans Döner angerufen und nach dem Preis von einem Döner gefragt...Der Herr sagte mir 6,70€...Da geht meine Rechnung leider nicht auf...6,70+6,70 =13,40€ plus 1€ Lieferdienst...= 14,40€ der eine mehr gezahlte Euro...wo ist der bloß gelandet!!!!Am Ende der Schicht ist es ein schönes Trinkgeld....ich hätte gerne Trinkgeld gegeben aber nicht wenn ich direkt checke das ich verarscht werde....

Ein toller und freundlicher Imbiss, sauber und gepflegt. Aber die wichtigste ist das die Doener dort der Hammer sind !!! Respekt.....

Leckerster Döner in Kleve! Alle Zutaten wirken hochwertig und frisch. Super finde ich, dass auch Rotkohl drin ist.

Um es mal einfach zu sagen: Aran's ist die beste Döner-Bude in ganz Kleve. Der Döner schmeckt hervorragend, die Zutaten sind frisch und saftig, und hier ist noch richtig was drin im Fladenbrot. Aber auch abseits vom Döner kann Aran's begeistern. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder die gute alte Pommes - hier wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht. Auch das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Also statt einer 24 cm Pizza nur 21 cm? Die war wirklich KLEIN und nicht mittel. Geschmacklich war es ok
